: Counseling and screening anxiety in adolescents is an important activity in supporting adolescent mental health. Counseling activities aim to provide relevant understanding and information about anxiety in adolescents, including definitions, causes, impacts, and effective management strategies. Through interactive methods, participants are given the opportunity to share experiences and gain a better understanding of anxiety. Meanwhile, anxiety screening in adolescents aims to early detect adolescents who may experience anxiety. Using structured questions and questionnaires, mental health professionals can evaluate adolescents' anxiety levels and direct them to appropriate sources of help. Early detection of anxiety allows adolescents to get appropriate interventions and prevent further negative impacts. Counseling activities and anxiety screening in adolescents have significant benefits. Education helps reduce the stigma associated with anxiety and provides youth with the knowledge and skills to recognize and deal with anxiety in healthy ways. Anxiety screening allows teens to get help earlier and prevent anxiety from getting worse. By actively involving adolescents in counseling and screening activities, they can feel supported and gain a better understanding of anxiety. It is hoped that through these activities, youth can develop positive stress management skills, improve mental well-being, and live a more balanced and productive teenage years.

<p><em>Perubahan guna lahan merupakan fenomena yang terjadi akibat dari perkembangan kota yang sangat cepat. Wilayah yang mengalami perubahan guna lahan akibat dari perkembangan kota yakni wilayah pinggiran kota (urban fringe). Kota Surakarta sebagai salah satu pusat aktivitas utama di Provinsi Jawa Tengah mengalami perkembangan kota yang signifikan. Terjadinya perubahan guna lahan di wilayah urban fringe Kota Surakarta memberikan dampak secara struktur keruangan perkotaan Surakarta yakni meningkatnya alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi lahan terbangun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui transformasi spasial di wilayah urban fringe Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penginderaan jauh berdasarkan citra satelit landsat 8 OLI dengan dzetzaka tools dan klasifikasi random forest. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan dalam jangka waktu 5 tahun (2013-2018) terjadi peningkatan luasan sebesar 3.284 ha lahan terbangun dan hilangnya lahan pertanian seluas 4.004 ha. Proyeksi terhadap data luasan lahan terbangun pada tahun 2013-2018 dapat menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2023 diprediksi akan terjadi peningkatan lahan terbangun sebesar 720 ha. Faktor aksesibilitas mempengaruhi transformasi spasial di wilayah urban fringe Kota Surakarta. Perubahan guna lahan paling signifikan terjadi di wilayah sekitar jaringan jalan utama.</em></p>

One of the efforts made by the Salatiga City Government to increase revenue from Regional Original Revenue is through hotel and restaurant taxes. This research was conducted at the Salatiga Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness and contribution of hotel and restaurant taxes to Local Revenue in the City of Salatiga. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method using secondary data obtained from the Salatiga Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency, which consists of reports on targets and realization of hotel and restaurant taxes as well as Salatiga City regional revenue. The data is processed using the effectiveness ratio and contribution ratio. The overall results of the research show that in 2017-2021 the effectiveness of hotel and restaurant taxes is classified as a very effective criterion for local revenue. Meanwhile, the contribution value of hotel and restaurant taxes is still very low in terms of local revenue.

<p>The tighter the competition between similar products, companies compete with each other for consumers. The purpose of this study was to find out whether Product Quality, Price Perception, Customer Loyalty to Samsung Mobile Purchase Decisions on Sinar Mas Mobile in Semarang City.</p><p>The population in this study was all customers or consumers who used or made mobile phone purchase decisions at sinar mas cells that found 185 customers. The purpose of sampling is the selection of samples based on the specific characteristics of 100 respondents. Data analysis methods use multiple linear regressions, coefficients of determination and hypothesis tests.</p><p>The results of this study showed that with a product quality regression co-effectiveness meaning the quality of the product had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Variable the price perception has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision. Wheres variable customer loyalty has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product Quality, Price Perception and Customer Loyalty together both positively and significantly affect purchasing decisions, this is evidenced in the F test.</p><p>Based on the results of research that the decision to purchase Samsung phones on Sinar Mas phones in Semarang City in the medium category, and it is advisable to improve the Quality of Products offered, so that consumers against samsung phone brands in the cell space in Semarang City.</p>

This study aims to provide confirmation of the accommodation of disclosure which is still questionable in the cluster of international regulations, this is done in order to obtain the same interpretation of regulations in international practice for the protection of Genetic Resources and Traditional Knowledge (SDGPT), which is also an implication of the existing system in Law Number 13 of 2016 concerning Patents has not been able to protect it optimally. By using a normative juridical method with qualitative analysis, this study justifies the results that have been in previous studies that the beneficial sharing mechanism has become the government's effort to protect SDGPT from acts of misappropriation, but this research found a novelty, namely by supporting the affirmation and perfecting of these matters which need to be acknowledged are not sufficient to meet the needs of international practice, because it was found that there are still Indonesian State patents taken without beneficialy sharing due to the plurality of interpretations and accommodations of the Patent Law which are not in accordance with international practice requirements. Thus, the accommodation of disclosure or the formulation of disclosure requirements deserves a position in the regulation of the Patent Law in Indonesia for steps to encourage the sound of the same interpretation in the echoes of international practices and regulations, so that the benefits can be maintained and felt by people of origin.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penegasan terhadap akomodasi pengungkapan yang masih menyoal dalam rumpun regulasi internasional, hal ini dilakukan guna mendapatkan penafsiran regulasi yang sama dalam praktik internasional atas perlindungan Sumber Daya Genetik dan Pengetahuan Tradisional (SDGPT), yang juga merupakan implikasi dari sistem yang ada dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2016 tentang Paten belum dapat melindungi secara maksimal. Keterbatasan pemahaman masyarakat tradisional di negara berkembang yang seringkali dibenturkan dengan orientasi komersil yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat di negara maju dalam pemanfaatan SDGPT dengan membuat paten. Dengan menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan analisis kualititif, penelitian ini menjustifikasi hasil yang telah ada dalam penelitian-penelitian terdahulu bahwa mekanisme beneficialy sharing telah menjadi upaya pemerintah dalam melindungi SDGPT dari tindakan misappropriation, namun penelitian ini mendapati kebaruan yaitu dengan menyokong penegasan dan menyempurnakan hal tersebut yang perlu diakui tidak cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan praktik internasional, karena ditemukan hasil bahwa masih terdapat paten Negara Indonesia yang diambil tanpa beneficialy sharing karena kemajemukan penafsiran dan akomodasi UU Paten yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan praktik secara internasional. Maka, akomodasi pengungkapan atau rumusan disclosure requirements layak mendapatkan posisi dalam regulasi UU Paten di Indonesia untuk langkah mendorong suara penafsiran yang sama dalam gaungan praktik dan regulasi internasional, sehingga manfaat dapat tetap terjaga dan dirasakan oleh masyarakat asal.

Because it is very vulnerable to default events because the method of payment due is often experienced by business actors. Fulfillment of obligations that are late or not fulfilled at all results in losses for business actors or sellers. In carrying out buying and selling transactions, you should use proof of transaction or what is commonly called an invoice or invoice. The important role of proof of the transaction, in addition to archiving documents, information that explains the type, quantity of goods and the nominal that must be removed, can also be one of the proofs in the case of things that are not desirable as a result of buying and selling transactions carried out. That's why it should be business actors are more careful about giving trust to buyers or customers and the completeness of proof of transaction documents. thus the role of a valid transaction proof is one of the important things that should always be used. The research method that the author uses is normative juridical method. This writing will be more in-depth or specific regarding the role of invoices as evidence of a buying and selling event in the event of a default. The results of this research update are the role of invoices from the buying and selling system with the due payment method.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendalami lebih dalam mengenai peranan invoice dalam jual-beli dengan metode pembayaran tempo pada pemasok sektor jasa boga atau pada bidang kuliner apabila terjadinya peristiwa wanprestasi. Dikarenakan rentan sekali terjadi peristiwa wanprestasi karena cara pembayaran tempo seringkali dialami oleh pelaku usaha. Pemenuhan kewajiban yang terlambat maupun tidak sama sekali dipenuhi mengakibatkan kerugian bagi pelaku usaha atau penjual. Dalam melakukan transaksi jual beli sudah seharusnya menggunakan bukti transaksi atau yang biasa disebut faktur atau invoice. Peran penting bukti transaksi tersebut selain untuk arsip dokumen, informasi yang menerangkan jenis, jumlah barang serta nominal yang harus dibayarkan, juga dapat untuk menjadi salah satu bukti surat apabila terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan akibat transaksi jual beli yang dilakukan.oleh sebab itu sudah seharusnya pelaku usaha lebih berhati-hati terhadap memberikan kepercayaan kepada pembeli atau customer dan kelengkapan bukti dokumen transaksi. dengan demikian peranan sebuah bukti transasi yag sah merupakan salah satu hal penting yang sudah seharusnya selalu digunakan. Metode penelitian yang penulis pakai yakni adalah metode yuridis normatif. penulisan ini akan lebih mendalam atau spesifik mengenai peranan invoice sebagai alat bukti adanya terjadi peristiwa jual-beli apabila terjadi peristiwa wanprestasi, Adapun hasil dari pembaruan penelitian ini adalah peranan invoice dari sistem jual-beli dengan metode pembayaran tempo.   

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Struktur Modal Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dengan Keputusan Investasi Dan Kebijakan Deviden Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 43 Perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 61 Perusahaan. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Investasi, Struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Deviden, Struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Keputusan Investasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Kebijakan Deviden berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Hasil uji sobel test menunjukkan Keputusan Investasi dapat memediasi pengaruh Struktur modal terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kebijakan Deviden dapat memediasi pengaruh Struktur modal terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.

Model pembelajaran kooperatif (Cooperative Learning / CL), yaitu model pengajaran dimana siswa belajar dalam kelompok-kelompok kecil. Setiap anggota  kelompok  saling  bekerja sama dalam mengerjakan tugas. Group Investigation (GI) merupakan model pembelajaran yang memberi kebebasan pada siswa untuk membuat kelompok kecil dengan jumlah anggota 2-6 orang. Masing-masing kelompok memilih topik materi yang telah dipelajari, dan membagi topik-topik tersebut menjadi tugas pribadi. Hasil dari pekerjaan tugas pribadi anggota dipersiapkan untuk menyusun laporan kelompok. Belajar dikatakan belum selesai jika ada anggota kelompok yang belum menguasai bahan pembelajaran.  Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Adakah peningkatan penguasaan materi pelajaran Sejarah pada kompetensi dasar menganalisis proses masuk dan perkembangan penjajahan Bangsa Eropa melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif Group Investigation (GI) siswa kelas XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Balong Kabupaten Ponorogo Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian tindakan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti  berkolaborasi dengan guru lain serta dengan kepala sekolah. Peneliti terlibat langsung dalam penelitian mulai dari awal sampai penelitian berakhir. Peneliti berusaha melihat, mengamati, merasakan, menghayati, merefleksi dan mengevaluasi kegiatan pembelajaran yang berlangsung. Tahap-tahap pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan terdiri dari perencanaan (planning), pelaksanaan (action), observasi (observation), dan refleksi (reflection). Untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian yang akurat maka data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis secara statistik yaitu mengunakan rumus mean atau rata-rata.       Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pada siklus I 75,46 dan pada siklus II diperoleh nilai rata-rata 84,04. Mengacu pada hipotesis tindakan yang diajukan dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: ada peningkatan penguasaan materi pelajaran Sejarah pada kompetensi dasar menganalisis proses masuk dan perkembangan penjajahan Bangsa Eropa melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif Group Investigation siswa kelas XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Balong Kabupaten Ponorogo Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019.

Teacher personality competence is a personal ability that reflects a solid, steady, mature, wise, and authoritative personality, being a role model for students and having noble character. Motivation is the driving force that encourages someone to do an activity that aims to get the desired result. In relation to learning, motivation is an important thing that can encourage children to carry out the expected results, namely changes in behavior.The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was a positive and significant influence between the personality competencies of PAK teachers and the learning motivation of PAK students in Class VII-A and Class VII-B of SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon in the 2022/2023 academic year.The research data was analyzed with the following steps: 1) Test the analysis requirements by: a) Test the relationship, it is known that rcount > rtable or 0.4174 > 0.297. This shows that there is a relationship between the personal competence of PAK teachers and students' learning motivation. From the results of the significance test of the relationship, it can be interpreted that there is a positive and significant relationship between the personality competence of PAK teachers and student learning motivation, 2) Influence test: a) The magnitude of the influence of the personality competence of PAK teachers on the learning motivation of Class VII-A and Class VII-B SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon are: (r2) x 100% = 0.1742 x 100% = 17.42%, b) Testing the regression equation Y over X, the regression equation = 23.07+0.29X means that it is in a constant state of 23, 07, student learning motivation will increase 0.29 times the value of the personal competence of PAK teachers, c) the value obtained Fcount = 1.64 > Ftable (0.05,19.51) = 1.39, then the research hypothesis is accepted.

The need for information for Sukoharjo Village is still lacking, Sukoharjo Village still provides information and makes complaints using conventional methods. This conventional method causes slow response and lack of monitoring and evaluation from village officials. This research aims to design a website-based Sukoharjo village profile information system. This research uses the waterfall method which starts from the analysis, design, coding and testing stages. Meanwhile, several methods in the data collection process were observation, interviews and literature study. And for the system testing method, black box testing is used with system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language). This village profile information system can disseminate information about Sukoharjo Village, especially about the village, organizational structure, population data and can make complaints online which can be accessed via devices owned by visitors.
