This research focuses on the use of social media by public relations of the South Sumatra Provincial Government. Public Relations of the South Sumatra Provincial Government is a government agency responsible for communication to the public. The development of communication and information technology requires public relations practitioners, including government public relations, to be able to adapt and choose new media channels that are effective in conducting public communication. So this study aims to find out how to use social media as a public communication medium of the South Sumatra Provincial Government. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach where the researcher tries to explain and describe information about the use of social media managed by the Public Relations of the South Sumatra Provincial Government to the public. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews and observations. The results of the study show that the public relations of the South Sumatra Provincial Government has used social media in public communication activities as a platform to promote and disseminate government programs and policies so that they can be known to the public. Based on the theory of Excellece Public Relations, communication activities that have been established have been running in two directions, but still use a two-way asymmetric model where agencies expect the public to continue to act, think and behave according to the government's will through active publications that tend to be "telling" about various leadership activities without listening to the wishes of the community.

The purpose of this study was to determine the physical fitness of the elderly seen from physical activity at the Telkomsel Banjarbaru Retiree Association. Researchers used a quantitative descriptive method with a physical fitness measurement test method the test was collected with 2 minuts step in place and questionnaires on participants of the Telkomsel Banjarbaru Retiree Association. The population in this study was the elderly P2Tel Banjarbaru which amounted to 30 people, sample selection based on purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 23 elderly who met the criteria. The results of the Banjarbaru city elderly physical fitness test showed that in the category below average (34.78%), average (56.52%), above average (8.70%). The results of the Banjarbaru city elderly physical activity survey were classified as good (8.70%), sufficient (86.96%), low (4.35%), very low (0.00%). The conclusion from the results of the study that the physical fitness of the elderly in the Telkomsel Banjarbaru Retiree Association is in the average category and the physical activity of the elderly in the Telkomsel Banjarbaru Retiree Association is in the sufficient category.

Preterm infants have suction and swallowing reflexes that are not well coordinated so that they are prone to aspiration which is characterized by a decrease in oxygen saturation during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding can be given using OGT until the baby has the full ability to switch to Direct Breastfeeding and Cup Feeding. This study used quantitative approach method with quasi experimental research design with two-group pre-test post-test control group design. Data collection was done by direct observation. The research sample amounted to 22 respondents with 11 babies in each group using consecutive sampling. Data were tested using Paired t-test and the test of differences between groups using Unpaired t-test. The results showed a significant effect between direct breastfeeding and cup feeding in premature infants (p value = 0.018; p value = 0.034). And there is no significant difference between breastfeeding through the two methods on oxygen saturation in premature babies (p value = 0.590). In conclusion, this study found that direct breastfeeding is more recommended because it has a higher impact on the oxygen saturation value of preterm infants than cup feeding. Although both have a positive effect on infant oral motor skills in preterm infants

The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal implications of the Constitutional Court's decision Number 60/PUU-XXII/2024 on the simultaneous regional head elections in 2024. Recently, the Constitutional Court issued Decision Number 60/PUU-XXII/2024, which is a test of Article 40 paragraph (3) of Law Number 10/2016 on the election of Governors, Regents, and Mayors against the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, which was submitted by the Labour Party and Gelora. This research is normative juridical research. The approaches used include the conceptual approach, statute approach, and case approach. Covering primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The results of this study concluded that Decision Number 60/PUU-XXII/2024 juridically and sociologically has implications for the simultaneous regional elections in 2024. There are direct and indirect implications, directly with the formation of a new PKPU, namely Number 10 of 2024 as the basis for holding simultaneous elections in 2024, and indirect implications such as strengthening local democracy, strengthening political parties, and Constitutional Court Decision Number 60/PUU-XXII/2024 indirectly setting a precedent for Decision Number 62/PUU-XXII/2024 regarding the elimination of the presidential threshold. This research can contribute to changes in regulations or technical regulations that must be made by the General Elections Commission (KPU) and the government after the Constitutional Court's decision and provide recommendations to policymakers in designing regulations by the Constitutional Court's decision. In addition, it contributes to the development of the theory of democracy and elections, especially related to the principles of free and fair elections and electoral justice.

The aim of this research is to find out the hermeneutics in the approach used by Sahiron Syamsuddin with the term ma’na cum maghza theory in the analysis of leadership in contemporary history. This research is an application of a quantitave approach, because it comes from several reference sources such as books, journals and articles. The results of this research are to develop knowladge and find out the contets of the verses used in a text and the context to understand the interpretations of the verses of the Qur’an so that reinterpretations can be made to understand the analysis of Qs. An-nisa: 34 in Sahiron Syamsuddin’s hermeneutics.

Diabetes adalah salah satu tantangan kesehatan global yang terus meningkat, dengan deteksi dini pradiabetes menjadi kunci untuk pencegahan. Data yang digunakan diambil dari Diabetes Health Indicators Dataset dan dipersiapkan melalui tahap feature engineering, analisis korelasi, dan penanganan missing value. Selanjutnya, model dibangun menggunakan tiga algoritma utama, yaitu Random Forest, XGBoost, dan Logistic Regression. Penelitian ini menggabungkan analisis korelasi variabel dan metode imbalance learning untuk mengoptimalkan prediksi pradiabetes menggunakan algoritma machine learning. Untuk menangani ketidakseimbangan data, teknik SMOTE diterapkan guna menghasilkan data sintetik pada kelas minoritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model Random Forest memberikan kinerja terbaik dengan akurasi 97,57%, mengungguli XGBoost dan Logistic Regression. Penerapan analisis korelasi variabel dan imbalance learning terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja prediksi dengan identifikasi fitur penting. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan yang diterapkan dapat membantu deteksi dini pradiabetes secara lebih akurat dan tepat.

Sebuah Sistem evakuasi yang baik diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak minimalnya korban ketika terjadi bencana. Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak dari tata letak objek dalam ruangan terhadap proses evakuasi pejalan kaki.  Data simulasi dari dampak objek dalam ruangan akan dilakukan analisa pengaruhnya terhadap kepanikan. Perilaku panik ini dituangkan ke dalam perubahan parameter Ks dan Kd. Simulasi pengaruh objek dalam ruangan ini dituangkan ke dalam aplikasi simulasi dengan pemetaan berbentuk koridor. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa parameter Ks dan Kd memiliki pengaruh objek dalam melakukan evakuasi. Model dengan penghalang akan membawa pengaruh jika penghalang yang dibuat tegak lurus dengan pintu keluar. Hal ini terjadi karena perpindahan objek ditentukan dengan probabilitas perpindahan pada grid Cellular Automata.

This article discusses the maintenance of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) in Mata Wawatu Village as an effort to improve public health. The aim of this program is to provide information to the public regarding the benefits and cultivation techniques of medicinal plants. The methods employed include qualitative research with a descriptive approach, encompassing observations, interviews, and documentation collection. The findings of this study indicate that this initiative has successfully enhanced the community's understanding of TOGA and encouraged them to utilize medicinal plants in their daily lives. This program is expected to improve the health and well-being of the community and reduce dependence on chemical medications

The study aims to determine how the financial performance of PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is when assessed using cash flow statements and cash flow ratios. Data collection was carried out using Library research techniques and documentation. The population in this study is the 2019-2023 financial statements of PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The entire population in this study is also a sample. The research method uses descriptive analysis using cash flow from operating activities, investment, and financing as well as ratio analysis, namely the Operating Cash Flow ratio (AKO), Fund Flow Coverage Ratio (CAD), Cash Flow Coverage Ratio to Interest (CKB), Cash Coverage Ratio to Current Liabilities (CKHL), Capital Expenditure Ratio (PM), and Cash Flow Adequacy Ratio (KAK). The results of this study show that the amount of the company's cash flow during the 2019-2023 period shows that the company is in a liquid condition when assessed in terms of its operational activities. With the ratio analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that there is an increase in cash flow, especially in operating activities each year and the company's ability to overcome its current liabilities can still be overcome. This shows that PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is in a fairly good position during the 2019-2023 period.

The objectives of this study formulated in the formulation of the problem are as follows: (1) To analyze the influence of leadership style partially on the performance of administrators and fulltimers of UPZ Baznas sub-districts in Banyuwangi Regency; To analyze the influence of intellectual intelligence partially on the performance of administrators and fulltimers of UPZ Baznas sub-districts in Banyuwangi Regency; (3) To analyze the influence of organizational culture partially on the performance of administrators and fulltimers of UPZ Baznas sub-districts in Banyuwangi Regency; (4) To analyze the influence of leadership style, intellectual intelligence and organizational culture simultaneously on the performance of administrators and fulltimers of UPZ Baznas sub-districts in Banyuwangi Regency. This study uses the method used is to use a quantitative approach with a questionnaire data collection technique distributed to respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques assisted by the SPSS program. The results of the study obtained include: (1) leadership style partially has a significant effect on the performance of administrators and fulltimers of UPZ Baznas sub-districts in Banyuwangi Regency; (2) intellectual intelligence partially has a significant effect on the performance of managers and full-timers of UPZ Baznas sub-districts in Banyuwangi Regency; (3) organizational culture partially has a significant effect on the performance of managers and full-timers of UPZ Baznas sub-districts in Banyuwangi Regency; (4) leadership style, intellectual intelligence and organizational culture have an effect on the performance of managers and full-timers of UPZ Baznas sub-districts in Banyuwangi Regency. A good leadership style, having high intellectual intelligence and a comfortable organizational culture can also improve performance.
