The purpose of this research is to find out the creative thinking disposition of elementary school students in mathematics based on their gender group. The research design used is a descriptive qualitative method. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that boys have a high mathematical creative thinking disposition and positive perceptions, boys and girls have the same high mathematical creative thinking disposition and moderate perception, in the category of moderate mathematical disposition and moderate perception, students fewer boys than girls. In male students, moderate mathematical creative thinking disposition and negative perceptions have more numbers than in female students. Furthermore, students who have a low creative thinking disposition and moderate perception are only boys. Students who have low mathematical creative thinking disposition and negative perceptions are only female students. The level of disposition and perception is very influential in the process of learning mathematics. Children who have a high mathematical creative thinking disposition and high perception certainly have a better enthusiasm for learning mathematics than other categories,

The quality of service at the hotel has a significant impact on guest satisfaction. The higher the quality of service provided, the higher the guest satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the impact of quality of service. Quality of service consists of five variables: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, which affect customer satisfaction at X Hotel Gading Serpong. The sample for this study consisted of 125 individuals extracted from the number of guests at the X Hotel Gading Serpong using a random sampling technique. Techniques for collecting data for this study with the questioner. The classical hypothesis test uses the normality test, the multicollinearity test, and the heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis test, multiple coefficient of determination analysis (R2). Based on known findings: There is a significant positive effect of quality of service on guest satisfaction at Hotel X Gading Serpon, as shown by the results of multiple linear regression analyzes Y = 0.543 + 0.177 X1 + 0.019X2 + 0.317 X3 + 0.220 X4 + 0.478X5 + e. F-Table of F-Arithmetic (101.126)> F table (2.289) with significance (0.000). The coefficient of determination (R2) has a value of 80.9% and 19.1% is isolated by other factors not included in this regression model.

Telang flower has the potential to inhibit the growth of Candida albicans, Malasezia furfur, Pitosporum ovale, and Aspergilus fumigatus through the kombucha fermentation biotechnology method. The purpose of this study was to determine the antifungal activity of telang flower kombucha at various concentrations of white sugar. The varying concentrations of granulated sugar used in this study were 20%, 30%, and 40% (w/v), each repeated 3 times. The positive control used was kombucha made from green tea. The negative control used was sterile distilled water. The well diffusion method is one of the methods used to test antifungal activity. The fementation of telang flower kombucha has overall antifungal activity. White sugar concentration of 40% kombucha telang flower was the best concentration in inhibiting the growth of fungi as a whole when compared to the concentration of white sugar kombucha telang flower of 20%, 30% and positive and negative controls.

The main problem in this research is to analyze an educational value in the film "Orang Kaya Baru" which contains the values ​​of life in society. In this film, it depicts a family who has a simple life but does not eliminate the sense of togetherness, they are taught to always be grateful and stay happy in that simplicity, besides that there is a moral message that the author wants to convey about a simple family life and then becoming rich. Objective from study this is known dependency moral messages as well as calculation delivered value in the film This study concludes that the educational values contained in the film "Orang Kaya Baru" are a) social values, namely parents who give advice to their children, please help, until the sense of kinship in the film is lost, b) cultural values, namely when eating, give envelopes. At weddings and eating together with family, c) religious values, namely gratitude, always being patient and not forgetting to always give charity, d) moral values, namely always apologizing, being indifferent, being responsible as a family head, being honest and independent, and creating creative ideas in order to have achievements.

The purpose of this study was to observe family problems, failures, and selfishness in the film “Nanti Kita Cerita Tentang Hari Ini” by Marchella FP. This film is an adaptation of the novel of the same name and is released in theaters on January 9, 2020. This research was conducted using a qualitative method and contains several values, especially moral values. This study resulted in three findings. First, family is the most important supporter in life. Second, failure is something that cannot be separated from the journey of life that we go through, even failure can be a life lesson so that we can be better in the future. Third, selfishness is a trait that we should not have because this trait can cause negative impacts on ourselves and those around us. This film tells about a family who seems happy but has many secrets. The main character in this film is named " Awan ". After experiencing her first failure, Awan gets acquainted with a man named "Kale". A man who gives new life experiences, about breaking, getting up, falling, growing, missing, and all the fears of humans in general that leads her to know the secrets that occur in her family.

Research conducted at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Medan Regional Office I aims to determine the influence of the factors that make the performance of the Accounting Information System quality. The research method was carried out with an associative quantitative approach. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 50 employees of the company who were sampled. Data processing was carried out with the help of the SPSS Version 22 application. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression approaches, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and determination tests. The conclusions from this study indicate that personal technical skills, top management support, user involvement in developing systems, education and training programs, partially have a positive and not significant effect on the performance of accounting information systems at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office I Medan, while the existence of the Steering Committee has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Accounting Information System at PT. Telang flower kombucha is a probiotic that has the potential to be developed as a functional drink and even an active cosmetic ingredient in the form of hand soap as an effort to break the chain of transmission of COVID-19 and its mutations. The purpose of this activity is to provide additional insight to students, especially in the pharmaceutical study program at the Faculty of Health Pharmacy, Mathla'ul Anwar University, Banten, in utilizing the fermented kombucha solution of telang flower as an active ingredient in environmentally friendly hand soap cosmetics. The results of the activity showed that the service participants had increased knowledge or insight about the importance of using conventional biotechnology products as a new breakthrough in the pharmaceutical field. This can be seen from the increase in the pre-test and post-test which have been conveyed a lot during material exposure during pharmaceutical biotechnology lectures and during training. Participants who have attended training on making probiotic handwashing soap from fermented kombucha flower telang solution are more enthusiastic and understand the importance of the benefits of fermenting kombucha flower telang not only in the functional food sector but also in the potential for environmentally friendly cosmetics.

Kecemasan adalah suatu perasaan takut akan terjadinya sesuatu yang disebabkan oleh antisipasi bahaya dan merupakan sinyal yang membantu individu untuk bersiap mengambil tindakan menghadapi ancaman. Pengaruh bencana yang terjadi dalam kehidupan dapat membawa dampak terhadap kesehatan fisik dan psikologis. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui faktor - faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kecemasan pada masyarakat pengungsian pasca gempa bumi di Desa Kamarian Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif analitik menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study, Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling Purposive Sampling yang berjumlah 43 responden, Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin dengan tingkat kecemasan pada masyarakat pengungsian pasca gempa bumi dengan uji statistic p=0,003<005, tidak ada hubungan antara usia dengan tingkat kecemasan pada masyarakat  pengungsian pasca gempa bumi dengan uji statistic p=0,020 <0,05, dan hubungan antara pengetahuan  dengan tingkat kecemasan pada masyarakat pengungsian pasca gempa bumi uji statistic p=0,865>0,05.

This poem is also made in the novel Bumi Manusia. In addition, there is also a poem that he made entitled Selembut Metafora Hati. The purpose of making this paper is to analyze the moral values contained in the film Bumi Manusia. This film has the value of the spirit of the struggle of indigenous figures against and fights for the position of the Indonesian people against Dutch discrimination during the Dutch colonial period at that time. At that time Minke was a native who attended HBS, a school that only accepted European descent. However, Minke was able to go to school there because he was the son of a celebrity, clever and good at writing. This film was released before Indonesia's independence day so that the audience remembers and reflects on the indigenous struggles in the colonial era. The study was written using qualitative methods that show moral values in the film. This research is expected to increase knowledge and insights about freedom fighter figures.
