Abstract. This study aims to know and describe the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at Doloksanggul State Special School, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, North Sumatra Province. The method used in this study is descriptive-qualitative method. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis is carried out by data reduction and data presentation. For data validity tests are carried out by Triangulation. After conducting research at the Doloksanggul State Special School, researchers found several facts that the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at the Doloksanggul State Special School had been implemented properly.

Broccoli is One of horticultural crops that have high nutritional fiber. Broccoli (Brassica oleracea) is a vegetable plant included in the tribe or Brassicaceae family. These vegetables come in Indonesia not long ago (around 1970) and quite as food now. It was containing vitamin C and dietary fiber in large quantities, so the broccoli is important for the human body needs. The availability of the means or factors of production (input) means that productivity is not obtained by farmers will be high. Less precise application of technology resulted in low production and high cost of farming. According Zulkifly (2009) in farming, production produced will be good if the factors of production used efficiently. To get maximum benefit the farmers must use precisely the factors of production, and combines optimally and efficiently. Therefore, it is necessary to pnelitian about the economic efficiency of production factors in usatani in general, especially in the farming of broccoli.

The meaning of halal is permissible, while haram is not permissible (prohibited) according to Islamic law. Having a halal certificate can give confidence to companies in using or printing halal labels on product packaging or company premises. This study aims to find out how the influence of the halal label and halal awareness has on the purchase intention MSME products in the Bima City. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research with survey methods. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to 100 respondents. Data was processed by statistical analysis using SPSS 20.00. The results showed that the halal label had a positive and significant effect on the intention to purchase MSME products in the Bima City and halal awareness did not have a significant effect on the intention to purchase MSME products in the Bima City. The contribution of this research is hoped that MSME actors will immediately take care of halal certificates so that consumers' interest in buying increases and products can be marketed outside the region so that the wider community can get to know MSME products from Bima city.

This study aims to dismantle the wrong perspective regarding the occurrence of sexual violence which is associated with the way women dress, through the paradigm of Critical Theory, et. al. as a study of legal philosophy. As we know, the phenomenon of sexual violence in Indonesia occurs because of gender discrimination, where society always makes women as objects that are always blamed for this action. This perspective is considered patriarchal because it favors men over women. One of the current virtual realities shows that people's thoughts about how to dress women can be considered as the main factor in the existence of sexual violence. The research method used is the philosophy of law research through a paradigmatic study approach. The novelty of this research lies in the paradigmatic analysis used in solving the problem. The results of this study prove that the way women dress does not have a correlation with the occurrence of acts of violence sexual. A change of view is needed as the thinking of Critical Theory, et. al. who want to unravel the mistake of thinking that women and the way they dress are always the cause of sexual violence. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membongkar cara pandang yang salah yang mengenai terjadinya kekerasan seksual yang dikaitkan dengan cara berpakaian perempuan, melalui paradigma Critical Theory, et. al. sebagai suatu telaah filsafat hukum. Sebagaimana kita ketahui, fenomena kekerasan seksual di Indonesia terjadi karena diskriminasi gender, di mana masyarakat selalu menjadikan perempuan sebagai objek yang selalu disalahkan dalam terjadinya tindakan ini. Cara pandang tersebut dianggap patriarki karena lebih memihak kaum laki-laki dibandingkan perempuan. Salah satu realitas virtual saat ini menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran masyarakat mengenai cara berpakaian perempuan dapat dianggap sebagai faktor utama dari adanya kekerasan seksual, padahal belum dapat dipastikan bahwa hal tersebut sepenuhnya benar. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian filsafat hukum melalui pendekatan studi paradigmatik. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak dalam telaah paradigmatik yang digunakan dalam mengurai permasalahan. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa cara berpakaian perempuan tidak memiliki korelasi dengan terjadinya tindakan kekerasan seksual. Tindakan tersebut terjadi murni atas dasar pikiran kotor dari para laki-laki. Diperlukan perubahan pandangan sebagaimana pemikiran Critical Theory et. al. yang ingin membongkar kesalahan berpikir bahwa perempuan dan cara berpakaiannya selalu menjadi penyebab terjadinya kekerasan seksual.   

This article highlights the important role of catechism in developing the faith of young Catholics in the modern era. This study uses a theological analytical discourse methodology to analyze the role of catechism as a medium for building faith. Catechesis is a means used by the Church to communicate the teachings of faith to the people. Through catechesis, the Church can provide effective accompaniment of faith to young people. This study focuses on the problems faced by young people today. They are the next generation of the Church who need special attention because they are very vulnerable to being influenced by the fast and swift currents of modernity. Therefore, an effective assistance effort is needed for them. The research findings show that young people, who are in a period of searching for identity, tend to get bored easily and are quickly satisfied. In this context, catechesis as a form of faith formation is an effective choice and responsive to the lifestyle of today's youth. Through catechesis, young people can gain a deeper understanding of the teachings of the faith, strengthen their relationship with God and develop a strong Christian identity. Digital catechesis, which combines technology with messages of faith, can be a relevant and attractive medium for young people. In conclusion, digital catechesis has a significant role in developing the faith of young Christians. In facing the challenges of modern times, the Church needs to use catechesis as an effective strategy to assist young people in strengthening their faith. By utilizing technology and adapting the right content, digital catechism can be an effective tool in forming a young generation who are firm in their faith and ready to face the changing times.

This study aims to study communication in various languages in the social interactions of Theology students at the Theological College in Jakarta. The focus of this research is to explore how students can communicate in various languages, namely Indonesian, English, and regional languages (Javanese, Batak, Banjar, and Sundanese). In addition, this study also aims to identify how students and the community can establish active and comfortable communication in conveying ideas and ideas. Lastly, this research will study the views of the people in Jakarta, especially the people on the outskirts of Jakarta such as the borders of Bekasi, Depok, Tangerang, and Bogor Cities, towards the presence of Christian Theology students in contributing to society. This research method involves collecting data through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The data obtained will be analyzed critically to gain a deep understanding of student's communication skills in various languages, their efforts to build active and comfortable communication, as well as public perceptions of the role and contribution of Christian Theology students in Jakarta. The results of this research are expected to provide valuable insights into the development of Theology education, cross-cultural understanding, and the social contribution of Theology students in society. Through a better understanding of the importance of communication in multiple languages in the social interactions of Theology students, steps can be taken to improve the quality of education, communication skills, and social contributions of future Theology students. In this context, cooperation between educational institutions, the community, and the government in Jakarta is very important to create a conducive environment for the development of theology students' communication skills in various languages and establish harmonious relations between students and the community.

This study aims to investigate the intertextual understanding of Ecclesiastes in English by theology students and the opinions of the general public. The main focus of this research is to understand how students can read and understand the Bible, especially the Book of Ecclesiastes, in English. In addition, this study also seeks to explain how students and the community can form active communication and discussions regarding intertextual understanding. In addition, this research aims to explore how Christians in Jakarta, especially in suburban areas such as Bekasi, Depok, Tangerang, and Bogor, view the presence of Christian theology students in contributing to society. The research method used in this study involved opinion surveys and interviews with theology students and the general public. Theology students will be asked to read and understand the book of Ecclesiastes in English translation, while their opinions and responses will be collected through surveys and interviews. Opinions from the general public will be collected through a survey which will be disseminated in various areas of Jakarta, especially in the suburbs. The collected data will be analyzed qualitatively to identify the main patterns and findings in intertextual understanding and perceptions of the contribution of Christian theology students in society. This research is expected to provide practical benefits in increasing understanding of the Bible in English, especially the Book of Ecclesiastes, as well as strengthening active communication and discussion in intertextual understanding. In addition, the results of this study can strengthen the relationship between Christian theology students and the community, especially in the Jakarta area, by demonstrating their contribution to service and positive contributions to society.

This study aims to analyze marketing communication strategies in increasing student enrollment at SMK Mambaul Hisan in Blitar Regency. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The respondents of this study consist of the school principal, teachers, and administrative staff. The results indicate that the implemented marketing communication strategies, both internally through the 4P marketing mix and IMC theory, and externally through engagement with the government, community, and students, have contributed to the annual increase in student enrollment. Despite challenges such as low public interest in pesantren-based schools, supporting factors such as educational innovation and improved facilities have strengthened the effectiveness of these strategies. This study provides implications for the development of more effective and sustainable educational marketing strategies.

This research aims to analyze the conservation or solutions to flood disaster problems as a community need with a healthy environment. The research was conducted in Sukasari District, Bandung City, West Java Province, with an area of 6.27 km2. The method used in this paper is descriptive analysis and the data used is secondary data. Based on the analysis of the flood hazard map for Bandung City, the research results show that the entire area of Sukasari District is highly prone to flooding. Based on the findings, the overflow of the Cidurian, Cipamokolan, and Cibeureum rivers poses a threat of flooding in Sukasari sub-district. Green Open Spaces in Sukasari District consist of 16 location points spread across 3 sub-districts. The utilization of Green Open Spaces serves to maintain ecosystem balance and increase the availability of clean air and water catchment areas. Solutions to reduce flood disasters include reducing the level of risk, decreasing vulnerability, and enhancing community capacity.

Pada perkembangan saat ini ,Laptop sangat dibutuhkan untuk menunjang kegiatan mengajar yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran.Beragamnya jenis, merk, dan spesifikasi laptop seringkali membuat pelajar bingung kapan harus membelinya.Khusus untuk mahasiswa program studi Sistem Informasi, Teknologi Informasi, dimana wearable devices dapat berupa perangkat yang menggunakan aplikasi/software yang dipelajari di kelas, sehingga mahasiswa tersebut sebaiknya memilih devices yang memenuhi spesifikasi  aplikasi yang memerlukan spesifikasi  lebih tinggi dibandingkan pengguna lainnya.Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, peneliti akan menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode pembobotan aditif Simpe untuk memilih laptop terbaik bagi mahasiswa program gelar ilmu komputer.Untuk pengujian perhitungan yang  dilakukan  terdapat 5 kriteria dan 5 pilihan pemilihan laptop terbaik untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai jenis perangkat mobile terbaik yaitu Laptop HP  14s-fq2003AU dengan total nilai  0,870 sehingga penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebuah alternatif bagi mahasiswa program gelar ilmu komputer dalam memilih perangkat seluler yang akan dibeli.
