Village financial management is one of the key indicators in realizing effective village governance. However, in many villages, including Sidoan Timur Village, Sidoan District, Parigi Moutong Regency, Central Sulawesi, the practice of financial transparency and accountability still faces various obstacles. This study aims to assess the application of the principles of transparency and accountability in the financial management of Sidoan Timur Village, Sidoan District, Parigi Moutong Regency, Central Sulawesi, by referring to the perspective of village governance. The approach used is a qualitative method through case studies. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and review of official village documentation. Data analysis was carried out with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and inductive conclusion drawing. The research findings reveal that village financial management has not fully implemented the principle of transparency, because financial information is not routinely published and administrative accountability is still formal, without active involvement from the community. In addition, the implementation of financial governance regulations has not been consistent at the operational level. In conclusion, the practice of transparency and accountability in Sidoan Timur Village needs to be strengthened by increasing the capacity of village officials, optimizing public information media, and empowering community participation. Further research is suggested to examine the comparison between several villages with a quantitative approach in order to obtain a broader picture of village financial management from a governance perspective.

Creditors are parties who have receivables based on agreements or legal provisions that can be collected through legal channels. In the practice of lending, collateral is very important to provide legal certainty and a sense of security for both parties, both creditors and debtors. This study discusses two main problem formulations, namely the position of the guarantee of dependents against creditors when the debtor defaults, and the form of legal protection for creditors if the right of dependency cannot be executed. The method used is normative juridical research that examines the applicable positive legal provisions. The results of the study show that if the debtor defaults, the creditor has the right to execute the collateral object through sale to cover his receivables. However, under certain conditions the right of dependency cannot be executed, so a legal mechanism is needed that provides protection to creditors. This protection is regulated in Law Number 4 of 1996 concerning Dependent Rights, especially in the articles that regulate the definition of dependent rights, the execution process, and the principle of droit de suite which guarantees the rights of creditors to the collateral object even if they change hands. Thus, the legal system of dependent rights is an important instrument in ensuring certainty and legal protection for creditors.

Money laundering is the act of changing or hiding money or assets resulting from crime to appear to have come from a legal source. Haram funds can damage the market and harm honest business actors. The study addresses two main issues: Does digital financial transactions fall into the category of money laundering. Are the rules related to digital transactions included in the crime of money laundering (TPPU)? The research was carried out using the method of juridical analysis, which is to examine the applicable legal rules. The results show that digital transactions have the potential to be used for money laundering, especially through technologies such as digital payments and cryptocurrencies that can disguise transaction traces. Technological advances and lifestyle changes also affect the economic system. Today, electronic money is widely used through e-commerce, online transportation services, and digital merchants. Based on Articles 3, 4, and 5 of the Anti-Corruption Law, anyone who disguises the origin of assets from criminal acts — including through digital transactions — can be sentenced to up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to Rp10 billion.

Employing a normative juridical study method with a case approach, this research will examine potential criminal violations and the relevance of the Press Law in providing protection for press freedom. The main focus of the analysis is to understand the limitations that can be imposed on expression, especially when such actions have the potential to threaten or create fear among journalists. This case is important to evaluate in order to maintain the dignity of the press as a free and independent pillar of democracy. Furthermore, this research is expected to contribute to a deeper understanding of how the legal system responds to actions that can undermine press freedom in Indonesia, as well as provide recommendations for more effective law enforcement in protecting press freedom without neglecting the principles of justice.

The use of social media as a means of the press has various legal implications amidst the rapid development of information technology. Social media makes it easy to disseminate information quickly and widely, but on the other hand, the absence of clear regulations in categorizing it as part of the formal press raises legal problems, especially related to responsibility for content, protection of individual rights, and freedom of expression. This study aims to examine the position of social media in the legal framework of the press in Indonesia, and to analyze its legal consequences for users who act as conveyors of public information. Using the normative juridical method, it was found that social media has not received explicit recognition as a press entity in the Press Law, thus creating legal loopholes in terms of accountability and legal protection. Regulatory updates are needed to ensure legal certainty and maintain a balance between freedom of expression and legal responsibility in the digital era.

Since the era of COVID-19 until now, maintaining personal hygiene has become a shared obligation globally. In Indonesia, soap is an essential item for both personal hygiene and environmental hygiene. Due to the great public interest in soap, especially facial soap, there are now more choices for businesses to make soap for the local market. This community service activity aims to teach PKK women’s how to make face soap and give them insight into home-based business options. PKK women in Cikageman Village, Setu, Bekasi Regency became a group of activity partners. This activity is expected to be able to improve people's welfare, especially in the economic sector, as well as increase knowledge and independence in entrepreneurship. This community service activity uses a strategy that includes partner coordination, counseling, assistance in making face soap, evaluation, and follow-up. The end result of this community service activity is in the form of facial soap products that have been packaged and distributed to local residents, as well as partner groups who already have skills in producing face soap independently.

Information system security is a crucial aspect in maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of user data. The IITC Intermedia website of Amikom Purwokerto University serves as an information system for national events and stores participants' personal data, necessitating a security evaluation. This study aims to analyze vulnerabilities on the website using the Vulnerability Assessment method with the OWASP ZAP tool. The research process involves data collection, vulnerability scanning, result analysis based on the OWASP Top 10 2021 categories, and providing technical recommendations. The scan results revealed 23 vulnerabilities, consisting of 1 high-risk, 4 medium-risk, 9 low-risk, and 9 informational findings. Among these, 15 vulnerabilities fall under the OWASP Top 10 classification. Key vulnerabilities identified include the use of outdated JavaScript libraries, security header misconfigurations, and weaknesses in session management and access control. Based on these findings, several mitigation measures are recommended to strengthen system security. In line with the development of the digital potential of the creative economy, the demand for quality visual content from photography and videography industry players has also increased. However, access to quality photographers and videographers is still a problem for some people. Likewise, photographers and videographers also experience difficulties in getting clients. Photographers and videographers feel that the use of social media has not been maximized in helping them get clients. In addition to these problems, these photographers and videographers also have difficulty in disseminating the events held. To overcome this problem, researchers developed a digital platform that can accommodate the interests of photography and videography service providers, as well as the community of users of these services. The digital platform developed by researchers is named the “Lensa Buana” marketplace application. The development of the Lensa Buana marketplace application uses the prototype system development method. With this application, it is hoped that photography and videography service providers can reach more consumers, while the community as consumers can easily get photography and videography services according to their needs and desired quality.
