The background of this research focuses on the complexity of the relationship between central and local governments in the context of governance in Indonesia. One manifestation of this decentralization concept is the Local Government Implementation Report (LPPD), which is a key instrument in ensuring local government accountability. This research was motivated by problems such as lack of complete data, delays in collection, and budget limitations in the preparation of LPPD. The purpose of this study is to understand the extent of coordination of the local government of Ambon City in the practice of LPPD, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of the process. The method used is qualitative, with primary data from interviews and secondary data from documentation. The results show that effective coordination is a key element in the preparation of LPPD Ambon City. Key factors in coordination include effective communication, awareness of the importance of coordination, commitment from relevant parties, participant competence, and coordination incentives. This study offers recommendations to improve the effectiveness of coordination in the preparation of LPPD to support local government development goals and community welfare.

Field Work Practice is a training facility for informatics engineering students to develop, implement and answer problems faced by their environment. The problem that occurs is where the management and data collection of student data is still carried out semi-systemically because it is recorded in a spreadsheet application so that the data is not structured properly, as a result, information from the placement/assignment process, reporting, and classification of PKL student data is less relevant, accurate and timely. and sometimes human error occurs. Therefore we need a system that is able to make it easier to manage student data from street vendors participants into relevant, accurate and timely information when needed entitled "Web-Based Field Work Practice Information System (PKL). This system is built using the CodeIgniter framework and CSS Layout Bootstrap, then this system will be tested through the blackbox method and compatibility testing. So that we get a system that is able to make it easier to manage student data from street vendors participants into relevant, accurate and timely information when needed.

The increased garbage creation in Maros may motivate businesses to become more concerned with environmental sustainability. Armour Coffee's green marketing strategy begins with the brand logo and extends to the firm's vision and objective. According to statistics from the top brand index, Armour Coffee remains the least popular local coffee shop in Indonesia, which is both a phenomena and a problem in this study. Based on the findings, the study concludes that Green Product and Green Place have a favourable influence on Interest in Purchasing Armour Coffee in Maros. Meanwhile, Green Price and Green Promotion had little influence on Interest in Purchasing Armour Coffee in Maros. Simultaneously, green product, green pricing, green location, and green promotion (green marketing mix) impact interest in purchasing Armour Coffee in Maros.

The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of different components of the green marketing mix. Specifically, the impact of green product, green pricing, green location, and green advertising on Armour Coffee purchase intentions in Maros Regency. The data utilised in this study was collected from 63 customers who had previously made purchases at the Armour Coffee location in Maros and was rigorously tested for validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. Data was collected via purposive sampling, and the results were analysed using multiple linear regression aided by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Three of the five hypotheses analysed have empirical evidence to support them. Empirical results reveal that eco-friendly product and eco-friendly location qualities are favourably connected with purchase intention, whereas no significant influence is detected in regard to eco-friendly pricing and eco-promotions.

The purpose of this study is to determine how product innovation, brand image, and digital strategy affect the purchasing decisions of Palu consumers regarding Indomilk milk. The employed research methodology is quantitative in nature, incorporating both primary and secondary sources of data. The study's population comprises Indomilk milk consumers residing in Palu, the exact number of whom has not been determined. Due to the unknown quantity of the population, the number of respondents for this survey was calculated using the Paul Leedy formula and came to 81. The data for this study was gathered through the distribution of a questionnaire to the sample of respondents. This study employed various data analysis techniques, including instrumental tests, tests for double linear regression, t tests, F tests, and determination coefficient tests. On the basis of this study's data analysis, it is possible to conclude that product innovation, brand image, and digital strategy significantly impact the purchasing decisions of Palu consumers regarding Indomilk.

This study's objective is to assess the expenses and logistics coordinator for the kinerja karyawan hotel in Makassar. The respondent to this study is a hotel karyawan located in Makassar. Seberita 55 responden dilakukan antara Jumlah Responden Penelitian ini. The sampling process was conducted using the purposive sampling technique. The present study employed the regression analysis technique with SPSS as the backtesting software. Based on the collected data, it can be concluded that the parsimal kerja ketuasan has a significant impact on the kinerja of the hotel karyawan in Makassar. The organizing committee of the parsimal Komitmen di Makassar incurred a significant loss in terms of clientele. Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara simultanis karyawan hotel kinerja di Makassar berpengaruh signifikan.

The goal is to get a sense of the shop ambiance, promotions, and customer purchasing interest at Kopitema. The study technique employed is a descriptive and verification strategy. The procedure of gathering data by delivering questionnaires to Old Coffee customers as responses. Even while respondents' answers to promos are fairly positive, there are still low ratings, indicating that they still need to be improved. Similarly, consumer purchasing interest in Old Coffee based on respondents' comments is deemed strong, but the evaluation remains low and has to be improved. Partially, it was discovered that the shop environment impacts customer purchasing interest.

Bimbingan dan Konseling merupakan bagian integral dari pendidikan, baik itu pendidikan disekolah maupun diluar sekolah. Pada dasarnya, Bimbingan dan Konseling lebih banyak dijumpai dan dikenali di satuan pendidikan formal. Namun, seharusnya pendidikan informal juga membutuhkan layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling. Pada pendidikan informal sudah di implementasi layanan bimbingan dan konseling di MDA Jihadul Muhtadin yang berlokasi di Jorong Koto Tinggi Nagari Surian kab. Solok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana implementasi bimbingan dan konseling di pendidikan informal seperti MDA. Selain itu, juga untuk melihat perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dekskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi layanan BK di MDA Jihadul Muhtadin berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan dan diharapkan. BK yang diterapkan merupakan BK komprehensif. Tantangan dalam implementasi BK di MDA ini adalah materi layanan yang akan dipersiapkan harus benar-benar disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan santriwan dan santriwati dan harus menarik. Adapun hambatan yang dirasakan dalam implementasi BK di MDA adalah kurangnya SDM atau guru BK disana.

Penelitian Pengelolaan Keuangan Berbasis Good Governance bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transparansi dan akuntabilitas terhadap pengelolaan keuangan daerah baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui pengawasan sebagai variabel intervening di Kabupaten Kebumen. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pejabat yang melakukan pengelolaan dan pengawasan keuangan daerah pada setiap SKPD di Kabupaten Kebumen yang jumlahnya tidak terbatas. Besar sampel yang digunakan adalah 78 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Alat uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier dan analisis jalur untuk melakukan uji mediasi atau intervening. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transparansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengawasan keuangan, dan akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengawasan keuangan. Secara langsung, transparansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan daerah, akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan daerah, dan pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Secara tidak langsung transparansi mempengaruhi pengelolaan keuangan daerah melalui pengawasan sebagai variabel intervening atau variabel mediasi, dan secara tidak langsung akuntabilitas mempengaruhi pengelolaan keuangan daerah melalui pengawasan sebagai variabel intervening atau variabel mediasi.  

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap minat berkunjung kembali baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening pada seluruh pengunjung objek wisata Candi Gedong Songo Kabupaten Semarang. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wisatawan lokal yang pernah mengunjungi Candi Gedong Songo lebih dari satu kali. Besarnya ukuran sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling, quota sampling, dan purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, dan analisis jalur untuk melakukan uji intervening. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara langsung, harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali, promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali, dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali. Secara tidak langsung harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Total Quality Management dan sistem reward terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu juga menganalisis pengaruh jika terdapat variabel mediasi kepuasan kerja di dalamnya. Untuk menguji variabel tersebut, menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Itu didistribusikan ke karyawan di semua bagian dengan jumlah populasi 373 orang, dan metode pengambilan sampel 80 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif berupa analisis regresi berganda, dengan taraf probabilitas 0,05 dengan mengajukan 7 hipotesis yang terdiri dari 2 variabel independen yaitu Total Quality Management dan sistem reward, kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen, dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Total Quality Management dan sistem reward terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan adanya variabel mediasi kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, artinya variabel mediasi kepuasan kerja menjadi variabel yang meningkatkan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai

This research on profitability aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance on profitability. The population in this research are Consumer Goods Industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2020. The sample in this research was selected through purposive sampling, so that a sample of 104 companies was obtained. The statistical test tool uses multiple regression analysis. Profitability in this research was measured using Return on Assets, while good corporate governance was measured using external ownerships. The results show that external ownerships has no significant positive effect on profitability.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Leader Member Exchange dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pemerintah Kabupaten Pemalang baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Diskominfo, BKD, Bapenda, BPKAD, dan DPMPTSP Kabupaten Pemalang, besar sampel yang digunakan adalah 155 responden, dengan teknik proporsional stratified random sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis jalur dan uji tunggal. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh bahwa Leader Member Exchange dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan Leader Member Exchange, kompetensi, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa (1) Leader Member Exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) Leader Member Exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan (5) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis jalur dan uji sobel menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi atau memperkuat pengaruh Leader Member Exchange terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi atau memperkuat pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract. Jembatan Penyeberangan Orang (JPO) merupakan salah satu fasilitas pejalan kaki yang ditempatkan sesuai dengan tingkat kebutuhan bagi pejalan kaki dan lalu lintas kendaraan yang melintas pada ruas jalan yang bersangkutan. Penilaian efektivitas JPO akan menggunakan tiga standar parameter peraturan yaitu; Surat Edaran Menteri PUPR No.02/SE/M/2018 tentang Pedoman Perencanaan Teknis Fasilitas Pejalan Kaki, Keputusan Direktur Jendral Perhubungan Darat dengan Nomor SK.43/AJ/007/DRJD/97 tentang Keselamatan dan Kenyamanan Bagi Pejalan Kaki, serta DPU Direktorat Jendaral Bina Marga. Tiga JPO di jalan Pandanaran kota Semarang terletak di depan toko Merbabu (JPO-I), sky bridge (JPO-II), dan RS. Hermina (JPO-III). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan data primer berupa observasi lapangan selama satu minggu. Hasil analisis menurut Surat Edaran Menteri PUPR bahwa JPO seharusnya berupa penyeberangan pelican dengan lapak tunggu. Hasil analisis menurut Keputusan Dirjen Perhubungan Darat yaitu; JPO-I tidak memenuhi syarat dengan persentase 40%, JPO-II memenuhi syarat dengan persentase 60%, dan JPO-III tidak memenuhi syarat dengan presentase 40%. Hasil analisis menurut DPU Direktorat Jendral Bina Marga yaitu; JPO-I memenuhi syarat dengan persentase 57,14%, JPO-II memenuhi syarat dengan persentase 57,14%, dan JPO- III tidak memenuhi syarat dengan persentase 42,85%. Berdasarkan syarat standar dan hasil kuisioner maka pembangunan JPO di jalan Pandanaran dikategorikan sebagai fasilitas penyeberangan yang tidak efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja dengan mediasi kepuasan kerja di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Pendapatan  dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Batang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu pengambilan sampel dengan mengambil seluruh anggota populasi sebanyak 87 orang. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis langsung dan uji hipotesis tidak langsung atau uji mediasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja (2) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja (3) motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja (4) kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja (6) motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tanpa dimediasi kepuasan kerja (7) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja.    Kata Kunci: motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja, kinerja

Human needs for vital living air, ranging from ablution, bathing, washing, latrine, cooking, washing, and so on. The limitation of clean water from PDAM is a necessity, because to meet the air needs of every resident who needs abundant raw water and adequate infrastructure. UNTAG Semarang campus which is located on Jl. Pawiyatan Luhur, Bendan Duwur Village, Gajahmungkur District, Semarang City has 7 main buildings. All of these buildings have daily water needs for toilets, ablution and watering plants around the buildings. The highest potential for rainwater harvesting at the UNTAG Semarang Campus is in February with the following potential catches: Faculty Building 233 m3, Fisip & FTP Building 211 m3, Faculty & Rectorate Building 321 m3, FEB & YPP 17 Building 229 m3, Rusunawa Building is 48 m3, Campus Mosque is 26 m3 and PMB Building & Library is 48 m3.

Bangunan gedung  SDN  Tanjung Priok 01 yang berlokasi di Jalan Edam 2, Jakarta Utara. terletak di tepi sungai Sunter. Tanah dasar pada lokasi rencana  tersebut termasuk sangat jelek, berupa silt lemupung sangat lunak. Maksud kajian teknik ini adalah memberikan rekomendasi yang dianggap baik dan tepat sehubungan dengan adanya kendala pelaksanaan di lapangan yang berkaitan dengan jumlah lantai bangunan SD yang direncanakan terhadap kondisi tanah serta lingkungan disekitar lahan SD tersebut. Kajian disusun berdasarkan kelayakan teknis struktur bawah dengan jenis pondasi dangkal berkaitan dengan tanah dasar sangat lunak, lahan bagian belakang berbatasan dengan lereng sungai, dan samping kanan kiri lahan berbatasan langsung dengan rumah penduduk. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah mengetahui data tanah dasar, menganalisis konstruksi dengan beban hidup sebagai fungsi sekolah, selanjutanya menganalisi kestabilan tanah yang mendukung pondasi dengan bantuan progrtam palxis2D. Hasil kajian ini memberikan rekomendasi tingkat lantai bangunan SD adalah dua lantai, dan jarak bangunan terhadap lereng atas sungai 15 meter.

The Government's goal to make Indonesia an Maritime Country must be supported by all elements of society, especially is from the education sector. As one of the maritime education institutions to improve competent human resources in its field, it needs training and supporting facilities and infrastructure. One way to increase competence is to supply cadets with capabilities in the field of operation and maintenance of ship machining. Synchronous generator is one of the important components in ship machining. Therefore, the ability to operate and maintain generators is absolutely necessary for cadets in the world of work. Standard selection of generator in the Shipbuilding Laboratory follows Government standards through the Ministry of Transportation Regulations. To choose the best electricity generator, a special method is needed. The solution to this problem is the use of the Analytical Network Process (ANP) to determine synchronous generators that meet the quality standards and specifications of stakeholders.By implementing ANP, the synchronous generator is obtained according to quality standards with the specifications desired by stakeholders. In applying ANP, weighting is based on criteria, namely: durability, maintenance, spare parts, specifications and price. Then obtained an electric generator with appropriate quality standards and specifications.Results of data processing using the ANP method obtained electical generator alternative selection with each weight is adalah CUMMINS GFS-C30KW 41,6 %, HARTECH HT35Y 33,9 %, and CATERPILLAR C2.2 24,5 %.

This study aims to determine the implementation of PP 24/1997 in the process of registering the transfer of land rights due to inheritance based on the statement of heirs, and to find out the process of registering the transfer of rights due to inheritance at the Makassar City Land Office not using the Deed of Sharing Joint Rights as stipulated in PP 24 /1997, but using a statement letter based on heirs. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, namely the purposeful sampling, which is carried out by taking subjects based on a specific purpose, citing limited time, effort and cost, so it cannot be obtained. taking samples that are large in number and far apart.1 Especially PPAT, the main criterion in determining the sample is PPAT who has been in contact with the Makassar City Land Office in relation to land registration. The results showed that the registration of the transfer of land rights due to inheritance applied by the Makassar City Land Office could be carried out only by making a statement of heirs on the basis of a statement of heirs whose contents designate one of the heirs as the right holder, the registration of the transfer of rights can be directly carried out. without any legal action before the authorized official, namely PPAT, by making a deed of sharing rights together. The process of registering the transfer of rights due to inheritance at the Makassar City Land Office does not use the Deed of Sharing Joint Rights due to strong customary influence so that there are still many community members who transfer land rights under their hands. This study aims to examine and partially analyze the effect of leadership, motivation and work discipline on the performance of the Barru District Fisheries Service Employees. To test and analyze the joint influence of leadership, motivation and work discipline on the performance of the Fisheries Service Office of Barru Regency. This study used two approaches, namely descriptive and explanatory approaches. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) Partially indicate that the leadership variable has a dominant effect on employee performance, this indicates that the higher the leadership, the higher the employee performance at the Fisheries Service Office of Barru Regency. 2) Partially shows that the motivation variable has an effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the motivation that is followed will further improve the performance of the employees at the Fisheries Service of Barru Regency. 3) Partially shows that the work discipline variable has an effect on employee performance, this shows that the better work discipline, the better the performance of employees at the Fisheries Service of Barru Regency. And 4) Simultaneously shows that the variables of Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline have an effect on employee performance, which means that an increase in Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline will affect the increase in employee performance at the Fisheries Service Office of Barru Regency by 84.4%
