AbstrakProsentase sampah plastik di Indonesia menduduki peringkat kedua, setelah sampah organic, yaitu14% dari total. Indonesia termasuk salah satu dari 8 negara terbesar kontributor sampah plastik di laut.Berdasarkan data tersebut, pemerintah berusaha mengurangi limbah plastik melalui berbagai cara, sehingga perludilakukan pemilahan sampah plastik mulai dari sumbernya (rumah tangga). Pemahaman kesadaran memilahsampah plastik dapat dilakukan melalui edukasi, salah satunya kegiatan edukasi terhadap siswa SD, SLB danSMP di Kabupaten Pasuruan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka memperingati World Environment Daydengan tema Beat Plastic Pollution. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan penayangan video singkat dampak sampahplastik terhadap biota laut; lomba mewarna tote bag sesuai tema; dan lomba memilah sampah organik, anorganikdan B3. Dari hasil penayangan video, terdapat 57,1% peserta SD memahami isi pesan dalam video tersebut, dan75% peserta SLB dan SMP yang memahami. Seluruh peserta paham untuk memilah sampah organic darisampah lain. Sedangkan dalam memilah sampah anorganik, 50% peserta SD bisa memilah dengan benar;sementara peserta SLB dan SMP hanya 25% bisa memilah dengan benar. Pemahaman memilah limbah B3, 100% peserta SMP,75% peserta SD dan 50% peserta SLB bisa memilah, meski masih ada kesalahan.Kata kunci : edukasi, pemilahan, sampah plastikAbstractThe percentage of plastic waste in Indonesia ranks second after organic waste, constituting 14% of the total.Indonesia is among the eight largest contributors of plastic waste in the oceans. The government has beenmaking efforts to reduce plastic waste through various means, emphasizing the need for plastic wastesegregation at its sources (households). Awareness and understanding of plastic waste segregation can beachieved through education, including educational activities for elementary, special needs, and junior highschool students in Pasuruan Regency. These activities are conducted in commemoration of World EnvironmentDay with the theme "Beat Plastic Pollution." The activities include the screening of a short video illustrating theimpact of plastic waste on marine life, tote bag colouring competition, and waste segregation competition fororganic, inorganic, and hazardous waste. From the video screening, 57.1% of elementary school participantsunderstood the message, while 75% of special needs and junior high school participants understood it. Allparticipants understood how to segregate organic waste from other waste types. However, when it came tosegregating inorganic waste, only 50% of elementary school participants could do so correctly, while only 25%of special needs and junior high school participants could do it. For segregation of hazardous waste, 100% ofjunior high school participants, 75% of elementary school participants, and 50% of special needs participantscould do it, with some errors.Keywords: education, segregation, plastic waste.

Skin diseases are a common problem among people, especially teenagers. Hormones, lifestyle and personal hygiene play a role in the occurrence of various skin problems in teenagers. If not treated, it can cause various disorders, especially quality of life. This health education was carried out to all class X students of SMA Kalam Kudus II Jakarta using the counseling/seminar method. In addition to enhancing knowledge, this education may provide awareness to teenagers to pay attention to their skin health so that various skin diseases can be avoided. Furthermore, it is hoped that this can become a basis for society to maintain healthy skin, so that the incidence of skin diseases in the community can be reduced.

Angka kejadian stunting di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah masih di atas batas yang ditetapkan WHO. Salah satu cara untuk mencegah stunting yaitu dengan memenuhi kebutuhan gizi balita, salah satunya melalui asupan protein. Keong sawah merupakan sumber pangan lokal tinggi protein yang mudah ditemui di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, namun masyarakat belum memanfaatkannya dengan maksimal. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai stunting, meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam membuat olahan pangan berbahan dasar sumber pangan lokal yaitu nuget keong sawah, dan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai cara pengemasan produk. Kegiatan diadakan di Desa Jelantik dengan jumlah peserta 18 orang. Tingkat pengetahuan ibu mengenai stunting diukur menggunakan kuesioner pre test dan post test yang diuji menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dengan nilai α = 0,05. Hasilnya yaitu 11 orang mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan. Hasil ini secara statistik memiliki nilai p = 0,005. Dengan kata lain, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan ibu setelah diberikan penyuluhan. Selama kegiatan berlangsung peserta terlihat sangat antusias yang ditandai dengan peserta dapat menjawab pertanyaan pemateri dengan baik dan adanya umpan balik berupa beberapa pertanyaan dari peserta. Pada sesi demo masak nuget keong sawah, peserta diminta untuk memberi penilaian mengenai warna, aroma, tekstur, dan rasa nuget keong sawah. Rata-rata masyarakat suka terhadap warna, tekstur, dan rasa nuget keong sawah, namun agak suka pada bagian rasa. Dari kegiatan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan dan demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat mengenai stunting dan pengemasan produk, dan pemanfaatan sumber pangan lokal untuk mengatasi stunting.

Mencari rekomendasi pemilihan ponsel dengan sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) dengan aplikasi ini, diharapkan pengguna/konsumen mendapatkan peringkat merek ponsel dan skor akhir  untuk alternatif perbandingan ponsel yang berbeda. FoMO or Fear of Missing Out behavior is a type of behavior that is very widespread these days. The aim of this study is to analyze and dissect the FoMO behavior. In particular, it concerns shoe fashion, which is widespread among students. The existence of different types of faculties spread across universities with the grouping of saintek and soshum certainly has consequences for students. It provides a perspective on a phenomenon. Of course, there are differences between the two large groups. It is this difference that provides an interesting proposition for why this research was conducted. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The results of the study showed that FoMO behavior has consequences for students buying or consuming goods, especially shoes with brand value. The authenticity of an item also influences students' shopping interest. They prefer to buy original or genuine shoes, which guarantee quality, rather than branded but fake or imitation (KW) shoes. Thus, it can be concluded that there is still relevance between the theory of consumer society by Jean P. Baudrillard and the condition of contemporary students of Jember University.

The purpose of  implementing the  dedication  to  PT  Atmi Duta Engineering is to increase knowledge and insight so that the marketing division sales can use Zoho Form sales for online forms. Given the lack of knowledge about how to create a questionnaire using the Zoho Form application. Implementation of dedication to PT Atmi Duta Engineering using observation and interview methods. Based on the results of the trial and  outreach,  it shows that  the marketing division finds it helpful in filling out order letters and it is easy for the admin to manage order data.

Designing and validating structural causal model (SCM) correctness from a dataset whose background knowledge is obtained from a research process is not a common phenomenon. Studies have shown that in many critical areas, such as healthcare and education, researchers develop models from direct acyclic graphs (DAG), a component of an SCM, without testing them. This phenomenon is worrisome and is bound to cast a shadow on the inference estimates that may arise from such models. In this study, we have designed a novel application-based SCM for the first time using the background knowledge obtained from the Early Grade Reading Assessment (EGRA) program called the Strengthen Education in Northeast Nigeria (SENSE-EGRA), which is an educational intervention program of the American University of Nigeria (AUN), Yola, on the letter identification subtask. This project was sponsored by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). We employed the conditional independence test (CIT) criteria for the validation of the SCM’s correctness, and the results show a near-perfect SCM.

Self-development is a process that aims to improve individual ability to face challenges and achieve life goals. Workplace self-development programs are becoming increasingly popular as a strategy to increase employee performance and motivation. This study aims to evaluate the impact of self-development programs on individual personal and professional growth. The samples taken are employees who work at PT Ati Transindo located in Sidoorjo. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling technique with predetermined criteria. This study aims to evaluate the impact of self-development programs on individual personal and professional growth. The study was conducted by collecting data from employees at PT Ati Trasindo for a certain period. Data was collected through interviews and distributing questionnaires at PT Ati Trasindo. The results showed that the self-development program did not have a significant positive effect on the personal and professional growth of the participants. Participants reported improvements in communication, leadership, time management, and decision-making skills. In addition, this program also affects job satisfaction and motivation. These findings suggest that self-development programs can be an effective strategy in enhancing individual personal and professional growth in the workplace

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the perceived value of environmentally friendly products on purchasing behavior for environmentally friendly brand products. The aim of this research is to build a comprehensive model and test the relationship between attitudes towards parent brand and self-brand congruity. Attitude toward green brand extension is used to mediate the relationship between the two constructs, namely the green brand perceived value and green brand purchase behavior. Respondents in this research were users of environmentally friendly fashion, namely Levi's products, The Body Shop in Semarang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The questionnaire distributed in this research was 444 respondents. Only 400 questionnaires could ultimately be used in this research. The data analysis technique in this research uses PLS-SEM with WarpPLS version 7.0. The research results show that: (1) attitudes towards the parent brand and self-brand congruity have a positive effect on the green brand perceived value (2) green brand perceived value has a positive effect on attitudes towards green brand extension and (3) attitudes towards green brand extension have a positive effect on green brand purchase behavior.

Language is known as a tool for interaction or communication that people use every day in various contexts, including education, economy, travel, and religion. Language skills include four components: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. From the learning outcomes are still low with 6 students failing, researchers need to make improvements to learning. The purpose of this improvement is so that researchers can improve weaknesses in the next. Based on the results obtained by researchers in implementing research at SMA Bersama Berastagi both through assignments, Student Worksheets (LKS) and Based on the results of the exam, students' ability to write drama scripts has increased. This is evidenced by students having mastered the skills of writing drama scripts.
