Employee work behavior is greatly affected by various kinds of customer attitudes and actions, both positive and negative. In general, the positive attitude of the customer will indirectly encourage performance improvement. This study aims to analyze how employees work behavior towards various customer attitudes both positively and negatively. This research method uses qualitative methods. The population of this study are employees at PT Jack Solusi Indonesia with a total of 42 employees. The collection technique in this study was to conduct interviews with cafe managers and employees. The data obtained is based on information from the management and various existing literature. The results of this study refer to how much customer behavior influences how employees work. Employees carry out their duties and obligations according to the direction of the manager. Of course, every direction that has been given has not gone well due to the attitude of customers in the work environment. Similarly, partially alias the tone of a significant influence between work behavior and customer attitudes in the work environment..

Analisis ini bermaksud menggambarkan wujud tindak tutur ilokusi yang terdapat dalam web series Impefect 2 Episode 1. Metode penelitian yang merupakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data berupa video web series Impefect 2 Episode 1 pada platform We TV. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik simak, rekam dan catat, hasil catatan mengandung dialog para tokoh web series Impefect 2 Episode 1. Berdasarkan analisis data yang ditelaah di dalam web series Impefect 2 Episode 1 terdpat tindak ilokusi dengan jenis asertif, direktif, komisif, ekspresif, dan deklarasi. Jenis tindak tutur ilokusi yang diujarkan oleh para tokoh Web Series Imperfect 2 Episode 1 berjumlah 2, jenis direktif yang berjumlah 2, jenis komisif  berjumlah 1, jenis ekspresif  berjumlah 3 dan jenis deklarasi yang berjumlah 2. Jenis terbanyak yang terdapat dalam Web Series Imperfect 2 Episode 1 yakni jenis ekspresif, hal ini dikarenakan Web Series Imperfect 2 Episode 1 banyak mengandung adegan yang menggambarkan sikap psikologis para tokoh.

Stargazer merupakan merk produk mobil yang sedang populer di Indonesia. Salah satu carayang digunakan Stargazer untuk mempromosikan produknya yakni melalui iklan di televisi denganversi Perjalanan Bersama Bintang. Pada iklan tersebut, kata ‘bintang’ direproduksi melalui narasidan percakapan oleh tokoh pada iklan. Sehingga, tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengungkapbagaimana ‘bintang’ direpresentasikan pada iklan mobil Stargazer versi Perjalanan BersamaBintang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan perspektif kritis. Alat analisis yangdigunakan ialah Semiotika Barthes. Terdapat dua tingkat analisis pada Semiotika Barthes. Tingkatpertama adalah makna denotasi dan tingkat kedua adalah makna konotasi. Pada tahap keduatersebut, tanda juga berperan melalui mitos. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah representasi ‘bintang’dihadirkan untuk merepresentasikan Stargazer. Representasi ‘bintang’ tersebut merujuk padaStargazer sebagai mobil canggih dan inovatif yang merupakan wujud dari impian seseorang, mobilyang memahami kebutuhan keluarga ketika bepergian menggunakan mobil, dan mobil sebagaipuncak pencapaian dalam perjalanan panjang dunia otomotif. Tentunya ini merupakan bentukstrategi pemasaran untuk menjadikan Stargazer sebagai top of mind mobil keluarga di Indonesia.

Community service activities carried out by the Pekanbaru LP3I Polytechnic service team were in the form of workshops with the theme of increasing understanding of Article 21 income tax calculations for students of SMK Ibnu Taimiyah Pekanbaru. Based on the information we got, there are still many people/taxpayers who do not understand how to calculate PPh 21 at least to calculate PPh 21 on their own income and from Ibn Taimiyah Vocational School students, the material they receive about PPh 21 at school is still not in detail, the discussion has not yet been reached. PPh 21 is owed to taxpayers, for that reason this socialization is carried out for SMK students majoring in Accounting which aims to make them understand the stages of calculating PPh 21. This socialization is about how to calculate PPh article 21 for taxpayers who are already working because the students of SMK Ibnu Taimiyah who majoring in Accounting does not rule out the possibility that upon graduating from school he immediately works in the Company as a financial staff or accounting staff who performs the calculation of Income Tax Article 21 for employees who work in the company or at least for the calculation of Income Tax Article 21 on the income he receives ( himself) . With this workshop, it was hoped that the participants will have knowledge, understanding and be able to calculate Income Tax Article 21 starting from the calculation of gross income, net income,  non-taxable income and calculating income tax payable based on a predetermined tax rate.

This research was conducted to find out whether there is an influence of work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as a moderation variable for employees of the Lamongan Population Control and Family Planning Service, this research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was all employees of the Population Control and family planning service, which amounted to 67 employees, for sampeal in this study used a total sample where the entire population was used as a sample in the study. In this study, data management used the SPSS 26 application and MRA tests to determine the role of moderation in this study. P. The results of this study show that Work Discipline (X1) has a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Lamongan Population Control and Family Planning Service. This means that a well-managed work discipline will result in employee compliance with various organizational regulations aimed at improving performance. while Work Motivation (Z) moderates Work Discipline (X1) to Employee Performance (Y) at the Lamongan Population Control and Family Planning Service. This means that motivation is only a variable of moderation, because it weakens the influence of work discipline on employee performance

Hukum lingkungan merupakan sebuah cabang dalam disiplin ilmu hukum yang berkaitan dengan pengaturan hukum terhadap perilaku atau kegiatan-kegiatan subjek hukum dalam pemanfaatan dan perlindungan sumber daya alam dan lingkungan hidup serta perlindungan manusia dari dampak negatif yang timbul akibat pemanfaatan sumber daya alam. Penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui penegakan sanksi administrasi dalam kaitannya dengan pencemaran limbah pabrik tepung tapioka di Kabupaten Pati, dan faktor yang menghambat penegakan sanksi administrasi serta upaya yang  dilakukan  untuk  mengatasi  hambatan  tersebut.  Adapun  jenis  penelitian   adalah yuridis sosiologis, spesifikasi penelitian adalah deskriptif analitis, metode penentuan sampel  adalah  purposive   sampling,  metode   pengumpulan   data   adalah   bahan   hukum primer dan metode analisis data, menggunakan dengan metode kualitatif. Selanjutnya disusun dalam bentuk skripsi ini. Sanksi yang diberikan berupa teguran tertulis, pencabutan izin, pemberhentian sementara untuk yang melanggar akibat pembuangan limbah.  Tidak  ada  hambatan  dalam   menegakkan  sanksi  administrasi.  Pihak  desa Sidomukti memberikan bantuan dengan iuran uang Rp 250.000,- per tahun dan per home industry, untuk biaya pengerukan limbah yang berada di daerah pesisir pantai. Setiap home industry disarankan agar membuat IPAL untuk mengolah sisa limbah tapioka.

Desa Karangluhur yang cangkupan wilayahnya membentang dari arah timur dimulai dari Dusun Krakal Tamanan sampai wilayah barat. Karena letaknya yang strategis, dan hanya berjarak 1 km dari pasar kertek yang berada di Desa Karangluhur diantaranya Puskesmas 1 Kertek, koramil kertek, dan juga beberapa lembaga keuangan. Selain itu juga ada lembaga pendidikan formal yaitu SMP Negeri 1 Kertek. Selain itu juga ada tempat pendidikan dasar formal dan non formal seperti SD Negeri 1 dan SD Negeri 2 Karangluhur serta MI Maarif Karangluhur yang berlokasi di Dusun Marong. Selain itu juga letak geografis dengan penyebaran penduduk yang terbilang merata, tersebar di empat dusun dengan mata pencaharian sebagian besar adalah petani atau buruh tani. Potensi lain yang ada di Karangluhur yaitu potensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) dengan dibuktikan banyaknya para wirausaha atau usahawan yang menekuni bidang usaha dalam segala hal. Upaya untuk menularkan pengalaman mengenai perilaku hidup sehat melalui individu, kelompok ataupun masyarakat luas dengan jalur-jalur komunikasi sebagai media berbagai informasi, dengan menggunakan Penelitian Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR), yaitu penelitian dengan pola kolaborasi antara komunitas dengan dunia pendidikan tinggi yang berorientasi aksi dengan service learning untuk mendukung gerakan sosial demi terwujudnya keadilan sosial. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu dan meningkatkan kesadaran pentingnya perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat serta keindahan lingkungan terkhusus masyarakat Dusun Marong, Desa Karangluhur, Kecamatan Kertek.
 

This study aims to analyze the effect of macroeconomic variables on exchange rate stability in five developing countries in Southeast Asia that are members of the Association of Southeast Nations (ASEAN) geopolitical and economic organization to see the short-term and long-term relationships during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data used is secondary data, from International Financial Statistics (IFS) for the period January 2020 to June 2022 using the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The results show that in the long run the variables that have a positive influence on exchange rate stability are lending rates, exports and the money supply. While the variables that have a negative influence are deposit rates, imports and the current account. In the short term, variables that have a positive influence on exchange rate stability are deposit rates, imports and the current account. However, the variable lending rates, exports and the money supply have a negative effect

Management This environment aims to achieve harmonious relations between humans and the environment. inner harmony Christian teachings include four things, namely: harmony with God, harmony with society, harmony with the natural environment and harmony with oneself. Efforts to preserve the environment alive, this received serious attention from the shepherd. written in the bible about reviving dead land, planting trees (reforestation) and the contents of the bible about the prohibition of open defecation. Messages written in God's word, are awakening to his people to always increase awareness of the environment.

This study was conducted to determine the factors that influence the dependent variable, namely tax avoidance. The independent variables used in this study are profitability, executive compensation and capital intensity. The research data used is secondary data taken from the annual report on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2017-2020. The population of this research are property and real estate companies. Based on the purposive sampling method, the researches obtained 136 samples from 34 companies for 4 years, namely 2017-2020. This study uses panel data analysis techniques and Eviews program tools. The results obtained show that the executive compensation variable is a factor that influences the dependent variable in this study. Executive compensation has a significant positive effect. Meanwhile, the factors that do not affect tax avoidance are profitability and capital intensity variables.
