Edupreneurship, as a bridge between education and business, has emerged as an important topic in the digital era. The purpose of this research is to analyze the challenges and opportunities presented by entrepreneurship through a literature study. The challenges identified are fierce competition, digital access gaps, and the growing need for innovation. In addition, there has been a significant increase in the use of technology, such as online learning, digital platforms, and access to world markets. This study emphasizes the importance of creativity, capital investment, and technological adaptation in fostering entrepreneurship in the digital age.

Linux kernel security is a critical aspect of ensuring the integrity and stability of operating systems. Vulnerabilities like Dirty COW (CVE-2016-5195) illustrate how exploitative threats can severely impact systems, particularly those that are not regularly updated. This study analyzes the working mechanism of Dirty COW, its impact, and mitigation strategies based on Linux kernel hardening techniques, including the use of security modules like SELinux and AppArmor, as well as the Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) technique. Through attack simulations and mitigation evaluations, the findings emphasize the importance of regularly applying kernel patches to maintain system security. This study aims to provide practical guidance for enhancing Linux kernel resilience against exploitation attacks.

This study aims to analyze the effect of regional wealth, regional expenditure, and General Allocation Fund (DAU) on local government performance in Indonesia. Local government performance is strongly influenced by how these three factors are managed and optimized. Well-managed local wealth can increase regional fiscal capacity and reduce dependence on funding from the central government. Effective and efficient local expenditure plays a role in providing quality public services, while DAU makes an important contribution to regions with limited fiscal capacity. The method used in this research is a literature study by analyzing related literature, including scientific articles, government reports, and previous research. The results show that the interaction between the three factors has a significant impact on local government performance, which is reflected in development achievements and improvements in people's quality of life. Recommendations from this study include the need for more efficient management of local wealth, more focused allocation of local expenditure to priority sectors, and reduced dependence on DAU by increasing local own-source revenue (PAD). This study also suggests further research to explore the impact of DAU management on regional fiscal resilience.

In an increasingly competitive era of globalization, the role of human capital has become the main focus of economic development in various countries, including Indonesia. Through descriptive qualitative analysis of various existing literature, this study is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the dynamics of the relationship between human capital and economic growth in Indonesia. The research shows that investment in education and health can drive economic growth, with high human capital going straight to the level of economic growth in Indonesia. Countries that align human capital development with labor market needs tend to benefit more.

Optimal resource management is a key factor in enhancing efficiency and profitability in a business. The simplex method, as one of the approaches in linear programming, provides an analytical tool to solve optimization problems with specific constraints. This research aims to apply the simplex method to optimize business profits in a case study. The data used includes production capacity, costs, and market demand. Through the application of this method, an optimal solution was obtained, showing the combination of products and resource allocation that generates maximum profit. The findings demonstrate that the simplex method is highly useful in supporting strategic actions, particularly in efficient resource allocation. Thus, this method can serve as a reference for business practitioners in designing strategies to sustainably increase profitability. Additionally, it is expected that the results of this study can actively contribute to supporting the development of effective and sustainable business strategies.
 

This study was conducted to address the gap between the professional competence of vocational high school teachers and the competency standards established by the Regulation of the Minister of National Education Number 16 of 2007 and the Decree of the Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel Number 2626/B/HK.04.01/2023 regarding the Teacher Competency Model. Limited access to conventional education and training also contributes to this issue. The objective of this research is to develop a mobile learning-based training system using multi-platform integration that is engaging, effective, and adaptive in order to enhance the professional competence of vocational high school teachers.The development process applied the ADDIE model through five comprehensive stages. In the analysis stage, a needs assessment survey identified an urgent need for technology-based training. During the design stage, various components of the mobile learning system were structured. The development stage involved expert validation, and the system was rated as “Highly Feasible” by media experts. In the implementation stage, the system was delivered online and involved 230 vocational high school teachers. The evaluation stage showed an increase in the average score from 15.62 in the pre-test to 18.84 in the post-test, with an N-Gain score of 0.74, categorized as high. Additionally, participants rated the system as “Very Engaging”, with an attractiveness score of 3.6 out of 4, equivalent to 90%.The findings indicate that the mobile learning-based education and training system developed in this study is effective in improving the professional competence of vocational high school teachers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kendala dalam pengambilan keputusan pada UMKM Warung Ema di Karawang serta mengevaluasi strategi yang diterapkan untuk mengatasinya. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi kasus, data diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam kepada pemilik Warung Ema, Ibu Ani, serta literatur terkait sebagai data sekunder. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan kendala-kendala seperti dalam pengelolaan tenaga kerja, pengelolaan modal dan keuangan, pengelolaan bahan baku, strategi pemasaran, dan kendala yang lainnya. Kendala utama dalam pengambilan keputusan di Warung Ema yang teridentifikasi meliputi keterbatasan tenaga kerja, akses modal, pemasaran yang masih tradisional, serta lokasi usaha yang kurang strategis. Strategi yang dilakukan mencakup optimalisasi tenaga kerja keluarga untuk efisiensi, pemilihan pemasok bahan baku berdasarkan kualitas dan harga yang kompetitif, serta pemasaran berbasis "word of mouth." Kendati demikian, keterbatasan teknologi menjadi hambatan signifikan, terutama dalam memperluas pasar melalui digitalisasi. Lokasi yang sering berpindah akibat kebijakan pemerintah juga memengaruhi stabilitas usaha. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi berbasis keluarga dan adaptasi lokal dapat mendukung keberlangsungan UMKM dalam situasi sulit. Namun, untuk mendorong keberlanjutan jangka panjang, penerapan teknologi digital, akses pendanaan yang lebih kompetitif, serta pelatihan pengelolaan usaha diperlukan. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pelaku UMKM dalam mengelola kendala pengambilan keputusan serta mengoptimalkan peluang digitalisasi. Hasil penelitian ini juga menjadi referensi bagi studi lanjutan terkait inovasi strategi adaptasi di sektor UMKM untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal.

 This study examines the influence of local culture on religious practices in Sukamulya Village, Lembang, focusing on the use of ritual offerings during the first suhoor of Ramadan. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with three key informants and direct observation of community practices. The findings reveal a complex interplay between local culture and religious practices, highlighting the need for community education to maintain Islamic principles while respecting cultural heritage. The study suggests that further research is needed to better understand the dynamics of cultural and religious acculturation in Indonesia.

The National Educational Technology Talent Survey (NETTS) addresses the gap between Educational Technology graduates and private sector job opportunities in Indonesia. By connecting students, alumni, and industry practitioners, NETTS fosters professional readiness and promotes the recognition of Educational Technology in diverse fields. Using a research and development framework, NETTS developed activities including job market surveys, webinars, and training workshops to enhance graduate competencies. Findings indicate a lack of awareness among students regarding industry roles, despite existing market demand. Positive feedback from alumni and participants highlights NETTS’ potential to create a sustainable ecosystem for collaboration and knowledge exchange. Future initiatives should focus on expanding partnerships with industry stakeholders and student associations to maximize program impact.

Social interaction plays an important role in improving students' psychological well-being, especially in higher education environments. This study aims to analyze the effect of social interaction on students' psychological well-being. The research method used is quantitative, with a population of 240 students and a sample of 142 students. The sample was selected through a simple random sampling technique, and analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the study showed a significant relationship between social interaction and psychological well-being, with a regression coefficient value of 0.254 and a p value <0.001, indicating a significant effect on the variable. The implications of this study indicate the importance for educational institutions to pay attention to aspects of social interaction in order to improve students' psychological well-being and develop beneficial social support during the study period.
