AUM PTSDL is a problem expression tool in a typical student to see the effectiveness of student learning. The purpose of this research is to provide an overview of the implementation of the AUM PTSDL problem directly to students, especially in PAB 8 sampali junior high school students. in the application of AUM PTSDL can accelerate overcoming problems in learning, especially broken home students. This research uses a descriptive method with a case study approach. This research was conducted at PAB 8 Sampali Junior High School on October 23-5, 2020. The subjects in this study were 9th grade AUM PTSDL students at SMP PAB 8 sampali. Based on the results of the research, the implementation of AUM PTSDL at SMP PAB 8 sampali has been carried out and shows that students have broken home problems that students are carried out AUM with several problems, namely, PTSDL. The conclusion is that students who have problems in AUM PTSDL will provide benefits in the form of support or advice to improve the quality of student learning from counseling teachers in schools.

The Consumer Protection Law (UU 22/2020) has provided a legal basis for consumer protection in the banking industry.  The implementation of this law is important in the Islamic banking industry due to its consistency with sharia values which place justice and balance as the main principles.  The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the Consumer Protection Act in the Islamic banking industry and evaluate the effectiveness of its implementation.  This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study.  Data was collected through analysis of book literature and analysis of documents related to the implementation of the Consumer Protection Act.  The results of the study show how actual implementation of the Consumer Protection Law is in its operational procedures.  However, there are several challenges in implementation, such as the lack of awareness and understanding of customers about their rights, as well as a lack of adequate human resources and information technology to meet the requirements of the law.  This study recommends that Islamic banks increase consumer empowerment campaigns and invest in adequate human resources and information technology to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of the Consumer Protection Act.  This is expected to increase customer confidence in the sharia banking industry and support sustainable industry growth.   

The expert system application are developed in line with the existence of information technology. The development of expert systems aims to be a means of assistance to provide solutions in our lives. This expert system can help technicians get solutions quickly and can save time. Expert systems use computer technology to integrate, manipulate and display information or characteristics. Expert systems can also help in making better solutions. With the very rapid technological advances today, an idea or idea has emerged from the author to try to implement one of the expert system application programs into the quality of service activities of computer technicians. The author tries to build an application that will help to facilitate the provision of solutions to computer damage to hardware so that it can make it easier for users or technicians to get solutions quickly. The system to be created is "Designing an Expert System for Diagnosing Computer Problems Using Visual Basic" This system will use the prototype method and tools for modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language). This system is built using the Visual Basic 6.0 application to process the Microsoft Access database.

Debt instruments, particularly those related to preferred and common stocks, play an important role in capital markets and corporate finance. One of the crucial elements that influence investment decisions and corporate policies is debt repayment provisions. Preferred stocks, with higher priority in terms of debt repayment, provide a sense of security for investors because they provide greater protection against the risk of loss. In contrast, common stocks, which have lower priority in debt repayment, offer higher potential returns but with greater risks. This article aims to explore the role of debt repayment provisions in common stocks through an in-depth literature review. The methodology used is a thematic and comparative analysis approach to the existing literature, focusing on the differences in debt repayment rights and their impact on investment decisions and corporate policies. The results show that debt repayment provisions have a significant impact on investment stability, where preferred stocks are more beneficial for conservative investors who prioritize security, while common stocks are more suitable for investors seeking potential returns for conservative investors who prioritize security, while common stocks are more suitable for investors seeking potential high returns despite greater risks. This conclusion provides an important contribution to understanding the dynamics of the capital market and helps investors and companies in designing better financial strategies. Further research is needed to explore the direct effect of debt repayment provisions on capital market performance and stock value in companies.
 

This research aims to examine the development of 6th grade elementary school children, with a focus on physical, cognitive, emotional, spiritual and social aspects. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, which focuses on understanding phenomena through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subject is a child named Ahmad Pandi Prasetya, who is now in grade 6 of elementary school. The results showed that Pandi's physical development was within the normal range with a height of 133 cm and a weight of 28 kg. The results showed that the subject's physical development was in accordance with the average age, with a height of 133 cm and a weight of 28 kg. In the cognitive aspect, Pandi showed good drawing skills and was quite good. In the emotional aspect, Pandi is able to recognize and manage his feelings, even though he still needs parental assistance. The spiritual aspect shows that Pandi is still not consistent in his worship, Pandi's worship is still often broken, but Pandi's parents still remind him to continue praying 5 times a day, Pandi's parents also advise Pandi slowly and try to understand Pandi, Pandi's parents believe that if children are told in a gentle way, children will understand and slowly change for the better.  In the social aspect, Pandi turns out to be a child who lacks socialization, because Pandi is a child who spends his time at home and rarely leaves the house to socialize, he also has only a few friends. Overall, this research found that the subject's development was still not very good and perfect according to his age stage.

This article discusses the application of deductive and inductive methods in management, which are relevant in facing modern business challenges. Deductive methods, which move from general principles to specific cases, are used to confirm decisions based on established theories, whereas inductive methods, which move from specific observations to generalizations, allow the formation of new theories based on empirical data. These two methods have complementary advantages and disadvantages; deductive excels in efficiency and systematic logic, but is limited to initial premises, while inductive offers flexibility in understanding complex situations, although it risks producing less valid generalizations. Mahar mitsil is a mahar that is not determined at the time of the marriage contract, but is adjusted to the value usually received by the wife's family. This study aims to examine the opinions of the imams of the madhhab regarding mahar mitsil not being a condition for kafa'ah. This study discusses how to apply mahar mitsil so that it does not become a condition for kafa'ah. The research method in this article is empirical juridical. By using an empirical juridical approach, this study examines theories, concepts, and the Quran and Hadith related to mahar mitsil. Mahar mitsil according to Imam Syafi'i and Imam Maliki is not a condition for kafa'ah. Kafa'ah here is more related to equality in terms of religion and lineage. While mahar mitsil according to Imam Hanafi is part of the conditions for kafa'ah. However, mahar is very important, although mahar does not become a barrier to the validity of the marriage contract if the conditions for marriage are met.

This study examines positive law and Islamic law regarding patients' rights to access and confidentiality of medical records. Health is a crucial component of human life that requires special attention, both in terms of healthcare services and the protection of patients' rights. The right to access and confidentiality of medical records is one of the essential rights held by patients. Medical records encompass all of a patient's medical history, including diagnoses, treatments, and health conditions. Given the unique nature of this research subject, the method employed is a normative juridical descriptive analysis. This study adopts a comparative approach and focuses on primary legal materials, including theories, concepts, principles, and relevant legal regulations. It is recognized as a library research approach, which involves collecting data from literature, legislation, and book studies. According to Islamic law, strong confidentiality is required to uphold patients' rights to access their medical records. Although patients have the right to know what is recorded in their medical records, doctors and healthcare providers must ensure that this information is not used unethically or in violation of the patient's privacy. Among the universal humanitarian values is the right of patients to access their medical records and the protection of their confidentiality. Both Islamic law and positive law emphasize the importance of maintaining a balance between patients' rights to know their medical information and the obligation of healthcare providers to safeguard the confidentiality of that information. Local wisdom plays an important role in education, especially in shaping students' characters in accordance with the nation's cultural values. This study aims to examine the integration of local wisdom Sedekah Bumi in achieving the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) in elementary schools. Sedekah Bumi, as a local tradition rich in cultural values, can be an effective medium in shaping students' characters in accordance with Pancasila values. The research method used is literature study and qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that the integration of Sedekah Bumi in the elementary school curriculum can improve students' understanding of Pancasila values, such as mutual cooperation, social concern, and love for the environment. This implementation also supports the achievement of P5 which includes believing and being devoted to God Almighty, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical thinking, and creativity.
