Abstrak:
Cassia alata L or generally knowles as Chinese leaves contain phytochemical compounds, one of which is flavonoids which have the potential as antioxidants, antioxidants can be used to prevent diseases with oxidative stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the content of phytochemical screening and qualitative testing of antioxidant activity ethanol ekstract of Chinese leaves (Cassia alata L) using the DPPH method. This study is a qualitative study with an extraction process using the maceration method with 96% ethanol solvent. Phytochemical screening and antioxidant activity testing were carried out by adding specific reagents. The results of phytochemical screening and antioxidant activity testing of Chinese leaves (cassia alata L) ekstract contain bioactive compounds such as flavonoids, saponins, tannins and antioxidant activity testing with DPPH reagents showed that Chinese leaves (cassia alata L) extract has antioxidant activity which is indicated by a change of the color from purple to yellow. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that the flavonoid compound content in Chinese leaves (cassia alata L) extract can potentially act as an antioxidant.

Salah satu manifestasi ibadah yang bersifat universal adalah bekerja, karena kerja merupakan realitas dasar bagi umat manusia yang dapat berubah menjadi esensi alami dan selalu hadir di setiap fase evolusi manusia. Hal ini disebabkan oleh fakta bahwa melalui upaya manusia, untuk memfasilitasi kemajuan ekonomi masyarakat secara bersamaan mencerminkan pemenuhan mandat ilahi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh remunerasi, kedisiplinan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja fasilitator di Balai Pertanian Wilayah (BPPW) Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai explanatory research merupakan metode penelitian yang bermaksud menjelaskan kedudukan variabel-variabel yang diteliti serta pengaruh antara variabel satu dengan variabel lainnya. Populasi dalam studi ini adalah karyawan/fasilitator IBM yang bekerja di BPPW Jawa Tengah yaitu berjumlah 200 fasilitator. Pengambilan sampel yaitu jumlah indikator dikali angka 5 sampai 10, dalam penelitian ini terdapat 13 indikator sehingga Penelitian ini melibatkan 130 responden yang telah bekerja minimal tiga tahun di BPPW Jawa Tengah. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa remunerasi secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kedisiplinan kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja fasilitator. Selain itu, kedisiplinan kerja dan kepuasan kerja juga terbukti secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja fasilitator. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan remunerasi dapat menajdi salah satu strategi untuk meningkatakan kinerja fasilitator di BPPW jawa Tengah

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi peran penting pengawasan partisipatif yang melibatkan masyarakat untuk ikut serta mengawasi terselenggaranya Pemilu. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data meliputi sumber data dan sekunder, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah teknik triangulasi sumber. Analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program pengawasan partisipatif Bawaslu Kota Semarang menjadi program unggulan dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam mengawasi terselenggaranya Pemilu sehingga malapraktik atau pelanggaran dalam Pemilu dapat diminimalisir. Inovasi model pengawasan partisipatif Bawaslu Kota Semarang dilaksanakan melalui enam program antara lain Pendidikan Pengawas Partisipatif, Forum Warga Pengawasan Partisipatif, Pojok Pengawasan, Kerjasama dengan Perguruan Tinggi, Kampung Pengawasan Partisipatif, dan Komunitas Digital Pengawasan Partisipatif. Model pengawasan partisipatif Bawaslu Kota Semarang mencakup model meluas dan terbatas.

Abstrak:
Employee engagement mencerminkan keterikatan emosional dan sikap antusiasme pegawai terhadap perusahaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, jenjang karir, dan recognition terhadap employee engagement dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian dilakukan pada karyawan PDAM Tirto Panguripan menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksplanasi melalui analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner, dengan sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan perhitungan Slovin. Data dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, jenjang karir, dan recognition berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan employee engagement melalui kepuasan kerja. Recognition juga memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap employee engagement, sementara gaya kepemimpinan dan jenjang karir hanya memengaruhi secara tidak langsung. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada pengungkapan mekanisme peran kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening dan pentingnya strategi pengelolaan SDM berbasis recognition untuk meningkatkan employee engagement secara efektif.
Employee engagement reflects employees' emotional attachment and enthusiasm toward their organization. This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style, career development, and recognition on employee engagement, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research was conducted on employees of PDAM Tirto Panguripan using a quantitative explanatory method through descriptive and inferential analysis. Primary data were collected via questionnaires, with samples determined using purposive sampling and the Slovin formula. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS 3 software. The findings indicate that leadership style, career development, and recognition significantly enhance employee engagement through job satisfaction. Additionally, recognition has a direct effect on employee engagement, while leadership style and career development influence indirectly. This study contributes by revealing the role of job satisfaction as an intervening variable and highlighting the importance of recognition-based HR management strategies to effectively improve employee engagement.

This study investigates the effectiveness of maritime vocational education in preparing graduates to meet the evolving demands of the industry, focusing on competency development, sustainability integration, and practical readiness. The research addresses the increasing need for training programs to align with global industry standards while incorporating sustainable practices to manage environmental and operational challenges. By integrating insights from maritime professionals, educators, graduates, and regulatory officers, the study provides a comprehensive and grounded analysis. The research explores how maritime education equips graduates with industry-relevant skills and incorporates sustainability into training frameworks. Using a qualitative approach, the study involved interviews with 10 stakeholders and thematic analysis of their experiences. Findings indicate strong outcomes in practical readiness (score: 9.3/10), supported by immersive sea-going experiences and hands-on training. However, sustainability integration scored lower (8.6/10), highlighting the need for a greater emphasis on environmental practices and sustainable operations within curricula. The results underscore the significance of collaboration between educational institutions and industry professionals to ensure training aligns with real-world demands. This study offers valuable recommendations for curriculum design and sustainability practices, contributing to a well-prepared and environmentally conscious maritime workforce. The findings serve as a foundation for policy development, institutional strategies, and further research into vocational training and sustainable maritime operations.

The growing complexity of maritime operations demands deck officers with advanced competencies and a strong understanding of sustainability principles. This study addresses critical gaps in maritime vocational education by exploring the effectiveness of current training programs, the integration of sustainability, and the role of technology-driven approaches. While previous research has focused on technical skills aligned with STCW standards, limited attention has been paid to leadership, communication, and environmental education. The research sought to answer how maritime training can be enhanced to address these gaps. Using a systematic literature review and qualitative analysis of insights from maritime professionals, educators, and graduates, the study synthesized theoretical frameworks with real-world experiences. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and questionnaires, analyzed using thematic coding, and triangulated with findings from the literature review. The results demonstrate strong technical training aligned with STCW standards but reveal fragmented sustainability integration and inadequate leadership preparation. Simulation-based training was identified as highly effective, though it requires support from mentorship and real-world experiences. The findings provide actionable recommendations for enhancing curricula, fostering industry-academic partnerships, and refining policies to better prepare deck officers for modern maritime challenges. This research offers a practical roadmap for transforming maritime education, ensuring safety, operational efficiency, and sustainability in global maritime operations.

Up Sonic is an innovative technology designed to enhance combustion efficiency and reduce harmful gas emissions. The study examines the performance of this tool on different materials, including fossil fuels and biomass. Abstrak:
Introduction: In the age of digital transformation, the role of vloggers in shaping and communicating cultural values has become increasingly significant. This paper explores how vloggers navigate the complexities of cultural representation in the era of disruption, characterized by rapid technological advancements, shifting social dynamics, and global interconnectedness. It emphasizes the role of vloggers as both creators and influencers, who, through their personal stories and interactions with their audiences, contribute to the evolving discourse on cultural values, particularly in relation to issues such as authenticity, diversity, and social change.
Methods: The study utilized a constructivism paradigm with a phenomenological approach to popular vloggers in Indonesia. Data collection techniques: in-depth interviews, observation, literature studies, and triangulation of data sources. The validity of the qualitative research data was determined through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability.
Findings: Communicating the cultural values play a crucial role in intercultural communication, as they are deeply connected to personal beliefs and ways of living. Understanding and acknowledging these personal values are essential for successful communication, especially when individuals come from different cultural backgrounds. Failure to recognize and respect these differences in values can lead to significant challenges in communication and understanding.
Originality: The study highlights the emerging role of vloggers as cultural architects, rather than merely content creators, they are not passive communicators but an active agent of social change. Many vloggers use their platforms to advocate for social justice, equality, demonstrating how vloggers contribute to societal shifts and cultural reimagination.

Abstrak:
The importance of developing border areas as one of the programs run by the government must be supported by existing potential. Livestock is one of the largest contributors to income for the community in Napan Village. The absence of a location as a potential for developing livestock barns in Napan Village is a problem. Therefore, it is necessary to determine whether the area has a potential for developing livestock barns in Napan Village. This study includes mixed-method research and methods using forum group discussions (FGD) and IDW. Key informants are the Head of Napan Village and the community. The conclusion of this study shows that the development of livestock barns in Napan Village is quite large because it is supported by the number and types of diverse livestock and the community agrees to develop livestock barns there. The location for developing livestock barns is obtained as wide as 2.11 km2. This great potential can give Napan Village the potential for development in border areas, especially in the field of livestock. In addition, to overcome the problem of illegal livestock sales, it is necessary to build surveillance posts in border areas so that the number of incidents can be suppressed.

Abstrak:
Briquettes are a type of alternative energy whose raw material source comes from agricultural waste such as coconut shells. Coconut shells are converted into charcoal which has a higher calorific value through the pyrolysis process. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of comparing particle size and printing pressure on the length of burning time and burning temperature, so as to obtain a briquette composition that is durable and produces high temperatures. In this research, the raw material used was shell waste with a drying process of 400°C and the particle size variations used were mesh 30, 150 and 250 mixed with 12 grams of starch adhesive. The briquette molding process uses 3 kg and 5 kg pressure, which are then dried using an oven at a temperature of 750°C for 3 hours. Tests were carried out on burning time, burning temperature, water content and ash content. From the research results, it was found that for the highest temperature, briquettes with a particle size of 250 mesh were produced with a pressure of 5 kg at 312°C, and the flame duration of the briquettes was 240 minutes.
