Abstrak:
This study aims to explore gross motor developmental delays in 6-year-old children as an early indication of possible Tourette syndrome. Tourette syndrome is a neuropsychiatric disorder characterized by the emergence of spontaneous movements and sounds (tics) that are not realized and can interfere with the child's daily activities. In this study, a qualitative approach was used with a case study method on a boy in Malang City who showed symptoms of motor and vocal tics. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and parents, and documentation of the child's activities in the home and school environment. The results of the observation showed that the child had difficulty maintaining balance and showed spontaneous movements such as shaking his head, blinking, and clearing his throat repeatedly. These symptoms do not always appear consistently and occur more often when the child is tired or mildly stressed. Data analysis showed that motor delays were not caused by muscle disorders, but by an imbalance in neurological regulation that affects movement coordination. The main risk factors come from daily habits such as excessive use of gadgets, lack of rest time, and unstable emotional responses. The treatment carried out involves a combination of medication from a neurologist and environmental support such as reducing stress triggers, regulating playtime, and an inclusive educational approach. This study emphasizes the importance of early detection, holistic intervention, and ongoing support from families and educators in dealing with children with Tourette syndrome symptoms so that motor delays do not develop into more serious disorders.

Abstrak:
This study aims to explore the role and strategy of human capital in improving employee productivity within Indonesia’s banking industry. Amid digital transformation, efficiency demands, and increasingly competitive financial markets, human resource management must evolve from merely administrative functions into a strategic pillar. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews and document analysis across several banking institutions. The findings indicate that human capital strategies involving competency development, digital-based training, talent mapping, and adaptive leadership have a positive impact on employee performance. Adaptive and collaborative leadership styles also emerge as a key factor in supporting these strategies. However, challenges such as resistance to change and digital readiness remain present. This research provides practical implications for the development of human capital policies that are more adaptive, human-centered, and sustainable in the banking sector.

Abstrak:
Education is important for humans to gain prosperity and happiness in life, so it can be said that education is a person's basic need in order to become a real human being as a whole. In this day and age, students are not only required to be able to master technology and information to compete, students are required to think critically which is more developed in order to solve problems that will occur. This study aims to determine the extent to which students are able to think critically through social studies subjects. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods or non-experimental methods. The results showed that grade 5 students at SD Negeri Pucung Kidul 03 had a critical thinking attitude in the very good category.

Abstrak:
This study aims to explore how organizational communication, organizational culture, and leadership style influence organizational commitment within student organizations at Universitas Pelita Bangsa. A total of 75 active student organization members participated as respondents, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings reveal that both organizational communication and culture significantly impact the level of commitment among student organization members. However, leadership style was found to have no significant effect on organizational commitment. These results highlight the crucial role of communication and culture in fostering strong organizational commitment, which contributes to the overall success of student organizations

Tujuan dari pelnellitian ini adalah untuk melngelvaluasi pelnggunaan Standar Akuntansi Keluangan ELntitas Mikro, Kelcil, dan Melnelngah (SAK ELMKM) dalam pelmbuatan laporan nelraca CV. Narelsa Jaya Trans. Meltodel pelngumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kasus kualitatif dan dilakukan mellalui wawancara delngan manajelmeln pelrusahaan, mellihat dokumeln keluangan selcara langsung, dan melmbaca litelratur telntang SAK ELMKM selbagai standar. Melnurut hasil pelnellitian, Cv. Narelsa Jaya Trans bellum melngimplelmelntasikan SAK ELMKM dalam pelnyusunan Laporan Nelraca. Pelnellitian ini melnelmpatkan fokus pada analisis elntitas jasa angkut lokal, yang bellum banyak ditelliti dalam kontelks pellaksanaan SAK ELMKM. Pelnellitian ini melmbelrikan pelmahaman baru telntang tantangan yang dihadapi olelh pellaku usaha kelcil melnelngah di industri ini dalam melnelrapkan akuntansi standar. Dalam dunia pelndidikan, studi kasus nyata selpelrti ini harus dimasukkan kel dalam kurikulum akuntansi untuk melningkatkan pelmahaman siswa telntang standar akuntansi yang belrlaku di Indonelsia. Diharapkan bahwa pelnellitian ini akan melnjadi rujukan awal untuk pelnellitian yang akan datang telntang selbelrapa elfelktif SAK ELMKM ditelrapkan dalam belrbagai jelnis usaha.

Abstrak:
Employee work motivation is an important factor in increasing productivity and achieving organizational goals, which can be influenced by a pleasant work environment and a strong organizational culture. This study aims to determine the work environment and organizational culture on the work motivation of employees of PDAM Tirta Kencana, Samarinda City. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Forms to respondents who are permanent employees of PDAM Tirta Kencana, Samarinda City. The study population was 412 respondents and the sample was determined as many as 203 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using instrument testing, classical acceptance testing, multiple linear regression testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the study showed that: (i) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, (ii) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, and (iii) both independent variables, namely the work environment and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation. These results indicate that companies need to create a conducive work environment and build a healthy organizational culture in order to increase employee work motivation sustainably.

Abstrak:
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana siklus akuntansi yang diterapkan pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Laundry di Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan pemilik usaha. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, diketahui bahwa Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah Laundry yang menjadi subjek penelitian hanya melakukan pencatatan pendapatan dan pengeluaran tanpa menerapkan sistem pencatatan siklus akuntansi yang sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku. Hal ini menyebabkan kurangnya data keuangan yang tepat dan terstruktur, sehingga menyulitkan pemilik usaha untuk melakukan penelitian keuangan yang mendalam. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk membantu UMKM mengembangkan pendekatan pencatatan yang lebih sistematis untuk mendorong transparansi dan dukungan keuangan.

Abstrak:
This study aims to explore the effectiveness of optimal hydration on brain activity and mental health in students and workers through a biopsychological approach. Five participants (three students and two workers) participated in a hydration intervention by drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day for seven days. The design used was a one-group pretest-posttest, with measurements using the PANAS (Positive Affect Negative Affect Schedule) scale and daily reflection. The results showed an increase in positive emotion scores and a decrease in negative emotion scores after the intervention was carried out in both groups. Participants' daily reflections supported these findings, although some experienced discomfort such as bloating or nausea. Biopsychologically, adequate hydration can contribute to cognitive function, emotional control, and daily productivity. This study confirms that regular drinking habits are a simple but effective strategy in improving mental health and brain function in both students and workers.

Abstrak:
Employment insurance is an important instrument in the social protection of workers. In Indonesia, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan has launched various insurance programs, including JKK, JKM, JHT, and JKP. However, the effectiveness of these programs in improving the welfare of workers, especially the informal sector which accounts for more than 59% of the workforce, remains a question. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and linear regression methods on secondary data from BPJS and BPS for the last five years. The results show that there is an imbalance in participation between the formal and informal sectors due to low literacy and limited regulations. This research produces a databased participatory recommendation model to improve the effectiveness of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan program and encourage social inclusion for all workers.

Abstrak:
Pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang memiliki peran penting dalam pembentukan karakter dan moral peserta didik. Seiring perkembangan zaman, pesantren dituntut tidak hanya fokus pada aspek pendidikan keagamaan, tetapi juga mampu mandiri secara ekonomi untuk mendukung keberlangsungan program-programnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana Pesantren Awwalu Ihya'i Daril Amanah (AIDA) membangun perekonomian mandiri, serta strategi yang dapat diterapkan guna mengembangkan usaha yang sudah ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dengan pengurus pesantren yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh data dan informasi terkait biografi pesantren dan sistem perekonomian yang ada di pesantren, serta melakukan observasi untuk memperoleh data dan informasi secara langsung mengenai kondisi nyata di lapangan guna mendukung data yang diperoleh berdasar hasil wawancara dalam penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi lapangan diperoleh bahwasanya salah satu upaya pesantren dalam mewujudkan kemandirian di bidang ekonominya adalah pemanfaatan lahan pesantren yang disewakan kepada usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang mana ditemukan bahwasanya usaha ini dapat meningkatkan pendapatan pesantren dan memperkuat hubungan sosial-ekonomi dengan masyarakat sekitar. Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk menentukan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dari sistem keuangan yang sedang beroperasi. Untuk memaksimalkan potensi lahan yang belum dimanfaatkan, studi ini juga menyarankan pembentukan toko buku dan toko percetakan serta pembangunan pom mini. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa ada potensi besar untuk mendukung kemandirian ekonomi pesantren dan memiliki efek positif pada komunitas pesantren dan masyarakat sekitarnya.
