Based on observation results, student learning outcomes are still low. This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in Integrated Thematic Learning using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model. This research was carried out at UPTD SDN 66 Kanjitongan, Kanjitongan Hamlet, Mattiro Tasi Village, Maros Baru District, Maros Regency. The subjects of this research were 19 students in class IIIA UPTD SDN 66 Kanjitongan for the 2023/2024 academic year. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the application of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model in Integrated Thematic Learning can improve the learning outcomes of class III A UPTD students at SDN 66 Kanjitongan. This is shown by the results of the analysis in cycle I, the percentage of students who have reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria is 68.42% and the percentage of students who have not reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria is 31.58%. 2 cycles with the percentage of students who have reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria89.47% and the percentage of students who have not reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria 10.53%.

This research aims to find out how much Product Quality affects Customer Loyalty through Digital Marketing of Somethinc products (Case Study of students at the Islamic University of Malang). This research consists of one independent variable, namely Product Quality and one dependent variable, namely Customer Loyalty and Digital Marketing as intervening variables. The analysis method used is path analysis. The data collection method in this research was to use a questionnaire filled in by respondents, namely UNISMA students who bought and used Somehinc products. The research results obtained based on the Partial Test (t Test) showed: a) there is a significant influence of Product Quality on Digital Marketing, b) there is a significant influence of Product Quality on Customer Loyalty, c) there is a significant influence of Digital Marketing on Customer Loyalty.

Penelitian ini memfokuskan kajiannya pada bentuk objektifikasi perempuan yang belum terungkap melalui film dokumenter Keep Sweet, Pray and Obey. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan bentuk objektifikasi perempuan dalam film Keep Sweet Pray and Obey.Berdasarkan paradigmanya, maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif-interpretatif Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah semiotika. Hal ini dikarenakan semiotika merupakan studi terkait tanda. Teknik analisis data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah semiotika model Roland Barthes. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk memperoleh data-data dokumentatif yang dibutuhkan oleh peneliti. Terdapat berbagai bentuk objektifikasi perempuan mulai dari rambut, pakaian, pandangan laki-laki yang melihat perempuan abu-abu sehingga perempuan tidak memiliki batasan pasti tentang hak dan kewajiban mereka sebagai manusia. Penindasan terhadap perempuan adalah sasaran empuk dengan mengedepankan narasi agama yang dogmatis. Faktor pendukung bentuk objektifikasi perempuan dimulai dari adanya pengaruh media, hubungan personal, dan hubungan sosial. Terdapat berbagai cara manipulasi perempuan yang terlihat pada film ini.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the treatment of foreign exchange differences and foreign currency transactions at PT FKS Food Sejahtera. At PT FKS Food Sejahtera, exchange rate differences and foreign currency transactions arise from overseas subsidiaries, loans, export sales, and various costs of the company's main purchases. The method used in this research is qualitative research, where PT FKS Food Sejahtera is the object of research. Information and data collection were obtained from literature studies and previous articles related to this topic, as well as PT FKS Food Sejahtera data taken from the annual report of PT FKS Food Sejahtera. The results showed that the treatment of foreign exchange differences and transactions in foreign currencies carried out by PT FKS Food Sejahtera was in accordance with the current PSAK.

This service partner is a teacher at MTsN 15 Jombang. Teachers are required to develop teacher professionalism. One way is to carry out Classroom Action Research (CAR) which aims to improve the quality of learning in the classroom and can be used to fulfill the requirements for submitting promotions in continuous professional development. However, the problems faced by partners are: partners do not really understand about CAR, how to prepare CAR proposals, and implement them. Therefore, the service team carried out training on preparing CAR proposals for teachers at MTsN 15 Jombang. The implementation method through several stages. The preparation stage includes; initial observation, carrying out licensing, coordinating with partners, and compiling training materials. The implementation phase, explaining in theory about CAR each participant experienced an increase in score from pretest to posttest, (2) at least 80% of participants received a minimum score of 80. The result of the activity was that 11 teachers of MTsN 15 Jombang participated in the training. This training begins with a pretest, then provides training, and ends with a posttest. The training was held on May 8, 2023. During the training, the volunteer explained about CAR in theory, namely related to the definitions, characteristics, objectives, CAR procedures, and the systematics of preparing CAR proposals. The training was held from 8 to 20 May 2023 namely; giving pretests, providing training materials, giving posttests, and practicing making proposals. The presentation of the material was carried out on May 8 2023, while the assistance in preparing PTK proposals was carried out from May 9 to 20 2023. The pretest and posttest results showed that the average PTK training participant's pretest score was 34.1, while the average pretest score of CAR training participants was 94.5. Based on data from the pretest and posttest results, each participant experienced an increase in score from pretest to posttest and 100% of participants received a minimum score of 80, (3) at least 50% of the participants are in the process of compiling a proposal.

The author also emphasizes the effect of the worth and effectiveness of SLF's publication on the research locus. This study employed a case study approach to qualitative research as its methodology. Researchers seek for literature pertinent to research concerns as part of their data gathering procedures. from books, theses, journals, research essays, and research reports. The researchers in this study used Scopus, Google Scholar, and other sources to cite earlier journals. According to the study's findings, the issuing of the SLF (Laik Function Certificate) had a favorable effect on the worth and productivity of the business DPD REI SUMATERA NORTH. This offers convenience and a fulfilling employment so it can draw in investors and the general public to enhance marketing. The SLF's release is an urgent matter for a firm to address in order to raise quality and have a favorable effect on the economy and revenue.

This research aims to explore the significant role of sexual education in preventing divorce within the context of Islamic marriages. Through the analysis of Syaikh Abu Muhammad At-Tihami's primary source, "Qurrah al-‘uy?n," and relevant secondary references, this study identifies various guidelines and regulations relevant to sexual relations within Islam. The research findings highlight that appropriate sexual education has substantial potential in maintaining marital stability, given the importance of adhering to prescribed guidelines and prohibitions regarding sexual practices.The research underscores the importance of selecting the right timing for sexual intercourse, choosing a private and secure location to safeguard privacy, following proper etiquettes, and adopting recommended positions during sexual practices. Additionally, the study emphasizes the significance of mutual satisfaction between spouses as a crucial aspect of marital harmony.The research also reveals specific prohibitions, such as refraining from sexual relations during the wife's menstruation and postpartum period, avoiding anal intercourse, and abstaining from sexual activities during discouraged times, such as the night of Eid al-Adha, the first night of marriage, mid-month, and the end of each lunar month. This research contributes significantly to a deeper understanding of sexual practices within Islam and underscores the necessity of accurate sexual education in preventing conflicts and divorce within marital relationships. The novelty of this study lies in the in-depth exploration of Syaikh Abu Muhammad At-Tihami's perspectives on sexual practices within Islamic marriages, providing valuable insights within the context of Islamic matrimony.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelajahi peran krusial pendidikan seksual dalam mencegah perceraian dalam konteks pernikahan Islami. Ditenagai oleh urgensi memahami dan menerapkan panduan serta regulasi terkait hubungan seksual dalam Islam, metode penelitian melibatkan analisis mendalam terhadap "Qurrah al-‘uy?n" karya Syaikh Abu Muhammad At-Tihami dan referensi sekunder relevan. Keunikannya terletak pada pengungkapan pandangan Syaikh Abu Muhammad At-Tihami mengenai praktik seksual dalam pernikahan Islami. Hasil penelitian menyoroti bahwa pendidikan seksual yang tepat menjadi kunci stabilitas pernikahan, mempertimbangkan waktu, lokasi, etiket, dan pemilihan posisi yang dianjurkan. Keutamaan kepuasan bersama antara suami dan istri diidentifikasi sebagai elemen kunci dari harmoni pernikahan. Larangan khusus, seperti menahan diri selama menstruasi istri dan masa nifas, menghindari hubungan seks anal, dan menjauhi aktivitas seksual selama waktu-waktu yang tidak disarankan, juga diungkapkan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan untuk memahami praktik seksual dalam Islam dan menyoroti peran penting pendidikan seksual yang akurat dalam mencegah konflik serta perceraian dalam hubungan pernikahan. Keunikan penelitian ini terletak pada penggabungan pendekatan analitis yang mendalam dengan perspektif Islam, khususnya pandangan Syaikh Abu Muhammad At-Tihami, sehingga memberikan wawasan berharga dalam konteks pernikahan Islami.

The purpose of this research is to examine the implementation of the death penalty and the commutation of death sentences for premeditated murder cases. The urgency of this research lies in how the application of the death penalty in proven premeditated murder cases may fail to ensure legal justice for the victims. This type of research adopts a socio-legal research approach. The legal framework for the application of the death penalty in Indonesia is governed by Article 10 and Article 11 of the Criminal Code (KUH Pidana). In the case of premeditated murder of S and her child MF, the defendant D was ultimately sentenced to life imprisonment. Defendant D was charged under Article 340 of the KUHP (Criminal Code), Article 80 in conjunction with 76c of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning child protection in Indonesia. The imposition of the death penalty for premeditated murder cases is rarely decided by judges. In their judgments, judges often opt for life imprisonment or a 20-year prison sentence. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pengaturan pelaksanaan hukuman mati dan pemutusan hukuman mati terhadap pembunuhan berencana. Urgensi penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan hukuman mati pada kasus pembunuhan berencana terbukti kurang mampu menjamin keadilan hukum bagi korban. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis sosiologis. Kerangka hukum penerapan hukuman mati di Indonesia diatur dalam Pasal 10 dan Pasal 11 KUH Pidana. Untuk kasus pembunuhan berencana terhadap S dan anaknya MF pada akhirnya terdakwa D dijatuhi hukumam pidana seumur hidup. Terdakwa D dikenai Pasal 340 KUHP, Pasal 80 juncto 76c UU RI Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang perlindungan anak. Penerapan hukuman mati pada tindak pidana pembunuhan berencana jarang diputuskan oleh hakim. Dalam putusannya Hakim menggunakan pidana seumur hidup atau hukuman penjara 20 tahun.    

The research aims to find out the process of the seller's implementation cancellation of land because the buyer defaulted, a result of the law seller's cancellation of the land purchase agreement because the buyer defaulted. The research method used in this study is sociological juridical. The results of research on the process of the sale agreement are agreements in which the agreement is valid and has binding power since the agreement between the seller and the buyer has been reached. A buying and selling bond based on contractual validity and other treaty principles. Many of the cases involved promises to pay for the sale, but they were too late. An agreement can be nullified for the sake of the law (van rechtswege neiting) or cancelable (vernietigbaar), if an agreement does not meet the requirements specified in Article 1320 of the Civil Code, if subjective conditions are not met (they agreed to bind themselves, to make a covenant) and objective conditions (a certain thing, a lawful cause). As a result of the law against the buyer when he breaks his promise, the buyer is required to pay for the loss that the seller has suffered, pay the costs of the case when it is brought before the court, and fulfill the agreement if it continues. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan pembatalan jual beli tanah oleh penjual karena pembeli wanprestasi, akibat hukum pembatalan perjanjian jual beli tanah oleh penjual karena pembeli wanprestasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis sosiologis. Hasil penelitian proses erjanjian jual beli merupakan perjanjian dimana perjanjian itu sah dan memiliki kekuatan mengikat sejak tercapainya kata sepakat antara penjual dan pembeli. Pengikatan jual beli mendasarkan pada keabsahan berkontrak dan asas-asas perjanjian lainnya. Banyak kasus yang terjadi tersebut berisikan janji-janji untuk melakukan pembayaran pembayaran jual beli, akan tetapi terlambat. Suatu perjanjian dapat batal demi hukum (van rechtswege neiting) atau dapat dibatalkan (vernietigbaar), apabila suatu perjanjian tidak memenuhi persyaratan yang telah ditentukan pada Pasal 1320 KUHPerdata, yaitu apabila tidak memenuhi syarat subjektif (sepakat mereka mengikat dirinya, cakap untuk berbuat sesuatu perjanjian) dan syarat objektif (suatu hal tertentu, suatu sebab yang halal). Akibat hukum yang timbul terhadap pembeli apabila wanprestasi, pembeli diharuskan membayar ganti kerugian yang telah diderita oleh penjual, membayar biaya perkara apabila diperkarakan di pengadilan, dan memenuhi perjanjian jika masih dilanjutkan. 

This research aims to analyze the mechanisms for forming regional regulations carried out by regional regulation forming institutions. to produce quality regional legal products. Analyze the mechanisms that should place importance on the formation of quality regional legal products. Many regional regulations that are problematic and canceled are influenced by many factors, including political and social. To obtain a quality legal product, it requires an understanding of the mechanisms for forming good regulations that are in line with the state's goal, namely to improve the welfare of society. This research provides an understanding of the mechanism for forming quality regional regulations so that it can be a solution so that the resulting regional regulations do not conflict with the norms determined by the Government. The research method used is normative juridical which provides an overview, systematic and mechanism regarding everything related to the stages of forming quality regional regulations. By describing the applicable laws and regulations relating to the mechanism for forming regional legal products. The mechanism for forming regional regulations carried out by regional regulation forming institutions to produce quality regional legal products does not fully involve the community at every stage. The mechanism that should be in forming quality regional legal products with community participation at each stage of regional regulation formation is according to community needs.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis mekanisme pembentukan peraturan daerah yang dilakukan oleh lembaga pembentuk peraturan daerah. untuk menghasilkan produk hukum daerah yang berkualitas. Menganalisis mekanisme yang seharusnya dalam menempatkan pentingnya pembentukan produk hukum daerah yang berkualitas. Banyak peraturan daerah yang bermasalah dan dibatalkan sangat dipengaruhi banyak faktor antara lain politik dan sosial. Untuk mendapatkan suatu produk hukum yang berkualitas, dibutuhkan pemahaman terhadap mekanisme pembentukan peraturan yang baik dan sesuai dengan tujuan negara yaitu menyejahterakan masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mekanisme pembentukan peraturan daerah yang berkualitas sehingga dapat menjadi solusi agar peraturan daerah yang dihasilkan tidak bertentangan dengan norma-norma yang telah ditentukan oleh Pemerintah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif yang memberikan gambaran, sistematis, dan mekanisme mengenai segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan tahapan pembentukan peraturan daerah yang berkualitas. Dengan menggambarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku berkaitan dengan mekanisme pembentukan produk hukum daerah. Mekanisme pembentukan peraturan daerah yang dilakukan oleh lembaga pembentuk peraturan daerah untuk menghasilkan produk hukum daerah yang berkualitas belum sepenuhnya melibatkan masyarakat dalam setiap tahapannya. Mekanisme yang seharusnya dalam pembentukan produk hukum daerah yang berkualitas dengan partisipasi masyarakat setiap tahapan pembentukan Perda sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat.
