The quality of human resource performance was influenced by the welfare of human resources that can be provided as salaries/income to employees. Several theories are used to determine employee salaries or income, including pay for performance and position theory. In determining employee salaries, reasonable financial projections are needed in educational institutions. One projection method that can be used is the Capital Budgeting method, utilizing a profitability index model. The method used in this study is descriptive analytics by using a profitability index model to calculate projections and considering Pay for Performance and Pay for Position on pesantren expenditure items. The subject of this study was the management of Darullughah Wal Karomah Islamic Boarding School, namely the head, treasurer, head of staffing, and principal under the auspices of the pesantren with stages of data collection through interviews and document studies, implementation of analysis, and focus group discussion. Based on the calculation of pay for performance and pay for position and combined with the results of calculating the profitability index, it was found that the form of awards in the form of income that is suitable for use by pesantren is the use of pay for position theory for pesantren administrators and pay for performance for teachers and education staff. The results of this research can be used as a basis for Islamic boarding schools to compile guidelines for providing income to employees.

Penerapan teknologi dalam pengelolaan dan manajemen sekolah menjadi hal yang wajib untuk membawa sekolah berkembang secara modern dan transparan. Salah satu bagian penting dalam sekolah yang harus di kelola dengan baik adalah bagian akademik sekolah. Semua informasi tentang data guru, siswa, materi dan bahkan jadwal pelajaran seharusnya terdokumentasi dengan baik. Disini lah peran teknologi dapat dimanfaatkan agar pengelolaan data akademik tersebut tidak tumpang tindih, berantakan, dan sulit dikelola. Teknologi yang paling tepat berupa website yang dapat menampung dan memuat semua informasi tentang sekolah tersebut. Website yang dimaksud telah diselesaikan dan siap dipasangkan kesekolah oleh tim PKM kampus, yang merupakan wujud tri dharma perguruan tinggi yang harus dilakukan oleh setiap dosen. Sekolah yang akan dijadikan target pemasangan atau instalasi website ini adalah Brainfor Islamic School, yang merupakan sekolah dengan jenjang pendidikan TK dan SD yang masih tergolong baru di daerah Kisaran.

Berdasarkan data dari badan pusat stasistik (BPS), Indonesia mengalami kontransi pertumbuhan ekonomi pada tahun 2020. Hal ini menyebabkan perekonomian mengalami deflasi atau penurunan drastis karena perkembangan ekonomi di Indonesia mempunyai pergerakan yang kurang stabil. Perubahan yang terjadi dipengaruhi adanya pandemi covid-19.Pemerintah indonesia mengeluarkan kebijakan guna mengurangi penyebaran virus covid-19. Namun kebijakan tersebut menyebabkan berkurangnya jumlah konsumsi rumah tangga. Konsumsi di Indonesia yang tidak terkendali menyebabkan perekonomian mengalami penurunan, untuk itu pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk memulihkan perekonomian, pemerintah melaksanakan kebijakan dan membangun kerjasama dengan masyarakat ataupun pelaku usaha UMKM sebagai peran utama pada pergerakan pemulihan ekonomi Indonesia dan mendorong percepatan efektivitas ekonomi disetiap daerah. Many of the indonesians like to eat chips as everyday snacks, one of them is menjes chips. Menjes chips are beans made from bean curd. One of the SMEs that produces the menjes chips, namely Menjes Kyu that owned by Mrs. Chalimah. In the drying process, the cips are still done conventionally, namely by simply airing them out. This can affect the quality and flavor of chips because of the amount of oil it contains. The purpose of this activity was to add to the knowledge and skill involved in the use of oil stonework (spinner), which was useful in raising the quality and value of chips. The methods used are location surveys and the filling of questionnaires, toolmaking, and socializing of automatic oil slicers. The presence of an automatic oil slicer helps to enhance the quality, flavor, and storage power of processed chips.

Fokus utama artikel ini adalah pada penyalahgunaan obat-obatan yang digunakan sebagai alat aborsi. Artikel ini menyajikan ketentuan hukum penyalahgunaan narkoba sebagai sarana aborsi dari perspektif hukum pidana Indonesia dan Islam. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana hukum pidana Indonesia dan Islam memperlakukan penyalahgunaan narkoba sebagai sarana untuk mengakhiri kehamilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Artinya, penulis tidak menggunakan satu sampel pun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kepustakaan dan penulis mengidentifikasi secara sistematis sumber-sumber yang terkait dengan objek. Setelah menerima data, penulis menganalisis data peraturan hukum yang diperoleh pada subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menurut hukum pidana Indonesia dan hukum pidana Islam, penyalahgunaan zat dalam aborsi membawa hukuman yang berbeda untuk dokter, pelaku aborsi dan pelaku aborsi. Hukuman terberat menurut hukum pidana Indonesia adalah penjara dan denda sebesar Rp. 1 miliar bagi pelaku tindak pidana yang dikenai hukuman Ta’zir menurut hukum pidana Islam

Keresahan masyarakat dan tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pemerintah akibat banyak sekali oknum pemerintah yang melakukan tindak korupsi. Namun ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam upaya optimalisasi kasus korupsi di Indonesia yaitu dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi yang ada dan berkembang pesat saat ini. Kehadiran sebuah teknologi tersebut membantu pemerintah dalam upaya mengurangi angka korupsi terhadap pengelolaan keuangan di Indonesia. Kehadiran Blockchain Open Ladger System memberikan sebuah solusi untuk pengelolaan keuangan dalam rangka mengurangi angka korupsi di Indonesia. Penulisan artikel ini mengacu kepada uraian permasalahan diatas dengan menerapkan dan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi yang ada dalam era society 5.0. Metode yang digunakan yaitu literature review yang bersumber kepada penelitian terdahulu. Hasil dari pembahasan ini menunjukan bahwa Blockchain Open Ladger System merupakan sistem yang bergerak dalam proses transparansi pengelolaan keuangan. Dalam sistem ini masyarakat dapat mengetahui dengan jelas arah perputaran anggaran keuangan negara yang berjalan sehingga apabila terjadi penyelewengan atau ketidaksesuaian akan dapat langsung terdeteksi pelaku atau permasalahannya.

One of the problems in Musir Lor Village as a village with a majority of the population working as farmers is the lack of land that can be used for farming and the weakness of farmers' ability to be able to develop their agricultural products. For this reason, technology is needed to be able to help solve the problems faced by farmers in Musir Lor Village. KKNT 65 students from UPN Veteran Jawa Timur help them to overcome the existing problems by holding discussion about Hydroponic planting media also practice to make simple Hydroponics for the people of Musir Lor Village The implementation of socialization activities carried out at the Musir Lor Village Hall on May 11th 2023 which was attended by around 32 people. The socialization included an explanation of the meaning of hydroponics, presentation of material about the advantages of hydroponics, explanation of the tools and materials needed, then there was a training session for installing hydroponic frames and carrying out seeds who then transferred the planting from rockwool to the hydroponic framework, the series of hydroponic socialization events was closed with a question and answer session related to what had been conveyed. Furthermore, there are also controlling activities that will last for few weeks to ensure that the plants can grow properly.

This paper aims to explore the existence of a new form of business entity. Small and micro enterprises in Indonesia have always supported the sectoral structure of the national economy and absorbed the majority of the wage workforce. A new law, Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, Job Promotion and Employment Services, was promulgated by the Government other than the DPR in the context of encouraging the competitiveness of the national economy and maximizing existing potential. One of the provisions in the Act encourages the formation of a new legal entity called a Limited Liability Company with Micro Small Business Criteria which can only be established by one person. its position in corporate law, its organizational structure, organ responsibilities, and shareholder limitations and legal organ responsibilities in the event of bankruptcy. By conducting a literature review using legal literature, legal concepts, and referring to legal documents and laws as the main research material. One of the recommendations and conclusions of the research is that the company's liability is clearly limited, requiring oversight to ensure professional management and to prevent bankruptcy or dissolution of the company. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi keberadaan bentuk baru dari badan usaha. Usaha kecil dan mikro di Indonesia selalu mendukung struktur sektor perekonomian nasional dan menyerap sebagian besar tenaga kerja upahan. Namun hambatan regulasi membuat mereka tidak dapat mencapai potensi penuhnya. Undang-undang baru, Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 11 Tahun Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja, Promosi Lapangan Kerja, dan Pelayanan Ketenagakerjaan, diundangkan oleh pemerintah selain DPR dalam rangka mendorong daya saing perekonomian nasional dan memaksimalkan potensi yang ada. Salah satu ketentuan dalam undang-undang tersebut mendorong pembentukan badan hukum baru yang disebut perseroan terbatas dengan kriteria usaha kecil mikro yang hanya dapat didirikan oleh satu orang. kedudukannya dalam hukum perusahaan, struktur organisasinya, tanggung jawab organ, dan batasan pemegang saham dan tanggung jawab organ hukum jika terjadi kebangkrutan. Dengan melakukan kajian pustaka dengan menggunakan literatur hukum, konsep hukum, dan mengacu pada dokumen hukum dan undang-undang sebagai bahan penelitian utama. Salah satu rekomendasi dan kesimpulan penelitian adalah bahwa tanggung jawab perusahaan jelas terbatas, memerlukan pengawasan untuk memastikan pengelolaan yang profesional dan untuk mencegah kebangkrutan atau pembubaran perusahaan.       

The problem that often occurs is that some people do not understand the existence of exemplary values contained in the folklore of Bulusan. This study aims to describe exemplary values in the Bulusan folklore, namely the religious values and moral values contained in the Bulusan folklore. The method used in this study is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive analysis method and the data sources come from community leaders, village heads, local residents, and practitioners who are experts in knowing and understanding Bulusan folklore. In this study using data collection techniques by way of observation, interviews, recording, recording, photographing, and transcription. In this study, the validity of the data was used, namely triangulation of sources, time, and techniques. Based on the analysis of the data obtained in the Bulusan Folklore, there are also character values that can serve as guidelines and examples for the whole community, especially young people for the next generation. The origins of the Bulusan folklore have several religious values and moral values contained in it. The content of religious values in Bulusan folklore includes obedience, belief, and practice. The moral values contained in the Bulusan folklore are the values of mutual cooperation, obedience, and politeness.
