This paper is aimed at analyzing the concepts and parameters to determine an act as a bribery and gratuity in the Anti-Corruption Law and court cases.  This involved the application of the doctrinal legal research to understand these differences. The results of this study showed that bribery requires a meeting of mind between the bribe givers and bribe recipients which is not found in gratuity. The reporting mechanism and the reversal burden of proof do not apply to bribery while Operation Catching Hand does not apply to gratuity due to its inability to satisfy the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code. Criminal sanctions are also imposed on both the giver and the recipient of a bribe while the act of a giver in gratuity is not considered as a criminal offense. The study also found that the court failed to apply these essential differences.

Defined as an easy and automated way of expressing emotions in the digital age, emojis are emerging as a new language in the social media world and sports clubs also. For sports clubs, it is of vital importance to communicate and establish effective relations with fans or followers. Hence, almost all professional sports clubs use social media and shape their social media accounts to interact with fans/followers and effectively maintain marketing communication efforts. The aim of this study was to determine the content of emoji usage in tweets of Turkish sports clubs (Besiktas JK, Fenerbahce SK, Galatasaray SK, Istanbul BaÅŸakÅŸehir FK, Trabzonspor SK). Since Twitter is one of the most heavily used social media networks of sports clubs, so in this study was preferred. Content analysis method was used to examine emojis used by sports clubs. The study found that sports clubs use emojis that create positive and neutral connotations. Emojis used are heavily determined to be visuals depicting the colors and symbols of sports clubs. The study is the first to examine sports clubs' emojis used. Hence, the study included important results for the management of communication and marketing strategies of sports clubs on social media.

The demand for, and investment in digital virtual reality (VR) games, both by companies and consumers, are increasing day by day. Accordingly, understanding the experiences created by VR within the scope of phygital marketing is important in terms of contributing to virtual experiential marketing, marketing communication, recreation and similar fields. The concept of phygital, expresses the integral wholeness of the digital and physical. And Phygitally Yours refers to individuals who can live in their own phygital worlds in today's technologies. The aim of this study was to examine the experiences created by digital games involving sports and recreational content within the scope of phygital marketing. Eight individuals who did not have any prior VR experience played digital games with sports (Grand Turismo Sport) and recreational (VR Worlds) content using VR glasses. Subsequently, in-depth interviews were conducted. The data were analysed using the content analysis method, and thematic codes and concepts were revealed and interpreted. As a result of the research, it was determined that the participants' first VR experience of digital games involved the dimensions of sense, interaction, pleasure and flow, with the following codes emerging: perfect holistic effect, showroom feeling, understandable, competition, magic, gorgeous, dilemma, and place independent behaviour.

ITS PKU Muhammadiyah merupakan institusi pendidikan yang senantiasa mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Untuk mendukung pembelajaran, maka pada setiap gedung telah terfasilitasi dengan jaringan internet yang berkualitas baik sedangkan di beberapa titik ada yang mengeluhkan lemahnya konektivitas jaringan sehingga pemanfaatan layanan internet sedikit terhambat. Pengukuran performansi jaringan dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor dan kualitas layanan jaringan internet berbasis wireless diITS PKU Muhammadiyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan parameter Quality of Service (QoS) yang terdiri dari Throughput, Packetloss, Delay dan Jitter. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa secara umum kualitas jaringan dikategorikan baik.

Agricultural development and farming methods are increasingly varied now. This development needs to be introduced as an agricultural innovation. Recognition to agriculture can be done through education. The agricultural innovation that will be introduced is the hydroponic wick system. This simple hydroponic system can be done by everyone. The activity was carried out at SD N 04 Wonorejo and was attended by grade 4-6 students. The method used is exposure, practice and question and answer. Students are given the task of growing and caring for spinach, red spinach and kale using a hydroponic wick system. Through question and answer, the students' interest and enthusiasm in agriculture can be seen.

This study has purposes to find out how the mechanism of land procurement for the public interest in local governments, find out the obstacles and solve the problem of land procurement for the public interest on a small scale. Land procurement by the local government sometimes always collides with the stages of land procurement which is a very long process, but the land is needed immediately to support development. Small-scale land procurement is carried out on an area of no more than 5 hectares. Land procurement on a small scale for the public interest can be carried out without going through the determination of the location. The legal consequences are not being able to deposit compensation in court. This study uses a sociological juridical method, namely the discussion based on the provisions of the legislation. The results of this study are that the mechanism for land procurement for the public interest is carried out with accurate research and socialization so that the community understands the positive impact of development for the public interest and counseling so that the community understands the benefits of the project and participates in the success of project development for the public interest. Another obstacle in the implementation of land procurement is the existence of incomplete land ownership data or documents or no land ownership rights, the bureaucracy that guarantees legal certainty that the settlement of these obstacles is carried out with the active role of agencies that require land.

Mathematics is an applicable science and very close to human life, so mathematics is very important to learn from elementary school. However, the mathematics competence of elementary school students in Indonesia is relatively low. One of them is SD IT Cahaya Ummat which is located in Karangjati, Kecamatan Bergas, Kabupaten Semarang, the grade 6 students' average mathematics score is lower than other subjects. So far, learning is still conventional in nature with learning resources in the form of printed books, thus it is necessary to have learning innovations to increase students' interest in learning mathematics.The design of interactive media as a learning aid can be a solution to attract students' attention to be more focused when the teacher explains math material in class. When students feel interested and focused on learning, learning will be more effective so that students' understanding of the material presented by the teacher will also increase.Interactive learning media made with Adobe Flash CS5.5 to combine text, images, sound, and animation will make the application more attractive, so that students are more interested in learning mathematics with statistics material. The results of the validation score obtained from media experts are 34, material experts 39, and users 35, so this learning media product is classified as a very good category, so it is valid to be used.
 

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis penegakan hukum terhadap pelanggaran politik uang pada Pemilu 2019 dan kendala serta penegakan hukum yang ideal terhadap pelanggaran politik uang pada Pemilu 2019. Metode penlitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah penegakan hukum dapat berjalan dengan baik apabila terpenuhinya beberapa faktor, yaitu faktor hukum, penegak hukum, sarana, masyarakat, dan budaya . Kendala yang dihadapi dalam penegakan hukum terhadap pelanggaran politik uang ialah sulitnya pembuktian dalam upaya mengungkap kegiatan politik uang pada Pemilu 2019 . Kesulitan mengenai pembuktian terhadap kasus politik uang perlu diupayakan proses penegakan hukum yang ideal. Penegakan hukum ideal terhadap pelanggaran politik uang pada pemilu 2019 adalah harus berdasarkan usaha untuk mewujudkan ide-ide dan konsep-konsep hukum yang diharapakan rakyat menjadi kenyataan .

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaturan jabatan tertentu yang dapat diduduki oleh tenaga kerja asing kategori pertambangan dan penggalian dalam Kepmenaker RI No. 228 Tahun 2019 serta harmonisasi norma yang dibutuhkan atas pengaturan jabatan tertentu yang dapat diduduki oleh tenaga kerja asing kategori pertambangan dan penggalian. Disisi lain, Pemerintah Indonesia juga harus melindungi dan memproritaskan tenaga kerja dalam negeri agar tercipta kesinambungan antara perekonomian dan pasar kerja nasional dan Indonesia dihadapkan dengan permasalahan mengenai peningkatan jumlah tenaga kerja asing yang masuk ke Indonesia dari beberapa negara investor khususnya negara China. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana pengaturan jabatan tertentu yang dapat diduduki oleh tenaga kerja asing kategori pertambangan dan penggalian dalam Kepmenaker RI No. 228 Tahun 2019 dan Bagaimana harmonisasi norma yang dibutuhkan atas pengaturan jabatan tertentu yang dapat diduduki oleh tenaga kerja asing kategori pertambangan dan penggalian. Metode pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah   Kepmenaker RI No. 228 tahun 2019 ditengah modernisasi industri pertambangan dan penggalian mengubah regulasi untuk mendatangkan investor dalam satu paket tenaga kerjanya. Jabatan direksi sampai tenaga buruhnya seperti: Perwakilan Perusahaan untuk Pengeboran /lepas pantai, pengawas, teknisi operasi, penata dan staff dan golongan pokok pertambangan panas bumi pada 95 jabatan tidak ada keterangan sebagai kualifikasi jabatan. Terdapat disharmonisasi vertikal Kepmenaker RI No. 228 tahun 2019 dengan Undang-Undang No.11 tahun 2020, Peraturan Presiden No. 20 tahun 2018 dan Permen ESDM No. 25 tahun 2018.

Presence is an activity that aims to determine the level of attendance of a person in an agency, school or company. One of the problems that occurs is the student attendance system at STMIK Rosma Karawang due to cheating when making attendance at lecture activities begins. By looking at the problems contained in STMIK Rosma Karawang, a program is needed. To create a program requires a method. The method used is a waterfall as a software development method. The proposed database design is a DFD (Data Flow Diagram). Implementation of the program using Android Studio. With the design of the program is a solution to solve problems that exist in the presence system at STMIK Rosma Karawang, and can achieve an effective activity in supporting activities at STMIK Rosma Karawang.
