Palm oil production in Indonesia is basically a commodity for export and Indonesia itself is the largest exporter of palm oil in the world. This can prove that palm oil exports from Indonesia are able to compete with other tea exporting countries. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of land area, production quantity, and world price of CPO simultaneously and partially on the volume of Indonesian palm oil exports from 1994-2023. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of quantitative data sourced from BPS and the World Bank. The area of this research is the Republic of Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is the Error Correction Model (ECM) analysis technique. The research results show that land area, production volume and world price of CPO simultaneously influence the volume of Indonesian palm oil exports. The production quantity variable partially has a positive and significant effect. The variables of land area and world price of CPO partially have no effect. Considering the importance of exports to a country's economy, it is necessary to increase the export volume of palm oil in Indonesia, as one of Indonesia's leading export commodities, by paying attention to factors that can influence export volume.

This paper examines the implementation of the value of ta'awun (cooperation) in the process of collecting the Qur'anic manuscripts during the time of the companions as an inspiration for the development of an inclusive and equitable sharia economy. The collection of the Qur'anic manuscripts was a collective effort involving the companions, qira'at experts, and writers of revelation to maintain the purity of revelation and prevent division of the Muslim community. The value of cooperation reflected in the process is in line with the basic principles of sharia economics such as distributive justice, empowerment of the community, and inclusiveness. By using the library research method with a descriptive analysis approach, this study found that the application of the value of ta'awun can strengthen sharia economic practices through a fair partnership model and investment oriented towards collective welfare. In addition, this value also encourages the creation of an economic system that is not only based on efficiency, but also on ethics and sustainability. Thus, this study provides a conceptual contribution in linking Islamic traditions with contemporary economic practices, creating a harmonious ecosystem between spiritual values and material goals.

Psychological safety, a critical concept in team performance and innovation, remains predominantly studied in developed nations, despite its under-explored relevance in developing countries characterized by rigid hierarchies, collectivist cultures, and socioeconomic disparities. This article analyzes the challenges and opportunities of fostering psychological safety in Indonesia, emphasizing unique dynamics such as paternalistic leadership, deliberative values (musyawarah), and the influence of Pancasila ideology. Through a literature review, critical research gaps are identified: integrating local wisdom, transforming authoritarian leadership systems, and the role of the informal sector. The study advocates for culturally adaptive approaches, empathic leadership training, and leveraging gotong royong (communal cooperation) as a foundation for psychological safety. Theoretical and practical recommendations aim to advance inclusive HR policies and further research in Indonesia, accounting for its sociocultural complexities.

The crazy rich phenomenon as a form of modern materialism and hedonism has poisoned the lives of the young generation of Indonesia in the current millennial era.
