In the current era of globalization, many local communities throughout the world, including in rural Ambulu, Jember, are experiencing changes in values ??and customs due to global influences. The local cultural values ??of the Ambulu rural community are known to be very rich and diverse, but face challenges as a result of rapid globalization. This research aims to identify and analyze the impact of globalization on local cultural values ??in the rural community of Ambulu Jember, with a focus on how these values ??persist or change over time. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying contemporary theory from Michael Foucault to analyze the data. The focus of analysis in this research looks at how the discourse and practices of power in society change along with the introduction of global values ??and how local communities react to these changes. The research results show that the Ambulu community experiences dualism in maintaining local cultural values. On the one hand, there are efforts by the community to maintain old customs and values, while on the other hand, several aspects of local culture have evolved or even been eroded due to the influence of globalization, such as changes in language, social rituals and kinship systems. The impact of globalization on local cultural values ??demands more inclusive adaptation strategies and more strategic cultural preservation so that rural communities such as those in Ambulu can maintain their cultural identity while receiving the benefits of globalization.
 

Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara neurosains dan pengembangan evaluasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Neurosains, sebagai cabang ilmu yang mempelajari sistem saraf dan otak, memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang proses kognitif dan emosional yang mendasari pembelajaran. Penerapan prinsip-prinsip neurosains dalam evaluasi pembelajaran PAI dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses pembelajaran dengan lebih memahami bagaimana siswa memproses informasi, mengingat, dan memotivasi diri dalam konteks religius. Studi ini meneliti bagaimana pendekatan berbasis neurosains dapat diterapkan dalam perancangan instrumen evaluasi yang lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan individu siswa, mempertimbangkan aspek kognitif, emosional, dan spiritual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi neurosains dalam evaluasi PAI tidak hanya membantu dalam pengukuran capaian akademik siswa secara lebih komprehensif, tetapi juga mendorong pengembangan karakter dan pemahaman spiritual yang lebih mendalam. Dengan demikian, pengembangan evaluasi pembelajaran PAI berbasis neurosains menawarkan potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan agama yang adaptif dan holistik.

This research discusses the implications of Autocratic Legalism Practices for Democracy, Legality and Justice in Law no. 17 of 2023 concerning Health. This research aims to analyze whether the practice of autocratic legalism in Indonesia will have a direct impact on weakening the democratic system adopted by Indonesia. Autocratic legalism describes a person who has power at the legislative, executive and judicial levels by using hidden methods and hiding behind the law to take advantage of people's sovereignty and abandon the principles of constitutionalism, so the problem formulation of this analysis is how the practice of autocratic legalism has an impact on weakening democracy. and how the characteristics of autocratic legalism can impact the validity and fairness of legislative regulations. The benefit of the results of this analysis of autocratic legalism is to find out to what extent the practice of autocratic legalism in Indonesia threatens the principles of constitutionalism and has the potential to develop and spread widely in society and of course will have a negative impact on the democratic system and the validity and fairness of laws and regulations. This legal research uses normative juridical methods, namely based on the main legal materials in the form of theories, concepts, principles and statutory regulations related to the writing of this journal.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah tentang penerapan kurikulum ISMUBA pada lembaga pendidikan Islam berbasis Muhammadiyah. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan ini digunakan untuk mengkaji dan memperoleh makna secara mendalam tentang pengembangan dan implementasi kurikulum PAI di SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Curup. Hasil dari penelitian bahwa pengembangan yang dilakukan di SMP Muhammadiyah Curup dilakukan dalam dua aspek, yaitu pengembangan di dalam kelas dan pengembangan di luar kelas. Pengembangan kurikulum di dalam kelas dilakukan oleh guru ISMUBA dengan mengembangkan proses belajar mengajar yang meliputi strategi pembelajaran, metode, dan media pembelajaran. Sementara itu, pengembangan kurikulum ISMUBA di luar kelas dikembangkan dengan menciptakan suasana religius untuk lebih memaksimalkan proses internalisasi nilai-nilai karakter dan agama kepada peserta didik. Implementasi kurikulum ISMUBA di SMP Muhammadiyah Curup, salah satu guru masih menggunakan kurikulum KTSP 2013 meski kurikulum sekolah secara umum menggunakan kurikulum Merdeka. Dalam implementasi di kelas, guru PAI tidak begitu maksimal menyiapkan perangkat pembelajaran. Akan tetapi hal tersebut dapat diatasi dengan tetap profesionalnya guru dalam mengajar.

The da'wah activities on social media have drawn the attention of many parties, which has subsequently brought forth da'i (Islamic preachers) who utilize this platform as a means to convey Islamic teachings. This research aims to analyze the method of delivering da'wah messages employed by Ustadz Muhammad Nuzul Dzikri on his Instagram account @muhammadnuzuldzikri. The study utilizes a qualitative method, employing content analysis and direct observation of the posted content. The findings indicate that Ustadz Muhammad Nuzul Dzikri conveys his da'wah messages through the use of posters and videos on his Instagram account. The content of these messages encompasses various aspects such as creed, morality, worship, and transactions. These messages are presented with the intention of educating and inspiring his followers to live their daily lives in accordance with Islamic teachings.

One of the company's goals is to maximize the value of its shares to achieve company value. When investing in the capital market, investors also take into account the value of the company. Over the last five years, the value of companies in the food and beverage subsector experienced a significant decline from 2020 to 2023. This decline began in 2019. Many factors, including company size, profitability and leverage, influence the value of a company. The gap phenomenon supports the existence The research gap indicates the need for additional research into the variables that influence firm value. The aim of this research is to present empirical data regarding the influence of company size, profitability and leverage on manufacturing companies in the metal industry and similar industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2023. All companies in the food sector and beverage subsector are listed on the Exchange. Indonesian Securities (BEI) is the research population. A purposive sampling strategy was used to select the research sample from seven observations. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in research to analyze secondary data. SPSS is a program used in research. The findings of this research show how leverage and company size affect company value. However, empirical data also shows that profitability has little effect on company value. Simultaneously, the factors Company Size, Profitability, and Leverage influence Company Value.

The Omah Sawah community focuses on environment-based education for children aged 7-13 years. One of the activities is a weekly school held at the Omah Sawah Pavilion every weekend. Activities include environmental observation, flora-fauna identification, yoga, natural batik dyeing introduction, and writing. The limited skills of facilitators, consisting of teenage alumni of Omah Sawah, in innovating learning, and the lack of supporting facilities at Omah Sawah pose challenges. One alternative to enhance learning innovation and instructor skills is by introducing and studying Photovoice. This community service began with preparation, including permission requests and field surveys, followed by curriculum development training using the Photovoice method through lectures and practice. Evaluation was carried out through pre-test and post-test methods. The results showed an increase in participants' knowledge of the Photovoice method and its use in environmental education.

ABSTRACT
The growth of the both traditional and fast-food culinary sector has been rapid and to maintain consumer satisfaction, it is a crucial factor for determining the progress of culinary business growth. Therefore, the objective of the study is to examine the influence of prices, promotions, and quality of service on consumer satisfaction at McDonald's Restaurant Semarang. The data was collected through the completion of questionnaires and it was analysed by using the double linear regression. The research findings indicate that the factors of price, promotion, and quality of service affect significant impact on consumer satisfaction at McDonald's Restaurant Semarang. Through the partial test, it revealed that consumer satisfaction is significantly impacted by both promotion and quality of the service, while the price has no significant influence on customer satisfaction.
 
ABSTRAK
Perkembangan industri kuliner terjadi dengan sangat pesat dan tidak terbatas pada makanan tradisional, namun juga restoran cepat saji. Kepuasan konsumen menjadi indikator penting dalam menentukan arah pengembangan bisnis kuliner. Tujuan riset ini ialah guna menganalisis dampak harga, promosi, dan kualitas pelayanan akan kepuasan konsumen restoran McDonald’s Semarang. Data diperoleh dari pengisian kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Keluaran penelitian mengunjukkan bahwa harga, promosi, dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai dampak signifikan secara simultan akan kepuasan konsumen restoran McDonald’s Semarang. Uji Parsial (Uji t) mendapati bahwa promosi dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai dampak signifikan akan kepuasan konsumen sementara harga tidak mempunyai dampak signifikan akan kepuasan konsumen.
 

Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih jauh bagaimana proses mekanisme alih kelola yang terjadi pada RSKB IPHI Pedan oleh RS PKU Muhammadiyah Delanggu serta untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat unsur pidana dalam proses tersebut ditinjau berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2004 tentang yayasan. Pengelolaan kegiatan usaha yayasan terkait erat dengan pembangunan yayasan kekayaan karena hasil kegiatan usahanya merupakan salah satu sumber pendapatan yang menjadi yayasan kekayaan. Dan dalam hal rumah sakit yang didirikan oleh yayasan, maka kegiatan operasional rumah sakit merupakan peserta dari kegiatan usaha yayasan. Selain itu, sesuai dengan Undang-Undang yayasan, yang menetapkan bahwa jika tujuan yayasan bergeser dari tujuan sosial atau nirlaba, asetnya tidak dapat dialihkan. Serta, segala kegiatan yang menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan aset milik yayasan haruslah mematuhi ketentuan formal sebagaimana dijelaskan pada UUY dan AD Yayasan, begitupula dalam hal alih Kelola RSKB IPHI Pedan kepada Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah (PCM) Delanggu, harus tetap dilakukan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku.

Further research opportunities in English phonology, such as investigating other suprasegmental features and adopting an interdisciplinary approach, are suggested to deepen the understanding of English phonological structures and improve the quality of teaching speaking skills in English.
