The aim of this research is to enhance students' English speaking skills through interview simulation techniques with job application material, making them more active. This research uses experimental techniques that combined with quantitative research techniques through direct speaking tests. The research questions considered in this study are: What are interview simulation techniques effective in enhancing students' English speaking skills? How can interview simulation techniques enhance students' English speaking skills? The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of interview simulation techniques in improving students' English language skills. To assess student results regarding the use of interview simulation techniques in teaching speaking to enhance abilities. This research method consists of pre-test, treatment, post-test. The analytical methods used for data processing are included in Social Science Statistics 22.0 for Windows. The result was that before applying the interview simulation technique, only 50% of students were able to speak English. After applying the interview simulation technique, it increased students' ability to speak English by 80%. Analysis of student test results shows that the interview simulation technique is effective in enhancing students' English speaking skills. Applying simulation techniques in learning English, especially speaking, is the right strategy to enhance students' skills.
 
 

This research aims to find out how the Dayak Ngaju Catholic community views the Sangiang ritual, how the Ngaju Dayak Catholic community appreciates the sacrament of anointing the sick and the implementation of the sacrament of anointing. ? in Ngaju Dayak culture. So. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Data was collected through interviews, observations and notes. The data obtained was analyzed following the steps of Miles and Huberman, namely reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the Ngaju Dayak people recognize the sangiang ritual as a healing ritual in their culture. And people know that the sacrament of Anointing of the Sick in the Catholic Church is one of the sacraments that prays for sick people to be given strength so they can overcome all illnesses with God's help. This conclusion shows that the sangiang ritual has a socially oriented dimension and makes people aware that living together requires a sense of mutual care. The values contained in the Sangiang ritual are the values of community and brotherhood. The presence of the Church in this culture is the starting point for proclaiming the Kingdom of God, especially by ensuring that the catechism is linked to the sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick, because it is God who acts for healing, especially during the sangang ceremony.

The curriculum has a major influence on the quality of education in a country. The Indonesian curriculum has changed over time to adapt to the times and needs of society. Qualitative descriptive methods and library approaches are used in this study to find out how changes in the national educational curriculum affect the quality of learning and student performance. On the positive side, students will have a better ability to adapt to the developments of the times, improving the quality of education in schools. On the negative side, students may experience a decrease in performance because they are unable to adjust to the new learning system, and educators or teachers should also reconsider the established curriculum.

This research aims to examine the influence of culture-based Social Sciences (IPS) learning on students' intercultural tolerance attitudes. The background to this research is the importance of increasing understanding and attitudes of intercultural tolerance in the context of multicultural education in Indonesia. The research method used was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of class VII students at one of the junior high schools in Jakarta, who were chosen randomly. The experimental group received culture-based social studies learning for one semester, while the control group received conventional learning. The research instrument was an intercultural tolerance attitude questionnaire which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using the t test to see the differences in pretest and posttest scores between the experimental and control groups. The results showed that there was a significant increase in intercultural tolerance attitudes in the experimental group compared to the control group. Culture-based social studies learning has proven effective in increasing students' attitudes of intercultural tolerance. These findings indicate that the integration of local cultural values ??in the social studies curriculum can be a potential strategy for developing attitudes of intercultural tolerance and harmonization in schools. This research recommends the wider application of culture-based learning in education to support the creation of an inclusive and tolerant school environment.

Indonesian language instruction in elementary schools aims to improve students' oral and written communication. Indonesian serves as a primary tool for students to hone their language skills correctly and effectively. Reading skills in elementary school are divided into two phases: initial reading (lower grades) and further reading (upper grades). Initial reading skills influence students' readiness before entering the next learning stage. However, second-grade elementary school students often face difficulties in developing initial reading and writing skills. Factors such as socio-economic background, gender, and teaching methods used by teachers can affect the success of literacy programs. By considering these factors, we can improve students' literacy skills at the beginning level.

To a large extent, the concept of Islamic marketing is in accordance, namely in terms of products, always being honest and prioritizing product quality. In terms of price, set the price according to the quality of the product. then in terms of promotion, always emphasize ethics in business, don't cheat, don't sell products that are forbidden by religion, never force consumers to buy their product.

By leveraging a central database and operating in a consistent system environment, ERP systems unify all company activities. This integrated system can combine information from multiple departments to make decision making easier and better suited to the internal and external needs of the business. The choice of an ERP system is an important investment intended to improve the financial, strategic and profitable performance of a company. This study clarifies the key factor of success faced by manufacturing companies while utilizing ERP software.

This research aims to analyze the difficulties of fourth grade students at SDN Mekarjaya 14 in solving mathematics story problems. This research uses qualitative research with an inductive method. This research aims to gain knowledge based on correct and reliable data and facts about students' mathematics learning difficulties in the form of story problems. The research instrument used was observation of test questions in the form of stories. The technique for checking the validity of the data is using triangulation. Based on the results of observations, there were still many respondents who made mistakes in working on the questions, including mistakes in changing story questions into mathematical sentences and using arithmetic operations. In general, students have difficulty working on story problems which are presented in the form of story problems. Apart from that, respondents also did not master multiplying results up to 100. In accordance with findings in the field, it can be concluded that there were difficulties experienced by respondents, including difficulties in understanding concepts and material,master and use arithmetic operations, for example multiplication and division. Meanwhile, the factors that caused respondents to experience difficulty learning mixed arithmetic operations included their lack of mastery of the concepts of multiplication and division, and the lack of time provided by respondents to repeat lessons at home.

This research uses a qualitative approach to analyze how SIM can optimize management processes, decision making, and operational control. The results show that effective implementation of SIM can help companies to increase productivity, reduce operational costs, and improve customer satisfaction. In addition, this article also discusses the challenges and barriers that may be faced in SIM implementation as well as strategies to overcome them.

Inventory is the process of collecting and compiling information and data about natural resources, which can be used as a reference for introducing plant types in the research area. This research was carried out in the Inclusive Park, a park intended for people with special needs, which is also decorated with several types of plants whose types are not yet known. This research aims to determine the types of the Araceae and Marantaceae families that live in the Bandung City Inclusive Park, which has never been done before, so it was deemed necessary to obtain data about this family. The Araceae and Marantaceae families are herbaceous plants that are widely used as ornamental and medicinal plants. The data collection method was carried out directly using an exploratory method and identifying plants at the location using the PlantNet Identification application. The results of the observations obtained 5 types of plants from the Araceae family and 4 types of plants from the Marantaceae family.
