Improving the quality of education requires a comprehensive understanding of the conditions and characteristics of each educational institution. West Muna Regency has various secondary schools with diverse profiles and challenges. Until now, school grouping has often been done manually, which does not always accurately reflect the overall characteristics of the data. This study aims to cluster secondary schools in West Muna Regency using the K-Means algorithm as a clustering method to identify hidden patterns in school data, such as the number of students, teachers, staff, facilities, and location. The research method involves several stages, including data collection, method analysis, software implementation, and cluster testing. The clustering results produced three school clusters with different characteristics. Cluster 1 consists of schools with the most complete resources, Cluster 2 includes the largest number of schools with varying resources, and Cluster 3 represents schools with moderate conditions. These findings are expected to serve as a basis for formulating more targeted educational policies, ensuring equitable distribution of resources, and improving the quality of education in West Muna Regency.

As the complexity of modern web applications continues to increase—particularly with the rise of Single-Page Applications (SPAs)—the need for effective monitoring mechanisms becomes more critical to support fast and accurate debugging processes. One promising approach is the implementation of a monitoring system based on Database Management Systems (DBMS), which allows for systematic logging and tracking of execution data within the application’s runtime environment. This study aims to explore the role of DBMS in supporting bug reproduction, a process that involves recreating a previously encountered bug by collecting real-time information such as activity logs, event traces, and environmental variables. The research method includes the development of a monitoring prototype integrated into a web application, where all runtime data is stored in a centralized database. Experimental evaluations were conducted on large-scale web applications to assess the system’s effectiveness in detecting and reproducing bugs. The results indicate that DBMS-based monitoring significantly improves debugging efficiency by providing contextual execution data that would otherwise be undocumented. Case studies involving the implementation of database systems like MySQL and SQLite in mobile applications demonstrated improvements in both reliability and data access speed for log management. These findings show that integrating monitoring with DBMS contributes meaningfully to maintaining software quality. However, this integration also introduces technical challenges, such as heavy logging loads, potential latency, and data security concerns. To address these issues, this study recommends optimization strategies including caching mechanisms, asynchronous I/O operations, and the adoption of cloud-native architectures to enhance system scalability and performance. By applying these approaches, bug reproduction can be performed more quickly, accurately, and efficiently—ultimately supporting the development of robust and reliable web applications in today’s digital era. This research highlights the importance of runtime observability and structured monitoring as key elements in modern software maintenance and debugging workflows. 

This study aims to analyze the superiority of Pegadaian products in competition between Branch Service Units (UPC) using the Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM) technique at UPC Karanglewas and UPC Alun-Alun Purwokerto. The approach used is descriptive qualitative through case studies, with data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. CPM analysis is carried out by identifying key success factors such as service quality, product variety, price, promotion, ease of access, company reputation, and digital product innovation. The results of the study show that UPC Karanglewas has a stronger competitive position with a CPM score of 3.65 compared to UPC Alun-Alun Purwokerto which obtained a score of 3.25. The main advantages of UPC Karanglewas lie in a more complete product variety, ease of access, and digital innovation, while UPC Alun-Alun Purwokerto excels in promotion. This study recommends that each UPC strengthen product differentiation, increase digital service innovation, and optimize promotional strategies to strengthen competitiveness in the national pawn.
 

This research aims to analyze the transparency of financial reports at PR. IPNU Desa Pepe Sidoarjo. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data was collected through semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that PR. IPNU has implemented regular financial records, both manually through cash books and digitally with spreadsheets. All transactions are also supported by complete evidence that shows their commitment to the transparency of their financial reports.

Handwritten digit recognition is one of the key challenges in the field of digital image processing and artificial intelligence, with significant potential in various applications such as automatic form input systems, handwritten data correction, and attendance systems based on handwriting. This study aims to develop a web-based information system capable of automatically recognizing handwritten digits using the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) classification method. The system is designed through several main stages, including image preprocessing (conversion to grayscale, thresholding, and image size normalization), feature extraction using the zoning technique, and classification using the KNN algorithm. This research utilizes the MNIST dataset, which contains thousands of handwritten digit images ranging from 0 to 9. The system is developed using the Google Colab platform, supported by Python libraries such as OpenCV, NumPy, and Scikit-learn. Test results show that the system can achieve an accuracy of over 90% at certain K values, indicating that the KNN method is quite effective and efficient in recognizing handwritten digit patterns. This system is expected to be applicable for various digitization needs of handwritten numbers in education, administration, and information technology sectors

This study aims to improve the learning motivation of fourth-grade students of SDN 3 Jambu in Javanese language subjects, especially in Javanese script material, through the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model combined with the use of flash cards. The background of this study is the low learning motivation of students as seen from the lack of active participation, low enthusiasm during learning, and lack of interest in the Javanese script material. These conditions have an impact on the achievement of unsatisfactory learning outcomes and an unpleasant learning atmosphere. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation of actions, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 20 fourth-grade students. Data collection techniques were carried out using observations of student activities, interviews with teachers and students, documentation of learning activities, and evaluation tests to measure learning outcomes at the end of each cycle. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study showed a significant increase in student learning motivation after the implementation of the TGT learning model assisted by flash cards. This can be seen from the increasing activeness of students in groups, their enthusiasm in participating in educational games, and the results of learning evaluations that show a positive trend from cycle I to cycle II. The TGT model, which is based on cooperation and healthy competition, creates a more lively and enjoyable learning atmosphere and stimulates active student involvement. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament learning model supported by flashcard media is effective in increasing student motivation and learning outcomes in the Javanese Language subject, Javanese Script material.

Pegadaian is one of the Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia that continues to expand its market share through various marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze the market penetration strategies implemented by Pegadaian and identify the efforts that can be made to increase customer interest. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach from various accredited national journals in the last five years, as well as document analysis related to Pegadaian marketing strategies. The results of this study reveal that Pegadaian market penetration strategy is carried out through the optimization of digital promotion, the development of innovative products and services, and the improvement of financial literacy in society. Digital promotion strategies are carried out by utilizing social media and other online platforms to increase product awareness and education to the general public. In addition, product development such as Arrum Haji and Tabungan Emas has become an effective innovation in meeting market needs. Pegadaian is also actively conducting financial education through seminars, workshops, and outreach programs as a form of improving financial literacy and customer loyalty. These three strategies have consistently proven to attract new customers, increase loyalty, and strengthen Pegadaian position amidst the competition in Islamic financial institutions. This research contributes to enriching the study of marketing strategies for Islamic financial institutions, particularly in the pawnshop sector. The novelty of this research lies in the systematic and detailed mapping of Pegadaian market penetration strategies based on the latest literature.

Riset ini dilakukan guna mengkaji secara komprehensif kinerja Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPPS) BMT El-Mentari yang beroperasi di Purwokerto, dengan menggunakan pendekatan Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCFPE). Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan tujuh indikator inti, yaitu kepemimpinan, perencanaan strategis, orientasi pada pelanggan, sistem pengukuran dan manajemen pengetahuan, orientasi pada tenaga kerja, pengelolaan proses, serta capaian kinerja organisasi. Riset ini menerapkan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pendekatan observasional dalam mengumpulkan data, interview terstruktur, dan telaah dokumen. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa KSPPS BMT El-Mentari meraih skor keseluruhan sebesar 627,84, yang dikategorikan dalam kelompok “Pemimpin Industri Berkembang”. Dimensi dengan pencapaian tertinggi terdapat pada aspek fokus tenaga kerja (74,2%), sedangkan dimensi hasil bisnis diidentifikasi sebagai aspek yang memerlukan penguatan lebih lanjut. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun koperasi telah menunjukkan kemajuan signifikan dalam praktik manajerialnya, masih terdapat ruang perbaikan untuk mencapai standar kinerja bertaraf global. Penelitian ini menyumbangkan pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap perkembangan praktik manajemen strategis pada koperasi syariah dan dapat dijadikan acuan bagi proses evaluasi berkelanjutan oleh pengelola koperasi.

The Covid19 pandemic had a major impact on the weakening of Indonesia's economic sector, including Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The MSME sector is one of the sectors that makes a major contribution to the national economy so it needs to rise during the current Covid19 pandemic. Jambewangi Village is a village located in Sempu District, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java Province. The area of Jambewangi Village is 1,422 Ha / m2 divided into six hamlets including Krajan Hamlet, Panjen Hamlet, Parastembok Hamlet, Sumberjo Hamlet, Tlogosari Hamlet, and Sidomulyo Hamlet. In Jambewangi Village, it has an interesting landscape, such as a homogeneous forest in the form of pines, the confluence of tributaries with branches, a large expanse of rice fields, as well as fields and plantations. The area of Jambewangi Village is at an altitude of 340-800 masl so it has cool air and is good for growing various kinds of fruits and vegetables.

The rise of digital transformation and increasing competition in the Islamic financial sector require microfinance institutions such as KSPPS BMT NU Sejahtera Bumiayu to implement innovative strategies to build competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze the development of innovative services through the Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) framework, which focuses on value creation and the discovery of untapped market space. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews involving management and active customers. The findings indicate that based on external analysis (PEST and Five Forces) and internal evaluation, the institution holds strong potential to develop service strategies driven by innovation. The application of the ERRC Grid led to several strategic actions, including eliminating administrative fees, simplifying procedures, enhancing service quality and technology, and developing the digital application BMT Mobile. The study concludes that BOS is an effective strategic framework for expanding inclusive, community-based Islamic finance. The results contribute both theoretically and practically to the development of adaptive and competitive Islamic microfinance service models.
