Board games are one of the learning media to increase student interest in a subject. And on this occasion I made "Domino Match". And to determine the material to be applied I did it to a high school (SMA). Based on interviews with two material experts at the school, I know that the material is quite difficult for the students there, namely the Matrix. So I apply the matrix material to a game in the form of domoni cards, with the hope that their interest will arise and their perspective on Mathematics.  The selection of game tools in the learning process can be adjusted to the characteristics and needs of these students. Then in designing or making a game tool in general based on criteria that are in accordance with the cognitive development of students. Based on the results of the research there are 4 (four) factors that affect the low student learning outcomes, namely, the lack of student interest in mathematics, lack of student concentration during the process learning, low understanding of student concepts, and lack of student discipline. 

Research This study aims to evaluate the Tahfidzul Qur'an program in Mushalla Firdaus Tilatang Kamang with the main purpose of assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of the program in achieving the program in achieving the target of memorizing the Qur'an of students. Evaluative research method used in evaluating the Tahfidzul Qur'an program at Mushalla Firdaus Tilatang Kamang is the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The CIPP model is designed to provide a comprehensive framework framework in systematically assessing various aspects of the program. The results of this study show that the evaluation of the Tahfidzul Qur'an program at Mushalla Firdaus Tilatang Kamang shows positive and beneficial results despite some challenges. The context analysis highlighted the strong motivation of learners as well as support from the community, despite economic and social constraints. The input evaluation emphasized the importance of teachers' qualifications, an adequate curriculum, and improved facilities and financial support. The process of implementing a diverse program of teaching methods and classroom management is effective, but more individual guidance and technology integration are needed. The product evaluation revealed the program's success in achieving memorization targets, improving academic achievement, spiritual development, and positive character changes in learners. With continuous improvement and implementation of recommendations, this program has great potential to continue to grow and produce a generation of quality and characterful Qur'an memorizers.

Perbedaan signifikan antara estimasi dan realisasi anggaran penerimaan negara bukan pajak mengindikasikan perlunya peninjauan ulang proses perencanaan pendapatan untuk akurasi estimasi dan efektivitas pengelolaan. Ketidaksesuaian anggaran belanja dan realisasinya menekankan pentingnya efisiensi penggunaan dana publik. Pengalokasian dana bantuan sosial yang tidak terealisasi menunjukkan kebutuhan peninjauan kebijakan untuk mendukung masyarakat rentan. Analisis ini menekankan pentingnya transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan kebijakan responsif dalam pengelolaan anggaran sektor transportasi untuk memastikan efektivitas dan efisiensi penggunaan dana publik.

Human Resource Management (HRM) is a discipline responsible for managing people in an organization. This includes planning, organizing, directing, and controlling human resources to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. HRM plays a role in managing various aspects related to employees, such as recruitment, selection, training, development, motivation, performance evaluation, and compensation. Human resource control must be holistic, employee-oriented, and integrated with the organization's business strategy. Therefore, it can be concluded that this involves the use of various tools and techniques, including performance measurement, structured feedback, employee development, and the implementation of fair and consistent policies and procedures.

PISA results show that Indonesia's science literacy skills are low, so a solution is needed to fix the problem. This study aims to analyze the role of multimedia in improving students' science literacy skills. The method used is by collecting literature review data and then reviewing information from the data that has been collected. Based on the results of this study, it was found that multimedia can improve students' science literacy skills in both the “High” and “Medium” categories, so the use of multimedia in the learning process is considered important to improve students science literacy skills. Text, images, audio, animation, and video contained in multimedia can facilitate students in understanding the material, stimulate students' thinking skills, and create active learning.
 
 

This research is an analysis of the influence of personal selling ethics on life insurance customer satisfaction. The object of this research is PT. Sunlife Financial Medan Branch. The problem of this research is whether Order Takers, Order Getters, Order Creators, and whether Order Takers, Order Getters, Order Creators have an effect on PT life insurance customer satisfaction. SunLife Financial Medan Branch. The purpose of this research is to find out whether Order Takers, Order Getters, Order Creators, and whether Order Takers, Order Getters, Order Creators have an effect on PT life insurance customer satisfaction. SunLife Financial Medan Branch. The research method used is a comparative quantitative method. The comparative quantitative method has been chosen to obtain the data needed in this study. This research used 93 respondents and all respondents were customers of PT. Sunlife Financial Medan Branch. Data analysis used the SPSS 16.0 computer program. The results of this research. The test results show that it is known that the coefficient of determination is 50.8%, which means that customer satisfaction can be explained by the variables order takers, order gettors and order creators. And this means that 49.2% is influenced by other variables that are not within the scope of this research. Thus, the hypothesis which states that order takers, order getters and order creators have a significant effect on customer satisfaction can be accepted.

Non-communicable diseases, such as hypertension and diabetes mellitus, are major contributors to high morbidity and mortality rates globally. To address this, the government has initiated the Prolanis program for BPJS Health participants, aiming to improve the health status of individuals with chronic diseases. However, preliminary studies involving Prolanis program coordinators at a Puskesmas revealed that the participation rate for medical consultations was below the target of 80%. This study aims to identify the factors influencing the activeness of Prolanis participants. Utilizing a quantitative approach with an analytic observational design, the research employed a cross-sectional method. The study was conducted at a community health center in Malang City from September to November 2023. The population comprised all Prolanis participants in the area, totaling 90 individuals, with a research sample of 73 participants. The sampling technique used was consecutive sampling. The independent variables investigated were education level, duration of illness, quality of service, and family support, while the dependent variable was the activeness of Prolanis participants. Data collection instruments included questionnaires for the independent variables and an observation sheet to measure participant activeness. The data were analyzed using a multivariate logistic regression test. The results indicated that family support and service quality were significantly related to the activeness of Prolanis participants, with p-values of 0.000 for both variables. Family support emerged as the most influential factor, with an odds ratio (OR) of 48.706. The study concludes that family support and the quality of health center services are significantly associated with the activeness of Prolanis participants, whereas education level and duration of illness are not related.

The aim of this research is to see whether there is an influence between the independent variables (price and quality of service) on the dependent variable (customer satisfaction). This research was carried out at PT. Eka Multi Logistik using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The research results show the results of the calculated f test (13.350) > f table (3.231) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be interpreted that the price and service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Eka Multi Logistics.

This study aims to reveal the procedure for claims and legal consequences of fraud by the hospital against BPJS Kesehatan in hospitalization with the INA-CBGS system.
