With the rapid development of information and communication technology, it has become increasingly advanced in the history of human life, especially in social interaction and communication. One example is the emergence of online games which are popular with children, including students at SDN 104188 Medan Krio. The purpose of this obser-vation is to study the influence of online games on the communication relationship between parents and children at SDN 104188 Medan Krio with an age range of 6 to 9 years. Quantitative descriptive is the main approach to explore the influence of online games on communication between parents and children at SDN 104188 Medan Krio. It was found that 31.3% of parents thought that the impact of online games on children and family communication was negative, and another 25% had a very negative opinion. More than half of parents believe that after their children are addicted to online games, they rarely communicate with their children, and 21.9% of parents say there is almost no commu-nication because of game addiction. Online game addiction also affects children's learning and sleep.    

This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating parking management policies in minimizing illegal parking in the city of Surabaya. This research analysis was carried out using a qualitative descriptive approach. Abstract: Education is the main point of support of the progress of a country. Training is an important component of working in HR. HR develops and creates according to the individuals ability to think and think about the design of their own meetings. With changes to educatioanl programs, public authorities want to advance existing educatonal programs, SO that the implementation of educational programs must be able to slowly understand the vision, mission and goals of public schools. Therefore, any changes to the education plan should focus on the conditions experienced in the implementation of the previous education plan. The free educations program is an educational program with various intracuriculer realizations where the subtance will be more ideal so that student have sufficient opportunities to explore ideas and strengthen skills. Child sexual abuse is a very complex and sensitive issue in society. The rapid development of society and the increase in crime have an impact on interactions that often violate the law, creating a sense of security, peace and order in society. The crime of sexual abuse of minors is committed by adults and children themselves, and is an important problem to be discussed. The purpose of this study is 1. to find out the efforts made by law enforcers in overcoming sexual abuse of minors 2. to find out how the application of sanctions against perpetrators of criminal acts of sexual abuse of minors. This research uses normative juridical methods, namely legal research conducted on legal norms contained in laws and regulations relating to the criminal offense of child abuse and the provisions of the law. The results of research and discussion show that law enforcement efforts in overcoming child abuse include several steps, namely: conducting investigations and investigations, prosecution of perpetrators, analyzing and considering in deciding cases, conducting supervision and monitoring to correctional institutions and focusing on victim protection with strict law enforcement. The application of criminal sanctions against perpetrators of child abuse through several stages, namely the process of investigation and investigation of investigation and prosecution.    

This legal study aims to describe and study the problem about the the role of National Narcotics Agency (BNN) in enforcing the law against the perpetrators of the abuse of narcotics for himself (users) in Indonesia. This research is a normative law descriptive qualitative approach. This research uses primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used by way of literature study. Data analysis techniques used in the writing of this law is qualitative. These results indicate the role of National Narcotics Agency (BNN) in enforcing the law against the perpetrators of the crime of drug abuse in terms of Act No. 35 of 2009 on Narcotics.    

This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic business ethics to the UMKM tofu products in Desa Duren, Kota Madiun. Desa Duren is known for its tofu production, which is one of the main sources of income for the local community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore how the principles of Islamic business ethics are applied in the production and distribution processes of tofu. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with UMKM actors, field observations, and documentation studies. The results show that the application of Islamic business ethics, such as honesty, justice, responsibility, and concern for community welfare, has had a positive impact on the sustainability of the business and the economic well-being of the Desa Duren community. Additionally, the application of these ethics has also enhanced the reputation and consumer trust in the tofu products. This study concludes that the application of Islamic business ethics is not only relevant but also essential in creating an environment of integrity and sustainable business practices. The study's recommendations include increasing education and training for UMKM actors about Islamic business ethics and support from the government and related institutions to strengthen ethical and sustainable business practices. This research contributes to the development of knowledge in the field of Islamic business ethics and the economic empowerment of the local community.

This research aims to gain a deeper understanding of the East Sepatan District's efforts in realizing excellent service in issuing E-KTP, which is based on the principles of good governance. Using a descriptive and qualitative approach, data was collected through field observations through interviews with informants consisting of Heads of Sections, Secretaries and Employees in East Sepatan District, as well as notes. Next, the data obtained was analyzed from the data reduction process, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. E-KTP services in East Sepatan District must meet the principles of good governance standards, namely including the principles of professionalism, transparency, supervision, responsiveness, democracy and participation, efficiency and effectiveness, foresight, and law enforcement, all of which comply with good governance standards. is trying to improve all these aspects and can be said to be almost on the verge of being good, but there are still several shortcomings and weaknesses in its implementation. The results of interviews and observations show that the e-KTP making service in East Sepatan District meets all the specified indicators. Solution So that good governance can be implemented optimally, governance principles such as legal regulations and justice need to always be considered and evaluated.

Dynamic governance refers to government activities continuing in the process of public policy governance that can reach long-term interests. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method and the key informant is the Population and Civil Registration Office of Tangerang Regency. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, field observations, and documentation. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of Digital Population Identity through the perspective of Dynamic Governance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Tangerang Regency. The results showed that dynamic capabilities in the implementation of Digital Population Identity services are able to produce various changes that have an impact on improving the quality of public services, but there are still obstacles such as low public understanding of using Digital Population Identity (IKD) and not all government agencies can accept the process of verifying population data with Digital Population Identity (IKD). Therefore, the dynamic capability process in the Digital Population Identity (IKD) service is influenced by three indicators, namely thinking ahead, thinking again, and thinking across as well as two driving factors, namely able people and agile process.

Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) plays an important role in reducing the incidence of occupational accidents. This article aims to conduct a literature review on the relationship between the level of knowledge about occupational safety and health (OSH) and the incidence of occupational accidents, referring to the findings. In writing using the literature review method, this approach is a structured, detailed and iterative process that aims to identify, present and integrate research findings and views from researchers and practitioners. The results of research conducted using the literature method found that there is a relationship between knowledge and the incidence of work accidents. So it can be concluded that knowledge has a significant relationship with the incidence of work accidents.

This research aims to present socio-cultural values through the Shadow Puppet Performance Tradition as a Village Cleaner. This activity was carried out in Taman Fajar Village, Purbolinggo District, East Lampung Regency, Lampung Province. The subjects of this research were village elders, village heads, and the community who took part in these activities. This research is field research using qualitative descriptive methods. The researcher has a role as the first instrument in the research, the researcher tries to provide a description in understanding a social phenomenon in community activities, based on interviews with key informants, village elders, community leaders and religious leaders in Taman Fajar village. Observations were carried out by looking at the danyangan site. Documentation uses written documents while visual documentation takes the form of photos in the Purbolinggo Regional Area. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that village clean activities are carried out with the aim of realizing the gratitude of the community members to God Almighty, for the success of the community members in planting rice so that they get abundant harvests, as well as getting even better results in the following year's harvest. Bersih Desa in Taman Fajar village usually presents shadow puppet entertainment all day and night with the story of the Bharata Yuda Jayabinangun War. This activity can be expressed in the relationship between society and the natural environment. Clean Village is an offering in the form of a contribution used by village communities to promote safety and security. In the Clean Village activity there is a function of social values. The people of Taman Fajar Village adhere to these values by mechanical solidarity. This social value is realized in activities developed through the Shadow Puppet Performance Tradition.

Primary data was obtained through surveys, observations and interviews. This research involved all production department employees at PT. Indolakto Pasuruan, numbering 160 people. The results show that employees have motivation, can show work productivity, are responsible and work hard.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable in Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. The method used is quantitative in the form of explanatory research. The data was collected with a questionnaire that was distributed to all staff at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency, totaling 80 people. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is SEM with PLS as the analysis technique. The results of the study showed that work discipline had an effect on employee performance at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. Work discipline affects work motivation at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan Malang Regency. Work motivation affects employee performance at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. Work discipline affects employee performance through work motivation at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. The conclusion in this study is that work discipline includes punctuality, precision, and consistency in carrying out tasks. Meanwhile, work motivation is a key factor that encourages employees to achieve their goals and give their best performance.

Human Resources are a valuable asset and are the focus of every company. Therefore, so that employees can be active at work and have high work morale, companies need something that can motivate their employees, namely by providing support in the form of compensation and work discipline. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at the South Jakarta City Central Statistics Agency. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique in this research was a saturated sample with a sample size of 60 respondents. Then this research shows that compensation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance and partially the compensation variable does not have a significant effect while the work discipline variable has a significant effect.

This research is based on policies, initiatives to manage the sustainability of the natural environment based on eco-friendly principles and green innovations that can further improve the environment. The business activities of a company in the future will no longer cause damage to the natural environment, but the entity can preserve and maintain the surrounding ecosystem and natural resources.

That the purpose of this research is to find out about the concept of criminology in the circulation of non-tax cigarettes in Non-Free Trade Areas (outside the Area) as well as to know how the role of the government in minimizing the problem. That this article uses the method of juridic research normative and makes an approach to the law. The sources of data used for this research to be valid are laws, books, journal articles, as well as web pages with similar topics in this article about non-tax cigarettes. The results of this study can be concluded that the criminology of non-tax cigarette trafficking perpetrators is divided into three main parts: criminal biology, which is the reason for the perpetrator, criminal sociology that is the background of circularity that can be the driving force of the non-tariff cigarette traffic and criminal policy that is an action that gives the effect that no other perpetrates follow the traffic and the role of the government in minimizing the circulation of cigarettes is by carrying out both direct and indirect surveillance. In addition, the government can also socialize to the public about tax obligations.

This study reviews the obligations and rights of citizens in the context of democracy which is based on popular sovereignty and the principle of deliberation to reach consensus. Democracy based on popular sovereignty places citizens as the highest authority in the state. Citizenship obligations include active participation in the political process, respect for the law, and positive contributions to the development of society. Meanwhile, citizens' rights include the right to freedom of opinion, the right to vote and be elected in general elections, as well as the right to receive fair and proportional legal protection. The importance of deliberation to reach consensus is also emphasized as a method for resolving differences of opinion in democratic life. This study highlights the active role of citizens in maintaining and developing an inclusive and just democracy.
