Background: Acute Lung Oedema (ALO) is an emergency condition that requires immediate action and has fatal and more dangerous consequences which will disrupt the gas exchange process in the alveoli due to the alveoli being filled with fluid. Based on the results of the initial survey in the ICU room at Tangerang Regional Hospital, it was found that the number of ICU patients with cases of pulmonary edema or ALO in 2023 was 14 people and from June to January 2024 there were 14 people. Nursing actions as an evidence base that can be provided include sucking mucus for less than 15 seconds and emptying the ETT cuff periodically. This implementation can increase airway clearance, thereby preventing accumulation of secretions that can cause aspiration. Proving the theory through providing nursing care carried out 5x with results showing that providing mucus suction in less than 15 seconds, and emptying the ETT cuff periodically, can improve the airway clearance status as indicated by a decrease in sputum production, color and consistency. Method: This writing method uses patient intervention and observation carried out for five days, to determine the patient's condition and provide appropriate nursing care which is then documented. Results: Based on the results of the monitoring carried out, it can be concluded that there are differences in the conditions of secretion production before and after the suction intervention was carried out by deflating the ETT (Cuff) balloon for 5-15 seconds. With the results criteria, secretion production is reduced. Conclusion: for patients with thick and purulent secretions, suction by deflating the ETT balloon (Cuff) becomes more effective and secretion production decreases. Nursing actions as an evidence base that can be given include sucking mucus for less than 15 seconds and emptying the ETT cuff periodically.

With the advancement of information technology and globalization, the use of violence has changed and evolved. Revenge pornography, also known as "revenge porn", is combined with direct acts of violence.    The purpose of this research is to find out what causes revenge pornography and how legal protection can be given to its victims. This research uses normative research that uses legislation to examine a study by examining theories, concepts. Some of the causes of revenge pornography crimes are as follows: Ineffective laws, the patriarchal culture that still exists in Indonesian society, lack of sexual education, law enforcement that has not run properly, and handling victims who often backfire. The state is responsible for protecting victims of sexual harassment. Several existing laws protect victims of pornographic abuse.

Kemampuan mengoperasikan komputer khususnya pada penggunaan Ms. Word saat ini merupakan hal penting yang dapat menunjang berbagai kegiatan tak terkecuali bagi anggota dan pengurus PKK Desa Ketenger. Beberapa masalah yang kerap dihadapi oleh kelompok PKK Desa Ketenger adalah keterbatasan dalam mengoperasikan komputer dan menggunakan aplikasi Ms. Word untuk membuat surat undangan kegiatan, proposal dan laporan kegiatan PKK. Kegiatan pendampingan dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif solusi untuk menyelesaikan beberapa permasalahan tersebut khususnya pada pengoperasian komputer dan penggunaan Aplikasi Ms. Word. Pendampingan ini diberikan kepada seluruh anggota dan pengurus Kelompok PKK Desa Ketenger. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini sangat membantu kelompok PKK Desa Ketenger dan meningkatkan keterampilan dalam menggunakan komputer dan Ms. Word. 

Summary Persuasive communication skills are very important for teachers. This research proposes a convincing communication model for learning fardhu prayer practice material in early childhood. This type of research is a case study using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Technical Data analysis uses the Spradiley model by conducting domain analysis. The results of the research show that the persuasive communication model is very useful for teachers in learning material on the practice of fadhu prayers for early childhood. To support persuasive communication, teachers need to master the material on fardu prayers according to Tarzi Muhammadiyah, an interesting learning strategy,supporting learning conditions, and supporting keys. Through this research, information was also obtained that audio-visual learning media that applies fardu prayer practices according to the Sunnah is needed to support the persuasive communication model implemented by teachers.

Electricity is currently a vital resource highly needed by modern society, as the majority of human life activities are related to electricity. This sector is crucial in the execution of development initiatives to seek the enhancement of the well-being and prosperity of the people, enlighten the nation, and boost the people's economy in achieving national development goals. It can be said that electricity has become the primary source of energy in every activity, both in households and industries. PT PLN (Persero) is a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) that has been managing all aspects of electricity in Indonesia for 44 years, aiming to improve the quality of people's lives and focus on customer satisfaction. In order to continue to grow and improve, PT PLN  East Java requires analysis and evaluation of the company's current condition to compete externally. Therefore, a method is needed to determine the position and condition of PT PLN  East Java using the method from the strategic management course, namely the Five Force Analysis Method.
 

Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is one of the giant companies in Indonesia which produces various types of food and drinks such as instant noodles, snacks, flavorings and others located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The products produced by PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk has succeeded in spreading to the international market. The success of doing business in international markets certainly cannot be separated from international business ethics, one of which is the legal aspect. This research aims to analyze the extent to which companies comply with legal regulations in their product development approach. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive data analysis. The research results show that PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk has consistently complied with the law in all its activities including product development strategies to maintain safety, quality, reputation and community loyalty.

The research aims to analyze the legal certainty of the Election Organizer Ethics Council (DKPP) based on Pasal 458 ayat (13) UU No. 7 Tahun 2017 about ethics' violation of general election organizing institutions. DKPP’s decision that is final and binding can be ruled out by the decision of the Civil Court of Justice (PTUN) because there are institutions that don’t agree with DKPP’s decision, even though DKPP is an election ethics institution for election organizers. Ambiguity in the DKPP’s decision injures the implementation of honesty and integrity in the general election. This research uses normative research through the statute approach and the case approach. Uncertainty about the progress of DKPP’s decision impacts the indecisiveness of the ethics code's violations. The result of this article is that DKPP’s decision assessed doesn’t have legal certainty, remembering that the “final and binding” phrase can be ruled out with PTUN’s decision with a suit to decree that was published by the concerned institution. The final and binding of DKPP’s decision has no legal impact because it can be eliminated with PTUN’s decision. Because the DKPP is a auxiliary state organ that performs quasi-judicial functions, its decisions are not as strong as those of a judiciary institution.  Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisa kepastian hukum putusan Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu (DKPP) berdasarkan Pasal 458 ayat (13) UU No. 7 Tahun 2017 terhadap pelanggaran kode etik oleh penyelenggara Pemilu. Putusan Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu yang bersifat final dan mengikat dapat dikesampingkan oleh putusan PTUN atas gugatan lembaga yang kurang puas terhadap putusan DKPP tersebut padahal DKPP sebagai penegak kode etik kepemiluan terhadap perbuatan melanggr yang dilakukan penyelenggara Pemilu. Ambiguitas putusan tersebut pada akhirnya dapat mencederai Pemilu yang mestinya dapat dilaksanakan dengan jujur dan berintegritas. Penelitian ini memakai jenis penelitian normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus. Ketidakpastian putusan sebagai hasil tindak lanjut dari DKPP menyebabkan putusannya seolah-olah tidak tegas terhadap pelanggaran kode etik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa putusan DKPP dianggap tidak memiliki kepastian hukum mengingat frasa “bersifat final dan mengikat” masih dapat digugat melalui PTUN dengan dasar gugatan surat keputusan lembaga yang bersangkutan. Sifat final dan mengikat putusan DKPP pada akhirnya tidak mempunyai arti dan dampak legal karena masih dapat dieliminir melalui putusan PTUN sebab DKPP hanya merupakan lembaga negara penunjang yang menjalankan fungsi quasi yudisial sehingga putusannya tidak sekuat lembaga peradilan yang lain.

This paper explores the integration of blockchain technology to enhance data security in cloud environments. A decentralized approach ensures data integrity, authentication, and tamper resistance. The proposed framework leverages smart contracts to enforce access control policies efficiently. Simulation results indicate that our model significantly improves data security without compromising system performance.

Menurut data Kementrian Koperasi dan UKM Kontribusi UMKM terhadap perekonomian Indonesia ini meliputi kemampuan sebesar 97% dari total tenaga kerja yang ada. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan pemanfaatan content marketing  dalam membangun brand awareness pada UMKM Mybayleaves Cake yang berada di Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan wawancara terstruktur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan digital dengan menggunakan content marketing  dalam memasarkan produknya dapat memberikan feedback baik dan cukup untuk meningkatkan brand awareness pada UMKM Mybayleaves Cake dengan content marketing yang aesthetic dan unik.

In the exploration of syntax and predication in linguistics, the syntactic approach highlights the essential relationship between subject and predicate in a sentence. Predication maps what is stated about the subject, and syntax-based analysis reveals its basic structure. Syntax, with its central role, is key to understanding sentence structure and the meaning conveyed in communication. Research on this concept shows how the arrangement of words, phrases, and clauses forms predication.
