Many parents are not interested in enrolling their children in Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools (SDIT), particularly in the Pulo Ampel and Kadumerak Districts of Serang City. One of the main contributing factors to this issue is the parents’ economic condition, especially when compared to the affordability of public elementary schools. The lack of enthusiasm among parents toward SDITs, in contrast to public schools, forms the basis of this research. This study employs a qualitative research strategy with a specific research design. The researcher selected a sample of thirty (30) informants using purposive sampling, with the research subjects being parents of school-age children. Data collection tools included observation sheets and questionnaires, and information was gathered through in-depth interviews, systematic observation, and detailed documentation. The data analysis followed the steps outlined by Miles and Huberman: (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data display, and (4) drawing conclusions. Triangulation and related methods were used to ensure the accuracy of the data. The results showed that 70% of parents from Kadumerak District and 60% from Pulo Ampel District did not choose SDIT due to the high cost of tuition. The primary factor discouraging parents from enrolling their children in SDIT was the mismatch between school fees and the parents’ financial capacity. Additionally, the intensive school schedule often led to student fatigue and reduced time for other activities.

This study systematically evaluates the effectiveness of mental rehabilitation programs implemented for post-conflict populations in the aftermath of the Arab Spring. A meta-analytical approach was applied to 47 empirical studies encompassing 12,873 participants across five affected countries, Egypt, Tunisia, Libya, Yemen, and Syria, from 2012 to 2023. The analysis reveals a significant reduction in symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) (d = -0.78, 95% CI [-0.92, -0.64], p < .001) and depression (d = -0.65, 95% CI [-0.79, -0.51], p < .001) following psychological intervention. Among the various therapeutic modalities, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) exhibited the strongest effect (g = 0.89), followed by Narrative Exposure Therapy (g = 0.76) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (g = 0.71). Analysis of moderating variables demonstrated that both program duration (β = 0.31, p < .01) and family involvement (β = 0.28, p < .01) significantly contributed to enhancing the efficacy of the intervention. These findings advance the understanding beyond previous research by Bwirire et al. (2022) and Eskici et al. (2023), which were constrained to short-term outcomes. This study confirms that therapeutic gains may persist up to two years post-intervention (r = 0.67, p < .001). Moreover, the results underscore combining community-based interventions with individualized therapy yields more favorable outcomes than the one-dimensional strategies reviewed in earlier literature.

Medical records are important documents that capture the entire medical history of patients, including identification, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. With advancements in information technology, electronic medical records (EMR) have emerged as a solution to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of patient data management. However, despite the many benefits of EMR, its implementation at AL dr. Mintohardjo Hospital remains hybrid, combining manual and electronic methods. This indicates challenges in transitioning to a fully digital system. This study aims to identify and analyze issues related to the security of EMR at AL dr. Mintohardjo Hospital. Several issues identified include a lack of training for medical record staff regarding cybersecurity practices and data input errors. The research employs a qualitative approach, with data obtained from observations and interviews with hospital stakeholders. The informants in this study include IT staff, medical staff, and administrative staff. The findings regarding the security of electronic medical records (EMR) at AL dr. Mintohardjo Hospital indicate that, although there are established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for EMR security, their implementation is still not fully compliant. In terms of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data, the study found that AL dr. Mintohardjo Hospital has implemented several security measures, such as user authentication and access management. However, weaknesses remain, such as a lack of user awareness regarding regular password changes and excessive access by administrative staff. Additionally, frequent data input errors can lead to serious consequences for patients, and threats to data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Although the hospital has implemented measures such as firewalls and audit trail systems to protect data, challenges such as unstable internet connections and reliance on a single resource remain concerns. Overall, while the existing security measures are fairly adequate, this study emphasizes the need for improved staff training and strengthened procedures to minimize risks to the security of electronic medical record data.

Hypertriglyceridemia is a metabolic condition characterized by elevated triglyceride levels in the blood and is closely related to cardiovascular risk and metabolic syndrome. Routine blood tests play an important role in detecting unnoticed lipid disorders, especially in individuals without clinical symptoms. Triglyceride screening was performed on 91 adult participants using the point-of-care testing (POCT) method. Education was provided through leaflets containing information on lifestyle and dietary patterns that affect triglyceride levels. The results were classified and analyzed to identify risk distribution and as a basis for health education. The mean triglyceride level of participants was 137.8 ± 77.1 mg/dL (range 45–463 mg/dL). Most participants showed values within the normal range, but individuals with very high levels were found, indicating hidden metabolic risks that require clinical attention. Early detection of triglyceride levels accompanied by education based on examination results is a strategic step in preventing hypertriglyceridemia. Community intervention through education and the formation of healthy habits contributes to controlling the risk of non-communicable diseases in the adult population.

Financial innovation plays a crucial role in increasing people's access to economic services, especially in the ever-evolving digital era. Through various forms of innovation such as digital financial services, fintech, mobile banking, and electronic payment systems, people, including those in remote areas—have made it easier to reach banking, investment, and financing services. These innovations help overcome various conventional barriers, such as limited physical infrastructure, high transaction costs, and the unaffordability of formal financial services. In addition, the presence of financial technology also expands financial inclusion by providing products and services that are more flexible, cheap, and easily accessible through mobile devices. This not only encourages local economic growth, but also empowers micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to develop their businesses. However, challenges remain, such as the need for financial literacy, consumer data protection, and adequate regulatory oversight. Therefore, synergy between the government, financial institutions, technology providers, and the community is important to ensure that financial innovation can be utilized optimally and sustainably in promoting inclusive economic prosperity. Financial innovation is not just a technological advancement, but a strategic solution towards economic justice.
