Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan kerangka konseptual dan implementatif untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai hukum Islam ke dalam sistem pendidikan nasional Indonesia. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai upaya menjawab krisis karakter dan degradasi moral yang semakin mengkhawatirkan di kalangan generasi muda. Sistem pendidikan nasional selama ini lebih banyak mengedepankan pendekatan teknokratis yang cenderung mengabaikan dimensi nilai, etika, dan spiritualitas, sehingga pendidikan kehilangan fungsi utamanya sebagai sarana pembentukan manusia seutuhnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan (library research). Kajian literatur mendalam dilakukan terhadap prinsip-prinsip dasar hukum Islam, seperti keadilan, tanggung jawab, kasih sayang, kesetaraan, dan solidaritas sosial, serta relevansinya dalam praktik pendidikan di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai hukum Islam dapat dilakukan melalui tiga pendekatan utama, yakni kurikuler, metodologis, dan kultural. Kendati menghadapi tantangan berupa resistensi ideologis, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan rendahnya literasi nilai di kalangan pendidik, pengembangan kurikulum berbasis nilai, pelatihan guru, dan penguatan budaya sekolah dapat menjadi solusi efektif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan pendidikan nasional yang lebih humanistik, berkarakter, dan berorientasi pada nilai-nilai transendental

Character education through sport is becoming increasingly important in the face of dynamic socio-cultural change. The sociology of sport offers an approach to understanding sport as a social phenomenon that has a broad impact on youth character building. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method to explore the role of sport in youth character building through a sociology of sport approach. The results showed that sport can be a medium for socialization, value internalization, and identity formation. Participation in sports activities can form a physically healthy, mentally strong, and morally sound young generation. However, sports can also be a space for reproduction of negative values if not balanced with constructive social values. Therefore, the sociology of sport approach can offer strategic solutions in designing sports programs that not only pursue achievements, but also form Indonesian people with character. This research is expected to contribute to the development of character education through sports and increase awareness of the importance of the sociology of sport in shaping young people with character and integrity.

This study aims to determine the effect of convenience, benefits and security on the interest in using e-wallets in the Parit Boom community, Nipah Panjang District. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, and the data analysis method used is multiple regression, t-test and f-test. The sample in this study was 67 samples of the Parit Boom community, Nipah Panjang District, by distributing a Likert scale questionnaire. The test results obtained from the t-test show that the convenience variable (X1) has a significant effect on the interest in using e-wallets (Y). This is evidenced by the calculated T value> Ttable, which is 3,287> 2.75 and a significant value of 002 <0.05 so that it can be concluded that Ho is rejected a.nd Ha. is a.ccepted, while the benefit va.ria.ble (X2) ha.s a. significa.nt effect on the interest in using e-wa.llets (Y). This is evidenced by the ca.lcula.ted T va.lue > Tta.ble, which is 3.54 > 2.75 a.nd a. significa.nt va.lue of 002 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected a.nd Ha. is a.ccepted, so the benefit va.ria.ble (X2) ha.s a.n effect on the interest in using e-wa.llet (Y). While the va.ria.ble (X3) does not ha.ve a. significa.nt effect on the interest in using e-wa.llet (Y). This is evidenced by the ca.lcula.ted T va.lue < Tta.ble, which is 0.220 < 2.75 a.nd a. significa.nt va.lue of 826 > 0.05, so it ca.n be concluded tha.t Ho is a.ccepted a.nd Ha. is rejected, so the security va.ria.ble (X2) ha.s a. significa.nt effect on the interest in using e-wa.llet (Y). The test results obta.ined from the f test show tha.t the va.ria.bles of convenience, benefits a.nd security simulta.neously ha.ve a.n effect on the interest in using e-wa.llet. This is evidenced by the ca.lcula.ted f va.lue > fta.ble, which is 8.292 > 1.998 a.nd a. significa.nt va.lue of 0.01 < 0.05

improving poetry-writing skills among 10th-grade students. This classroom action research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting stages. In the first cycle, 60% of students actively participated, with an average score of 70 on their poetry tests. After revisions and improvements in the second cycle, student participation increased to 85%, and the average test score rose to 85, reflecting a 21.4% improvement. Data were collected through observations, interviews, written tests, and documentation. The findings indicate that the "ABC 5 Dasar" game effectively enhances student engagement, spontaneity, and creativity in poetry writing, providing a culturally relevant and enjoyable learning experienc.

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into criminal procedure law has emerged as a significant development in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of judicial systems. However, the implementation of AI in Indonesia remains at an early stage, with challenges such as regulatory gaps, societal trust issues, and potential algorithmic biases. This study aims to explore the potential and challenges of utilizing AI within Indonesia’s criminal procedure framework, focusing on its legal and social implications. Employing a qualitative research approach, this study combines in-depth interviews with legal experts, practitioners, and AI developers, alongside a comprehensive literature review of existing laws and academic research. The findings reveal that AI has the potential to expedite case management, enhance evidence analysis, and reduce human biases in judicial decision-making. Nevertheless, the lack of specific regulations governing AI’s use in the judiciary and the limited public trust pose significant hurdles to its effective implementation. The study also highlights the importance of adaptive legal frameworks and public education to foster transparency and accountability in AI applications. These results contribute to the broader discourse on AI integration in legal systems, particularly in developing countries, by emphasizing the need for localized strategies that address unique social and legal contexts. The implications of this research extend to policymakers and technology developers, providing insights into the regulatory and ethical considerations required for sustainable AI adoption in judicial processes. Future research is recommended to expand the scope of empirical studies and include quantitative analyses to further substantiate the findings.

The debate regarding Omnibus Law as the main means for structuring legal regulations in Indonesia attracted a lot of public attention when the Omnibus Law method, which was previously little known in Indonesia as a country that adheres to the Continental European legal system, was used in the preparation of draft laws (RUU). How does the constitutional transition to the establishment of an omnibus law on copyright work in a democratic country? How do we review the constitutionality of the implementation of the Omnibus Law and the copyright mechanism in the formation of statutory regulations? This research uses the concept of normative descriptive research, or what can be called normative juridical research. With this method, law is interpreted as what is written in legislation (law in a book), or law is interpreted as a legal rule, which is a standard for appropriate behavior. The Omnibus Law method practiced in the common law system is interpreted as a (new) law that regulates various kinds of regulations to simplify the various laws that are still in force. Constitutionally, the legal position of the omnibus law concept has not been regulated in the legal system or in the laws and regulations in Indonesia. Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, which was formed using the Omnibus method, is considered to be constitutionally contradictory because it does not have clear objectives and formulation, both in terms of the standard of formation, the systematics of its creation, and the process of changing its substance.

Thappaya Park is one of the galleries that tourists can visit, precisely in Tambon Pa Khat Chang Wat, Songkla, Thailand. Thappaya Park is managed by Khun Nong-Naphas Rattanachart, wife of Khun Chanwit Rattanachart, the owner of the park who is the adopted daughter of General Aprem Tinsulanonda, former President of the Advisory Council. The aim of establishing Thappaya Park is that apart from selling various traditional foods, the Giant Bee Gallery also aims to provide better and broader knowledge. This service activity was carried out on October 28 2024 and was attended by a service team of 21 students along with 2 accompanying lecturers.  The method of implementing this service activity is carried out through several stages, namely initial and preparatory activities, implementation of activities, and evaluation of activities. The result of this service activity is that the service team was able to learn a lot about traditional Thai food and how to make and serve it. The types of traditional food available at Thappaya Park consist of Nasi Kerabu (Sushi Khao Yam) and Palm Sugar Cake.

Da'wah comes from the Arabic language,” ???, ????, ????”  which means "to call" or "to invite." Da'wah itself is an activity carried out by Muslims to spread the teachings of Islam to others. This activity aims to invite others to understand, accept, and practice Islamic teachings in their daily lives. Da'wah can be conducted through various means, such as lectures, sermons, religious studies, discussions, and via social media or written materials. In delivering da'wah in the environment of Al-Asy'ari Mosque at Universitas Islam Bandung (Unisba), the role of   Indonesian language as the national language has a strategic role in conveying effective and widely accepted da'wah messages within the campus community. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, this research was conducted through media observations and the distribution of questionnaires to students. The role of Indonesian language in delivering da'wah at Al-Asy'ari Mosque is evident as its usage is prevalent in every event, such as sermons, lectures, studies, and more. Indonesian language also serves as a tool to facilitate communication among students from diverse backgrounds and as an effective medium for conveying da'wah messages.

In the era of advancing information and communication technology, using the internet has become very easy. This is due to the need for access to information, lifestyle, communication, entertainment, and knowledge available on various social media platforms. Social media plays a role in shaping a person's identity, and high social media use among students can impact their mental health. This study aims to determine the relationship between the intensity of social media use and the mental health of PAI students at Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. The subjects in this study were 87 PAI students. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Product Moment Correlation test. The results showed a significant negative relationship between the intensity of social media use and the mental health of PAI students. The correlation coefficient was r = 0.220 with a significance level of p = 0.041 (< 0.05). This means that the higher the students' intensity of social media use, the lower their mental health. Conversely, the lower the intensity of social media use, the better their mental health.

Personal guidance is provided in the Kalibata Canteen. The training program has been set for April 21, 2024, Sunday. MSMEs whose have not yet utilized digital payment media are the target audience for this training program. a review of what was discovered and the discussion before it, MSMEs who view technology as an instrument of expediting transactions need this training. MSMEs ought to comprehend the significance that digitization is to prospering in a disruptive society and ensuring business sustainability in the face of increased rivalry. Offering a supplementary payment option, such as scanning QRIS, is one way MSMEs utilize technology. Through implementation of technology, MSMEs may lead the way. In order encouraging MSMEs to be more widely accepted and for consumers to prefer shopping at MSMEs, both of these factors are improving.
