Abstrak:
Remaja merupakan suatu pelayanan kategorial yang menyasar kelompok usia antara anak-anak (sekolah minggu) dan pemuda. Tekanan stereotip, ekspektasi tinggi tanpa dukungan memadai, dibarengi dengan perubahan masif akibat kemajuan teknologi dan informasi dapat memicu permasalahan kesehatan mental generasi muda jika tidak dikelola dengan bijak. Tantangan lain yang dihadapi adalah mengenai spiritualitas remaja. Persekutuan Gereja-gereja di Indonesia (PGI) melihat perlunya mengadakan kegiatan bagi remaja dan pendamping/pembina remaja sebagai platform untuk memperlengkapi para remaja dan pembina dengan berbagai pengetahuan dan kapasitas yang diharapkan mampu membekali remaja dan pembina dalam pelayanan dan kehidupan berbangsa sehari-hari. Pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh para ahli di UKSW meliputi isu-isu seputar perkembangan psikologis, pengembangan bakat-minat, kecerdasan buatan dan implementasi dalam pelayanan serta gerakan cinta lingkungan lewat aksi tanam pohon di desa. Hasilnya, para peserta mendapatkan pengalaman berharga yang tampak dalam hasil survey kepuasan dimana mayoritas responden puas terhadap pendampingan dan 100 % responden memperoleh tambahan pengetahuan.

Salah satu permasalahan dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) pada siswa kelas VII.B SMP Negeri 16 Semarang adalah lemahnya kemampuan siswa dalam menerapkan pengetahuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah dalam kehidupan nyata terutama dalam memahami permintaan dan penawaran. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dilakukan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) menggunakan model Problem Based Learning. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII B SMP Negeri 16 Semarang Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024 menggunakan model pendekatan Problem Based Learning. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas 7B sebanyak 34 Siswa-siswi yang terdiri laki-laki 15 Siswa dan perempuan 19 Siswi. Sumber data penelitian diperoleh dari data kualitatif berupa data hasil observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa serta data kuantitatif berupa data tes hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian siklus I diperoleh siswa yang tuntas secara individu sebanyak 34 siswa-siswi dengan rata-rata perolehan nilai 78,00. Sedangkan hasil penelitian siklus II mengalami peningkatan rata-rata nilai menjadi 90,00 atau meningkat sebesar 15%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII.B SMP Negeri 16 Semarang Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024.
One of the problems in learning Social Sciences (IPS) for class VII.B students of SMP Negeri 16 Semarang is the weak ability of students to apply knowledge to solve problems in real life, especially in understanding demand and supply. To overcome this problem, classroom action research (PTK) was conducted using the Problem Based Learning model. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of class VII B students of SMP Negeri 16 Semarang in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The subjects of the study were 34 class 7B students. The source of research data was obtained from qualitative data in the form of data from observations of teacher and student activities and quantitative data in the form of student learning outcome test data. The results of the cycle I study obtained that 34 students completed individually with an average score of 78.00. While the results of the cycle II study experienced an increase in the average score to 90.00 or an increase of 15%. Based on the results of these studies, learning using the Problem Based Learning learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class VII.B students of SMP Negeri 16 Semarang in the 2023/2024 Academic Year.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the meaning of local wisdom values in the Syawalan tradition in Pedurungan Tengah Subdistrict, Pedurungan, Semarang, through a case study approach with qualitative methods. Syawalan tradition contains social, cultural, and religious dimensions that are in line with the objectives of Social Science Education (IPS): fostering understanding of social interaction, cultural diversity, and internalization of values in social life. Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique uses triangulation techniques, namely triangulation of methods and sources. The results showed that the Syawalan tradition functions as a means of inheriting the values of mutual cooperation, solidarity, respect for plurality, and strengthening local identity. In the Syawalan tradition, there are essential values for the formation of good citizenship. Thus, the integration of the Syawalan tradition into social studies education can be a pedagogical strategy to preserve local wisdom while actualizing the goals of national education in building a harmonious society, nation, and state.

This study examines the dilemma of rice import policy in Indonesia within the context of international trade and food security challenges. Rice, as a strategic commodity, holds significant social, economic, and political value, making import policies highly influential on price stability, farmers’ welfare, and national food security. The research identifies that import policies are often misaligned with domestic needs due to weak inter-institutional coordination, data inaccuracies, and pressures from political and business interests. As a result, import policies frequently create imbalances between the interests of consumers, traders, and local farmers, while also reducing the competitiveness of domestic rice due to inefficiencies in the distribution chain and post-harvest infrastructure. This study emphasizes the importance of data-based, transparent, and farmer-protective governance of rice import policies to strengthen national food security amid global trade liberalization pressures. hain, trade liberalization.

Abstrak:
Language is closely related to social and cultural aspects, including in the process of learning foreign languages such as Mandarin. Effective Chinese language learning does not only focus on linguistic aspects, but also requires an understanding of the culture of origin of the language. The purpose of this paper is to analyse the application of culture-based learning in increasing motivation to learn Chinese. The method used is literature study or library research, with documentation technique as data collection method and content analysis technique as data analysis method. Based on the analysis of twelve research articles, it was found that the integration of cultural elements such as traditional games, visual media, and Chinese pop culture can create a learning experience that is fun, interesting, and encourages students' curiosity towards Chinese. In conclusion, culture-based learning is proven to have a positive influence on motivation to learn Chinese and can be used as an alternative teaching strategy that is more contextual and fun.

Abstrak:
Food hygiene and sanitation are crucial in the culinary industry to prevent contamination and protect consumer health. However, foodborne diseases remain a global issue due to poor food handling practices. Traditional lecture methods are often ineffective in improving students' practical skills related to food safety. This study evaluates the effectiveness of Role-Playing Cards as an interactive learning tool. A quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test was conducted on 70 culinary students enrolled in a food hygiene and sanitation course. Participants were divided into two groups: Cross-Contamination and Foodborne Illness. The findings showed a significant improvement in understanding, with post-test scores increasing from 58.2 to 87.6 (p < 0.001) and from 60.4 to 89.2 (p < 0.001). Additionally, 99% of students found the method relevant, and 97% considered Role-Playing Cards engaging and easy to apply. In conclusion, this method effectively enhances students' understanding, promotes critical thinking, and provides a more interactive learning experience in food safety education.

This study aims to analyze defaults in cooperation agreements and examine the rights and obligations of the parties in dispute resolution. The urgency of this research arises from the increasing occurrence of defaults in cooperation agreements, which have significant legal and economic consequences for business relationships and economic stability. Using a normative juridical approach, the research examines provisions of the Indonesian Civil Code and relevant legal doctrines, focusing on dispute resolution mechanisms through litigation and alternative methods. Primary legal sources include the Civil Code (KUHPerdata), Law No. 30/1999 on Arbitration, and Supreme Court regulations, while secondary sources comprise legal journals and court decisions. The findings show that default in cooperation agreements results in legal consequences such as compensation, agreement termination, and performance enforcement. Several procedural conditions must be met, including the seriousness of the breach and timely legal action. The study provides a novel contribution by combining normative legal analysis with practical considerations in resolving contractual disputes within the Indonesian legal framework. It concludes that cooperation agreements must clearly define mutual obligations and dispute resolution procedures to ensure legal certainty and fairness. The research recommends that parties include specific clauses addressing default and adopt alternative dispute resolution mechanisms to reduce litigation and maintain business relationships.

This study examines the application of Islamic criminal law (fiqih jinayah) principles, specifically in the case of qadzaf—accusation of adultery without valid proof—when conveyed through kinayah (indirect or allusive expressions). The focus is on how legal maxims such as al-?ud?d tudra’ bi al-syubuh?t and al-a?l bar?’at al-dzimmah are employed to assess the legal validity of ambiguous accusations. This research adopts a qualitative approach through library research, analyzing both classical and contemporary Islamic legal texts. The findings reveal that qadzaf in the form of kinayah does not meet the criteria for ?add punishment due to its interpretive uncertainty and lack of clear evidence. Therefore, ta'zir—a discretionary punishment—should be applied instead, based on public interest and judicial discretion. This study is significant in addressing modern social communication dynamics, especially in the digital age, and contributes to a fair, contextual, and cautious implementation of Islamic criminal law.

Abstrak:
This study aims to examine the implementation of the Creative Entrepreneurship Project learning program within the Teaching Factory at SMK Negeri 9 Padang. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants consist of PKK teachers, students, and TEFA managers. The findings indicate that the planning of practical activities has been carried out systematically, including the development of a curriculum based on the Merdeka Curriculum using the best learning method, preparation of facilities and infrastructure in accordance with industry standards, procurement of materials through third parties, integrated scheduling systems, and student selection based on skill levels. The implementation of practical activities follows industry work standards, group task division, rotation systems, intensive teacher supervision, an industrial discipline culture, strict quality control, production time efficiency, and both order-based and independent production. Evaluation is conducted comprehensively, covering student competency assessment in four areas (planning, work process, product outcome, and sales), product quality evaluation, learning process evaluation, and the positive economic impact on the school. The implementation of the Teaching Factory has proven effective in developing students’ technical competencies and entrepreneurial spirit, although challenges remain, such as suboptimal TEFA management structure and limited production space.

Abstrak:
Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia are major global health challenges that contribute to high morbidity and mortality rates. Unhealthy lifestyles, including poor diet, lack of physical activity, and high-stress levels, are key risk factors for NCDs. Early detection through regular screening is essential to prevent complications and improve public health. This community service program aimed to conduct health screenings by measuring blood pressure, blood glucose levels, and cholesterol levels among adults of productive age in West Jakarta. The program also included health education sessions to raise awareness about NCD risk factors and the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Participants underwent blood pressure measurements, random blood glucose tests, and total cholesterol assessments, followed by health counseling and lifestyle modification recommendations. The results emphasized the need for routine health monitoring and preventive interventions to reduce the burden of NCDs in the community.
