Physical fitness is a person's ability to do something or a task well without excessive fatigue and can be useful in developing students' learning and insight. Apart from that, physical fitness is also important in learning, especially in learning PJOK. However, many people consider physical fitness unimportant. The aim of this research is to determine the level of physical fitness of students and the differences in physical fitness levels of vocational science and vocational social science at SMA Hang Tuah 5 Sidoarjo. This research involved class XI F2 and class XI F5. Class XI F2 has 33 students with a ratio of 17 male students and 16 female students. Class XI F5 has 36 students with a ratio of 19 male students and 17 female students. This research applies a non-experimental method with a comparative design using the Independent sample t-test data analysis technique. The TKPN test (Indonesian Student Fitness Test) was used as an instrument for this research. The results obtained from the SPSS application showed a hypothesis test value of 0.15 (p-value > 0.05), indicating that there was no difference in physical fitness. Meanwhile, from the norm results for fitness results in the TKPN test (Indonesian Student Fitness Test) there was a difference in scores of 4.47 for science vocational students in the very good category and 3.78 social science vocational students in the good category.

In order not to be left behind, companies must form a business model, embrace many parties, create sustainable programs from year to year, and prepare an exit strategy carefully. This article discusses social innovation practices in the PT PLN UIK Tanjung Jati B TJSL program based on the social innovation process model and empirical practice. This article contributes to improving the concept of social innovation, how social innovation succeeds and what factors encourage its emergence and growth.
 
 
 

After the end of the Covid 19 epidemic in 2021, PAI learning is still seen as a boring lesson because there is still a lot of conventional use of the scavenger. It encourages PAI teachers to quickly transform using learning based on media and technology integration. The purpose of writing this article is to show the meaning of Media and technology integration in PAI learning that is useful in making PAI training that has been conventional to be innovative, creative and effective. The results of this research are: 1) Media and technology integration refers to the integration or integration of learning media and technology (application-application learning) either in the form of tools, materials, or other elements that help students in understanding learning materials. The main purpose of this integration is to facilitate students in receiving information/material in PAI learning. 2)Media and technology integration in PAI learning plays a role and function in combining media and technology with PAI subjects to improve quality and quality in the teaching process. 4) Factors driving the use of media and technology in PAI learning highlight the need for innovative and technology-based approaches to address the challenges of diversity, embrace the digital revolution, integrate religion and science, overcome the lack of PAI, and improve the curriculum component. 5) Real examples of the integration of media and technology through various types of applications such as Kahoot, youtube, whatsaap, flipbook and so on proved to have a huge influence and give positive impact sharing in the world of Islamic Religious Education.

This research aims to reveal the important role of Islamic educational psychology in the Islamic Religious Education learning process. The method used is library research which involves collecting information and data by utilizing various materials available in the library, such as reference books, articles, journals and other relevant documents related to the topic being researched. From the research results, it is concluded that Islamic educational psychology plays an important role in learning Islamic religious education because of the interactive dynamics between teachers and students during the learning process. Without the knowledge of Islamic educational psychology in every learning process, it is certain that learning objectives will not be achieved optimally and the learning process will be ineffective. Furthermore, Islamic religious education involves instilling and strengthening the principles of faith which serve as a spiritual basis. A person's entire being is shaped by the teachings of the Islamic religion, and every attitude and behavior is influenced by his faith.

Introduction: Based on a two-way communication model, effective communication between stakeholders can foster citizen participation in tourism management. Jayapura City's coastal tourism potential must be professionally managed, as evidenced by limited facilities and ineffective promotional strategies. The study aims to examine the community's social, economic, and cultural characteristics and devise an effective marketing communication strategy for developing coastal tourism in Jayapura City.Methods: A qualitative approach utilizing a causal descriptive survey method, also called mixed methods. With Lisrell, the research was analyzed using multiple linear regression and the Structural Equation Model (SEM) model.Findings: The effectiveness of marketing communication in the development of beach tourism in Jayapura City is relatively low in the role of tourism managers and the use of media in tourism promotion. Coastal tourism managers are still dominated by the elderly who are not updated with digital technology. The potential of culture and local wisdom has not been optimized in tourism management. There has been no synergy between interested parties such as government, customary, and community in the application of tourism marketing communication.Originality: Many studies have been conducted on tourism marketing communication strategies, but only a few have studied them from the perspective of tourism development which involves participation and local wisdom of the people in Papua. This study shows that marketing communication strategies are part of the solution, and research on local wisdom and community culture can provide alternative tourism development to improve the welfare of local communities.

The ITE Law provides legal protection for victims of criminal acts of cyberbullying as an effort to protect the law which is interpreted as the recognition and guarantees provided by the law in relation to human rights. The purpose of writing is to determine the impact of cyberbullying on adolescents on social media. The method used is literature review using articles and journals from 2016 to 2020 obtained from the Google Scholar electronic database. The results of various studies show that cyberbullying on adolescents on social media has a huge impact that affects all aspects of life from psychological, physical, and social aspects. The impact of cyberbullying that is felt is not only the victim, but the perpetrator, perpetrator and victim will also have an impact.

Financial management is a field of management related to planning, examining, controlling, managing and storing activities carried out by individuals, organizations or companies. The importance of understanding financial management strategies well is not only for workers who already have income, but also for students who will one day enter the workforce and will have their own income. Community service activities with the theme "Financial Management Strategies for Students" carried out at SMK Bina Patriot located in Bekasi were carried out through a seminar method by presenting speakers from lecturers and students. This activity was attended by class XII participants as many as 45 participants. With this seminar, it is hoped that students can understand the importance of planning, managing, and investing their money wisely so as to avoid financial problems in the future. Based on the results of a survey conducted as feedback on this activity, it can be seen that 64.3% of participants stated that this seminar was very useful

Climate change has emerged as a serious threat to both humanity and the global ecosystem, necessitating a coordinated global response. The Paris Agreement embodies these efforts by emphasizing the principle of Common but Differentiated Responsibilities and Respective Capabilities (CBDR-RC), which underscores the awareness of shared responsibility with varying capacities among nations. This principle is reflected in the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), serving as tangible manifestations of each country's commitment. This research addresses two main issues: Firstly, why is the CBDR-RC principle the foundation for implementing NDCs in Indonesia? Secondly, to what extent does the implementation of NDCs in Indonesia align with the CBDR-RC principle and Indonesia's commitments in the Paris Agreement to achieve sustainable development and address climate change? This study the study utilizes legislative, comparative, conceptual, and historical methodologies. Findings reveal that the CBDR-RC principle forms the basis of NDC implementation in Indonesia, grounded in Indonesia's membership status in the Paris Agreement. However, practical execution falls short, revealing a disparity between idealism and reality in realizing commitments and ambitions to address climate change.

Kebaruan penelitian ini adalah dalam upaya penanggulangan tindak pidana terorisme dengan perspektif kriminologi yang menggunakan kearifan lokal "jogo tonggo". Hasil penelitian menunjukkan upaya penanggulangan tindak pidana terorisme perspektif kriminologi: identifikasi karakter dan pendanaan, kesiapsiagaan nasional, kontra radikalisasi, deradikalisasi, antisipasi radikal terorisme di Lapas. Kendalah penanggulangan terorisme di Jawa Tengan antara lain masih adanya Napiter yang radikal, lunturnya nilai gotong royong, masyarakat permisif kepada teroris, sanksi hukum lembaga pendidikan dan amal kelompok teroris lemah. Dalam mengatasi kendala dalam penanggulangan tindak pidana terorisme membutuhkan strategi yang terstruktur dan adaptif memperkuat jaringan intelijen dengan memperbaiki teknologi pengawasan dan meningkatkan kerjasama lintas negara untuk pertukaran informasi, pembinaan dan monitoring mantan Napiter melalui pembinaan agama, toleransi, wawasan kebangsaan melibatkan tokoh agama Islam, implementasi program jogo tonggo, percepatan rencana aksi daerah pencegahan dan penanggulangan ekstremisme yang mengarah pada kekerasan, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi.  

Every human being carrying out activities in the economic sector, whether carrying out transactions or other business activities, usually begins with an agreement, one of which is a rental agreement. Lack of awareness of the rights and obligations between both parties causes several problems and agreements are not equal or balanced. This research aims to determine the application of the principle of contractual equality in vehicle rental agreements at Pesona Car Rental Semarang and the obstacles and solutions in implementing the principle of contractual equality in vehicle rental agreements at Pesona Car Rental Semarang. The research method used is sociological juridical research with analytical descriptive research specifications. The sampling technique in this research was non-random sampling using purpove sampling with data collection techniques using primary and secondary data, with qualitative data analysis. The results of the research show that the application of the principle of contractual equality at Pesona Car Rental Semarang is still not fully implemented due to several obstacles that can hinder its implementation, such as a lack of understanding of the terms and conditions of the agreement as well as violations committed by the lessee. Settlements or solutions that can be made as a result of violations committed by tenants can be done through litigation and non-litigation. The role of the principle of balance or equality in agreements, especially in vehicle rental agreements, is a very important component based on the will and awareness of both parties to carry out the vehicle rental agreement and comply with their respective rights and obligations. AbstrakSetiap manusia berkegiatan dalam bidang ekonomi, baik untuk melakukan transaksi atau kegiatan bisnis lainnya biasanya diawali dengan adanya perjanjian salah satunya perjanjian sewa menyewa. Kurangnya kesadaran hak dan kewajiban antara kedua belah pihak menyebabnya beberapa masalah dan perjanjian tidak setara atau seimbang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip kesetaraan kontraktual dalam perjanjian sewa menyewa kendaraan di Pesona Rental Mobil Semarang dan kendala serta solusi dalam penerapan prinsip kesetaraan kontraktual dalam perjanjian sewa menyewa kendaraan di Pesona Rental Mobil Semarang tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian yuridis sosiologis  dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non random sampling dengan cara purpove sampling dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder, dengan analisis data secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip kesetaraan kontraktual di Pesona Rental Mobil Semarang masih belum sepenuhnya dapat diterapkan dikarenakan beberapa kendala yang dapat menghambat penerapannya seperti kurangnya pemahaman mengenai syarat dan ketentuan perjanjian serta pelanggaran yang dilakukan dari pihak penyewa. Penyelesaian atau solusi yang dapat dilakukan akibat pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh penyewa dapat dilakukan melalui jalur litigasi dan non litigasi. Peranan asas keseimbangan atau kesetaraan dalam perjanjian khususnya dalam perjanjian sewa menyewa kendaraan menjadi komponen yang sangat penting atas dasar kehendak dan kesadaran kedua belah pihak untuk melaksanakan perjanjian dalam sewa menyewa kendaraan tersebut serta mematuhi hak dan kewajibannya masing-masing.
