Forming students' character through education is an essential process in enhancing human dignity. One significant approach is through extracurricular activities, which not only develop students' potential, interests and talents, but also form attitudes of discipline, responsibility and self-confidence. This research aims to understand the role of extracurricular activities in forming the character of class VII students at SMP N 20 Surakarta. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, involving interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that student involvement in extracurricular activities improves social skills, interests, talents, and creates positive habits such as cooperation, conflict management, and mature personality development. However, there are challenges in implementation, such as the lack of support for facilities and policies from schools. Therefore, a more effective and relevant extracurricular management strategy is needed to maximize its impact on students' character education.

An important aspect that needs attention to support success in the learning process is the teacher's competency. One of the key competencies required by teachers is mastery of technology, which supports the development of TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge)-based learning. Additionally, mastery of technology can help develop learning media and serve as a learning aid. One of the software that can be used as an option for learning media is Octave. Octave is open-source software, allowing teachers to access it for free. It can be used as a medium/teaching tool to explain various mathematical concepts, such as functions, function limits, derivatives, integrals, and more. This training was attended by high school teachers and took place at Al Bayan Superior High School, Sukabumi Regency. During the training, participants were taught how to use Octave in mathematics instruction to enhance teacher competency. The results of the training show that the use of Octave can support learning in schools by boosting teacher competency and inspiring teachers to become more professional. This, in turn, leads to improved learning quality in schools, which ultimately enhances the overall quality of education.

In initial observations at SMP Negeri 20 Surakarta, various emotional and behavioral problems were found among students, including self-injurious behavior due to emotional stress, such as friendship conflicts and social pressure. This phenomenon highlights the importance of psychosocial interventions to increase awareness of mental health among adolescents. Adolescence, as a critical period of biological, psychological and social development, is vulnerable to internal and external conflicts that can affect mental well-being. Data shows that the prevalence of emotional mental disorders in adolescents is increasing, with risk factors including academic pressure, poor interpersonal relationships, and lack of mental health awareness and support. To overcome this, community service activities in the form of mental health psychoeducation were carried out at SMP Negeri 20 Surakarta. This activity includes training in managing emotions, strengthening interpersonal relationships, and increasing student awareness about the importance of mental health. Results show increased student understanding and awareness, as well as positive impacts on psychological well-being, social skills, and academic achievement. It is hoped that this program will be the first step in supporting adolescent mental health and reducing the risk of psychological disorders in the future.

Blockchain as a techonological tool that will change the way transactions in business and asset-based management are based. Simply put, blockchain is described as a series of records containing data managed by a group of computers in which there is no single entity, basically a blockchain like a digital ledger that can be accessed by anyone. The purpose of this study is to find out how the transformation of the development of accounting recording systems using blockchain technology is based on the results of analysis from literature studies. Literature study is a method of collecting data from various reference books and research results that have been referenced with the aim of obtaining a foundation for the problem being researched. The result of this research is how to transform traditional accounting into internet-based accounting using blockchain. This research provides implications regarding the application of blockchain to real-tine accounting reporting.

Gel hand sanitizer merupakan pembersih tangan berbentuk gel yang berguna untuk membersihkan atau menghilangkan mikroorganisme pada tangan. Tumbuhan api-api putih (Avicennia alba Blume) merupakan salah satu jenis bakau yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia dengan kondisi yang melimpah. Api-api putih juga telah dilaporkan bersifat non sitotoksik dan dapat juga digunakan sebagai bahan obat. Kandungan yang berperan sebagai antibakteri pada tumbuhan api-api putih yaitu flavonoid, saponin, dan tanin. Hand sanitizer dapat dibuat dari tumbuhan daun api-api putih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat formulasi gel hand sanitizer dari ekstrak daun api-api putih dan mengetahui uji evaluasi sediaan gel hand sanitizer ekstrak tumbuhan api-api putih dengan konsentrasi 30%, 20%, dan 10%. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil ekstrak bisa diformulasikan kedalam bentuk sediaan gel dan ada juga beberapa yang memenuhi kriteria uji evaluasi. Formula yang memenuhi syarat semua uji yaitu F1, pada F2 hanya memenuhi syarat pada uji organoleptis, uji Ph, uji viskositas, uji daya lekat, dan homogenitas, sedangkan pada uji daya sebar tidak memenuhi syarat, dan pada F3 hanya memenuhi syarat pada uji organoleptis, uji ph, uji viskositas dan uji daya lekat, sedangkan pada uji homogenitas dan uji daya sebar tidak memenuhi syarat.

Language is a communication system used by a group of people to convey thoughts, feelings, and information. Language can be in the form of speech, writing, or sign, and has a structure consisting of vocabulary, grammar, and phonology. Each language has unique characteristics that reflect the culture and history of the user community. The means of communication used by humans to interact, which consists of a system of symbols and sounds that are arbitrary and meaningful. The purpose of this research is to analyze the confixation process in the Madura language contained in the short story "Tèra' È Konco'na Alas" by Miftahur, a student of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Jember. Language as an important means of communication for social interaction, has various aspects that need to be researched, including morphology. In this context, the suffix affixation becomes the main focus, where this process involves the addition of suffixes at the beginning and end of the base word, which is a combination of prefixes and suffixes. The use of suffixes in the Madura language is an important aspect that reflects the richness of language morphology. Research results show that suffixes in the Madura language have significant variations, such as suffixes that function to form verbs, nouns, and adjectives. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which emphasizes more on the presentation of meaning, description, and explanation of data in relevant contexts. In the use of suffix in making short stories in Madura language.

This article discusses the use of noun phrases in health news in Suara Merdeka newspaper in September 2024. The purpose of writing this article is to identify the use of noun phrases by analyzing the types of noun phrases in depth, research data along with an explanation of the types of phrases based on modificative noun phrases, coordinative noun phrases, and appositive noun phrases. The research method in writing this article uses a descriptive method, a theoretical approach to language, based on data collection using the simak catat technique, and using agih analysis to select data in the study. This research uses informal and formal data presentation techniques delivered in narrative or explanatory form, and presented in tabular form. The result of this research shows some discussion: (1) Identification of modificative noun phrases found as much as 29 data, (2) Identification of coordinative noun phrases found as much as 3 data, (3) Identification of appositive noun phrases found as much as 2 data. This research is expected to be useful as a learning medium, especially in the syntactic field unit, namely noun phrases.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of child-friendly schools at the elementary school level, as a form of instilling effective communication between students and teachers. The method used in this study is a literature study by reviewing several scientific sources, journals, and articles. The implementation of child-friendly schools is a program that is aligned by the government in order to help with problems in the world of education so that a pleasant learning and teaching situation is created in the classroom. The results of the study show that implementing child-friendly schools can improve effective communication between teachers and students. This study shows the importance of implementing child-friendly schools as an effort to improve effective communication between teachers and students as a support for an exciting and enjoyable learning process.

The planning of the Resort Hotel and Floating Cottage utilizes the natural beauty in the form of lake and mountain views located in Cigombong District, Bogor Regency and the location is a Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) so that the Public-Private-Community Partnership, operational model is applied, namely a partnership between the government, entrepreneurs, and the community. Tourism in Indonesia has an important role in driving national economic growth and improving people's welfare. The natural beauty spread across Indonesia has the potential for tourism development, especially for Resort Hotels and Floating Cottages. In its realization, there are facilities related to local culture so that the community can contribute. This Resort Hotel and Floating Cottage planning is classified as a 3-star Health Resort & Spa type with more complete facilities. In addition, because the planning of this Resort building utilizes the beauty of nature, the Biophilic Architecture approach was chosen which basically has the principle of building a good relationship between humans, nature, and buildings. 

The provision medical records quality cannot be separated from consistent recording in the use of medical symbols and abbreviations.. Symbols and abbreviations have been regulated in SNARS Edition 1.1. The uniform use of medical symbols and abbreviations aims to make the writing of terms understandable and can be used as a communication tool between health workers. Hospitals must have regulations, regarding the symbols and abbreviations used. Based on the results of preliminary studies at PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital, monitoring and evaluation have never been carried out regarding the use of symbols and abbreviations. Research on the accuracy of the use of symbols and abbreviations has also never been done, so it is necessary to conduct a review of the problem. This study used descriptive observational method with quantitative approach and cross sectional design. A purposive sampling technique used to 100 samples on the emergency room form for inpatients in the first quarter of 2022. The results showed that there was no monitoring and evaluation related to the use of symbols and abbreviations at PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital. The percentage of correct use of symbols was 27% and the percentage of correct use of abbreviations was 37%. The results of the analysis show that the inaccurate use of medical symbols and abbreviations is caused by the lack of socialization to related health workers, and there is non-compliance with officers in using medical symbols and abbreviations that have been regulated in the applicable guidelines at PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital.
