The post-factual era has shifted the position of legal facts from objective entities to part of narrative contestations shaped by digital disinformation, algorithmic media, and unverified public perception. Unfortunately, this has given rise to epistemic dislocation in the judicial process, where evidence loses its objective quality, legal decisions are distorted by collective emotional pressure and erode the credibility of the law as a guarantor of substantive and procedural justice. This research is a normative research using a conceptual approach. The data collection method was collected using library research, then analyzed using qualitative methods and presented descriptively. The results of the study show that the development of disinformation, emotional narratives, and manipulative digital evidence have shown a structural inconsistency between conventional evidentiary standards and the complexity of 21st-century legal realities, threatening the validity of evidence, the autonomy of judicial institutions, and the principle of due process in the criminal system. Therefore, it is necessary to reconstruct the evidentiary system through the integration of verification technology, cross-disciplinary collaborative approaches, and investment in digital literacy, to ensure that the law continues to function as a rational and fair instrument in an increasingly unstable information landscape.

In the furniture packaging process, there is one problem that often hinders the effectiveness of time and space used. Many furnitures are designed in compact or intact forms so they cannot be disassembled. This affects the process of loading goods into a truck or container which is becoming increasingly limited in quantity. If the furniture is designed as knockdown, the process of loading goods will be easier and can save time, space, and energy. The knockdown furniture designed is a chair inspired by disassembly toys such as lego, figurines or action figures, and tazos. For aesthetic impression to the product, ornaments or decorations are added with materials from wood waste. Various types of wood waste found in furniture industry locations include bark, wood pieces, wood chips, and sawdust. The use of wood waste as decorative element in designed products can reduce the amount that often piles up as waste that cannot be used. This waste is even only used as burning material for other production waste causing negative impact on the environment due to air pollution. The wood waste utilized is teak wood branch waste that cut into small circles to be glued to the knockdown chair designed.

As business complexity and global competition intensify, the limitations of traditional cost accounting systems in providing relevant information for strategic decision-making become increasingly apparent. This has driven the adoption of Activity-Based Costing (ABC) and subsequently Activity-Based Management (ABM), which have evolved as vital tools to accurately allocate costs based on activities and transform this information into value-enhancing and efficiency-improving strategies. This study aims to map the landscape, influence, and visibility of ABC and ABM publications through a comprehensive bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer. The research method involves a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) for data collection and screening from 488 publications (2023-2025) indexed in Scopus from Google Scholar, followed by data analysis and visualization of co-authorship and keyword co-occurrence networks. The analysis results show the dominance of core concepts such as "activity-based costing/management," "activity," "costing," and "management" as the foundation of research. Identified thematic clusters include the basic applications of ABC and its impact on performance, managerial aspects of ABM, efficiency, and the challenges and benefits of implementation. Temporal trends indicate a shift in the focus of recent research towards the strategic and managerial contributions of ABM/ABC in enhancing efficiency, supporting decision-making, and driving organizational performance. Density visualizations confirm research "hotspots" in these areas, while also highlighting potential research gaps for the future. The conclusion demonstrates the continuous relevance of ABC and ABM as adaptive cost and performance management tools, as well as the evolution of the discipline continually adapting to modern business's strategic needs, guiding researchers and practitioners for further exploration.

This study investigates how artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming Islamic journalism and digital da’wah by analyzing the ethical challenges posed by algorithmically mediated media. Employing a critical-interpretive approach, the research examines how algorithmic logic impacts the production, visibility, and ethical dimensions of Islamic content on platforms such as YouTube and TikTok. The findings reveal a growing tension between Islamic communication principles—sidq (truth), amanah (trust), and hikmah (wisdom)—and the operational values of AI systems that prioritize virality, personalization, and engagement metrics. This paper contributes to global discourse by proposing a hybrid ethical framework that bridges Islamic communication ethics with digital media accountability. It argues for an integrative model where spiritual integrity, transparency, and justice guide the development and use of AI in Islamic media contexts.

This study explores the integration of Tasawwuf (Islamic mysticism) with Maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah (objectives of Islamic law) to propose a more ethical and effective social welfare framework. The research emphasizes the importance of combining the spiritual dimensions of Tasawwuf, such as Ihsan (excellence) and ʿAdl (justice), with the legal and ethical framework of Maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah, which seeks to preserve essential human interests such as religion, life, intellect, progeny, and wealth. This integrated approach is positioned as a comprehensive model for social welfare that addresses not only material needs but also promotes spiritual growth and ethical conduct. By blending these two frameworks, the study proposes a holistic view of social welfare that fosters empathy, justice, and social care. The findings highlight that Tasawwuf contributes to the ethical application of Maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah, enhancing social responsibility and promoting greater community cohesion and solidarity. The study also discusses the practical implications of this integration in contemporary Muslim societies, including its potential to reshape existing welfare programs. Recommendations for future research and policy development emphasize the need for further exploration of this integrated approach in Islamic finance, Takaful, and Zakat, as well as the creation of frameworks that balance legal compliance with ethical and spiritual principles. The results suggest that incorporating Tasawwuf alongside Maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah can significantly improve the ethical foundation of social welfare programs, fostering a more just and compassionate society.

This study explores the ethical perspectives of genetic editing from two distinct frameworks: Islamic bioethics and global medical ethics. Both ethical systems emphasize the protection of human dignity and the prevention of harm, aligning with the broader goal of promoting health. However, significant differences emerge when addressing the issue of genetic editing, particularly in relation to human procreation. While global bioethics focuses on universal human rights, Islamic bioethics introduces religious principles rooted in Sharia law, such as Maqasid al-Sharia (objectives of Sharia) and Maslahah (public interest), to guide the ethical evaluation of genetic technologies. The findings reveal that while both frameworks agree on the importance of medical necessity, the treatment-enhancement distinction plays a critical role in Islamic perspectives, leading to more cautious stances on genetic modifications aimed at enhancing non-medical traits. The study also underscores the cultural and regional variations in Islamic bioethics, reflecting how different Islamic schools of thought impact fatwa decisions on genetic editing. In comparison, global bioethics aims to establish universal principles, often focusing on human rights, equality, and equity. The paper concludes by recommending more inclusive discussions between Islamic scholars and global bioethicists to bridge the gap between religious ethics and global standards. This would help ensure that genetic technologies are applied ethically, respecting both cultural values and universal human rights, and addressing the challenges posed by emerging genetic technologies.
