This research aims to determine the effect of inflation, interest rates and exchange rates on share prices in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX.  The objects studied in this research are basic material companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. This type of research is quantitative research. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique and obtained 144 observation data. This research uses secondary data obtained through the Indonesian Stock Exchange and Bank Indonesia websites. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression. The research results show that the Inflation variable has no effect on Stock Prices, while the Interest Rate and Exchange Rate variables have an effect on Stock Prices.

Pemanfaatan media sosial di era digital ini untuk promosi suatu produk belum sepenuhnya dapat dilakukan oleh UMKM Kelurahan Sawah Besar Semarang. Kendala yang dialami diantaranya pengelolaan copywriting dengan bahasa yang rapih dan mudah di pahami oleh calon konsumen juga pemanfaatan segmentasi pasar umumnya juga sulit di pahami oleh kalangan menengah ke bawah. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pelatihan melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang memanfaatkan media sosial Facebook untuk menggunggah foto dan video dan Facebook Marketplace sebagai sarana penjualan produk UMKM. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan melalui pemaparan materi dan juga pelatihan mengenai pengelolaan media sosial Facebook meliputi copywriting, penggunaan hashtag, dan pengoptimalan segmentasi pasar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah berupa peningkatan kemampuan peserta UMKM dalam melakukan pengelolaan media sosial Facebook meliputi kemampuan copywriting, penggunaan hashtag, dan pengoptimalan segmentasi pasar sehingga produk-produk peserta UMKM dapat menarik minat konsumen dan meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan produk UMKM.

This study aims to find out and describe the factors that affect students' interest in dance extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 1 Lubuk Alung. This type of research is qualitative research. The main instrument in this study is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of literature studies, observations, interviews, and documentation. The steps to analyze data are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that there are two factors that affect students' interest in dance extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 1 Lubuk Alung, namely internally and externally. Internal factors include very good attention in dance extracurricular activities because students pay attention to the material when the activity is carried out, very good student attitudes because students always pray in participating in dance activities, poor ability because students do not understand dance movements taught by subject teachers, and motivation is also not good due to lack of motivation given by cultural arts teachers in attracting students' interest. External factors include teachers, advice and infrastructure, and learning methods. So it can be concluded that students' attention, attitude, ability, and motivation are very influential in dance extracurricular activities.

Human resources are one of the important assets in a company. Therefore, so that employees obey and feel comfortable at work, companies need to do something to improve employee performance at work, namely by providing support in the form of work discipline and work environment. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique in this research was a saturated sample with a sample size of 65 people. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, the F test is (57,140) > F table (3.15), proving that the Work Discipline and Work Environment variables together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance with the multiple linear regression equation Y = 3.639 + 0.173 X1 + 0.759.X2 and the coefficient of determination value is 0.648, it can be concluded that Work Discipline (X1) and Work Environment (X2) together have an influence contribution of 65% on Employee Performance (Y) or formula.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of ownership structure on financial performance and the effect of ESG scores moderates the relationship between ownership structure and financial performance. The population in this study was companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period, resulting in a sample of 183. This study used Eviews 12.0 as an analysis tool. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) panel data type. The results obtained in this research are that foreign ownership has a significant effect on financial performance and ESG scores can significantly moderates the relationship between foreign ownership and financial performance. Meanwhile institutional ownership, ESG scores does not had a significant affect on financial performance, and ESG scores cannot moderates the relationship between institutional ownership and financial performance.

Sprinkled, round, compressed, five-cornered, transverse partitioned carpel fruits with many seeds ripen in July. Pieces of the cylindrical-fibrous root are 7-18 cm and 0.3-0.7 cm wide. According to reported studies, the investigations indicated the presence of the saponins ;gitogenin, tigogenin, neogitogenin, hecogenin, and flavonoid tribuloside was kaempferol-3-glucoside. Furthermore, Tribulus terrestris plays a vital role in hepatotoxicity and is greatly reduced by Tribulus extracts. Similarly, T.terrestris plays a remarkable role in reducing the elevated level of serum glucose, triglycerides, VLDL, and cholesterol. This study aims to conduct a preliminary analysis of the phytochemicals of Tribulus leaves cultivated in Iraq and to determine the active constituent of the ethanolic extract of the leaves using Gc-Mass. Qualitative detection of herbal leaves in Iraqi soil, investigated by GC-MASS revealed important constituents. The funding shows a new compound; dihydrocoumarin and other major constituents neophytadiene and alpha-tocopherol.

Cross-contamination occurs due to other previously produced products, other rooms or areas producing different products, and particles from machinery or equipment. Quality risk management can be a preventive measure in reducing the potential for cross-contamination that occurs in the pharmaceutical industry. One part of quality risk management is risk assessment. One of the most common and effective methods is the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. This risk assessment is carried out using the stages of risk identification, risk analysis, and risk evaluation using categorization based on the Risk Priority Number (RPN). Based on the risk assessment using the FMEA method regarding cross-contamination in the Packaging area in the "XYZ" pharmaceutical industry, it can be concluded that the results of observations and interviews with operators and Packaging Supervisors identified 19 risks which were categorized as low, medium, high, and very high. Based on the results of the risk assessment obtained, the risk of cross-contamination that needs to be controlled is those with an RPN value of 30 ? RPN ? 60 (medium); 75 ? RPN ? 100 (high); RPN ? 150 (very high). Therefore, the "XYZ" pharmaceutical industry needs to determine and implement risk control measures. By adequately controlling the potential risk of cross-contamination, it will ensure the safety and quality of the products produced.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh financial litracy, locus of control, dan income terhadap financial management behavior dengan financial self-efficacy sebagai variabel moderasi pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Financial management behavior merupakan elemen penting dalam disiplin finansial yang dapat membantu mahasiswa mengembangkan kebiasaan keuangan yang positif dan mempersiapkan mereka untuk membuat keputusan keuangan yang bertanggung jawab, baik dalam kehidupan mereka saat ini maupun di masa depan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan format deskriptif, menggunakan metode analisis Partial Least Squere (PLS). Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan langsung kepada responden.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Financial literacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial management behavior, namun ketika dimoderasi oleh financial self efficacy hasil menunjukkan hubungan tersebut menjadi negatif dan tidak signifikan. Variabel Locus of control tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial management behavior, namun ketika dimoderasi oleh financial self efficacy hasil menunjukkan hubungan tersebut menjadi positif dan signifikan. Variabel Income berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial management behavior maupun ketika dimoderasi oleh financial self efficacy menunjukkan hasil yang sama.

The existence of child exploitation and child labor will add to labor problems in Indonesia. The term "child labor" refers to people who employ children. The term "child labor" can be associated with the use of children's labor with low compensation or considerations regarding their personality development, safety, health, and future prospects. Most child workers do not have time to play or go to school like other children. Underage people work as hard as adults, both in formal and informal jobs. To save child labor in the future, a holistic and comprehensive solution model is needed. One method that can be used is a client-centered case management approach (centered on the client or child worker).

The use of E-Commerce platforms has a significant impact on students' shopping patterns and consumption behavior. This article aims to analyze the factors that influence students in choosing to shop through E-Commerce and its impact on students' consumptive behavior from the perspective of consumption theory and modernization theory. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach, with sources collected through literature studies, data analysis, validity of analysis with data triangulation techniques. The results show that factors such as ease of use, price, product quality, availability of goods, emotional benefits, and tangible evidence influence students in choosing to shop through E-Commerce. The impact is a significant change in students' consumption patterns, which includes satisfaction with purchases, ease of product access, but also uncertainty about future needs and changes in shopping priorities. The implication is the importance of financial awareness and wise financial management skills for university students in dealing with the use of E-Commerce to minimize the negative impacts and maximize the benefits in improving their quality of life.
