Abstrak:
Accurate and structured performance assessment is an essential requirement for service-oriented organizations such as law firms. This study aims to develop a personnel performance measurement system at MFP Law Firm Jakarta using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach. The BSC method was selected because it enables comprehensive performance evaluation from four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. The research was conducted by determining relevant performance indicators for each position within the law firm, namely Partner, Senior Lawyer, Junior Lawyer, Legal Staff, and Finance Staff. The assessment weights were set at 35% for the financial perspective, 25% for customer, 25% for internal business processes, and 15% for learning and growth. The results showed that the highest performance score was achieved by Personnel B (90.55), while the lowest was recorded by Pesonnel N (74.05). This system provides an objective overview of personnel performance achievements and can serve as a foundation for improving human resource management strategies within the law firm

Abstrak:
The case of domestic violence that occurred in Medan Sunggal District, Medan City, is certainly not a new phenomenon in the field of criminology. Along with its development, domestic violence can also be found in various forms of crime, ranging from individual crimes to conventional crimes. The form of domestic violence in criminology research is always related or has a causal relationship with acts of violence. For example, if a husband or wife no longer cares about family life because of the emergence of another ideal figure, communication within the family will decrease. This then triggers excessive suspicion that can lead to domestic violence, such as insulting, mocking, hitting, and so on. The cause of violence, according to positive law, one of which is the existence of a patriarchal culture and the view of society that considers the wife as the property of the husband. Thus, the husband feels fully entitled to his wife and may treat his wife in the way he wants. From an Islamic perspective, this arises due to a lack of piety in individuals, a low understanding of husband-wife relations in the family, and temperamental nature in individuals including committing domestic violence. The effects of criminal acts, especially for those who are victims, are mental disorders. This impact is not only felt by the perpetrators of violence, but also by other family members, especially children. In addition to the effects within the household itself, domestic violence, especially from husband to wife, can also affect the social aspects of life.

Abstrak:
Remaja merupakan suatu pelayanan kategorial yang menyasar kelompok usia antara anak-anak (sekolah minggu) dan pemuda. Tekanan stereotip, ekspektasi tinggi tanpa dukungan memadai, dibarengi dengan perubahan masif akibat kemajuan teknologi dan informasi dapat memicu permasalahan kesehatan mental generasi muda jika tidak dikelola dengan bijak. Tantangan lain yang dihadapi adalah mengenai spiritualitas remaja. Persekutuan Gereja-gereja di Indonesia (PGI) melihat perlunya mengadakan kegiatan bagi remaja dan pendamping/pembina remaja sebagai platform untuk memperlengkapi para remaja dan pembina dengan berbagai pengetahuan dan kapasitas yang diharapkan mampu membekali remaja dan pembina dalam pelayanan dan kehidupan berbangsa sehari-hari. Pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh para ahli di UKSW meliputi isu-isu seputar perkembangan psikologis, pengembangan bakat-minat, kecerdasan buatan dan implementasi dalam pelayanan serta gerakan cinta lingkungan lewat aksi tanam pohon di desa. Hasilnya, para peserta mendapatkan pengalaman berharga yang tampak dalam hasil survey kepuasan dimana mayoritas responden puas terhadap pendampingan dan 100 % responden memperoleh tambahan pengetahuan.

Abstrak:
This study aims to examine the Islamic perspective on the process of electing leaders, focusing on the hadith narrated by Al-Bukhari that warns of the dangers of entrusting authority to those who are not qualified. Using a descriptive-analytical method with a normative juridical approach, this research analyzes primary sources such as the hadiths in Sahih Al-Bukhari and relevant statutory regulations, supported by secondary sources from related scholarly literature. The findings reveal that leadership in Islam is a great trust (amanah) that demands strict fulfillment of Shari'ah criteria, including justice, trustworthiness, knowledge, and honesty. Entrusting leadership to incompetent individuals may lead to widespread social and political collapse, as indicated by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in his hadith. Furthermore, the community’s negligence in electing suitable leaders is considered a collective sin that significantly affects societal stability. Therefore, Muslims must exercise greater vigilance, critical thinking, and responsibility in choosing their leaders to maintain social order in line with the principles of shura and Islamic values.

Abstrak:
This study identifies and validates critical risk factors in storage tank construction projects through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and expert judgment using Aiken’s V method. Initially, 103 journal articles were screened, with 43 selected for in-depth analysis, revealing 33 causal factors and six key risk categories. A Focus Group Discussion (FGD) involving industry professionals (project managers, QA personnel, safety officers) enriched the findings by incorporating practical insights missing in academic literature. Eight experts then evaluated these factors using Aiken’s V, validating 13 causal factors and four risk factors as highly significant. Key causal factors included Structure Design, Material Delivery, and Foundation Design, while major risk factors were financial loss, non-compliance, workplace accidents, and poor-quality outcomes. The study establishes a structured risk model for storage tank projects, supporting future quantitative risk analysis and mitigation strategies.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and compensation on employee performance at Percetakan Sewelas Triwulan. The research employs a quantitative approach with an associative design, involving 32 employees selected through a saturation sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.65 (p < 0.05). Additionally, compensation has a significant influence on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.58 (p < 0.05). Simultaneously, both motivation and compensation have a significant impact on employee performance, with an F-value of 8.45 (p < 0.05). The implications of this study underscore the importance of management enhancing work motivation through non-financial rewards and ensuring fairness in compensation, thereby creating a productive work environment that supports optimal employee performance.

Kemampuan literasi, khususnya literasi menulis, merupakan salah satu keterampilan esensial yang perlu dikembangkan di kalangan pelajar SMA. Sayangnya minat untuk itu masih sangat rendah. Karena itulah kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini diadakan. Materi latihan berupa pengenalan dua jenis fiksi mini, yaitu pentigraf (cerpen tiga paragaraf) serta tatika (Cerita Tiga kalimat). Dengan penjelasan serta contoh-contoh yang konkret, peserta pelatihan terbantu untuk mulai menyenangi menulis fiksi mini dalam bentuk pentigraf dan tatika. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan ini telah berhasil mencapai tujuan utama yaitu meningkatkan kemampuan menulis kreatif dan literasi siswa secara signifikan melalui pendekatan yang sistematis dan aplikatif. Peserta tidak hanya aktif dan antusias selama proses pelatihan, tetapi juga menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas dalam hasil karya tulis yang mereka hasilkan. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif yang nyata berupa peningkatan minat dan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis, karya sastra khususnya. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga memberikan kontribusi positif bagi lingkungan sekolah dalam menciptakan suasana akademis yang kondusif dan inovatif dalam mendukung literasi abad XXI.

This research discusses the application of Augmented Reality (AR) technology in teaching traditional dance as a means of increasing the cultural literacy of junior high school students. The research aims to overcome the lack of students' understanding of traditional dance due to the lack of direct interaction with these cultural practices. The research method used a qualitative case study approach. The case study was chosen because it allows researchers to intensively explore the dynamics of learning in a limited context, namely at SMPN 13 Jakarta, and produce a comprehensive understanding of the role of AR technology in building cultural literacy. The results showed that the use of AR in traditional dance learning significantly increased students' interest, participation, and understanding of the cultural values contained in dance. In conclusion, the integration of AR technology in cultural arts learning provides a new alternative in shaping learning that is more contextual, collaborative, and oriented towards strengthening character and local cultural values. This research recommends expanding the use of AR media not only in dance, but also in other cultural arts fields such as music, visual arts, and theater.

Abstrak:
The complexity of financial decision-making has intensified in the digital era due to data saturation, market volatility, and the inability of conventional models to respond to real-time and non-linear dynamics. Addressing these challenges requires the integration of intelligent systems capable of adapting to evolving financial environments. Smart finance, which combines artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data analytics, blockchain, and automation, offers transformative potential across financial services. This study synthesizes scholarly findings from 2019 to 2024 across five domains: AI-based modeling, robo-advisory applications, behavioral finance integration, decentralized finance (DeFi), and real-time risk analytics. Results indicate substantial gains in efficiency, accuracy, and personalization, yet also reveal persistent challenges, including algorithmic opacity, ethical concerns in data use, and regulatory ambiguity. Advancing smart finance demands development in explainable AI, hybrid advisory systems, and inclusive, adaptive regulation for decentralized infrastructures. The scope of the analysis is limited to peer-reviewed academic literature published in English, excluding industry reports and grey literature.

Abstrak:
This study aims to describe the implementation of game-based learning through the Kahoot platform as a form of learning innovation in the digital era, especially in history teaching at the Junior High School (SMP) level. In the era of the Kurikulum Merdeka, which emphasises differentiated and participatory learning, the use of interactive digital media is a strategic solution in increasing student engagement and motivation to learn. Kahoot, as a game-based quiz platform, offers interactive features that teachers can utilise to deliver material engagingly, conduct formative evaluations, and create a fun and competitive learning environment. This study was compiled using a descriptive approach through a literature review from various scientific sources related to the use of Kahoot in learning. The results of the survey indicate that implementing Kahoot can increase students' enthusiasm, enhance their understanding of the material, and foster the development of 21st-century skills, including collaboration and digital literacy. Additionally, the technical steps for using Kahoot, including account creation, quiz design, and student participation, are explained in detail to provide educators with practical guidance. Thus, the integration of Kahoot in history learning is considered relevant and effective as part of an adaptive and meaningful digital education transformation.
