Financial administration of village governments in Indonesia still experiences deficiencies in various aspects. Problems with village government financial administration occurred in Curug Village, Tirto District, Pekalongan Regency. Village Financial Management is strictly regulated in Law Number 6 of 2014. As Implementation Guidelines regarding Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, Government Regulation Number 43 of 2014 has been stipulated which regulates the Implementing Regulations of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. Government Regulation Number 43 of 2014 emphasizes village financial management.Training activities were carried out by presenting material regarding Village Financial Administration followed by questions and answers between resource persons and participants. Through this training activity, it is hoped that the Curug Village Government apparatus, Tirto District, Pekalongan Regency will be able to administer their village finances well so that the Curug Village Government, Tirto District, Pekalongan Regency will be able to apply the principles of Good Governance.Through the implementation of this community service activity, it is hoped that the Curug Village Government apparatus, Tirto District, Pekalongan Regency can increase their understanding of village government financial administration practices, especially the practice of recording village income and expenditure transactions in the General Cash Book and General Cash Assistant Book.Keywords: Governance; finance; village.

The activity of writing scientific papers, especially scientific articles, is one of the activities that must be done by professional teachers. Apart from being a professional demand, writing scientific papers for teachers is also a form of scientific implementation and dissemination to the community. The purpose of this training activity is expected to improve the ability to write scientific papers, especially scientific articles for teachers. The method of implementing this training is divided into three stages. First, the presentation of the material, the two participants were divided into groups to discuss things that could be raised as the theme of writing scientific articles, the third practice in groups with the guidance of lecturers of the PPKn study program, Faculty of Teacher Training, PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya, and assistance to complete activities synchronously and asynchronously. This training resulted in 9 scientific articles that have been worked on by teacher groups, three of which are the results of the implementation of classroom action research (PTK) that has been previously carried out by teachers, and there are two participant articles that have been successfully uploaded to the national online journal Pacivic Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya.

Hal ini menjadi perbincangan para warganet mengenai sikap guru tersebut. Reaksi warganet ini merupakan bentuk opini publik di media sosial atas isu yang berkembang di masyarakat. Media sosial dengan semua dinamikanya telah membawa warna baru dalam kehidupan manusia masa kini, terutama bagi mereka pengguna aktif internet yang banyak dikenal dengan netizen. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan analisis data interaktif miles dan hubermas. Adapun unggahan di media sosial yang diteliti, adalah unggahan yang terkait isu pemaksaan penggunaan jilbab, yang diunggah pada bulan agustus-september 2022. Melalui penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa opini yang terbangun atas isu yang ada, dipicu lebih banyak oleh posting dari akun media sosial berinstitusi besar. Opini yang ada, terbagi menjadi dua kelompok besar, pertama bahwa isu yang ada murni memang kesalahan oknum pendidik yang menerapkan kebijakan tidak pada porsinya, dan pendapat umum yang kedua bahwa isu yang terbangun sebenarnya terkait dengan isu lain yang ada, seperti sosial budaya, ekonomi, dan politik</p>

Increasing the level of understanding about taxation for the nation's next generation, namely the millennial generation, is very important to create the next generation who understand and obey taxation in order to realize a bright future for the nation. The qualitative approach method is the research methodology used in this research journal, and the type of research is literature study or also library research where this research method collects data through studying and understanding theories from related literature or different sources. The findings from this research are that it is very important for the millennial generation to be provided with knowledge about the basics of taxation as early as possible, so that the millennial generation can understand how important taxes are for the development of the country

Penelitian ini membahas konflik sengketa perbatasan antara Indonesia dan Timor Leste dari perspektif hukum internasional. Konflik perbatasan antara kedua negara ini menjadi perhatian karena dapat mempengaruhi kedaulatan dan keamanan negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan informasi dari berbagai sumber referensi terkait konflik perbatasan dan upaya penyelesaiannya. Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan kasus, pendekatan sejarah, dan pendekatan fakta. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa  hukum internasional memiliki peran penting dalam menyelesaikan konflik perbatasan ini dan menciptakan ketertiban dan keadilan di masyarakat internasional. Konflik perbatasan antara Indonesia dan Timor Leste dipicu oleh klaim sepihak warga Timor Leste terhadap wilayah Indonesia di perbatasan. Konflik ini melibatkan bentrokan fisik antara warga kedua negara. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang upaya penanganan konflik perbatasan dari perspektif hukum internasional dan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang sengketa perbatasan wilayah Indonesia dan Timor Leste.

The use of computers in the development of Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS) teaching materials can be used to assist lecturers in learning activities on vocational campuses as well as other materials in the Computer Base Training (CBT) laboratory at the Indonesian Maritime Polytechnic. The CBT laboratory provides learning materials on ship machinery systems and multiple choice questions for learning evaluation. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of the use of ECDIS material learning media software when used computer-based. The method used in this study is a qualitative method by looking at the final grades of students. This software consists of 42 slides of ECDIS material theory, 1 slide of ECDIS material video tutorial, 1 slide of ECDIS material practice, 20 slides of multiple choice evaluation questions, and 1 slide of final grades made using Visual Basic software. The results of the test showed that all cadets who attended the lecture were successful in using the software until the final grade was obtained.

Nowadays, changes occur very quickly, especially in the field of technology, which requires companies to be able to adapt to these changes. Training and development is one of the most effective ways to continuously improve the knowledge and skills possessed by employees. When conducting training, of course the company must do it correctly so that it is in line with the company's goals and is on target. Training needs analysis is one of the most important stages before holding training because this stage determines which employees will take part in the training and what kind of training will be held. This research uses a qualitative approach using a case study design to obtain in-depth data. Data collection techniques for this research used interview, observation and documentation methods. The primary data source comes from interviews with 3 sources and observations and the secondary data source comes from the employee competency GAP report as the main data for training need analysis. The results of this research show that there are still several employees whose competencies do not meet the requirements required by the company. Therefore, companies should be able to continue to update employee competency GAP reports so that training needs analysis can continue to be up to date and can carry out training according to targets and objectives.

This study aims to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of cooperative learning model using the Think Pair Share (TPS) technique. The subjects of the study were the students of class VII-A at SMPN 3 Surabaya. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through tests, namely formative tests and post-tests. The results showed a significant improvement in students' mathematics learning outcomes after the application of the Think Pair Share technique. In the first cycle, the average student scores increased significantly compared to before the intervention, with even greater improvements observed in the second cycle. Besides improving learning outcomes, the application of the Think Pair Share technique also had a positive impact on student participation and interaction during the learning process. Students became more active in discussions and helped each other understand the lesson material. Therefore, the Think Pair Share technique has proven effective in enhancing the mathematics learning outcomes of students in class VII-A at SMPN 3 Surabaya.

Discrimination refers to unfair or unequal treatment of a person or group based on certain characteristics.Such as injustice regarding race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability. This usually occurs in environments such as education, health services, residence and in social interactions. Ethnic discrimination occurs when individuals or groups are judged based on their ethnic origin, which includes cultural identity, language, or national origin. This ethnic discrimination can lead to unequal treatment in terms of economic opportunities, access to health services, or unfair treatment by related institutions. In Indonesia, racial and ethnic discrimination is also a problem faced, although in a different context from other countries. Even though Indonesia has rich cultural, linguistic and ethnic diversity, there are still challenges in ensuring fair treatment for all citizens. Several ethnic minority groups in Indonesia may face various obstacles in terms of access to quality education, decent work and adequate health services.

The digital revolution has changed the way of shopping, encouraging the growth of online shopping platforms that offer convenience for consumers. In intense market competition, SWOT analysis becomes important to help online shopping platforms identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and formulate strategies to maintain competitive advantages. The research aims to understand how these platforms can remain relevant and competitive in the digital era. This research uses literature studies to collect data from journals, articles and online sources, in order to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the strategic management of online shopping platforms. The results of this SWOT analysis are then used to formulate strategy recommendations that can improve the platform's operations and competitive position in the e-commerce market.
