Automatic detection of hate speech and abusive language is crucial for combating online toxicity. This study explores Gaussian Naive Bayes for multi-label classification of hate speech on Indonesian Twitter, including target, category, and level. We combined TF-IDF features with contextual BERT embeddings. The model achieved balanced performance for general hate speech and good non-abusive language detection. However, it exhibited limitations with imbalanced data and specific hate speech types. The classifier consistently favored the majority class (non-hateful/non-abusive) across labels, particularly struggling with HS_Gender, HS_Physical, etc. This suggests difficulty detecting less frequent but potentially severe hate speech, likely due to limited training data. Overall accuracy and F1-scores confirm that while Gaussian Naive Bayes is efficient, it lacks robustness for nuanced multi-label classification with imbalanced datasets. This necessitates exploring alternative approaches for effectively detecting specific and less frequent hate speech.

In terms of the ratification of Perppu Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation, this raises pros and cons in society. This is because the Supreme Court Constitutional Decision Number 91 / PUU-XVIII / 2020 states that Law Number 11 of 2020 is unconstitutional conditional and must be immediately revised within 2 (two) years from the time the decision is issued. One of the reasons is because in the formation of the Job Creation Law, it does not involve full community participation and is not guided by the principle of openness. But the government actually responded by issuing the Job Creation Perppu which was later passed into law by the DPR-RI. In fact, between Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning job creation and Perppu Number 2 of 2022 concerning job creation, it is relatively the same in terms of content. This study aims to examine a legal truth related to the mechanism for ratifying Government Regulations in Lieu of Law based on actual legal provisions. One of the legal provisions in the formation of laws and regulations is to make the principle of forming laws and regulations one of the conditions that must exist in the process of forming laws. One of its principles is the principle of openness. and the method used in this study is Normative. And in the results of this study, it shows that the ratification of the Job Creation Perppu is not in accordance with the mechanism for the Establishment of Laws and Regulations because it is not guided by the principle of openness.

APJII melangsir data pada tahun 2021-2022 bahwa pengguna internet terus meningkat sebesar 77,02%. Kelompok usia 13 hingga 18 tahun merupakan data tertinggi pengguna akses internet. Sangat disayangkan usia tersebut pada dasarnya belum mengerti dampak dari pesatnya teknologi internet. Sehingga orang tua merupakan pengawas utama bagi anak saat menggunakan akses internet. Salah satu metode keamanan akses internet adalah metode packet filtering. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode packet filtering pada perangkat jaringan mikrotik kemudian menghasilkan notifikasi ketika terjadi pelanggaran. Informasi notifikasi akan diterima oleh administrator system melalui Telegram. Skenario penelitian ini menggunakan konfigurasi packet filtering dengan memasukkan alamat IP atau nomor port yang akan diblokir serta konfigurasi ke Telegram sebagai penerima notifikasi. Secara umum penelitian ini menunjukkan keberhasilan pemblokiran terhadap beberapa situs dan game online, serta memperoleh hasil waktu respon notifikasi dari bot Telegram yang lambat, dengan rata-rata sebesar 26,9 detik untuk media sosial dan 23,3 detik untuk game online

The main idea of this research is how technological advances can be utilized to increase the profitability of MSMEs. The purpose of this research is to find out how the impact of Tokopedia e-commerce and Facebook marketplace on the sales of products owned by MSME players will increase. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method that aims to determine the relationship between different variables. At the same time, this research should be supported by questionnaires and documentary studies. The basic population of this research is Tokopedia and Facebook Marketplace users. The least number of samples was taken from the SEM analysis, so the technique used was probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. The conclusion of this study is how the use of Tokopedia and Facebook Marketplace affects the level of product sales.

Dalam penyampai masih menggunakan metode ceramah menjadikan praktek yang mempersulit pemahaman siswa digantikan dengan yang mudah dipahami seperti pembelajaran interaktif yang dapat mempermudah dalam proses belajar mengajar. Hal tersebut dilakukan agar siswa mampu menyerap materi dengan cepat  dan tidak jenuh dengan kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. Styrofoam digunakan sebagai bahan utama pengganti agreagat kasar guna mendapatkan beton ringan dengan berat volume menjadi kurang dari 1900 kg/m3 dan juga memiliki kuat tekan beton minimum 100 kg/cm2 dengan cara membuat benda uji berbentuk silinder Ø15-30 cm dengan perbandingan volume komposisi 1 yaitu 1Pc : 2Pasir : 3Styrofoam,  perbandingan  volume  komposisi 2 yaitu 1Pc : 1.5Pasir : 2, 5Styrofoam dan perbandingan komposisi 3 yaitu 1Pc : 1,25Pasir : 2,75Styrofoam.  Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik styrofoam tersebut yang digunakan sebagai pengganti agregat kasar tidak memenuhi syarat untuk beton mutu tinggi karena berat volume styrofoam hanya diangka 0,095 kg/ltr, Berat volume yang diperoleh untuk komposisi 1Pc : 2Pasir : 3Styrofoam adalah 1278,89 kg/m3, komposisi 1Pc: 1,5 Pasir: 2,5 Styrofoam adalah 1242,56 kg/m3, dan komposisi 1Pc : 1,25Pasir : 2,75Styrofoam adalah 1097,88 kg/m3, jika dibandingkan dengan beton konvensional dengan komposisi 1Pc : 2Pasir : 3Kerikil adalah 2387,73 kg/m3 yang mempunyai selisih berat kurang lebih 46,43%, karakteristik kuat tekan beton untuk komposisi 1Pc : 1,5Pasir : 2,5Styrofoam 84,73 kg/cm2 dan komposisi 1Pc : 1,25Pasir : 2,75Styrofoam 71,93 kg/cm2 termasuk dalam klasifikasi beton mutu B0 (<100 kg/cm2), sedangkan kuat tekan karakteristik untuk komposisi 1 Pc: 2 Pasir: 3 Styrofoam adalah 107,13 kg/cm2 (>100 kg/cm2)

Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mengkaji penggunaan modus operandi uang sirih pinang dalam tindak pidana perdagangan orang terhadap anak dengan Nusa Tenggara Timur sebagai daerah acuan. Nusa Tenggara Timur sebagai salah satu provinsi dengan tindak pidana perdagangan orang paling tinggi serta daerah utama asal korban karena dimanfaatkan oleh para calo pekerja migran ilegal untuk merekrut masyarakat yang ingin bekerja diluar negeri dengan iming-iming kemudahan proses bekerja hingga penggunaan uang sirih pinang sebagai modus operandi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Kebaruan pada penelitian yakni dalam mengkaji modus operandi uang sirih pinang yang digunakan para pelaku dalam tindak pidana perdagangan orang terhadap anak di Nusa Tenggara Timur menggunakan tradisi sirih pinang sehingga perlu pembatasan antara budaya yang ada dengan hukum yang berlaku. Dari penelitian ini, dapat diketahui bahwa maraknya penggunaan uang sirih pinang sebagai modus operandi perdagangan orang terhadap anak di Nusa Tenggara Timur tidak lepas dari belum maksimalnya peran aparat penegak hukum dalam memerangi kejahatan luar biasa ini baik dari segi peraturan yang belum mengakomodasi permasalahan yang ada, kurangnya SDM dalam pengawasan dokumen migrasi serta rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat terkait bahaya modus operandi uang sirih pinang dan batasan budaya yang harus dilestarikan.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance at the BMKG Malang Climatology Station. The research method used is quantitative with an explanatory research approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 37 employees using a census technique. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis with SPSS version 20. The results show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (? = 0.386; p = 0.011). Organizational culture also has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction (? = 0.446; p = 0.004). Both work motivation and organizational culture have a positive effect on employee performance, with coefficients of 0.311 (p = 0.015) and 0.266 (p = 0.042), respectively. Job satisfaction significantly influences employee performance (? = 0.405; p = 0.004). The indirect effect of work motivation and organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction is 15.6% and 18.1%, respectively. In conclusion, enhancing work motivation and organizational culture can improve employee performance both directly and through job satisfaction. Therefore, BMKG is advised to strengthen its motivation system and foster a positive organizational culture to optimize employee satisfaction and performance in the workplace.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Tea Factory of PT. Sumatra Toba Wangi. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative research method with a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees of the Tea Factory of PT. Sumatra Toba Wangi as many as 50 employees. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that Leadership Style and Work Discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Tea Factory of PT. Sumatra Toba Wangi. Leadership Style partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Tea Factory of PT. Sumatra Toba Wangi. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Tea Factory of PT. Sumatra Toba Wangi.

The aim of the research is to find out and describe Koran tutoring and its impact on quality at Raudhatul Athfal Al-Aliy Pamekasan. Qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing techniques: condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques: credibility and confirmability tests. Research results: (1) guidance on reciting the Koran: (a) pre-guidance: provision of recitation equipment, preparation of teaching methods, motivating students. (b) guidance process: guessing, transportation, and reciting the Koran. (c) post-guidance: assessment of student achievement, journals, and awarding. (2) impact of Koran tutoring: (a) schools: increase learning facilities. (b) teacher: creative, good teaching. (c) students: enthusiasm for learning. (d) Parents: Know the student's progress.
