According to data from the International Labor Organization (ILO), every year there are more than 2.78 million deaths and 378 million injuries due to work accidents or occupational diseases. At PT. XXX, since the site opened in 2014, there have been 16 accident cases, while in 2021 there were 9 cases recorded. OB removal production in 2014 reached 4,105,279 tons, and in 2021 it will increase to 16,942,212 tons. This research aims to analyze the relationship between implementing ISO 45001:2018 and efforts to increase productivity. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a sample of 30 people and an ISO 45001:2018 audit checklist to carry out gap analysis. The validity test using Bivariate Pearson correlation showed good validity (r > 0.5, p < 0.01), and the reliability test showed very high internal consistency with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.993. The gap analysis results show that most of the standard clauses have been implemented well (value > 3.00), such as leadership and commitment (3.77), participation and consultation (3.83), and hazard identification (3.25). However, determining the scope of the system needs improvement (value 2.80). The total gap analysis score reached 84%, which shows good implementation. Optimal implementation of ISO 45001:2018 has been proven to reduce accidents and injuries, which contributes to increasing productivity at PT. XXX.

This study aims to determine the effect of arm muscle strength, speed, and eye-hand-foot coordination on basketball dribbling skills in students participating in basketball extracurricular activities. The research sample was 60 students participating in basketball extracurricular activities at one of the state high schools in jakarta. The research approach used in this study was associative multivariate, with survey methods and test techniques. The analysis technique used the path analysis approach at a significance level of 0.05. The results of the study based on the results of the path analysis test on each hypothesis with the provision of p-value <significance level of 0.05 showed that: there is a direct effect between arm muscle strength on speed, eye-hand-foot coordination, and basketball dribbling skills. There is a direct effect between speed ??on eye-hand-foot coordination and basketball dribbling skills. There is a direct effect between eye-hand-foot coordination on basketball dribbling skills. There is an indirect effect between arm muscle strength on basketball dribbling skills through eye-hand-foot coordination. There is an indirect effect of speed ??on basketball dribbling skills through eye-hand-foot coordination. There is an indirect effect of arm muscle strength on basketball dribbling skills through speed. Based on these results, it can be concluded that arm muscle strength, speed, and eye-hand-foot coordination have both direct and indirect effects on the basketball dribbling skills of extracurricular students.

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a disease that attacks the body's immune system so that it is unable to fight various diseases. Communities with low levels of health literacy will face more problems. According to the Central Java Provincial Health Service, the number of HIV sufferers has also increased rapidly to Central Java, Semarang City with 331 cases, and the majority of those infected are men. The general aim of this research is to determine the relationship between health literacy and adherence to taking antiretroviral drugs (ARV) in people living with HIV (PLHIV). This research is a type of non-experimental descriptive analytical research with a cross-sectional approach. The samples taken were all patients with HIV (PLHIV) who took ARV drugs in the work area of ??the Poncol Health Center, Semarang City. The technique used was consecutive sampling of 83 people. The correlation test used in this research is the chi-square test. From the results of the analysis, it was found that of the 83 research respondents, there was a relationship between the health literacy of people living with HIV (PLHIV) and the use of antiretroviral drugs (p value 0.003). The research results showed that the majority of respondents had high health literacy and were compliant with medication consumption with a total of 55 respondents (96.5%).

Effective financial management is a major challenge for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Cikarang, especially in the culinary sector such as Ayam Geprek Bungsu. The main problems faced by business owners are economic limitations and uncertain fluctuations in raw material prices, which have an impact on the stability of cash flow and business profits. This condition results in suboptimal financial management, because often business owners are unable to separate personal and business finances, as well as difficulties in long-term budget planning. This activity aims to analyze the financial management of Ayam Geprek Bungsu and identify strategic steps that can be taken to improve financial efficiency. The research method used is a case study through interviews and analysis of simple financial statements. The results of the analysis show that the lack of regular financial records and the absence of a structured financial management system are the main causes of financial inefficiency. In addition, dependence on a single supplier for raw materials led to vulnerability to price increases. As a solution, this report recommends the implementation of a simple yet regular financial recording system, financial management training for business owners, and diversification of raw material suppliers to minimize the impact of price fluctuations. With these measures, Ayam Geprek Bungsu is expected to improve financial stability, optimize cash flow management, and ultimately strengthen business sustainability amid dynamic economic challenges. The growth and role of MSMEs can still be improved not only because of their resilience in the face of various economic shocks, but also their ability to provide employment, and overcome poverty.

Narcotics are substances that cause certain effects for those who use them and put them into their bodies. Along with the development of the times, the types of drugs are increasing and have various variations. One example of a new type of drug is gorilla tobacco. Criminal Law Policy Against New Types of Narcotics Abuse. This study uses a normative juridical research type with a Philosophical approach, Criminal Law Political Approach, legislation, case approach and examines the contents of various legal sources, both books, journals and other related legal sources to answer the aspects that are the focus of the research. The results of this study indicate that in 2022 31,420 incidents were caused by an increase in the abuse of new types of narcotics (New Psychoactive Substances) which in previous years were not registered in the appendix to Law Number 35 of 2009, this caused a Legal Vacuum regarding the New Type of Narcotics. In addition, the author also analyzes the law enforcement against new types of narcotics (gorilla tobacco) in a review of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics and the form of criminal responsibility carried out by perpetrators of gorilla tobacco abuse in the decision of the District Court Number 32/Pid.sus/2021/PN Rtg.

This study aims to analyze the role of work-life balance in reducing work stress and improving hotel employee productivity in Semarang Regency. Using a quantitative approach and explanatory research design, the study involved 271 hotel employees selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis with AMOS 26. The results showed that work-life balance had a significant negative effect on work stress (? = -0.542, p < 0.01) and a significant positive effect on work productivity (? = 0.384, p < 0.01). Work stress was proven to partially mediate the relationship between work-life balance and work productivity, with a mediation proportion of 39.6% confirmed through the Sobel test (z = 4.876, p < 0.01). These findings imply the importance of developing policies and programs that support hotel employees' work-life balance to increase productivity through reduced work stress levels.

Snacks are one of the main food sources for school children. However, the snacks available in the school environment are sometimes unhygienic and poor in nutrients.  This activity aims to increase students' knowledge through education about the importance of healthy snacks. This activity was carried out at SMA Negeri 35 Central Jakarta, on Friday, September 13 2024. The method used was lecture and question and answer sessions. The results of implementing this activity were that students were very enthusiastic, actively asked and answered questions and were able to understand the material about healthy snacks. The evaluation of this educational activity is carried out by providing a questionnaire in the form of closed questions which is given to students before and after education. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in students' knowledge about healthy snacks after the education was carried out. It is hoped that this activity can help increase students' knowledge about healthy snacks and that students will be able to build the habit of consuming healthy snacks.

This article explores a community service initiative aimed at enhancing literacy among children in Rejatengah Village, Indonesia, as part of the national effort to develop Indonesia’s Golden Generation by 2045. The project was conducted by a team from Al Maksum College of Teacher Training and Education over a one-month period, targeting children aged 6 to 9 years. The initiative involved comprehensive educational activities, including literacy assessments, interactive workshops, and parental involvement, to foster a supportive learning environment. Significant improvements in literacy skills were observed, attributed to the innovative teaching methods and community engagement strategies employed. The establishment of a permanent educational resource center has ensured the sustainability of educational efforts, serving as a model for similar interventions in other rural areas. This project not only highlights the critical role of community-based educational programs in enhancing literacy but also demonstrates the potential of such initiatives to contribute to broader national development goals.

Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan inovasi. Namun, pemahaman tentang IoT di SMA Masehi 2 PSAK Semarang masih terbatas, yang berpotensi menghambat kesiapan siswa menghadapi tantangan teknologi masa depan. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mengenalkan konsep dan aplikasi IoT kepada siswa. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah teoretis dan demonstrasi alat, yang diadakan selama dua hari. Hasil evaluasi melalui kuesioner menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa mengenai IoT, dari 66% sebelum pelatihan menjadi 81% setelah pelatihan. Peningkatan ini mencakup pemahaman konseptual, konfigurasi perangkat, dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memperluas pengetahuan siswa tentang IoT dan mempersiapkan mereka untuk perkembangan teknologi di masa depan.

TB is a serious infection caused by the Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Even now, tuberculosis paru remains one of the world's most pressing health issues. Even though many nations have taken steps to combat this illness, if it is not treated, it could lead to kematian. The goal of health promotion is to increase awareness of how to prevent tuberculosis in children. In order to conduct a thorough investigation, this community's pengabdian uses a quantitative approach and a kuesioner's lembar to understand the experiences of TB patients and other members of the community. Following the dissemination of health education about TB Paru to the general public at Puskesmas Negeri Lima, the general public's knowledge increased by 70–80%. This score is higher than the pre-test score of roughly 62%. This health education is provided in a gentle manner via ceramah, discussion, and tanya jawab. The results of the test indicate that the general public's knowledge has increased.
