A business can survive if it has good financial knowledge. Financial management and business knowledge have always been the foundation. Along with the times, especially in the digitalization era, it is unfortunate when business people ignore the financial aspects and optimization of their business management. When the company's human resources are able to adjust to the changing times in industry 4.o, then financial management can be done. The purpose of this activity is to assist and provide consultation to business owners in one of the nasi padang restaurants in Cikarang. We come from an environment where business people do not know much about financial education and how to build a business so that it can grow and adapt to digital developments, as well as the lack of training and education provided for business people, especially for micro businesses. The focus of this community service activity is to assist business actors from business management to finance, so as to maximize the ability of their human resources, which is very much needed by business actors who have high competitiveness in this digital era. In the end, it is expected to provide solutions that allow business actors to optimize all business activities in increasing profits and sales, so that the business can survive and develop.
 
 

The purpose of the article writing program and publication strategy for PPKn high school teachers in the city of Surabaya is to support Surabaya teachers who do not understand article writing. This program aims to increase knowledge and improve the quality of writing for PPKn teachers, as well as support the process of applying for promotion. This training uses methods, including lectures, discussions, and simulations. The subjects of the training were 29 PPKn high school teachers throughout the city of Surabaya. The purpose of this training is to motivate teachers to be more motivated in writing scientific articles and understanding how to publish. In addition, teachers will gain skills in writing articles and understanding the publishing process so as to improve their professionalism.

The background to this research is the importance of finding an integration pattern between the project learning model and Ethno-STEM based inquiry to explain scientific knowledge regarding the aroma of herbal tea.  The fundamental research objective is to design an integration pattern for the project and Ethno-STEM learning model and reconstruct scientific knowledge based on public knowledge of the aromatic volatile compounds of Indonesian and world herbal teas. This research method and approach is mixed research. This qualitative approach is to find the integration of the project learning model and Ethno-STEM (Ethno-STEM PjLM) and its syntax. A quantitative approach regarding analyzing tea aroma volatile compounds using an Arduino gas sensor: research data from literature studies, interviews, reconstruction, and data on identifying volatile compounds in the aroma of herbal tea analyzed descriptively, qualitatively, and quantitatively. The results of the research concluded: (1) the reconstruction and integration pattern between PjLM Ethno-STEM is an integrated pattern with SUDARMIN syntax, (2) the reconstruction of scientific knowledge based on public knowledge regarding the process of isolation, extraction, and bioactivity of secondary metabolites, (3) herbal tea aroma volatiles compounds are identified by Arduino sensor: carbon dioxide, methane, propane, butane, acetone, alcohol, and ester, (4) the implementation of Ethno-STEM PjLM received a positive response from students.

Descriptive and inferential quantitative research methods. The population of all class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Raya Simalungun Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 159 people. The sample was random (random sampling), namely 40% of the total population minus 30 questionnaire test respondents, namely 40% x 129 people = 52 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: a) The value rcount=0.555>rtabel=0.297 and tcount=4.718>ttable=2.000 shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the team quiz type active learning strategy and students' active learning in Christian Religious Education and Character. b) Regression equation. c) The determination test shows that the magnitude of the effect is 30.80%. d) Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount=22.284>Ftable=3.15 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Problems that still occur in the current condition of PT MASSINDO, which is located at Jalan Gatot Subroto no 23, Block 9, Semarang City, in the process of selling springbeds, still often experience fluctuations in sales of several types and types of springbeds which are influenced by the number of goods to be sold which do not match the number of sales, thus causing a lot of losses. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an analysis process on sales that will occur in the coming period to increase the company's sales turnover and make cash turnover more stable. The method that will be used as a consideration for companies to stabilize sales of goods is the Trend Moment method.

Rohingya in Indonesia has become trending conversation on social media. Sentiment analysis can get public responds. Big data makes the problem time efficiency labeling process, therefore the lexicon dictionary is needed for the labeling process. Data is growing and circulating very rapidly so it takes a fast and efficient time. Although it is fast and makes it easier to solve problems, it is still necessary to question the accuracy produced when using the lexicon labeling. A comparison of the labeling process between the InSet lexicon and the VADER lexicon was conducted to determine the accuracy of the labeling. It was done by combining lexicon with machine learning method of support vector machine and TF-IDF weighting and accuracy result calculated using confusion marix. Data from social media X as many as 9117 lines and labeled with InSet lexicon result 5241 negative sentiments, 1369 positive, and 521 neutral. Then the labeling results with VADER produced 2749 positive, 2523 negative, and 1881 neutral. After labeled, processed SVM and calculated accuracy with results of InSet lexicon accuracy having an average of 85.8% while the VADER SVM lexicon has an average of 82.65%.
 

This research is based on child development in Raudhatul Athfal Al-Bashitiyah. In learning activities in early childhood education RA Al-Basithiyah in group B, the ability to recognize children's numbers is still very low. When asked to show numbers and match the shape of the numbers. In addition, there are only 13 children who can write numbers 1-10, and only 17 can re-state numbers 1-10 in sequence. The reason for the inability of children in RA Al-Basithiyah to recognize and mention the concept of numbers 1-10 is that the learning method used in recognizing numbers is not optimal. Very minimal learning media is used to recognize numbers, so it cannot stimulate children to recognize them. This study aims to determine whether using number card media can improve children's counting skills in RA Al Bashitiyah. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data collection techniques in this study were observation and documentation. The subjects in thisstudy were children of RA Al Bashitiyah. The results of this study used two cycles: in cycle I, the MB category had 18 children (60%) and BSH 12 children (40%). In cycle II, the MB category was two children (7%), and the BSB category was 28 children (93%), meaning cycle II was declared complete. It can be concluded that number card games can improve children's counting skills.

In this research, the use of candlenut shells will be used or processed into alternative fuel, namely briquettes, with the aim of determining the value of combustion time and temperature produced through variations in composition and mesh size. The results of the research show that the effect of the burning temperature has an impact on the burning time of the briquettes and the resulting temperature, where the best burning time and temperature values ??of the briquettes are produced by a burning temperature of 400°C with a grain size of 100 mesh, namely 177 minutes with an average burning temperature briquettes 193.9°C.

Hydroponic plants are plants that grow using hydro or water media. This plant is more efficient in saving space, soil media and fertilizer and so on. This community service research aims to describe strategies for improving the economy of PKK mothers by implementing the idea of hydroponic plants in Pertanmaduretno Village, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency. The author used descriptive qualitative research with observation and documentation data collection techniques at the research location. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data presentation, data condensation, and data conclusion. The results of the research show that the hydroponic plant strategy is effective in improving the economy of PKK mothers. The author participated in observing and playing a direct role in planting hydroponic plants.

Polygamy is a topic in the study of Islamic Family Law that continues to attract attention for discussion. This is due to the polemics related to polygamy, both from a theological and anthropological perspective. Starting from such problems, this then led the researchers to analyze the impacts arising from social and economic aspects, how to review Islamic law regarding the practice of polygamy and its implementation in society. The researcher used the library research method, where the researcher collected information by studying theories from various references related to research (qualitative). The type of data that researchers use is secondary data, which is data that comes from document data. Document data defined here is data originating from books, research reports, journals, etc. (qualitative). The research results show that the practice of polygamy according to state law and Islamic law is permitted, provided that they are able to fulfill their rights and obligations, are able to act fairly, and are mentally and financially mature. The practice of polygamy has positive and negative impacts, the negative impact of the practice of polygamy if you are unable to carry it out, which has an impact on the wife, children and husband who carry it out. So researchers hope that practitioners of polygamy will consider various aspects before deciding to practice polygamy in order to maintain harmony in the household.
