Kompetensi membuat karya tulis ilmiah bagi para guru merupakan kompetensi pedagogis yang sangat penting yang harus dikuasai seabagai salah satu kompetensi professional guru. Namun, pada kenyataanya kompetensi ini masih kurang dipahami dan dikuasai oleh para pendidik khususnya para guru. Oleh sebab itu LPPM STIKES Griya Husada Sumbawa bersama Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kab. Sumbawa dan Program Studi Penelitian dan Evaluasi Sekolah Pascasarjanan UHAMKA Jakarta melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian Masayarakat, yang berjudul “Webinar Nasional: Penulisan Karya Tulis Ilmiah dan PTK Untuk Guru.” Kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertuajuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun Karya Tulis Ilmiah dan PTK. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah pada guru diseluruh Indonesia secara umum dan guru di Kab. Sumbawa secara khusus. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian ini dirancang dalam 2 sesi penyampaian materi dan diskusi. Setelah seluruh sesi pemberian materi dan diskusi dilakukan postes dan observasi. Hasil posttest dan observasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan guru tentang Penulisan Karya Tulis Ilmiah khususnya PTK, di akhir sesi juga para peserta (guru) mampu menyusun proposal PTK. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan kegiatan pengabdian berupa Webinar tentang Penulisan Karya Tulis Ilmiah dan PTK ini efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru menyusun karya tulis ilmiah khususnya PTK.

Nowadays, Today, crime using smartphones is increasingly massive. Prevention efforts are carried out using mobile device forensics. In this study, a test was conducted to obtain deleted WhatsApp data using Autopsy with a combined method of ISO 27037 and NIST SP 800-101 R1. The type of data that you want to get is a list of contacts, call history, text messages, pictures, videos, audio, documents, and locations; while the total data used in this study amounted to 67 data. The results of the tests that have been carried out, Autopsy was able to obtain a quantity index of 87.5% in terms of obtaining the type of data; while in terms of getting all the data, Autopsy obtained a quantity index of 95%.

The novel entitled “Ayah Mengapa Aku Berbeda?” is a novel that tells the story of Angel's life from childhood as a child with special needs. Angel's mother died while giving birth to Angel. His father patiently took care of Angel who was deaf since birth, sincerely made Angel like a normal child in general so that Angel would not feel discouraged. Her father's struggle so that Angel can attend public schools and get an education like children, in general, is not easy, because Angel has been rejected from several schools because Angel is deaf. This situation awakens Angel to always be grateful to God for everything he gets to form Angel into a person who is always grateful and does not give up easily. Novel “Ayah Mengapa Aku Berbeda?” Agnes Davonar's work has been successfully made into a film to educate every film audience to always be grateful for everything they have. This study uses qualitative methods, methods used to investigate, find, describe, and explain the quality or advantages of social influences that cannot be explained by a quantitative approach. This research is expected to have a positive impact on everyone who reads it and can implement it in life.

Apart from clothing and shelter, food is a basic human need. No wonder the culinary industry is growing rapidly in various cities in Indonesia. One of them is in Klaten, Central Java. An example of a restaurant business (RM) in Klaten is RM Tawakal Haji Rofi`atun. RM Tawakal is located in Popongan Hamlet, RT03, RW03, Tegalgondo, Wonosari, Klaten. Maintaining customer satisfaction requires quality control to meet customer needs and satisfaction.The purpose of this study was to determine customer satisfaction with the service quality of RM Tawakal. Respondents of this survey are RM Tawakal clients and surveyed data collection / surveyed. Data processing is based on the Customer Statistics Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). According to the survey, the final result of the calculation of the Customer Statistics Index (CSI) is 80.01%, and consumers are satisfied with the services provided, but not optimally. When tested using the Severity Performance Analysis (IPA) method,quadrant A contains six attributes. That is, there are six attributes whose service has not been maximized, and restaurants need to improve service.
 
 

Ideally, missiology education is applied to teachers and preachers who are positioned for adults who already have qualified literacy and religious abilities. In the application of youth and children's education, it is recommended to parents and teachers so that parents of these students or children can learn the rules of learning. Missiology is learning when someone gives testimony and a story about superpowers or outside forces reason (about the power of God, Prophets, and religious leaders), so that they provide a personal experience and story that can convince people, whether in any religion. Missiology learning is not part of the context of education in schools, but the context of missiology should have been taught by parents and teachers when the children studied religion. This study aims to reveal how simple missiology learning can be applied so that children in their development to adulthood have the ability and uphold the mind in upholding supernatural values.

Multiliteracy learning in recent years has become very interesting because by studying two or more literacy materials we can see how they relate to other literacy materials. Especially when it comes to learning literature and language, the film Nommensen in Batak land is a theatrical film that has been accommodated and shown especially for the Batak community in North Sumatra and outside the Tapanuli area. The film is usually only made in memory of Nommensen. However, in this study, the film will be studied so that it can produce a multiliterate assessment contained in the film. The results of this study indicate that complete multiliteracy learning can be learned even in certain drama or cultural context films.

Rapid technological advancements, coupled with the establishment of e-commerce businesses in Indonesia, resulted in the emergence of a new marketing phenomenon or event, namely online marketing. The primary goal of this research was to ascertain the effect of advertising appeal, celebrity endorser, and online word of mouth on Shopee e-commerce purchase decisions (Shopee e-commerce user case study, Mojokerto, Mayjen Sungkono University).Non-probability sampling and target sampling are two sampling techniques. Mayjen Sungkono Mojokerto, a college student who used Shopee, participated in the study by providing 100 responses. To collect data, Likert surveys were used. Multiple linear model was used to assess the data in this study, as well as a rability test, a validity test a hypotesis test, and a classical hypothesis test. According to the test results, celebrity speakers, advertising attractiveness, and e-WOM all have a statistically significant positive effect on variable purchase decisions. Simultaneous regression analysis (test f) demonstrates that all examined uncorrelated (free) variables have a statistically significant impact on correlated (bound) purchase decisions.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and the quality  of work motivation on employee performance at PT. BUMI PESONA KAHYANGAN. In this  study, we analyzed literature and journal data, then measured it by making a questionnaire in  closed questions, namely a questionnaire that had the answers provided. This study will show Work Discipline (X1) and Work Motivation (X2). The object of this research is Employee  Performance (Y) and the sample is 36 employees. The method used in this research is  quantitative and qualitative methods

Pengunaan website sebagai media massa sudah jamak dilakukan oleh organisasi atau perusahaan sebagai sarana informasi. Pengurus Besar Nahdlatul Ulama (PBNU) sebagai salah satu organisasi islam memiliki situs bernama NU Online yang beralamatkan www.nu.or.id yang memberikan layanan informasi sosial kemasyarakatan serta layanan keagamaan yang moderat kepada masyarakat, dan terutama kepada warga Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). Meski diklaim oleh PBNU sebagai situs web keislaman nomor satu di Indonesia berdasarkan situs pemeringkat web dengan kunjungan 3,19 juta dalam enam bulan terakhir, namun jumlah tersebut tidak menjangkau seluruh warga NU di Indonesia yang berjumlah 49,5 persen atau 108 juta orang dari jumlah penduduk muslim Indonesia yang berjumlah 229 juta orang. Penelitan ini dilakukan untuk mengukur kualitas website NU Online apakah sudah diterima dengan baik atau tidak dengan menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0 sebagai instrument untuk menilai kualitas suatu website dari sudut pandang pengguna akhir. Dalam penelitian metode Webqual 4.0 yang telah dimodifikasi dengan menambahkan dimensi kepuasan pengguna dengan tiga dimensi utama yaitu dimensi kegunaan (usability), kualitas informasi (information quality), kualitas interaksi (interaction quality), dan kepuasan pengguna (overall impression). Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner secara online dengan melibatkan 92 Responden dan 23 pertanyaan. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian website Nu Online sangat baik atau sangat puas. 

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and compensation on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable at the Environmental Service Office of Mojokerto City. The research method used is quantitative with an explanatory approach. Data was collected through a survey using questionnaires completed by 81 employees as respondents. The analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of SPSS 22. The results show that competence has a significant effect on employee performance (? = 0.410; p < 0.001) and a significant effect on work motivation (? = 0.407; p < 0.001). Work motivation also significantly affects employee performance (? = 0.271; p = 0.008). Meanwhile, compensation does not have a direct effect on employee performance (? = 0.116; p = 0.215) but has an indirect effect through work motivation (? = 0.145; p = 0.166). Path analysis shows that competence has a total effect of 0.577 on employee performance, while compensation has a total effect of 0.133. The implications of this study indicate that increasing employee competence can enhance motivation and performance, while the compensation system needs to be adjusted to be more effective in improving employee productivity.
