The preaching of the word of God does not focus on the position of pastor, or ordained minister, but rather the duties and responsibilities of every believer. The progress of the era changes all elements of society, both from the economy, social, culture, politics without exception in the ministry of preaching the word of God. The problems and challenges in the 4.0 era are still not finished, the 5.0 era is now here and has become a special problem and challenge for everyone, especially believers and this must be faced by the church. To answer this challenge, the author uses descriptive qualitative research seen from existing phenomena and interviews with church leaders. How do the church and believers respond to this and take advantage of digital opportunities in delivering the preaching of the Word of God based on digital era 5.0 without ignoring conventional methods but empowering technology and mastering technology in preaching the word of God because technology is able to break down dividing walls and connect them in a network and the preaching of the word of God continues to occur on the digital platform even though the preacher is not preaching the word of God.

The Nias tribe generally chooses urban areas as a place to migrate because the city symbolizes dynamism and is the center of all progress. People who decide to migrate must determine the right destination area.  The people of Nias migrate to an area or leave their area for several reasons. Firstly, economic reasons, the difficulty of meeting living needs in their hometown is one of the factors that most influences the migration activities carried out by the people of Nias. Secondly, there is a social reason, there is an opinion that people who migrate to the other side are considered to have broader experience/insight, have a lot of wealth and money. Third, family reasons, the people of Nias migrate because they already have or have had family members or friends who have migrated first. In this research, researchers focused on the economic adaptation strategies of Nias migrants who migrated to Tarutung sub-district. The researcher chose the title of this research to find out how Nias migrants adapt to the economy in Tarutung. Researchers chose to conduct research on economic adaptation strategies for Nias migrants in Tarutung because the economy is a fundamental aspect of human life, including migrants. The type of research used in this research is qualitative approach research. Qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior.

Tiwai onion (Eleutherine americana Merr) is a medicinal plants used as an alternative treatment which is processed into herbal drinks. This study aims to determine the effect of roasting time on physical characteristics, heart rate and blood pressure in respondents. This study was arranged using a randomized block design (RBD) with 4 treatments, namely 0 minute roasting time, 5 minute, 10 minute, and 15 minute  with 3 replications. Data analysis of variance and BNT follow-up test (5% level). The results showed that the roasting time of tiwai onions on physical properties had a real influence on the insoluble components,  namely the treatment of 0 minutes and 15 minutes of roasting time. In terms of sensory properties, it has a significant effect on hedonic and hedonic quality of aroma, color, and taste with a description of the aroma of tiwai onions, blackish brown color and the taste of tiwai onions. BRT Trans Jateng is a government mode of transportation that cannot be separated from the principle of good and quality public services for customers with disabilities. The aim of this research is to measure the effectiveness of Trans Jateng BRT services for customers with disabilities, especially in the city of Surakarta. The design of this research is to use the Fuzzy SERVQUAL method to measure the level of satisfaction of disabled customers with BRT Trans Jateng services. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling using 30 samples of disabled customers in the city of Surakarta. Here it can be seen that all of the five dimensions measured require improvement. Improvements are carried out based on the priority of the largest gap value. From the results of data processing, the first rank is the tangible dimension with a gap value of -2.0167, then the second rank is the empathy dimension with a gap value of -1.9583, the third rank is the responsiveness dimension with a gap value of -1.95, in the fourth rank is the assurance dimension with a gap value of -1.92, and the fifth rank of the reliability dimension with a gap value of -1.89

Village communities are the focus of development, and each village is given the authority by the government to carry out its own development according to its capacity. Thus, the government supports the improvement of village development and empowerment. Village funds are used to provide or improve village public services, reduce poverty, advance the village economy, and reduce tandem between villages. This study uses a weighted summation approach of alternative rankings on all attributes, which is often known as the Simple Additive Weighting method. To determine which residents receive social assistance, the system can calculate the value of the multi-criterion preference index, preference value, outflow, inflow, and net flow for each alternative and sub-criterion.
 

This study aims to explain the concept of ecological repentance according to the encyclical Laudato Si in responding to violations of nature that occur in Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan. This study also aims to understand the call of the encyclical Laudato Si that it is important to protect and preserve nature as part of human life. This study is a development of philosophical reflection on dynamic and metaphorical nature by FX. Eko Armada Riyanto, in his book entitled Menjadi-Mencintai: Berphilsafat Theologis Sehari-hari and also as a reflection on the call of the encyclical Laudato Si that the universe is a common home that must be maintained for the sake of creating universal fellowship in God. Departing from Armada Riyanto's philosophical reflection, the author is moved to provide further reflection on the destruction of nature that is occurring in the world today, specifically nature in Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan. Ecological problems such as forest destruction that occurs in Nunukan Regency are the destruction of nature which is a common home as a place of fellowship of all creation. Therefore, the Church through this encyclical loudly voices ecological conversion for all believers so that with it humans can once again knit harmony with the created nature. In this paper, the author presents a philosophical study that describes nature as an entity that has great value and dignity, so that the existence of nature is not only seen as a reality of entertainment or a tool to satisfy human needs, but also as part of human life. In addition, the author also provides an understanding of the importance of ecological conversion that must begin with the awareness that created nature is God's creation that must be guarded, maintained and protected with concrete communal actions to maintain the integrity of nature in Nunukan Regency. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative method by conducting a literature study related to the theme discussed. In addition, the methodology used is a literature study of several previous studies that are also related to the theme discussed in this paper.

Interpersonal communication is communication between a communicator and a communicant. This type of communication is considered the most effective in changing someone's attitude, opinion or behavior, because of its dialogic nature in the form of a conversation. Commitment to the organization means the level of trust and acceptance of the workforce towards the goals of the organization and the desire to remain in the organization which is ultimately reflected in the problems above. This research has several objectives, namely to analyze interpersonal communication skills between school principals and Telekomedika Vocational School teachers and to analyze the organizational commitment of Telekomedika Vocational School teachers. This research uses descriptive qualitative, with the data collected mostly in the form of words or images rather than numbers. The subjects in this research were leaders, teachers and staff at Bogor Telekomedika Vocational School. The research carries out analysis of the data obtained through interviews and other documents by combining and selecting data that is close to suitability related to the research study. The results of the research show that interpersonal communication can be done by improving communication so that they are more motivated to complete the work given by the organization, developing a positive attitude and attention to work in each teacher, setting work goals and trying to improve teachers' work knowledge. It is known that teachers' organizational commitment at Telekomedika Vocational Schools means that teachers as educators and instructors should have a commitment to the organization as a process that is not only limited to creating new ideas or thoughts.  The idea must be implemented through an adoption process, and adoption is the decision to use commitment to the organization as a whole as the best course of action.

This research aims to determine and analyze the role of organizational culture and career development in improving the performance of Perumda Tirta Pakuan employees in Bogor City. This research uses descriptive qualitative, with the data collected mostly in the form of words or images rather than numbers. The objects of this research are employees at Perumda Tirta Pakuan, Bogor. The research carries out analysis of the data obtained through interviews and other documents by combining and selecting data that is close to suitability related to the research study. The research results show that the role of organizational culture in improving employee performance at Perumda Tirta Pakuan Bogor is based on a talent management strategy which is an integrated system, designed to improve performance through the process of attracting and selecting, developing, utilizing and retaining employees who have skills and talents. in order to meet current and future organizational needs. The role of career development in improving the performance of Perumda Tirta Pakuan employees in Bogor is known that career development is an activity for future career planning by the employees themselves or the company concerned so that the company can also develop itself optimally.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial self-efficacy on risky credit behavior in using paylater (survey of students in tasikmalaya city). The method used in this research is a quantitative method through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 students in Tasikmalaya City who use PayLater. The data used is using primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that financial literacy has a good assessment classification, financial self-efficacy has a good assessment and risky credit behavior has a good assessment classification for students in Tasikmalaya City who use PayLater. Simultaneously financial literacy and financial self-efficacy have a significant influence on risky credit behavior. Partially, financial literacy does not have a significant effect on risky credit behavior and financial self-efficacy has a significant effect on risky credit behavior in students in Tasikmalaya City who use PayLater.
 

An interest in entrepreneurship often comes to a person just like that. However, this interest can be influenced by several factors, both external and internal factors. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial motivation, e-commerce, and family environment on students' interest in entrepreneurship. The research method used is quantitative with a comparative causal nature. The research population used in this research were students of the Nusantara University PGRI Kediri Accounting study program class 2018-2023 using the sampling method, namely using the Slovin formula. The sample size in this study was 122 respondents and was collected through a questionnaire. Data obtained Data was collected through questionnaires and includes primary and secondary data. Validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis test are used in data analysis. The results of this study show that entrepreneurial knowledge (X1) has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial motivation (X2) has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, e-commerce (X3) has no effect on interest in entrepreneurship, and family environment (X4) has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Based on the results of the analysis and conclusions, the suggestions that the author can convey are as follows: for future researchers, this can be used as a guide to determine the influence of interest in entrepreneurship and try to use other variables besides the variables used in this research, especially variables that are similar to e-commerce variables.
