In the following study explores how homeschooling can be an alternative Islamic education option for Muslim families. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a literature review. The results obtained from the research show that (1) Homeschooling is not a current topic in Islamic education. Rasulullah pioneered homeschooling . Rasulullah educated his friends and produced outstanding students at Arqam's house. There are three types of homeschooling in the Islamic tradition: single (family) homeschooling , multiple homeschooling (halaqah), and community (mosque) homeschooling . Natural education includes monotheism, religion, morals, leadership and vocational education. (4) Family education should touch on seven aspects: faith, morals, physical, intellectual, psychological, social and sexual. (5) To instill these values, various methods need to be used, including example, advice, customs, attention, appreciation and punishment. 

This research aims to determine the effect of using syllable bridge media (JASUKA) on the beginning reading ability of class I students at SDN 73 Reatoa, Mallawa District, Maros Regency. The type of research used is experimentation with a method in the form of Pre-Experimental Design which uses the form of a one group pretest-posttest design. The data source in this research was 15 class I students at SDN 73 Reatoa, Mallawa District, Maros Regency. Data collection was carried out using observation sheets, tests and documentation. The results of the pretest data research or before using the syllable bridge media (JASUKA), namely the average score was 61.13. Meanwhile, the average posttest score after using the syllable bridge media (JASUKA) was 82.13, which is considered high. After analyzing the inferential statistics, it was obtained that tCount was 41.470 and tTable 2, 14479, so it was obtained that tCount > tTable or 41.470 > 2.14479. Based on the results of tCount and tTable, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this means that the use of syllable bridge media (JASUKA) influences the beginning reading ability of class I students at SDN 73 Reatoa, Mallawa District, Maros Regency.

This research examines the relationship between air quality and respiratory health in urban populations. By analyzing data on air pollution levels and health outcomes such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), the study identifies significant correlations between poor air quality and increased respiratory issues. The findings underscore the need for policy changes aimed at improving air quality to enhance public health in urban settings.

Sedimentasi menjadi salah satu permasalahan pada Sungai Klagison, pencucian pasir menghasilkan limbah air yang mengandung padatan terlarut dan padatan yang tidak terlarut. etika endapan lumpur terakumulasi dan berlebihan maka dapat mengakibatkan pendangkalan pada sungai dan menyebabkan terjadinya luapan air sungai, terutama ketika musim hujan. Namun selain dampak negatif akibat sedimentasi di DAS Klagison, Yang mana matereial ini bisa dimanfaatkan untuk banyak hal, salah satunya adalah paving block. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental, dengan menguji 2 jenis material  sedimentasi, yang mana material tersebut merupakan sedimentasi tanpa di oleh dan sedimen yang telah di olah, dengan melakukan 2 pengujian yaitu pengujian kadar lumpur dan uji kuat tekan terhadap paving block yang telah di buat dengan 1 komposisi perbandingan yaitu 1:3. Untuk selanjutnya dibandingkan hasil kuat tekan dari kedua sampel yang di uji. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan karakteristik penggunaan sedimen yang sudah diolah lebih baik dibandingkan dengan sedimen yang belum diolah. yang mana nilai kuat tekan mengalami peningkatan dari 9,59 Mpa ke 14,96 Mpa. Dan untuk klasifikasi mutu paving yang diperoleh setelah diolah adalah mutu C dan B yang digunakan untuk perlatan parkir dan pejalan kaki.

The purpose of this research is to analyze and understand the legal protection of workers whose employment relationship is terminated and the legal liability of employers who carry out layoffs according to Law Number 06 of 2023 concerning Job Creation. The urgency of this research requires regulations regarding layoffs due to serious or urgent violations contained in the Job Creation Law and its supporting laws and regulations. Employers carry out layoffs on the grounds of serious or urgent violations without going through a criminal law process that has permanent legal force. This decision was further strengthened by the existence of SEMA Number 03 of 2015 concerning the Implementation of the Formulation of the Results of the Plenary Meeting of the Supreme Court Chamber where layoffs can be carried out without having to wait for a legally binding court decision. This research uses a juridical-normative method, through a statutory legal approach. The results of research by workers who have been laid off and representatives of workers who have suffered losses due to serious or urgent violations have examined legal regulations regarding the Job Creation Law and PP 35 of 2021, Article 52 which regulates urgent violations, so that workers cannot be a termination by the Company without waiting for legally binding court, and the Employer carries out the rules following the previous rules regarding serious violations.

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis dan memahami perlindungan hukum tenaga kerja yang diputus hubungan kerjanya dan pertanggungjawaban hukum pengusaha yang melakukan PHK menurut UU Nomor 06 Tahun 2023 tentang Cipta Kerja. Urgensi penelitian ini perlu pengaturan mengenai PHK karena pelanggaran berat atau bersifat mendesak yang terdapat pada UU Cipta Kerja dan peraturan perundangan pendukungya. Pengusaha melakukan PHK dengan alasan pelanggaran berat atau bersifat mendesak tanpa melalui proses hukum pidana yang berkekuatan hukum tetap. Keputusan tersebut dikuatkan lagi dengan adanya SEMA Nomor 03 tahun 2015 tentang Pemberlakuan Rumusan Hasil Rapat Pleno Kamar MA dimana PHK dapat dilakukan tanpa harus menunggu putusan pidana berkekuatan hukum tetap. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode yuridis-normatif, melalui pendekatan hukum perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian pihak pekerja yang di PHK maupun perwakilan pekerja yang dirugikan karena pasal pelanggaran berat atau bersifat mendesak melakukan pengujian peraturan perundangan mengenai UU Cipta kerja dan PP 35 tahun 2021, pasal 52 yang mengatur mengenai pelanggaran bersifat mendesak, agar pekerja tidak dapat di PHK secara sewenang-wenang oleh Perusahaan tanpa menunggu keputusan pengadilan pidana yang bersifat mengikat, serta Pengusaha menjalankan aturan sesuai dengan aturan terdahulu mengenai pelanggaran berat.

The purpose of this research is to formulate problems regarding the post-Constitutional Court Decision on fiduciary guarantees. This research is to show that the decision of Constitutional Court Number 18 / PUU-XVII / 2019 has provided very good protection to debtors, but it is still important to educate and socialize regarding this decision. The urgency of this research emphasizes the change in the mechanism of execution of fiduciary guarantees, and the need for legal improvement for debtors, seeing that in the field there are still rampant eagle eyes. The research method used is normative juridical. The novelty of research on the impact of the Constitutional Court's decision regarding changes in the provisions for the implementation of execution, analyzing the problems in the field, there are still many people who do not understand fiduciary guarantees. The results of the research need education and socialization to the public to find out the importance of fiduciary guarantees, as well as stricter government supervision of eagle eyes activities, and the need for changes in laws and regulations related to the procedures for implementing the execution of fiduciary guarantees. The results of the research on the role of the government to socialize the execution mechanism of fiduciary guarantees, fiduciary guarantee law must always be developed, and debtors or creditors must understand the mechanism of execution of fiduciary guarantees.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk dalam merumuskan permasalahan tentang pasca Putusan MK terhadap jaminan fidusia. Penelitian ini untuk menunjukkan bahwa putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 18/PUU-XVII/2019 telah memberikan perlindungan yang sangat baik kepada debitur,tetapi memang masih penting adanya edukasi dan sosialisasi terkait putusan ini. Urgensi penelitian ini menekankan pada adanya perubahan mekanisme eksekusi jaminan fidusia, dan perlu adanya peningkatan hukum bagi debitur,melihat dilapangan masih maraknya mata elang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif. Kebaharuan penelitian dampak dari putusan MK terkait perubahan ketentuan pelaksanaan eksekusi, menganalisis permasalahan dilapangan masih banyak masyarakat yang kurang paham dengan jaminan fidusia. Hasil penelitian perlu adanya edukasi dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat untuk mengetahui pentingnya jaminan fidusia,serta pengawasan dari pemerintah lebih ketat terhadap kegiatan mata elang, dan perlu adanya perubahan peraturan perundang-undangan terkait tata cara pelaksanaan eksekusi jaminan fidusia.Hasil penelitian peran pemerintah untuk melakukan sosialisasi mekanisme eksekusi dari jaminan fidusia,hukum jaminan fidusia harus selalu dikembangkan, dan debitur atau kreditur wajib paham dengan mekanisme eksekusi jaminan fidusia.

Muhammadiyah Vocational High School (SMK) 3 Pekanbaru city is an educational institution under the Muhammadiyah Business Charity (AUM) which equips its students with vocational training and Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan values. The problems faced are 1) Services to students are not yet supported by adequate facilities 2) Schools have limited internet access for students. Of the several problems that exist at the school, service is prioritized on the problem of limited computer facilities. The solution offered to schools to overcome some of these problems is to use the WPS office application as a learning alternative. This shows that WPS Office is effectively used as alternative learning for students at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Pekanbaru

Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) sejak dini merupakan program pembiasaan literasi yang penting bagi siswa SD. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk menguatkan GLS di lingkup SD. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi yang berlokasi di SDN Jerukgamping. Hasil dari kegiatan PkM ini yaitu melalui kegiatan sosialisasi, sekolah dapat mengoptimalkan kembali program yang sempat tidak berlanjut dengan memperkuat wawasan pemtingnya dan tujuan GLS melalui peran guru. Selain itu, peran orang tua/wali siswa juga diikutsertakan dalam mendukung keberhasilan literasi sejak dini. Gerakan 15 menit membaca sebelum memulai pembelajaran kembali berjalan seperti semula. Selanjutnya guru juga memperoleh referensi strategi pembelajaran yang dapat mengintegrasikan pembelajaran dengan pembiasaan literasi. Optimalisasi sarana pendukung literasi seperti penyediaan perpustakaan dan referensi bacaannya serta penataan kembali pojok baca.

This research aims to determine (1) The form of teaching materials in folklore texts (saga) assisted by the Class X Macromedia Flash application (2) The process of developing teaching materials in folklore texts (saga) assisted by the Class on folklore texts (saga) assisted by the Class X Macromedia Flash application (4) effectiveness of teaching materials on folklore texts (saga) assisted by the Class The trial was carried out in class X MIA at MAS Miftahul Falah Diski. The object of this research is folklore text teaching material assisted by the Macromedia Flash application. The results show 1) The validity of the teaching materials developed is included in the valid category with an average value of total material validity of 88.3% from material experts and 87.5% from media experts. 2) The effectiveness of classical completeness reached 86.4%, that is, it had met the completeness criteria, namely ? 85% of students reached the KKM. 3) Student responses show interest in learning with teaching materials developed with the help of Macromedia Flash on folklore (saga) text material seen from the average student response questionnaire score in product trials of 89.20% in the interesting category.

The DPD RI Inspectorate is tasked with overseeing the implementation of government affairs. However, there are several problems in the DPD RI Inspectorate such as the limited number of auditors, suboptimal budget, and low transparency in managing audit reports. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of the Inspectorate in the supervisory function at the General Secretariat of DPD RI. The research method used is descriptive with qualitative analysis. Data was collected through interviews, documentation, and observation. This research uses Agus Dwiyanto's theory (2006: 50) as follows: 1) Productivity, 2) Service quality, 3) Responsiveness, 4) Responsibility, 5) Accountability. The results showed that the performance of the Inspectorate was quite good in general, although not optimal due to constraints such as insufficient human resources and insufficient budget. The suggestion of this research is to increase the number of human resources and conduct socialization about applications that can be used by the Inspectorate..
