Long waiting time is one component that has the potential to cause patient dissatisfaction. If the waiting time is long, it will reduce patient comfort and affect patient utility in the future. The method used in this research is Literature Review, namely by collecting and processing research data that has existed before with the 2018-2022 range. The results of this study found that there was a waiting time for drugs, both concoctions and standard drugs, that were not in accordance with the minimum service standards, so that waste was found. There are various types of waste that are found resulting in long drug waiting times such as too many processes to the long process of submitting drug prescriptions to pharmaceutical installations, which causes many inefficient and ineffective activities to arise. Based on this, there is a waiting time for drugs, both concoctions and standard drugs, that are not in accordance with the minimum service standards, so that waste is found. Thus the length of waiting time in preparing the drug is influenced by several factors such as speed and completeness of patient data up to re-submission which takes a lot of time.

Reading is an activity carried out to find information obtained in writing. With that, reading is a process to think about how to understand the contents of the writing that is read. Reading skill is a top priority that must be mastered by students, especially in high grades, because reading with good skills will absorb the contents of the reading more easily. Students who cannot read will experience obstacles in learning activities. So, students must have the skills to read well. This study aims to find out what is included in reading skills in high school learning at the MI/SD level. Data collection techniques were carried out through qualitative methods based on literature study by collecting data from various sources, both written and unwritten, such as journals, books whether online or offline which can be considered as relevant and written according to the subject matter outlined by the author.

The problem that often occurs is that some people do not understand the existence of exemplary values contained in the folklore of Bulusan. This study aims to describe exemplary values in the Bulusan folklore, namely the religious values and moral values contained in the Bulusan folklore. The method used in this study is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive analysis method and the data sources come from community leaders, village heads, local residents, and practitioners who are experts in knowing and understanding Bulusan folklore. In this study using data collection techniques by way of observation, interviews, recording, recording, photographing, and transcription. In this study, the validity of the data was used, namely triangulation of sources, time, and techniques. Based on the analysis of the data obtained in the Bulusan Folklore, there are also character values that can serve as guidelines and examples for the whole community, especially young people for the next generation. The origins of the Bulusan folklore have several religious values and moral values contained in it. The content of religious values in Bulusan folklore includes obedience, belief, and practice. The moral values contained in the Bulusan folklore are the values of mutual cooperation, obedience, and politeness.
 

A notary is a public official who aims to serve the public in the field of legal services in making authentic deeds by the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2004. This goal can be achieved if human resource management provides job descriptions and specifications to achieve employee work effectiveness one of which is the Notary Office of Ebony Kiki Haga, S.H., M.Kn, which requires employee work effectiveness in service activities. In this case, the administrative staff is the most important role related to the effectiveness of the notary's office. Work effectiveness has not been achieved properly because there is no defined job description and specifications, so there is often a miscommunication regarding the division of work. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using field methods (observation), interview methods, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis, namely by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions, then testing the credibility of the data using the triangulation method. The result of this research is that the work effectiveness of administrative staff has met 3 (three) indicators of work effectiveness, after doing job analysis with the results being able to apply job descriptions and specifications for administrative staff.

The Power of the State Apparatus As a government institution in the perspective of moving the State Capital becomes part of the practice of social reproduction. Various considerations wrapped in political consensus are a challenge for bureaucrats. It is suspected that his involvement in carrying out his duties and responsibilities simultaneously has an impact on the domino effect that arises as a response to transcendental transformation. The grand factor driving the transfer of IKN is such as population agglomeration on the island of Java, which has an impact on economic stagnation which is increasingly apprehensive. In other words, the underdevelopment experienced by regions outside Java will soon be resolved. The symptom of duality in the structuring of agent behavior becomes so essential considering that the agent, namely the bureaucrat, is the key person as well as a vessel for social reproduction. Thus, it is hoped that Giddens' conception in the corridor of internal bureaucratic structuring in the search for resources as a nation accelerator can be realized properly. This is in line with the transformation of community development which requires institutional elements to accommodate all levels of stakeholders. Giddens' concept emphasizes how patterns of power relations, systems and structures unite in building the evolution of a theologically patterned society. The duality approach between the possessors of power and their powers will influence each other on an ongoing basis. More than that, the connection between political phenomena in creating opportunities will be very radical when an actor expects to optimize the capacity of his actions to influence other elements. Various speculations from minority groups to the voice of environmental elements over the transfer of the national capital are purely based on an oligarchic profit-sharing project. This skeptical assumption overshadows the fact that the development transformation synergy is fraught with risks for the possibilities that will occur. Especially regarding investment-motivated funding for the state capital project, it will confront the role of bureaucrats in a metaphorical setting in the growth of national economic capacity. It is claimed that the megaproject will participate in mobilizing supporting resources that cannot be separated from the comparison of science and technology development.

<p><em>Shopee is the biggest E-Commerce platform in Indonesia. Based on SimilarWeb data, Shopee's visit rate during August 2021 recorded 26.92 million Daily Actives Users (DAU) accessing it via Android mobile devices. At the end of 2021, Shopee's active users reached 130 million people. This research focuses on Shopee's success factors and their impact on improving customer service. The primary research of this study is Information Systems Success Model developed by Delone Mclean. This study adds two constructs from the UTAUT (United Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) research model. This study uses primary data, primary data obtained directly from 450 samples. Statistical tests in this study use Simultaneous Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS application for running tests. Overall, this study can analyze the factors that can influence the successful use of the Shopee application. Successful use consists of 3 dimensions/variables (satisfaction, use, and net benefits); these three variables have an R-Square between 54% -64%.</em></p><p><span>Aplikasi Shopee sebagai salah satu pengembang platform E-Commerce merupakan salah satu developer terbesar di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data SimilarWeb, tingkat kunjungan Shopee selama Agustus 2021 mencatatkan sejumlah 26,92 juta pengguna aplikasi aktif harian (unique daily actives users/DAU) yang mengakses melalui perangkat mobile Android. Pada akhir kuartal 2021 pengguna aktif Shopee mencapai 130 juta orang. Fokus penelitian ini ialah pada faktor keberhasilan aplikasi shopee dan dampaknya pada peningkatan layanan konsumen. Model penelitian yang menjadi dasar penelitian adalah Model Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi yang dikembangkan oleh Delone Mclean, peneliti menambahkan 2 konstruk dari model penelitian UTAUT (Unified theory of acceptance and use of technology). Peneltiian ini menggunakan data primer. Data primer berupa data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari pengguna shopee sebanyak 450 sampling. Pengujian statistik dalam penelitian ini berupa simultaneous equation model (SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS.  Secara keseluruhan model penelitian dapat menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhi keberhasilan penggunaan aplikasi Shopee. Keberhasilan penggunaan terdiri dari 3 dimensi/variabel (kepuasan, penggunaan dan net benefit), tiga variabel tersebut memiliki R-Square antara 54%-64%.</span></p>

Hysterectomy is a surgical procedure for removing all or part of the uterus due to gynecological diseases, one of which is uterine myoma.  The impact that is often felt by patients after surgery is the presence of incisions and damaged tissue causing a sensation of pain.  Reflexology therapy as a non-pharmacological action is a new innovation for reducing pain with a very simple relaxation method.  This case study aims to determine the application of reflexology therapy to reduce pain levels in postoperative hysterectomy patients.  The method in this research is a case study in post hysterectomy patients who experience complaints of pain.  The instrument used is using a Numeric rating scale (NRS) with finger-hand relaxation intervention given for 3 days.  The results of this case study showed that by doing reflexology therapy for 3 days there was a significant decrease in pain levels from a scale of 5 to a scale of 2. The effectiveness of applying standard nursing care in reducing the level of pain given to patients showed a decrease in pain levels from the first day of intervention to the first day of intervention third.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of employment on economic growth in Serang City in 2018 – 2021. The variables analyzed are the independent variable, namely employment and the dependent variable, namely economic  growth. The analytical method used is a quantitative method using documentary data sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and using the IBM SPSS tool. After being analyzed, the results of this study show that economic growth has no significant impact on employment. So it cannot be ascertained whether the rate of economic growth in Serang City between 2018 - 2021 will increase or decrease if there is an increase or decrease in employment.

 Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk menawarkan model kolaborasi pentahelix kepada pemerintah Kota Tangerang, khususnya Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Tangerang dalam mengatasi dampak sosial akibat pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Tangerang. Selain itu program PKM ini juga memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat dan para akademisi bahwa dalam pemulihan dampak sosial akibat pandemi Covid-19 perlu dilakukan dengan cara kolaborasi dengan pihak terkait, baik itu akademisi, pemerintah, media, dan masyarakat. Harapan dengan adanya program PKM ini diharapkan adanya kolaborasi antar stakeholder dalam mengatasi dampak sosial yang ditimbulkan akibat pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Tangerang. Dampak sosial yang paling besar pengaruhnya di Kota Tangerang adalah masalah ketenagakerjaan. Oleh karena itu mitra dalam program PKM ini adalah Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Tangerang. Adapun metode yang dilakukan adalah sosialisasi kolaborasi yang ideal menggunakan teori model koalaborasi pentahelix oleh ansell. Materi yang disampaikan adalah dari masing-masing aktor yaitu akademisi sebagai lembaga penelitian, pemerintah dengan perannya dalam pengelolaan ketenagakerjaan,media sebagai sarana sosialisasi. dengan perannya masing-masing pada model kolaborasi pentahelix. Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah membangun kolaborasi dalam pemulihan dampak sosial akibat pandemi Covid-19. Adapun rekomendasi dari pelaksanaan PKM yang pertama adalah terbentuknya jaringan kolaborasi antara Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Tangerang, Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf, dan Media Massa. Kedua adanya kegiatan lanjutan yang melibatkan komponen masyarakat. Ketiga menjadi model percontohan bagi daerah lain.   

Kemiskinan merupakan kondisi dimana masyarakat tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari hari. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan pada kesejahteraan sosial di Kabupaten Brebes, berupa kemiskinan dengan pokok permasalahan yaitu tidak meratanya distribusi pendapatan dengan tingkat pengangguran terbuka yang cukup signifikan dalam memengaruhi struktur sosial perekonomian wilayah tersebut. Untuk merespons permasalahan tersebut, para peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh daripada tidak meratanya distribusi pendapatan dan tingkat pengangguran terbuka terhadap kemiskinan yang berakibat cukup besar terhadap perekonomian wilayah Kabupaten Brebes. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan data pasti yang mengacu pada BPS. Kemudian menggunakan kajian teori pengangguran yang juga menggunakan BPS dan data tersebut diuji dengan menggunakan software SPSS, dan terakhir Kajian teori kemiskinan beserta kerangka konseptual dimana faktor yang ada merupakan sumber dari permasalahan kemiskinan yang diteliti.
