This study aims to analyze the business condition of BMT Bahtera in entering the market of the syariah financial services industry using a General Electric Matrix approach. The method used in this study was in-depth interviews with the internal informant from BMT. The research result shows that BMT Bahtera’s strength is on the digitalization services, Human Resources competencies and saving and financing products innovation. Despite recently entering the Purwokerto territory, the business is growing with high potential market share using direct promotion strategy and effective institutional cooperation.

This research is titled Factors Influencing the Consumption Behavior of Palm Oil Farmers in Bulian Baru Village, Batin XXIV Subdistrict, Batanghari Regency. The objectives of this study are: (1) To explain the partial influence of Cultural Factors, Social Factors, and Personal Factors on the consumption behavior of palm oil farmers in Bulian Baru Village, Batin XXIV Subdistrict, Batanghari Regency; and (2) To explain the simultaneous influence of Cultural Factors, Social Factors, and Personal Factors on the consumption behavior of palm oil farmers in the same area. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The results of this study are: (1) Based on the regression test, it was found that partially, Cultural Factors have a significant influence on the consumption behavior of palm oil farmers in Bulian Baru Village, Batin XXIV Subdistrict, Batanghari Regency. Social Factors, on the other hand, do not have a significant partial effect, while Personal Factors do significantly influence consumption behavior in the same area. (2) Simultaneously, Cultural Factors, Social Factors, and Personal Factors have a significant influence on the consumption behavior of palm oil farmers in Bulian Baru Village, Batin XXIV Subdistrict, Batanghari Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership and communication on the performance of educators in Public Elementary Schools in the Catur Tunggal Cluster. Educator performance is greatly influenced by various factors, including effective principal leadership and good communication. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 50 educators in elementary schools that are members of the cluster. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents, which were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership and communication on educator performance. Principals who are able to demonstrate good leadership and establish effective communication with educators will improve their performance. This study is expected to contribute to the development of educational management at the elementary school level.

The following article has the following objectives: (1) to understand the meaning of role playing (2) the purpose of implementing role playing (3) the function and provisions in implementing the role playing model for elementary school students (4) the advantages and disadvantages of using role playing. In implementing role playing, there are quite good benefits for training and increasing creativity and understanding students' learning and mathematical concepts, especially at the elementary level. At that age, a strong understanding is needed because they are not yet able to think abstractly. Therefore, a method is needed that emphasizes the concept so that it is easier for students to learn mathematics. It is also necessary to make more efforts to emphasize understanding the concept so that students have a good enough basis for thinking to achieve other cognitive abilities.

The Merdeka Curriculum is a new innovation in the Indonesian education system which aims to give students the freedom to learn and emphasizes the importance of building character and moral values. This study investigates how a free curriculum contributes to the moral formation of students in elementary schools. Relevant sources, such as books, scientific articles and educational policy documents, were collected and analyzed through the literature study method in this research. This research found that a free curriculum, with a more contextual learning approach and involving students' active participation in real activities such as collaborative projects and extracurricular activities, helps students understand moral values ??and apply them in everyday life. It is proven that parental and community involvement is also an important component in building student character. This research found that the free curriculum not only focuses on improving students' academic achievement but also strengthens moral and ethical values. Therefore, continuous development of this curriculum is necessary to achieve broad educational goals. It is hoped that this research will help educators, policy makers and other researchers improve the quality of education in Indonesia by providing guidance for maximizing the curriculum to achieve more comprehensive educational goals.

Financial Technology (FinTech) is an innovation in financial services that uses digital technology to provide easier, more efficient and affordable access. This article discusses the development of FinTech in Indonesia, including its role in increasing financial inclusion, providing digital banking services, electronic payments, and peer-to-peer lending business models. Through literature analysis, this article shows that FinTech has driven significant changes in financial access and interactions, especially for those in remote areas or without access to traditional financial services. Although FinTech offers many advantages, such as efficiency and ease of transactions, challenges such as limited access to technology and security risks still need to be overcome. Adaptive regulations and collaboration with traditional financial institutions are needed to maximize the potential of FinTech in supporting financial inclusion and sustainable economic development in Indonesia.

Background: Hypertension is one of the factors that is the main cause of death for stroke sufferers and is also a factor that can aggravate heart attacks. Non-pharmacological treatment usually includes exercise, improving diet and relaxing. Autogenic relaxation is relaxation that comes from oneself by using a word or sentence that calms a person's mind and is proven to be able to control several body functions such as blood pressure and blood flow. Objective: To determine the application of autogenic relaxation to reduce blood pressure in hypertension patients in the lotus ward at RSUD dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri. Method: Autogenic relaxation with patients suffering from hypertension was carried out on 2 respondents for 3 days with a duration of 15-20 minutes and blood pressure was measured before and after application. Results: It was found that there was an effect of autogenic relaxation on reducing blood pressure in the blood pressure of respondents Mrs. W 215/109 to 177/96 and Mrs. N 173/100 to 158/92. Conclusion: Based on research that has been conducted, auogenic relaxation has been proven to be significant in reducing blood pressure in hypertension patients.
 
 
 

This research aims to determine the influence of socialization and accountability on the level of receipt of zakat funds at BAZNAS Muaro Jambi regency.this research uses primary data obtained through filling out questionnaires. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. Data analysis uses validity and reliability, descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing using multiple linier regression methods. The data analysis method used  is multiple linier regression using SPSS 27.0. the results of this research show that : (1) socialization has a significant effect on the level of receipt of zakat funds, (2) accountability has a significant effect on the level of receipt of zakat funds, (3) socialization and accountability in general together have a significant effect on the level of receipt of the zakat funds.

Purpose: This research compared the accuracy level of six algorithms based on the ROC method and the Confusion Matrix evaluation on data regarding public sentiments towards electric cars.
Methods: Data collection was conducted for data sourced from TikTok. Next, the data underwent text preprocessing (data cleaning and case folding) and text processing (stemming, tokenizing, stopword removal, word frequency, word relation, TF-IDF, scoring, and labeling). Modeling was then conducted using supervised (labeled) algorithms consisting of the Support Vector Machine (SVM), Decision Tree, Naive Bayes, Random Forest, K-Neighbor, and Logistic Regression. Finally, an evaluation was conducted (confusion matrix and ROC).
Result: The results revealed that the Decision Tree algorithm with the Confusion Matrix and ROC evaluation obtained the highest result of 87%. The algorithm with the lowest result is KNN, which has an accuracy of 56%. The classification result for the neutral sentiment has a percentage of 57.1%, followed by negative sentiment at 26.8% and positive sentiment at 16.1%. The KNN algorithm is suitable for large and low-dimensional data, SVM is suitable for data with many features and clear separation between classes, and Naive Bayes is efficient for large datasets with many low-quality features. Additionally, the Random Forest algorithm could overcome overfitting and unbalanced data. Logistic regression is also suitable for linear data without assuming a certain distribution. The Decision Tree algorithm is good for complex data as it provides a visual explanation of predictions. In this study, the Decision Tree algorithm obtained high results because it has the best characteristics and is a linear technique.
Novelty: This study found that based on the ROC method and the Confusion Matrix evaluation conducted, the Decision Tree algorithm is more accurate than the other algorithms studied.

This paper aims to find out the process of managing export and import documents by PT Adhigana Pratama Mulya Belawan branch, the process starts from before the arrival of the ship to the port of Belawan, the agent has prepared the documents needed by the ship in loading and unloading activities. The data collection method used by the author in writing this paper is the field observation method (field research) and the library method (library research) to find out more closely how the company PT. Adhigana Pratama Mulya Belawan branch in carrying out export and import document management activities. The problems faced in the process of managing export and import documents are frequent quantity differences that cause revisions to documents. Good cooperation and coordination between shipping companies and related agencies in the management of export and import documents is needed for the smooth service of handling export and import documents
