Digital Marketing adalah konsep strategi pemasaran barang/jasa yang menggunakan sistem digital yang memiliki tujuan untuk memperluas pangsa pasar dan menjaring konsumen baru yang berpotensial guna untuk meningkatkan omset penjualan para pelaku UMKM. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan sosialisasi kepada para pelaku UMKM lokal agar bisa memanfaatkan Digital Marketing guna untuk meningkatkan pemasaran produk UMKM lokal, khususnya pada industri olahan makanan dan minuman dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan digital marketing  oleh pelaku UMKM dengan harapan untuk meningkatkan pemulihan ekonomi di Kelurahan Kauman Kecamatan Srengat Kabupaten Blitar. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa konsep digital marketing perlu diterapkan oleh pelaku usaha agar mampu meningkatkan penjualan dan menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Strategi yang dilakukan untuk membantu pelaku UMKM dalam memanfaatkan digital marketing, yakni dengan memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan dalam penerapan konsep digital marketing dan bekerja sama dengan pemerintah desa untuk mengadakan kegiatan penyuluhan atau pemberdayaan pelaku UMKM dengan berbasis pemasaran digital.

The purpose of this study is to determine the results of the implementation of mobile seamless learning in increasing the learning activity and learning achievement of students at SMP Negeri 1 Gemolong Sragen during the pandemic. This study uses a quasi-experimental method, using quantitative data analysis. The location of the study was carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Gemolong Sragen. The population in the study were all students of SMP Negeri 1 Gemolong Sragen. The sampling technique used Random Sampling where each class contained 32 students. The technique applied in this study is to use multiple choice and oral tests. In conducting the test, the validity test uses the product moment and the rehabilitation test uses the KR 20 formula. The data is then analyzed using normality and homogeneity tests. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence of mobile seamless learning on the learning activity and learning achievement of students of SMP Negeri 1 Gemolong Sragen During the Pandemic.

This study aims to examine the analysis of the effect of management compensation, profitability, capital intensity, and leverage on tax avoidance in mining sub sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The sampling method used purposive sampling in order to obtain 32 mining sub sector companies. The results showed that the variable of management compensation, capital intensity, and leverage had on effect on tax avoidance. While the profitability variable has a significant negative effect on tax avoidance. For the upcoming research, it is expected to apply other independent variable which have highly connection with tax avoidance as dependent variable. Furthermore, the research is expected to choose different company as well, in order to receive the accurate result and to describe the actual situation/condition.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work ability and work attitude on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bima Regency. The sampling technique used is the sampling technique used in the study using Non Probability Sampling with the number of samples used, namely 38 ASN employees. The methods used in this study are validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-test and f-test. The partial test results reveal that the work attitude variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance. simultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant effect on work performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bima Regency.
 
 

The  study aims to determine and analyze Locus Of Control and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling where the sample used in this study is all members of the population as many as 32 employees. The methods used in this study are validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-test and f-test. The results of the study partially revealed that the Locus Of Control had no effect and was not partially significant on job satisfaction, while the work environment variable had a partial and significant effect on job satisfaction.results of the simultaneous test say that the Locus Of Control and the work environment have a simultaneous effect on job satisfaction.

Pengabdian kepada  masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk mengenalkan kepada masyarakat luas tentang pemanfaatan limbah serbuk kayu untuk dijadikan pupuk kompos.. Kegiatan pengabdian PKM ini menggunakan pendekatan pemberdayaan masyarakat partisipatif atau Participatory Action Research (PAR) yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang melibatkan secara aktif semua pihak-pihak yang relevan dalam mengkaji tindakan yang sedang berlangsung dimana pengalaman mereka sendiri sebagai persoalan dalam rangka melakukan perubahan dan perbaikan ke arah yang lebih baik. Dari kegiatan yang telah dilakukan, peserta kegiatan yaitu mencari titik utama yang menjadi masalah terbesar di masyarakat setempat, kemudian tim KKN-PAR melakukan sosialisasi dan aksi dari masalah yang telah disepakati. Setelah itu pendampingan terhadap masyarakat. Di Desa Kedungmulyo ini, selain mata pencaharian masyarakat sebagai petani, sebagian besar pula bekerja dalam bidang industri meubel. Di industri meubel, banyak sekali limbah dari serbuk kayu yang belum tersentuh tangan masyarakat. Hal ini disebabkan masih rendahnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pengolahan limbah sebuk kayu meubel, Selain itu juga didukung  tindakan masyarakat yang lebih memilih cara cepat untuk menjualnya. Dari pemaparan di atas, tim KKN PAR mengadakan inovasi tentang pemanfaatan limbah serbuk kayu meubel untuk meningkatkan harga jual dan kualitas produk sehingga bisa meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat di Desa Kedungmulyo.

The kebo excerpt plant has significant amounts of flavonoids, which have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. This study used the artificial udema method to determine the anti-inflammatory effects of Kebo Petikan leaves (Euphorbia hirta L.) ethanol extract in female white rats. This study applied a subcutaneous 1% carrageenine inducer as an anti-inflammatory drug on the soles of rats' feet. Following the injection of the test material at doses of 26 mg, 52 mg, and 104 mg, a decrease in volume was the metric that was observed. The results of the study showed the anti-inflammatory effect of ethanol extract of kebo petikan leaves at a dose of 26 mg/5ml had a strength of 32.3%, a dose of 52 mg/5ml had a strength of 78.48 %, and a dose of 104 mg/5ml had a strength of 91.46% compared to drugs.

Currently, the number of deaths continues to increase. The best preventive effort is to avoid exposure to viruses based on PHBS (Clean and Healthy Living Behavior). Forms of clean and healthy living behavior during this covid pandemic include the use of masks; cover mouth and nose when sneezing or coughing; washing hands regularly with soap or disinfecting them with a hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol; avoiding contact with infected people; keep your distance from people; and refrain from touching the eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. The role of parental knowledge will affect the formation of health behavior in children, especially in the application of PHBS.

Pelayanan yang berpusat kepada pasien merupakan inti dari mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Perawat memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga mutu kualitas asuhan pelayanan bagi pasien. Perawat Penanggung Jawab Asuhan (PPJA) harus memiliki kompetensi yang unggul agar dapat memberikan asuhan terbaik selama 24 jam bagi pasien. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan perawat tentang konsep PCC dan peran PPJA. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat antara lain metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan pemodelan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui Zoom CloudMeeting serta melibatkan 227 perawat dari beberapa rumah sakit. Melalui kegiatan abdimas ini diharapkan perawat PPJA mampu menerapkan asuhan keperawatan yang berpusat kepada pasien sehingga mutu layanan keperawatan semakin meningkat.Kata kunci: Mutu Keperawatan; Patient Centered Care; Perawat Penanggung Jawab Asuhan
AbstractPatient-Centered Care (PCC) is the core of the quality of health services in hospital. Nurseshave an important role in maintaining the quality of service care for patients. Primary Nurseof care must have superior competence in order to provide the best 24 hour care for patients.This community service aims to increase nurse’s knowledge about the PCC concept and therole of Nurse in Charge. The methods used in community service include lecture, question andanswer and modelling methods. This community service though Zoom Cloud Meetings andinvolved 277 nurses from several hospital in Indonesia. The biggest source of state income from taxes. Indonesian government keep continuously increase the national income through taxes. The research examines how profitability, leverage, independent commissioners and the influence of institusional ownership. The sample used is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2020. The sampling method uses purposive sampling in order to obtain 58 manufacturing companie. This study uses panel data regression analysis techniques with the help of the Eviews 10. This study shows that the independent variabel profitability has a significant positive effect on tax avoidance. While leverage, independent commissioners, and the influence of institusional ownership has no effect on tax avoidance,
