Research conducted at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Medan Regional Office I aims to determine the influence of the factors that make the performance of the Accounting Information System quality. The research method was carried out with an associative quantitative approach. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 50 employees of the company who were sampled. Data processing was carried out with the help of the SPSS Version 22 application. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression approaches, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and determination tests. The conclusions from this study indicate that personal technical skills, top management support, user involvement in developing systems, education and training programs, partially have a positive and not significant effect on the performance of accounting information systems at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office I Medan, while the existence of the Steering Committee has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Accounting Information System at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office I Medan. Simultaneously personal technical skills, Top Management support, user involvement in developing systems, education and training programs, and the existence of the Steering Committee have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the accounting information system at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office I Medan.
 
 

Telang flower kombucha is a probiotic that has the potential to be developed as a functional drink and even an active cosmetic ingredient in the form of hand soap as an effort to break the chain of transmission of COVID-19 and its mutations. The purpose of this activity is to provide additional insight to students, especially in the pharmaceutical study program at the Faculty of Health Pharmacy, Mathla'ul Anwar University, Banten, in utilizing the fermented kombucha solution of telang flower as an active ingredient in environmentally friendly hand soap cosmetics. The results of the activity showed that the service participants had increased knowledge or insight about the importance of using conventional biotechnology products as a new breakthrough in the pharmaceutical field. This can be seen from the increase in the pre-test and post-test which have been conveyed a lot during material exposure during pharmaceutical biotechnology lectures and during training. Participants who have attended training on making probiotic handwashing soap from fermented kombucha flower telang solution are more enthusiastic and understand the importance of the benefits of fermenting kombucha flower telang not only in the functional food sector but also in the potential for environmentally friendly cosmetics.

Kecemasan adalah suatu perasaan takut akan terjadinya sesuatu yang disebabkan oleh antisipasi bahaya dan merupakan sinyal yang membantu individu untuk bersiap mengambil tindakan menghadapi ancaman. Pengaruh bencana yang terjadi dalam kehidupan dapat membawa dampak terhadap kesehatan fisik dan psikologis. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui faktor - faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kecemasan pada masyarakat pengungsian pasca gempa bumi di Desa Kamarian Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif analitik menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study, Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling Purposive Sampling yang berjumlah 43 responden, Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin dengan tingkat kecemasan pada masyarakat pengungsian pasca gempa bumi dengan uji statistic p=0,003<005, tidak ada hubungan antara usia dengan tingkat kecemasan pada masyarakat  pengungsian pasca gempa bumi dengan uji statistic p=0,020 <0,05, dan hubungan antara pengetahuan  dengan tingkat kecemasan pada masyarakat pengungsian pasca gempa bumi uji statistic p=0,865>0,05.

The film Bumi Manusia is a film derived from a novel by a writer who has a lot of history in Indonesia as well as literati, namely Pramoedya Ananta Toer or often called Pram. The creation of narratives in this novel is very much related to the problem of romance, humanity, instead of ideology that is contrary to Pancasila. Pramoedya Ananta Toer or known as Pram has many great historical works. In addition to making novels, Pramoedya Ananta Toer is also a poet. One poem that is familiar to the ear is Gerak Juang. This poem is also made in the novel Bumi Manusia. In addition, there is also a poem that he made entitled Selembut Metafora Hati. The purpose of making this paper is to analyze the moral values contained in the film Bumi Manusia. This film has the value of the spirit of the struggle of indigenous figures against and fights for the position of the Indonesian people against Dutch discrimination during the Dutch colonial period at that time. At that time Minke was a native who attended HBS, a school that only accepted European descent. However, Minke was able to go to school there because he was the son of a celebrity, clever and good at writing. This film was released before Indonesia's independence day so that the audience remembers and reflects on the indigenous struggles in the colonial era. The study was written using qualitative methods that show moral values in the film. This research is expected to increase knowledge and insights about freedom fighter figures. Researchers expect good results from readers through this study.

This study aims to examine the Physical Aspects, Personality Interaction, Problem Solving, mediated by Customer Satisfaction against Customer Loyalty. The data used in this study used data obtained from questionnaires distributed to customers at Mirota Campus, DI Yogyakarta. The number of questionnaires distributed in this study to 220 respondents. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate (X1) Physical Aspects not have a positive effect on (Z) Customer Satisfaction. (X2) Personality Interaction has a positive effect on (Z) Customer Satisfaction. (X3) Problem Solving has a positive effect on (Z) Customer Satisfaction. (Z) Customer Satisfaction directly has a positive effect on (Y) Customer Loyalty. (X1) Physical Aspects through (Z) Customer Satisfaction has a significant influence on (Y) Customer Loyalty. (X2) Personality Interaction through (Z) Customer Satisfaction has a significant influence on (Y) Customer Loyalty. (X3) Problem Solving through (Z) Customer Satisfaction has no significant effect on (Y) Customer Loyalty and service quality mediated by costumer satisfaction (Z) on costumer loyalty (Y) has a positive effect.

Menurut Kementerian Kesehatan, kasus pneumonia pada bayi yang terjadi pada tahun 2018 berjumlah 160.908 jiwa dan dibagi menjadi dua klasifikasi yaitu pneumonia ringan dan pneumonia berat. Pada kasus Pneumonia ringan Sulawesi Tenggara menduduki peringkat 14 tertinggi dengan jumlah penderita Pneumonia sebanyak 1.088 orang, Jawa Barat (60.941), Jawa Timur (25.951), DKI Jakarta (13.564), NTB (8.238), Banten ( 7.893), Jawa Tengah (5.307), Sumatera Selatan (4.425), Kalimantan Selatan (3.632), Sumatera Barat (3.571) Pneumonia adalah infeksi akut jaringan paru (alveoli). Penyebabnya adalah bakteri, virus, jamur, paparan bahan kimia atau kerusakan fisik dari paru-paru dan efek tidak langsung lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus kontrol yaitu mempelajari hubungan antara faktor penelitian atau pajanan dengan penyakit dengan membandingkan antara kelompok kasus dan kelompok kontrol berdasarkan status pajanan. Hasil analisis bivariat pada SPSS menggunakan chi-square menunjukkan = 0,06 yang berarti ada hubungan antara umur bayi, pemberian ASI eksklusif, status imunisasi dan lingkungan dengan kejadian pneumonia pada bayi di RSUD Kab.Mamuju, sehingga disarankan kepada ibu untuk memberikan Asi Eksklusif pada bayi, pemberian imunisasi dan menjaga kebersihan lingkungan Ada hubungan antara umur dengan kejadian pneumonia pada bayi, ada hubungan antara pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan kejadian pneumonia pada bayi, ada hubungan status imunisasi dengan kejadian pneumonia pada bayi, ada hubungan antara lingkungan dengan kejadian pneumonia pada balita.

Layangan Putus is a series which air on paid application  which is WeTv. This series was told us about the household of Aris and Kinan. Kinan and Aris is a wife and husband couple where their household should ruined because Aris was cheating with another woman named Lidya Danira. Kinan decided to solve their household issues through divorce. This research is analysing a lesson and value that people could take on Layangan Putus series, since this series is going viral in society, so that, it is necessary to identify and know the value and lesson in that series. The method of this research was using descriptive qualitative approach. The author of this paper was using secunder data which taken on the internet. The data collection technique was watching the full episodes of Layangan Putus series. The author of this paper then observing the series through listening to all the conversation dan dialogue from the characters in that series as well as the gestures which shown by the characters. Value and lesson which appeared in Layangan Putus must be have beneficial for the society since it can be a lesson for them to live a harmony household and make it better.

The film “Avengers: Infinity War” is a film that sequel to 2012's The Avengers, and 2015's Avengers: Age of Ultron. The purpose of this study is to describe the character of one of the main characters, namely Thor and also the representation of the superhero formula from Thor. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with two research approaches, namely structural to examine the character of Thor, while the literary psychology approach uses the theory of Coogan and Cawelti about the superhero formula (protagonist). The results show that Thor has 4 characters, namely 1) Thor is the main character, 2) Thor is the protagonist, 3) Thor is a flat character, because at the beginning of the scene it is shown that Thor is grieving because of the loss of his brother, so Thor tries to take revenge from the beginning to the end of the film. 4) Thor is also a static character in the film. In the analysis of the representation of the superhero formula (protagonist), three points are obtained namely, 1) mission, 2) strength, and 3) costume. The conclusion of this study is that the superhero formula changes depending on culture, civilization, and technological sophistication.

The film "Dua Garis Biru" is a film that is popular in Indonesian society and impresses people because it creates controversy in its scenes. Bima and Dara are a teenage couple as the main characters of the film who have carried out activities beyond their limits as teenagers. The purpose of this study is to find out the description of teenage couples who have sex outside of marriage and face big problems involving Dara being pregnant and they must be responsible for what they experience with lots of opposition from the family, social background, and different ideologies. At first, they did not want to tell their parents about their condition because they were undergoing high school education. However, during school activities, Dara experienced pain and called her parents. From here, the peak of the problem occurred because of a dispute between the Bima family and Dara's family. This film educates young people about love, friendship, and family relationships in today's world. The film also teaches parents about sexual education, which sometimes parents are embarrassed to talk about with their children. The research was conducted using qualitative methods and content analysis techniques.

 Lansia merupakan istilah bagi individu yang telah memasuki periode dewasa akhir. Menua merupakan suatu proses alami yang dihadapi manusia, tahap yang paling krusial adalah terjadi penurunan fungsi atau perubahan pada aspek biologis, aspek psikologi, aspek sosial budaya dan aspek spiritual yang berpotensi memunculkan masalah kesehatan, dimana salah satunya adalah terjadinya kecemasan. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi musik rohani Kristen terhadap tingkat kecemasan lansia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik. Dengan desain penelitian menggunakan Quasi Experiment dengan rancangan penelitian Pretest and Posttest Nonequivalent Control Group. Tekhnik sampling total sampling didapatkan 30 responden penelitian. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 14 pertanyaan dan sop musik. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan uji Mann Whitney. Hasil penelitian dengan uji Wilcoxon didapatkan Pada Kelompok Kontrol didapatkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,115 atau p > 0,05 menunjukan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan antara tingkat kecemasan pada Pre Test dan Post Test Pada kelompok perlakuan didapatkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,001 atau p-value 0,005 ini menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan signifikan terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan. Hasil penelitian dengan uji Mann Whitney nilai rata-rata didapatkan p = 0,000 atau p < 0,05 menunjukan ada pengaruh. Kesimpulan didapatkan ada pengaruh terapi musik rohani kristen terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan lansia di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Inakaka Provinsi Maluku.
