Adolescence is the transitional age from childhood to adulthood, and there are many changes during this period. The change that occurs is not only physical but also psychological. A lot of the stresses in the lives of teenagers make them look for ways to solve the problem. A teenager who can cope with problems well will go through adolescence well. However, there are some adolescents who are unable to cope with the problem, which will cause negative effects such as emotional instability. Because of these unstable emotions, teenagers use inappropriate ways to deal with their problems, such as self-harm behavior. This study aims to paint a picture of self-injury in adolescents. The study used descriptive analytical methods using the Self-Harm Inventory questionnaire for data collection. The research was carried out in the district of Sleman among teenagers aged 14–20 who were spread across 14 districts in Sleman. The total number of respondents was 1,362, taken using the cluster sampling technique. The results of the study showed that the majority of adolescents had low self-harm behaviors, with a percentage of 66.6%. However, attention should still be paid to adolescents who have high self-harm behaviors (a percentage of 3.4%). So further research is still needed to find out the various factors that affect self-injury behavior in adolescents.

Ahead of the general election, there are more and more celebrities to enter politics. This phenomenon becomes a social reality in society when the democratic party takes place. This research seeks to discuss the rationality of parties determining celebrities as candidates for legislation and to find out the existence of celebrities in political party institutions. This research method is descriptive qualitative with case study method. The research subject is Verrell Bramasta's membership in the National Mandate Party. The data were obtained through document studies from online news and also audio-visual recordings from Narasi Newsroom and Metro Tv. To complete the data obtained by library research through e-books, and journals relevant to research. To strengthen this research, the researcher uses an analytical knife with Max Weber's theory of rationality and Bourdue's capital. The results obtained show that the National Mandate Party is cooperating with celebrities because of social capital ownership. Party rationality makes candidates for legislators based on electoral figures. Celebrities are believed to have influence, power, popularity which can influence the party in increasing the electability of the party. Through empowering this capital, it is the main goal of the National Mandate Party to be able to defend the acquisition of parliamentary seats in the 2024 election contestation later, not because of strengthening political party institutions because the joining of celebrities is nothing but because of the persona they have.Menjelang pemilihan umum kian marak selebriti untuk terjun ke dunia politik. Fenomena ini menjadi sebuah realitas sosial di tengah masyarakat ketika pesta demokrasi berlangsung. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk membahas mengenai rasionalitas partai menentukan selebriti sebagai calon legislasi dan untuk mengetahui keberadaan artis pada kelembagaan partai pilitik. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah ketergabungan Verrell Bramasta pada Partai Amanat Nasional. Data diperoleh melalui studi dokumen dari berita online dan juga audio-visual rekaman dari Narasi Newsroom dan Metro Tv. Untuk melengkapi data diperoleh dengan studi kepustakan melalui e-buku, dan jurnal relavan dengan penelitian. Untuk memperkuat penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pisau analisis dengan teori rasionalitas Max Weber dan modal milik Bourdue. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa Partai Amanat Nasional mengandeng selebriti tidak lain karena kepemilikan modal sosial. Rasionalitas partai menjadikan calon legislator berdasarkan electoral figure. Selebriti diyakini memiliki pengaruh, kekuasaan, popularitas yang dapat menginfluancer partai dalam meningkatkan elektabilitas partai. Melalui pemberdayaan modal tersebut menjadi tujuan utama Partai Amanat Nasional untuk dapat mempertahakan perolehan kursi parlemen pada kontestasi pemilu 2024 nanti bukan karena memperkuat kelembagaan partai politik sebab gabungnya selebriti tidak lain karena persona yang dimiliki.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the success of practitioner teaching in learning Educational Psychology courses at Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University. This study used a best practice review approach to identify effective teaching strategies used by practitioners in that context. The research methods used involve classroom observation, interviews with practitioners, and qualitative analysis of documents. Practitioners use an active and collaborative learning approach, engage students in discussions and case studies, and encourage self-reflection with the help of relevant audiovisual media and reading materials. It was found that practitioners' success in teaching Educational Psychology is related to competence in integrating theory with relevant practical examples, relating material to students' real lives, and providing constructive feedback. In addition, practitioners also build inclusive learning environments, support students' active participation, and create an atmosphere that facilitates deep understanding. The results show that teaching with practice has been successfully carried out in teaching Educational Psychology courses, with implications related to the development of teaching competencies and the application of best practices in teaching Educational Psychology courses.

Culinary business is an economic sector that continues to grow, especially in the food business made from Tahu Walik. This study aims to explore and analyze the development potential of Tahu Walik culinary businesses through an entrepreneurial approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with business owners and direct observation at the business location related to marketing and management strategies that have been implemented. The results showed that the entrepreneurial approach plays an important role in the development of the Tahu Walik culinary business. In addition, there is the potential and uniqueness of Tahu Walik as a culinary product as well as supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation of the Tahu Walik culinary business. By utilizing the potential and uniqueness of the product and overcoming existing obstacles, the Tahu Walik industry can continue to grow and contribute to the preservation of Indonesia's culinary culture and the country's economic growth.
 

This article discusses the development of Islamic banking in Muslim-majority countries, namely Malaysia. Malaysia was one of the first countries in Southeast Asia to establish an Islamic bank. The marketing management of Islamic banks in Malaysia is an interesting subject to study, this study uses a qualitative descriptive method, by taking several literature studies that are in accordance with the theme in accordance with the writing of this article.
The existence of Islamic banks in Malaysia is strongly supported by the Malaysian government so that Islamic bank funds in Malaysia come from the government, namely 90 percent of government funds, while funds originating from the public are only around 10 percent. In general, the performance of Islamic banking continues to grow with a market share of 29% which can be seen from three indicators, namely the number of assets collected, the amount of financing disbursed by banks (PYD), and third party funds (DPK). In 2018, asset growth was 12.57%, PYD 12.17%, DPK 11.14%, 2019 asset growth 9.93%, PYD 10.89%, DPK 11.93%, and in 2020 asset growth 13 .11%, PYD 8.08%, and DPK 11.88% with total assets of 608.9 trillion, pyd 394.6, and dpk 475.8.

Dengue hemorrhagic fever emerges in tropical countries like Indonesia. Bojonegoro is one of the highest districts with increased cases in East Java. The high incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever in Bojonegoro is riveting to be explored related to some causative factors, including education and community behavior. Moreover, education affects an individual level of knowledge, which will impact a person's behavior that potentially affects the public health degree, especially the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever. This study aimed to determine the relationship between education and risky behavior in dengue hemorrhagic fever incidence in Mayangrejo Village, Bojonegoro Regency, East Java. A cross-sectional approach was used within a total population of 302 participants, and the Lemeshow sampling technique reached 67 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to residents' homes, while the Fisher's Exact Test was used for data analysis. The results showed a significant relationship between behavior and the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever (p-value = 0.024), and there was a relationship between education level and the incidence of the disease (p-value = 0.022). Performing health education and undertaking one House one Jumantik program is then recommended. 

Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini guna memberikan solusi kepada mahasiswa dalam menjawab persoalan mengenai penulisan opini dan untuk membekali mahasiswa dengan keterampilan menulis opini yang baik dan benar. Sasaran kegiatan ini yaitu Mahasiswa Administrasi Negara semester IV dan semester VI di STISIPOL Candradimuka Palembang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan yang diselenggarakan secara offline yang diikuti sebanyak 25 peserta. Pelatihan dasar penulisan opini ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas mahasiswa dan meningkatkan kualitas hasil tulisan mahasiswa. Evaluasi dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan pre-test dan post-test dan hasil yang didapati dari pelatihan ini bahwa dengan adanya pelatihan memberikan sumbangsih peningkatan kemampuan dan pengetahuan peserta (naik sebesar 30% dari semula 60% menjadi 90%). Diharapkan setelah mengikuti Pelatihan penulisan opini ini, peserta dapat tampil percaya diri dengan kemampuan menulis yang telah dimiliki dan menguasai teknik-teknik dasar penulisan opini agar dapat menghasilkan kualitas tulisan yang baik..

<p><em>Illicit trafficking and narcotics abuse have reached all corners of Indonesia, including rural communities. One of the areas in Indonesia that is prone and still relatively high in narcotics abuse is the Province of Southeast Sulawesi. South Konawe Regency is one of the regencies that is a concern in eradicating narcotics trafficking and abuse because it is included in the red area. The villages in the South Konawe Regency area adjacent to the Lantari Jaya (Bombana) sub-district are meeting places between dealers and couriers. It's time to keep the village resilient against the threat of drug trafficking. This community service activity was carried out in Cialam Jaya Village, because there were several problems faced by the community, namely the low public awareness related to the prevention of narcotics trafficking and abuse as well as the lack of public knowledge and understanding of the modus operandi of narcotics distribution and the impact of drug abuse. narcotics. This community service activity is carried out in 3 (three) stages, namely Problem Identification, Resource Identification and Legal Counseling. Through this counseling, participants are able to increase their knowledge and understanding of the dangers of narcotics which not only affects users, individuals as users, but also as a whole, both society and the state. Through this action, the public is reminded that efforts to prevent drug trafficking and abuse cannot only be imposed on law enforcement officers, but must come from families and communities. This prevention effort cannot separate them from the responsibility to interfere in every crime.</em><em></em></p><p>  </p><p>Peredaran gelap dan penyalahgunaan narkotika telah menjangkau seluruh pelosok wilayah di Indonesia termasuk masyarakat perdesaan. Salah satu wilayah di Indonesia yang rawan dan masih tergolong tinggi dalam penyalahgunaan narkotika adalah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Kabupaten Konawe Selatan merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang menjadi perhatian dalam pemberantasan peredaran dan penyalahgunaan narkotika karena masuk dalam wilayah merah. Desa-desa di wilayah Kabupaten Konawe Selatan yang berdekatan dengan Kecamatan Lantari Jaya (Bombana) merupakan tempat perjumpaan antara pengedar dan kurir. Saatnya untuk menjaga desa agar tetap tangguh terhadap ancaman perdagangan narkotika. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Cialam Jaya, karena terjadi beberapa masalah yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat yakni rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat terkait dengan pencegahan peredaran dan penyalahgunaan narkotika serta kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap modus-modus operandi dalam pengedaran narkotika serta dampak yang ditimbulkan dari penyalahgunaan narkotika. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan 3 (tiga) tahap, yakni Identifikasi Permasalahan, Identifikasi Sumber Daya dan Penyuluhan Hukum. Melalui penyuluhan ini, peserta mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahamannya terhadap bahaya narkotika yang tidak hanya mempengaruhi penggunanya, individu sebagai pengguna, tetapi juga secara keseluruhan, baik masyarakat maupun negara. Melalui aksi ini, masyarakat diingatkan bahwa upaya pencegahan peredaran dan penyalahgunaan narkoba tidak bisa hanya dibebankan kepada aparat penegak hukum, tetapi harus berasal dari keluarga dan masyarakat. Upaya pencegahan ini tidak dapat memisahkan mereka dari tanggung jawab untuk ikut campur dalam setiap kejahatan.</p>

The purpose of this research is to understand how the prospects and challenges for the growth of sharia insurance in Binjai City are. Therefore, the results obtained from the study are proving that sharia insurance products continue to experience growth with positive strong encouragement from the community, where people benefit from sharia insurance. In addition, the challenges faced by sharia insurance companies such as many people who do not fully know the existence of sharia insurance. Therefore, it is very necessary for the main role of the government to make sharia insurance experience optimal development and growth
