The purpose of this research is to find out what are the factors in the writing of birth certificates in the service and civil registration that fall into the category of maladministration, and to find out the implementation of changes to birth certificates that have been determined by the District Court. Good public service is a right and also the hope of every citizen and resident. Especially to apply the concept of good governance in Indonesia, one of the strategic choices is through the provision of public services in order to form good governance. A birth certificate is a legal proof of birth and is recognized by the state for a child who has just been born, therefore the registration must comply with the notes given earlier by the midwife because of the impact experienced if an error occurs in recording a birth certificate it can reduce the rights of a child. The method used in this research is the Juridical Sociological legal research method, which is an approach by looking at a legal reality in society. The data presented in this study are legal material data in the form of primary and secondary legal materials. The conclusion of this study is caused by typos or human errors that affect the child in the future, these factors are the most dominant and often occur by employees. Implementation of changes to birth certificates can be carried out, but only those that are editorial in nature, errors in recording such as name, date and year only, changes to birth certificates can be made directly if it has not reached a year, if the certificate is already many years old and changes are to be made, a decision from district court and meet the conditions that must be set


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja yang menjadi faktor dalam penulisan akta lahir di dinas dan pecatatan sipil yang termasuk kedalam kategori maladministrasi, serta untuk mengetahu implementasi perubahan akta lahir yang telah di tetapkan oleh Pengadilan Negeri.Pelayanan publik yang baik adalah hak dan juga harapan setiap warga negara dan penduduk. Terutama untuk menerapkan konsep good governance di Indonesia maka salah satu pilihan strategis adalah melalui penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik guna membentuk tata kelola pemerintahan yang baikAkta kelahiran merupakan tanda bukti kelahiran secara sah dan diakui oleh negara kepada seorang anak yang baru saja dilahirkan maka sebab itu dalam pencatatan harus sesuai dengan catatan yang diberikan awal oleh bidan karena dampak yang dialamai jika terjadi kesalahan pencatatan akta kelahiran dapat menggurangi hak kepada seorang anak faktor kesalahan dalam pencatatan akta kelahiran sering kita jumpai biasanya faktor kesalahan dalam pengetikan yang sering terjadi. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian hukum yuridis sosiologis adalah pendekatan dengan melihat sesuatu kenyataan hukum di dalam masyarakat. Data yang disajikan dalam penelitian ini adalah data bahan hukum yang berupa bahan hukum primer dan bahan sekuder. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini disebabkan oleh salah ketik atau human error yang berdampak kepada sang anak dikemudian hari, faktor-faktor tersebut paling dominan dan sering terjadi yang dilakukan oleh pegawai. Implementasi perubahan akta kelahiran dapat dilakukan namun hanya yang bersifat redaksional saja kesalahan dalam pencatatan seperti nama, tanggal dan tahun saja, perubahan akata kelahiran dapat dilakukan secara langsung bila belum mencapai setahun jika akta tersebut sudah bertahun-tahun dan akan dilakukan perubahan maka harus adanya keputusan dari pengadilan negeri dan memenuhi syarat yang harus di tetapkan.

The purpose of this research is to understand and analyze Islamic Law the practice of profit sharing agreement for fish catch between skipper fisherman and jurah fisherman in Wedung Village. In Wedung Village, Wedung District, Demak Regency, profit-sharing system for marine catch isnot based on the provisions of the law Number 16 of 1964 concerning Fishery Profit Sharing. In the fishery profit sharing agreement in Wedung fishing community, the average Jurah fisherman gets 25- 30%, whereas the should have received at least 40 for using a motorized boat as stated in Article 3 paragraph (1) of the Law Number 16 of 1964. This research uses empirical juridical research methods. As a result, the practice of sharing agreements for fish catch in the fishermen’s Village Of Wedung Village are still carried out by way Of Verbal agreement without any written evidence. In the implementation of profit sharing fpr catch, 25-30% is for the skipper fisherman and 70-75% is for jurah fisherman. Profis sharing agreement for fishery between skipper fishermen and jurah fishermen are not in accordance with the Islamic Law. Based on the theory of Syirkah Mudharabah, all expenses to go fishing in the sea should be borne by skipper fisherman, but in practice, in addition to the energy and mind thay they have put into, juragan fisherman must also bear the cost of fishing in the sea. Judging from the Islamic Law’s justice theory, profit sharing agreement for fish catch between skipper fishermen and jurah fishermen in Wedung Village is Very detrimental to jurah fishermen because the receive an unfair share and these are far from thr values f juctice


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan menganalisis pandangan Hukum Islam terhadap praktik perjanjian bagi hasil tangkapan ikan yang terjadi antara nelayan juragan dengan nelayan jurah di Desa Wedung. Di Desa Wedung Kecamatan Wedung Kabupaten Demak sistem bagi hasil tangkapan laut tidak mendasarkan pada ketentuan Undang-undang Nomor 16 Tahun 1964 Tentang Bagi Hasil Perikanan. Dalam perjanjian bagi hasil perikanan di masyarakat nelayan Wedung rata-rata nelayan Jurah mendapat 25-30 %, yang seharusnya minimal mendapat 40% karena menggunakan kapal motor sebagaimana Pasal 3 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 1964. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis empiris. Hasilnya, praktik perjanjian bagi hasil tangkapan ikan yang terjadi di Perkampungan Nelayan Desa Wedung masih dilakukan dengan perjanjian secara lisan tanpa ada bukti tertulis. Dalam pelaksanaan bagi hasi tangkapan ikan, 25-30% untuk nelayan juragan dan 70-75% untuk nelayan jurah. Perjanjian bagi hasil perikanan antara nelayan juragan dengan nelayan jurah belum sesuai dengan hukum Islam. Berdasarkan teori Syirkah Mudharabah seharusnya seluruh biaya melaut di tanggung nelayan juragan, namun dalam prakteknya, nelayan jurah selain mengerahkan tenaga, dan pikiran, nelayan jurah juga ikut menanggung biaya melaut. Ditinjau dari teori keadilan Hukum Islam perjanjian bagi hasil tangkapan ikan antara nelayan juragan dengan nelayan jurah di Desa Wedung sangat merugikan nelayan jurah karena mendapatkan bagian yang tidak sebagaimana mestinya dan jauh dari nilai-nilai keadilan.

This study aims to analyze the performance of Police Sector intelligence as a detection base in supporting the maintenance of security and public order and analyze the efforts to improve the performance of Police Intelligence as a detection base in supporting the maintenance of security and public order in the Batang Police Department. The research method used is a sociological juridical. The analysis of research results shows that early detection efforts carried out by the Sector Police Unit of the Batang Resort Police security intelligence unit really need to be carried out so that they are able to detect, search and collect and dig up information from the community, then an identification process is carried out to sort, calculate and determine alternatives and consider and reading the signs of the facts from the detection results, the results are expressed in intelligence administration in the form of products that guarantee confidentiality, speed, accuracy and predictability. The discipline of the Batang Police Sector personnel in understanding the regulations and policies of leaders who are obliged to work is still lacking, as evidenced by the finding that the implementation of the Sector Police as a Detection Base has not run optimally, both operationally in the field and administratively.




Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja Intelijen PoIsek sebagai basis deteksi dalam mendukung Harkamtibmas dan menganalisis upaya meningkatkan kinerja Intelijen Polsek sebagai basis deteksi dalam mendukung Harkamtibmas di wilayah hukum Polres Batang. Urgensi penelitian ini adalah sebagai acuan referensi yang mendukung bagi peneliti maupun pihak lain yang tertarik dalam bidang penelitian yang sama terutama tentang upaya meningkatkan kinerja intelijen Polsek sebagai basis deteksi. Metode penelitian hukum yang digunakan yuridis sosiologis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa upaya deteksi dini yang dilakukan Unit Polsek dari Satuan InteIkam Polres Batang sangat perlu dilakukan, sehingga mampu mendeteksi, mencari dan mengumpuIkan serta menggali informasi dari masyarakat, kemudian dilakukan proses identifikasi untuk memilah, menghitung dan menetapkan alternatif-alternatif serta mempertimbangkan dan membaca gelagat dari fakta-fakta hasil deteksi, maka hasil tersebut dituangkan dalam administrasi intelijen berupa produk-produk yang bersifat terjamin kerahasiaan, kecepatan, ketepatan dan predikitif. Kedisiplinan personil Polsek jajaran Polres Batang dalam memahami peraturan dan kebijakan pimpinan yang menjadi kewajiban bekerja masih kurang, terbukti dengan adanya temuan pelaksanaan Polsek Sebagai Basis Deteksi belum berjalan secara maksimal baik operasional dilapangan maupun secara administrasinya.

This research aims to analyze the forms of legal protection for land rights holders and legal actions in cases of double certificates. The urgency of this research is to analyze the forms of legal protection for land rights holders in cases of double certificates, which often threaten legal certainty and cause social conflicts due to administrative negligence and land mafia practices, thus requiring strict legal efforts and comprehensive solutions. The type of research used is normative juridical with qualitative data processing. The data sources used in the research are primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data. The results of this study explain that the PTUN decision on the double certificate dispute case Number: 35/G/2021/PTUN.SMG dated September 2, 2021, which has permanent legal force, is 1). The appellant's request was fully granted because, based on the judge's consideration and through the administrative examination mechanism, it was proven that the appellant is the actual landowner with the legal basis of Building Use Rights Certificate (SHGB) Number 1385/Village of Sambirejo in the name of Elisa Mariani Wijaya and Ownership Rights Certificate (SHM) Number 2709/Village of Sambirejo in the name of Hartono Widjaja, which were issued in 1995; 2). In that case, the legal action taken by the BPN was the mediation effort in accordance with Article 43 of the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 21 of 2020 concerning the Handling and Settlement of Land Cases.

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pengolahan data secara kualitatif, Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalaha data primer berupa wawancar dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa putusan PTUN sengketa kasus sertifikat ganda Nomor: 35/G/2021/PTUN.SMG tanggal 2 September 2021 dan telah berkekuatan hukum tetap adalah 1). Permohonan Penggunggat dikabulkan seluruhnya dikarenakan dengan pertimbangan hakim dan melalui mekanisme uji administrasi membuktikan bahwa Penggunggat adalah pemilik tanah yang sebenarnya dengan alas hak Sertifikat Hak Guna Bangunan (SHGB) Nomor 1385/Kelurahan Sambirejo atas nama Elisa Mariani Wijaya dan Sertifikat Hak Milik (SHM) Nomor 2709/Kelurahan Sambirejo atas nama Hartono Widjaja, yang diterbitkan pada Tahun 1995; 2). Pada kasus tersebut tindakan hukum yang dilakukan oleh BPN adalah dilakukannya upaya mediasi yang sesuai dengan Pasal 43 Peraturan Menteri Agraria Dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Republik Indonesia Nomor 21 Tahun 2020 tentang Penanganan Dan Penyelesaian Kasus Pertanahan.

The purpose of this research is to examine electronic traffic surveillance in reducing traffic violations in the Pekalongan Police Department. The urgency of this research revolves around the implementation of electronic traffic surveillance because, up until now, traffic monitoring and law enforcement have been carried out conventionally, which does not align with technological advancements. Furthermore, the use of Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) can minimize instances of extortion by certain officers toward traffic violators. The legal research method used is socio-legal. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of ETLE in the Pekalongan Police Department is not yet optimal, and lax enforcement leads to the public disregarding the presence of CCTV cameras on certain road sections within the jurisdiction of the Pekalongan Police Department.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pengawasan lalu-lintas secara elektronik dalam menurunkan pelanggaran lalu lintas di Polres Pekalongan. Urgensi penelitian ini mengangkat tentang pelaksanaan tentang pengawasan lalu lintas secara elektronik karena selam ini proses pengawasan dan penegakan hukum lalu lintas dilakukan secara konvensional yang tidak sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi. Selain itu penggunaan Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) dapat meminimalisir adanya pungli dari oknum petugas kepada pelanggar lalu-lintas. Metode penelitian hukum yang digunakan yuridis sosiologis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Pelaksanaan ETLE di Polres Pekalongan belum maksimal dan penindakan yang tidak tegas membuat masyarakat tidak mempedulikan adanya CCTV di beberapa ruas jalan yang ada di wilayah hukum Polres Pekalongan.

This research aims to analyze the legal impact of certificates not in the name of the debtor which are made as credit collateral at the Bank and to analyze efforts to resolve loans of debtors who are in default while certificates not in the name of the debtor are made as credit collateral. The urgency of this research is so that the public gets legal certainty regarding certificates not in the debtor's name which are used as collateral for credit at the bank and debtors experience default so that the public is more careful in lending their certificates to other people to be used as collateral at the bank. This type of research is known as normative jurisprudence. The results of the research show that involving third parties in the process of debt contracts against credit is not prohibited. However, the regulation does not explicitly regulate the rights and obligations of third parties, so it cannot provide explicit legal protection to the third party as the guarantor in cases where he feels injured either by the debtor or the creditor of the credit. Consequently, the legal impact arising from the availability of collateral certificates of debt borrowers.




Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak hukum sertifikat bukan atas nama debitur yang dibuat sebagai jaminan kredit di Bank dan untuk menganalisa upaya penyelesaian pinjaman debitur yang mengalami wanprestasi sedang sertifikat bukan atas nama debitur yang dibuat sebagai jaminan kredit. Urgensi penelitian ini adalah agar masyarakat mendapatkan kepastian hukum tentang sertifikat bukan atas nama debitur yang dijadikan jaminan kredit di bank dan debitur mengalami wanprestasi agar masyarakat lebih berhati-hati dalam meminjamkan sertifikatnya kepada orang lain untuk dijadikan jaminan di bank. Jenis penelitian ini dikenal sebagai yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melibatkan pihak ketiga dalam proses perjanjian utang piutang terhadap kredit tidak dilarang. Namun, peraturan tersebut tidak secara eksplisit mengatur hak dan kewajiban pihak ketiga, sehingga tidak dapat memberikan perlindungan hukum yang jelas bagi pihak ketiga sebagai pemilik jaminan dalam kasus di mana ia merasa dirugikan baik terhadap debitur maupun kreditur kredit tersebut. Legal protection for deceased home ownership credit debtors based on insurance guarantees and Article 1100 of the Civil Code has not been clearly explained. The debtor's heirs do not yet know for sure about the risks. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of legal protection for deceased home ownership credit debtors based on insurance guarantees and Article 1100 of the Civil Code. The research method uses empirical juridical using analytical descriptive. The results of this study are that the implementation of legal protection for deceased home ownership credit debtors does not only involve the debtor and creditor, but also the heirs if the debtor dies. This home ownership credit agreement is regulated in Articles 1320 and 1138 of the Civil Code. The agreement between the debtor and creditor also uses an offering letter as a credit agreement. The transfer of the debtor's heirs is regulated in Article 1100 of the Civil Code which states that heirs who receive an inheritance are required to share in the payment of debts, bequests, and other burdens. This is also related to the legal theory of Gustav Radbruch and Plato which regulates law. The principle related to this is the principle of consensualism related to article 1320 of the Criminal Code, namely freedom of contract. In the future, it is hoped that the heirs of the debtor will be more aware of the credit system so that they can avoid bad credit.


Perlindungan Hukum debitur kredit pemilikan rumah yang meninggal dunia berdasarkan jaminan asuransi dan pasal 1100 KUHPerdata belum secara jelas dijelaskan. Ahli waris dari debitur belum mengetahui secata pasti mengenai resikonya. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum debitur kredit pemilikan rumah yang meninggal dunia berdasarkan jaminan asuransi dan pasal 1100 KUHPerdata. Metode penelitian menggunakan yuridis empiris dengan menggunakan deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum debitur kredit pemilikan rumah yang meninggal dunia tidak hanya melibatkan antara debitur dan kreditur, tetapi juga ahli waris apabila debitur meninggal dunia. Perjanjian kredit pemilikan rumah ini diatur dalam pasal 1320 dan 1138 KUHP. Perjanjian antara debitur dan kreditur ini juga menggunakan offering letter sebagai perjanjian kredit. Pengalihan ahli waris debitur diatur dalam pasal 1100 KUHP yang menyatakan bahwa ahli waris yang menerima warisan diwajibkan untuk ikut memikul pembayaran utang, hibah wasiat, dan beban-beban lain. Hal ini juga berkaitan dengan teori hukum Gustav Radbruch dan Plato yang mengatur hukum. Asas yang berhubungan dengan hal ini adalah asas konsesualisme yang berkaitan dengan pasal 1320 KUHP yaitu kebebasan berkontrak. Kedepannya diharapkan agar ahli waris debitur agar lebih mengetahui tentang sistem kredit sehingga terhindar dari kredit macet.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of legal assistance in the investigation process for economically disadvantaged suspects at the Semarang Police Department, with a focus on the challenges and solutions encountered. The criminal justice system in Indonesia regulates the rights of suspects, including the right to legal assistance. Although this right is governed by various laws and regulations, practices in the field reveal a gap between the expected norms and the reality. This research uses an empirical legal method with an empirical juridical approach, integrating the analysis of legal norms with their implementation in practice. The findings show that although the regulations related to legal assistance are generally applied, there are still significant obstacles related to public legal awareness and the lack of effective socialization. While law enforcement officers and legal aid institutions play an active role, there is still a need for improvements in facilities and legal education for the public to ensure that legal assistance is accessible to all levels of society. This study recommends improvements in the legal assistance system and an increase in public understanding of the importance of legal aid.





Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas bantuan hukum dalam proses penyidikan terhadap tersangka yang tidak mampu secara ekonomi di Polres Semarang, dengan fokus pada kendala dan solusi yang dihadapi. Sistem peradilan pidana di Indonesia mengatur hak-hak tersangka, salah satunya hak untuk mendapatkan bantuan hukum. Meskipun diatur dalam berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan, praktik di lapangan menunjukkan adanya ketimpangan antara norma yang diharapkan dan kenyataan yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum empiris dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris, yang mengintegrasikan analisis terhadap norma hukum dengan penerapannya di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun secara umum peraturan terkait bantuan hukum sudah diterapkan, masih terdapat kendala utama terkait kesadaran hukum masyarakat dan kurangnya sosialisasi yang efektif. Meskipun aparat penegak hukum dan lembaga bantuan hukum berperan aktif, peningkatan sarana dan pendidikan hukum bagi masyarakat masih diperlukan untuk memastikan bantuan hukum dapat diakses dengan optimal oleh semua lapisan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya perbaikan dalam sistem pendampingan hukum serta peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pentingnya bantuan hukum.

This research aims to analyze the use of the right of inquiry by the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) in Indonesia's state governance, particularly in overseeing infrastructure development in Sleman Regency. The urgency of this research lies in the need to strengthen the supervisory function of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) to ensure the effectiveness and transparency of regional development. The novelty of this research focuses on optimizing the role of the DPRD through a normative juridical approach and an in-depth analysis of the implementation of oversight functions involving the right of inquiry. This research uses a normative juridical method by examining legislation, literature, and empirical data related to the implementation of the DPRD's supervisory function. The research results show that the DPRD's oversight of infrastructure development in Sleman Regency has been effective, supported by adequate regulations, the commitment of DPRD members, as well as budgetary support, and the enhancement of human resource capacity through training. In addition, the harmonious relationship between the DPRD and the executive, as well as community participation, also strengthens the oversight. This research concludes that the optimization of the DPRD's supervisory function can be achieved through preventive and repressive oversight, both directly and indirectly, as well as across sectors. With effective oversight, it is hoped that development in Sleman Regency can proceed more transparently, accountably, and in accordance with the needs of the community without deviations that harm the state.




Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan hak angket Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) dalam tata kelola negara Indonesia, khususnya dalam pengawasan pembangunan infrastruktur di Kabupaten Sleman. Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada perlunya memperkuat fungsi pengawasan DPRD untuk memastikan efektivitas dan transparansi pembangunan daerah. Kebaruan penelitian ini terfokus pada optimalisasi peran DPRD melalui pendekatan yuridis normatif dan analisis mendalam terhadap implementasi fungsi pengawasan yang melibatkan hak angket. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan menelaah peraturan perundang-undangan, literatur, dan data empiris terkait pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan DPRD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan DPRD terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur di Kabupaten Sleman telah berjalan baik, didukung oleh regulasi yang memadai, komitmen anggota DPRD, serta dukungan anggaran dan peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan. Selain itu, hubungan harmonis antara DPRD dan eksekutif serta partisipasi masyarakat turut memperkuat pengawasan.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa optimalisasi fungsi pengawasan DPRD dapat dicapai melalui pengawasan preventif dan represif, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, serta lintas sektor. Dengan pengawasan yang efektif, diharapkan pembangunan di Kabupaten Sleman dapat berjalan lebih transparan, akuntabel, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat tanpa penyimpangan yang merugikan negara.

The type of research used in this investigation is normative jurisprudence with a method of legislative approach. As a result, in the event that there is an auction object that cannot be named after, it does not immediately result in the following auction process: The auction notice made by the auction office becomes invalid. For example, the case in the decision of the Central Java High Court No. 161/PDT/2016/PT.SMG dated July 15, 2016. The Supreme Court's judgment recognizes the validity of the Auction, although the judgement leads to legal uncertainty for the auction vendor and KPKNL Semarang. In order to establish the basis of legal certainty and the foundation of justice for the seller and KPKNL Semarang, it is recommended to file a lawsuit and settlement to the state court to ensure the status and legal status of the post auction process that has taken place. Begitu juga dengan proses balik nama atas objek lelang, telah diatur dalam peraturan perundangan dengan jelas. Dalam praktiknya, terdapat beberapa kasus bahwa objek lelang tidak dapat dibalik nama meskipun lelang telah dilaksanakan sesuai ketentuan dan telah dibuat Risalah Lelang oleh Pejabat Lelang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitiaan ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan metode pendekatan perundang-undangan. Hasilnya, dalam hal terdapat objek lelang yang tidak dapat dibalik nama, tidak serta merta mengakibatkan proses lelang berikut Risalah Lelang yang dibuat oleh Pejabat Lelang menjadi batal dan tidak sah. Sebagai contoh, kasus dalam putusan Pengadilan Tinggi Jawa Tengah Nomor 161/PDT/2016/PT.SMG tanggal 15 Juli 2016. Dari putusan pengadilan tinggi tersebut keabsahan Risalah Lelang tetap diakui, meskipun dengan adanya putusan tersebut mengakibatkan adanya ketidakpastian hukum bagi penjual lelang dan KPKNL Semarang. Guna mewujudkan asas kepastian hukum dan asas keadilan bagi penjual dan KPKNL Semarang, disarankan untuk mengajukan gugatan dan penetapan kepada pengadilan negeri untuk memastikan kedudukan dan status hukum atas proses pasca lelang yang telah terjadi. Kebaruan penelitian ini yaitu kajian tentang Risalah Lelang atas objek lelang yang tidak dapat dibalik nama.
