Abstrak:
FoMO or Fear of Missing Out behavior is a type of behavior that is very widespread these days. The aim of this study is to analyze and dissect the FoMO behavior. In particular, it concerns shoe fashion, which is widespread among students. The existence of different types of faculties spread across universities with the grouping of saintek and soshum certainly has consequences for students. It provides a perspective on a phenomenon. Of course, there are differences between the two large groups. It is this difference that provides an interesting proposition for why this research was conducted. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The results of the study showed that FoMO behavior has consequences for students buying or consuming goods, especially shoes with brand value. The authenticity of an item also influences students' shopping interest. They prefer to buy original or genuine shoes, which guarantee quality, rather than branded but fake or imitation (KW) shoes. Thus, it can be concluded that there is still relevance between the theory of consumer society by Jean P. Baudrillard and the condition of contemporary students of Jember University.

Abstrak:
Digitalization carried out by companies has an impact on marketing parties to carry out the ordering process online. Meanwhile, marketing parties need time to adapt to technology. The purpose of implementing the dedication to PT Atmi Duta Engineering is to increase knowledge and insight so that the marketing division sales can use Zoho Form sales for online forms. Given the lack of knowledge about how to create a questionnaire using the Zoho Form application. Implementation of dedication to PT Atmi Duta Engineering using observation and interview methods. Based on the results of the trial and outreach, it shows that the marketing division finds it helpful in filling out order letters and it is easy for the admin to manage order data.

Abstrak:
Designing and validating structural causal model (SCM) correctness from a dataset whose background knowledge is obtained from a research process is not a common phenomenon. Studies have shown that in many critical areas, such as healthcare and education, researchers develop models from direct acyclic graphs (DAG), a component of an SCM, without testing them. This phenomenon is worrisome and is bound to cast a shadow on the inference estimates that may arise from such models. In this study, we have designed a novel application-based SCM for the first time using the background knowledge obtained from the Early Grade Reading Assessment (EGRA) program called the Strengthen Education in Northeast Nigeria (SENSE-EGRA), which is an educational intervention program of the American University of Nigeria (AUN), Yola, on the letter identification subtask. This project was sponsored by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). We employed the conditional independence test (CIT) criteria for the validation of the SCM’s correctness, and the results show a near-perfect SCM.

Abstrak:
Self-development is a process that aims to improve individual ability to face challenges and achieve life goals. Workplace self-development programs are becoming increasingly popular as a strategy to increase employee performance and motivation. This study aims to evaluate the impact of self-development programs on individual personal and professional growth. The samples taken are employees who work at PT Ati Transindo located in Sidoorjo. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling technique with predetermined criteria. This study aims to evaluate the impact of self-development programs on individual personal and professional growth. The study was conducted by collecting data from employees at PT Ati Trasindo for a certain period. Data was collected through interviews and distributing questionnaires at PT Ati Trasindo. The results showed that the self-development program did not have a significant positive effect on the personal and professional growth of the participants. Participants reported improvements in communication, leadership, time management, and decision-making skills. In addition, this program also affects job satisfaction and motivation. These findings suggest that self-development programs can be an effective strategy in enhancing individual personal and professional growth in the workplace

Abstrak:
This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the perceived value of environmentally friendly products on purchasing behavior for environmentally friendly brand products. The aim of this research is to build a comprehensive model and test the relationship between attitudes towards parent brand and self-brand congruity. Attitude toward green brand extension is used to mediate the relationship between the two constructs, namely the green brand perceived value and green brand purchase behavior. Respondents in this research were users of environmentally friendly fashion, namely Levi's products, The Body Shop in Semarang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The questionnaire distributed in this research was 444 respondents. Only 400 questionnaires could ultimately be used in this research. The data analysis technique in this research uses PLS-SEM with WarpPLS version 7.0. The research results show that: (1) attitudes towards the parent brand and self-brand congruity have a positive effect on the green brand perceived value (2) green brand perceived value has a positive effect on attitudes towards green brand extension and (3) attitudes towards green brand extension have a positive effect on green brand purchase behavior.

Language is known as a tool for interaction or communication that people use every day in various contexts, including education, economy, travel, and religion. Language skills include four components: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. From the learning outcomes are still low with 6 students failing, researchers need to make improvements to learning. The purpose of this improvement is so that researchers can improve weaknesses in the next. Based on the results obtained by researchers in implementing research at SMA Bersama Berastagi both through assignments, Student Worksheets (LKS) and Based on the results of the exam, students' ability to write drama scripts has increased. This is evidenced by students having mastered the skills of writing drama scripts.

Abstrak:
This research is a theological study of Job's suffering. In order to make this suffering relevant to believers, one of the books that attracts attention to be discussed is the book of Job. Job's story is still a topic of conversation to this day when someone faces suffering. Suffering can be experienced by humans, both men and women, both young and old, rich and poor, even children. Every Christian person or family must have faced tragedies in their own lives, for example death, loss of property, illness, economic crisis and ect. Job was a man who was pious, honest, feared God and shunned evil and could experience severe and extreme suffering. The goal is that Christians are motivated to persist in the faith, when suffering is unavoidable.
Based on a theological study of the story of Job's suffering, several correct understandings of the emergence of suffering are obtained which are relevant for the lives of Christian families who experience suffering and strengthen Christian families who experience suffering. The Christian family cannot be separated from the reality of suffering and one day the Christian's faith will be tested by God. However, this suffering should make you increasingly know God and glorify Him.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the marketing strategies carried out by Casual Culture.co brands to increase sales. This type of research uses qualitative research. This study used primary data. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation.
The results of this study show that the marketing strategy carried out is to use attributes on products that include quality, design, service, price and brand. From the research on marketing strategies carried out by Casual Culture.co less optimal and less efficient, therefore the author provides advice or input to implement aggressive marketing strategies to increase sales volume so as to get maximum profits.

Data hasil tracer study Universitas Semarang saat ini belum diolah ke dalam bentuk pola asosiatif yang dapat dimanfaatkan kampus guna memperoleh feedback evaluasikeberhasilan proses belajar mengajar yang telah dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode data mining dengan algoritma Hash based untuk menemukan pola asosiatif dari data tracer study. Proses pembentukan pola asosiatif menggunakan tahapan yang ada pada Knowledge Discovery in Database yang meliputi proses cleaning data, integrasi, transformasi data, data mining, evaluasi pola dan representasi pengetahuan. Hasil penelitian dengan support minimal sebesar 50% dan confidence 75%, diperoleh pola datatracer study sebanyak 3 pola asosiatif. Pola yang dihasilkan ini dimaksudkan dapat untuk berkontribusi pada pengembangan kurikulum dan sarana penunjang dalam proses pembelajaran.

In the increasingly more business cafe competition in the era of today, every businessman or businessman in the field of beverages and food must be able to maintain the continuity of the business they run. In order to survive and be successful in the field of food and beverages, an entrepreneur must be able to consider from what makes consumers interested in stopping by the café. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of service, price and atmosphere of café on purchasing decisions (case studies at Nabs Café in Mojokerto City). This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents with the help of data processing IBM SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that partially the variable service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, partially the price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, partially the atmospheric café variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, simultaneously the effect of service quality, price and atmosphere of the café has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (case studies in NABS Café in Mojokerto City).
