The PC FEST 2024 Campus Website Competition successfully combined competitive and educational elements in order to enhance students' skills and creativity in web design and development. With wide participation from various universities in Indonesia, this competition highlighted the importance of responsive, informative, and interactive websites as digital representations of educational institutions. Through a series of intensive workshops, seminars, and mentoring sessions, participants were trained in the technical and aesthetic aspects of website creation, including coding, SEO, and multimedia integration. The competition focused on the practical application of the theory learned, with teams competing to create websites that were not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly. Evaluations from judges who are experts in the fields of information technology and web design provided valuable feedback for participants, allowing them to hone and refine their work further. The results of the competition showed significant progress in participants' skills and opened new insights into the potential use of digital technology in education. The competition not only showcased students' creativity and innovation, but also encouraged continued growth and development in the field of educational technology.

The need for internet access is currently very high to search for information and communication. Many agencies have integrated the internet in use to meet the needs of data communication technology. The current system has many weaknesses, including the internet source at the KPU Surabaya City has 2 ISPs that run independently to accommodate the large traffic load that results in slow internet connections. Load balancing aims to prevent overload that will cause a decrease in network quality, by stabilizing the traffic load. In addition to Load Balancing, for bandwidth distribution, the simple queue feature is used to divide the download and upload speeds on each distribution path on the router to prevent clients from using excessive traffic. With the test results using the Load balancing technique on ether 1 and ether 2 on ISP line 1 showing an Rx level of 33.76 kbps and tx of 17.6 kbps, while on ISP line 2 showing an Rx of 28.9 kbps and Tx of 877.4 kbps which proves that load balancing has been running and a simple queue to divide bandwidth on upload and download traffic, in the test for uploading in the data and logistics room getting 126.4 kbps and downloading 4.9 Mbps, while in the legal and tekmas room getting 101.4 kbps upload and downloading 4.9 Mbps then the network has been divided and avoided data distribution congestion on the network because the two internet lines help each other, then by setting the bandwidth, each room in the KPU of Surabaya City will have its own internet usage limitations.

ABSTRAK

Kebutuhan akses internet saat ini sangat tinggi untuk mencari informasi informasi maupun komunikasi. Banyak instansi yang telah mengintegrasikan internet dalam penggunaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan teknologi komunikasi data. Sistem saat ini memiliki banyak kelemahan di antaranya adalah sumber internet di KPU Kota Surabaya mempunya 2 ISP yang berjalan sendiri - sendiri untuk menampung banyaknya beban traffic yang mengakibatkan lambatnya koneksi internet. Load balancing bertujuan untuk mencegah terjadinya overload yang akan menimbulkan turunya kualitas jaringan, dengan menstabilkan beban traffic. Selain Load Balancing, untuk pembagian bandwidth digunakan fitur simple queue untuk membagi kecepatan download dan upload pada setiap jalur pendistribusian pada router guna mencegah client menggunakan traffic yang berlebih. Dengan hasil ujian menggunakan teknik Load balancing pada ether 1 dan ether 2 pada jalur ISP 1 menunjukan tingkat Rx 33.76 kbps dan tx sebesar 17.6 kbps, sedangkan pada jalur ISP 2 menunjukan Rx sebesar 28,9 kbps dan Tx Sebesar 877.4 kbps yang membuktikan bahwa load balancing telah berjalan dan simple queue untuk membagi bandwidth pada trafik upload dan download, pada pengujian untuk upload di ruangan data dan logistik mendapatakan 126.4 kbps dan download 4,9 Mbps, sedangkan pada ruangan hukum dan tekmas mendapatkan upload 101.4 kbps dan download 4,9 Mbps maka jaringan tersebut telah terbagi dan terhindar dari kemacetan pendistribusian data pada jaringan karena kedua jalur internet saling membantu satu sama lain, kemudian dengan mengatur bandwidth maka setiap ruangan di KPU Kota Surabaya akan mempunyai limitasi pemakaian internetnya masing – masing.

The purpose of this study is to find solutions to prevent and eradicate land mafia in Indonesia. This is because the practice of land mafia in Indonesia has been going on for a long time, and is very worrying and detrimental to the state and society. The urgency of this study is to ensure legal certainty for legitimate land owners from land grabbing by the land mafia. This study uses a normative legal research method, namely a research method using secondary data or library data as its main data supported by primary data. Efforts that can be made to eradicate the land mafia are by changing land data into digital data including digitally integrated land maps. By changing land data digitally, it produces accurate land data so that there is no loophole for the land mafia to claim land belonging to others. The digital land data includes land maps per plot which are contained in the land book and then issued electronic land certificates or hard copy land certificates based on digital data that has one hundred percent accuracy.




Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari solusi pencegahan dan pemberantasan mafia tanah di Indonesia. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi karena praktik mafia tanah di Indonesia sudah berlangsung sangat lama, sangat mengkhawatirkan dan merugikan negara dan masyarakat. Urgensi dari penelitian ini adalah agar adanya kepastian hukum bagi pemilik tanah yang sah dari perampasan tanah oleh mafia tanah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, yaitu metode penelitian dengan menggunakan data sekunder atau data kepustakaan sebagai data utamanya dengan didukung oleh data primer. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk memberantas mafia tanah adalah dengan merubah data pertanahan menjadi data digital termasuk peta tanah yang terintegerasi secara digital. Dengan merubah data pertanahan secara digital, maka menghasilkan data pertanahan yang akurat sehingga tidak ada celah bagi mafia tanah untuk mengklaim tanah milik orang lain. Data pertanahan secara digital tersebut meliputi peta tanah perbidang yang dimuat dalam buku tanah kemudian diterbitkan sertifikat tanah secara elektronik atau sertifikat tanah berbentuk hard copy berdasarkan data digital yang mempunyai keakuratan seratus persen.

The community service project aims to enhance public knowledge and skills in providing immediate assistance during cardiac emergencies. Conducted in collaboration with the Indonesian Emergency and Disaster Nurses Association (HIPGABI) North Sumatra and the Regional Crisis Center Team North Sumatra, this program focuses on training participants in the fundamental techniques of Basic Life Support (BLS), including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs). The training is specifically designed for the congregation of HKBP Resort Kwala Bekala Church. The involvement of HIPGABI North Sumatra and the Regional Crisis Center Team North Sumatra brings expertise and professionalism, ensuring that the training adheres to national standards and best practices in emergency response. The outcomes of this training are expected to strengthen community resilience and preparedness in dealing with health emergencies in Medan and the surrounding areas.

Public speaking is an ability that a person has to be able to speak in public with the aim of conveying an idea or information. Public speaking is an important skill to have in this day and age. However, in reality, public speaking becomes a scary thing for some people. This is due to feelings of anxiety, fear, nervousness, and lack of confidence in their own abilities. The existence of public speaking seminars and training is expected to increase self-confidence and eliminate feelings of fear when faced with such situations. The activity entitled "Berani Bicara, Berani Berdakwah" was carried out with 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. From the activities that have been carried out at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Ula NU 08 Sullamul Hidayah, children can learn and dare to show public speaking skills during the event. Not only that, the children also began to control their negative feelings, such as fear, anxiety, and lack of confidence

The aim of the research is to analyze and describe the Arabic language learning management by Native speaker teachers in improving the learning outcomes of students at Mahad Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School. The research method is qualitative through a case study. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. Data processing involves reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings: The planning of Arabic language learning involves steps to achieve objectives, including the selection of methods, media, and resources, with two models: collaborative and independent. The organization includes the selection of materials according to the curriculum, the appropriate teaching methods, and the utilization of relevant media. The implementation combines a holistic approach with the boarding school model, using Student-Centered and Teacher-Centered Learning methods, as well as practical activities to improve language skills and learning enthusiasm. Learning supervision is carried out by internal and external parties to ensure alignment with the plan and exam materials. Conclusion: Learning management is running well and is structured, ensuring each stage of learning is effective in achieving optimal educational goals.

This research aims to examine the reasons the Panel of Judges granted divorce in the Rantau Prapat Religious Court Decision No.1473/PDT.G/2023/PA.RAP. SEMA (Supreme Court Circular Letter) is a circular from the leadership of the Supreme Court for the judiciary containing education on the implementation of justice in a more administrative manner. PP (Government Regulation) Number 9 of 1975 does not explain the time for a dispute before the court recognizes the reason for divorce.. In this case, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit for divorce on the grounds that continuous disputes, (domestic violence) domestic violence and the defendant using drugs. The Plaintiff and Defendant have not lived apart for six months, but in SEMA Number 1 of 2022 there is a provision that divorce on the grounds of continuous disputes and quarrels can be granted if it is proven that the husband and wife have had continuous disputes and quarrels or have lived apart for at least six months. The panel of judges granted the lawsuit because they had not lived apart for six months, so further study was needed regarding the reasons for granting the lawsuit. The research uses normative juridical methods by exploring theories, concepts and legislation related to this research. The results of the research showed that the Panel of Judges granted divorce cases that had not reached the minimum requirement of being separated for six months if conditions in the household did not allow it to continue because it could be dangerous. In this case, considering the sake of justice and the aim of the law, namely maintaining the honor or safety of oneself and life, the provisions in SEMA Number 1 of 2022 can be set aside.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji alasan Majelis Hakim mengabulkan perceraian pada Putusan Pengadilan Agama Rantau Prapat No.1473/PDT.G/2023/PA.RAP. SEMA (Surat Edaran Mahkamah Agung) yaitu edaran pimpinan Mahkamah Agung untuk peradilan berisi edukasi pelaksanaan peradilan yang lebih administratif. PP (Peraturan Pemerintah) Nomor 9 Tahun 1975 tidak menjelaskan waktu perselisihan sebelum pengadilan mengakui alasan perceraian. Dalam perkara ini, Penggugat mengajukan gugatan perceraian dengan alasan perselisihan terus menerus, (KDRT) Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga dan Tergugat menggunakan Narkoba. Penggugat dan Tergugat belum enam bulan pisah tempat tinggal, namun dalam SEMA Nomor 1 Tahun 2022 terdapat ketentuan perceraian dengan alasan perselisihan dan pertengkaran terus menerus dapat dikabulkan apabila terbukti suami istri berselisih dan bertengkar terus menerus atau telah berpisah tempat tinggal selama minimal enam bulan. Majelis hakim mengabulkan gugatan dimana mereka belum sampai enam bulan pisah tempat tinggal sehingga perlu adanya kajian lebih jauh mengenai alasan dikabulkannya gugatan. Penelitian menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan cara mendalami teori, konsep, perundang-undangan yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Majelis Hakim mengabulkan perkara perceraian yang belum sampai unsur minimal pisah rumah selama enam bulan apabila kondisi dalam rumah tangga tersebut tidak memungkinkan untuk dilanjutkan karena dapat membahayakan. Dalam perkara ini, mengingat demi keadilan serta tujuan hukum yaitu memelihara kehormatan atau keselamatan diri maupun jiwa, sehingga ketentuan pada SEMA Nomor 1 Tahun 2022 tersebut dapat dikesampingkan. 

This research aims to evaluate the influence of extracurricular activities on students' learning motivation at SMP Muhammadiyah 02 Medan. Extrinsic motivation is often needed to encourage students who lack an internal drive to learn, especially at elementary school age, where play activities are often more interesting than learning. It is hoped that extracurricular activities can function as a source of additional motivation and improve student learning outcomes. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 25.0. The research results show that the significance value of the t test for the extracurricular activity variable is 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05, and the calculated t of 1.848 is smaller than the t table of 2.052. Thus, the hypothesis that extracurricular activities influence learning motivation. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.112 indicates that only 11.2% of the variation in learning motivation can be explained by extracurricular activities, while the remainder (88.8%) is influenced by other factors outside this research. These findings indicate that although extracurricular activities are an important element, their influence on students' learning motivation at SMP Muhammadiyah 02 Medan is not significant.

Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) bertujuan untuk memahami data mengenai individu dan keluarga miskin atau kurang beruntung sehingga pemerintah dapat menetapkan kebijakan sosial yang tepat. Namun data di DTKS seringkali tidak akurat dan banyak mengandung duplikat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data eksploratif (EDA) dan visualisasi data dengan bantuan Google Colaboratory. Penelitian ini menggunakan data DKI Jakarta yang berjumlah 1,04 juta orang. Kami menganalisis berbagai faktor seperti usia, menerima atau tidaknya tunjangan kesejahteraan, latar belakang pendidikan, dan status pekerjaan. Hasilnya menunjukkan Jakarta Timur memiliki jumlah penduduk miskin dan pengangguran terbanyak. Rendahnya tingkat pendidikan merupakan salah satu penyebab  utama kemiskinan, dimana mayoritas penduduk hanya mengenyam pendidikan sekolah dasar atau sederajat. Selain itu, Jakarta Timur juga menjadi wilayah dengan jumlah penerima Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) terbanyak. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa program dan kampanye kesadaran tentang pentingnya pendidikan dan keterampilan kejuruan perlu diperkuat untuk mengurangi kemiskinan dan pengangguran.
