Indonesia's micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) continue to encounter a range of obstacles, particularly in enhancing their productivity and competitiveness. The 2020 survey conducted by the Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs indicates that Indonesia still has substantial challenges in terms of education quality, especially in rural and underdeveloped urban areas. Several factors, such as the availability of high-quality education, access to educational resources, and the level of teaching excellence, can significantly impact individuals' capacity to effectively manage their enterprises and promote innovation (Kemendikbud RI, 2020). This study investigates the link between knowledge sharing practices, innovation, and employee performance within Indonesian MSMEs. Through exploratory analysis, it offers fresh insights into how innovation and knowledge sharing behaviour can affect employee performance in Indonesian MSMEs. The main objective is to analyse and explore the impact of innovation and information sharing behaviours on employee performance in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. Based on this research and its findings, several strategies have been identified. These strategies aim to explore the complex relationship between an employee's performance, their willingness to share knowledge, and their ability to demonstrate innovative behaviours in MSMEs. Future study could focus on improving the quality of human resources, specifically in areas such as knowledge, expertise, competence, and entrepreneurial attitude. Investing in the development of human resources yields benefits for both MSME business owners and the overall well-being of workers..

Minerals are solid objects that can be found in nature, formed inorganically, with chemical composition at certain limits and have atoms arranged regularly. Rocks can be distinguished based on the formation process and mineral content. The purpose of this study is to identify minerals in sedimentary rocks and laterite deposits in this study used analytical methods, namely Binocular Microscope and XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) laboratory tests. XRD analysis is used to determine the type of mineral in the sample. Based on the results of the XRD X-Ray Diffraction lab test, each sample has a different mineral content.

Cyanobacteria play an important role in the evolution of the earth and biosphere. Cyanobacteria play a role in the oxygenation of the atmosphere and oceans that began since the great oxidation event. These living things are the main producers in the ocean in the past and present and are the ancestors of Chloroplasts. The morphology commonly used is still difficult to read for microfossil interpretation which makes the identification of cyanobacteria in the early fossil record still ambiguous. This study was conducted to review classical and new cyanobacterial biosignatures. In addition, this study will also analyze the fossil record of cyanobacteria mentioned earlier and the challenges of molecular approaches to modern cyanobacteria. The suggestions we provide are new calibration points for molecular clocks and strategies to increase insight into the timing and patterns of cyanobacteria evolution and oxygenic photosynthesis.

Biogas is a mixture of gases formed from the decomposition of organic materials with the help of bacteria through an anaerobic fermentation process (airtight) to produce biogas in the form of methane gas (CH4) that can be managed. In biogas production, pH is one of the factors that affects the production process where an inappropriate pH will cause the performance of microorganisms in degrading organic matter into biogas to be less than optimal. This can be seen from the COD reduction produced, namely COD reduction will increase when operating conditions are at optimal pH, for this reason, conditioning the operating process according to the optimum pH is needed. So that in order to maximize the production of biogas produced, research was conducted to determine the optimum pH in the biogas production process carried out at PT AMP Plantation. In this study, biogas production data was collected so that the optimum pH in the production process carried out was known. From the research that has been carried out, the optimum pH for the biogas production process is 7, which produces the highest COD reduction of 91.78%.

Pineapples are often consumed by humans and produce waste from pineapple skin, but the content of pineapple skin has a water content of 81.72%, crude fiber 17.53%, carbohydrates 4.41%, protein and reducing sugar both have the same content of 13.65%. Usually Mexican people make pineapple skin as a fermented probiotic drink or also called tepache. With the fermentation process in this probiotic drink, of course there is the effectiveness of the Lactobacillus casei microbe which has the ability to inhibit pathogenic bacteria that have the potential in making tepache which is utilized from pineapple skin against sugar concentration. Using the Experimental research method is a systematic, careful, and logical study to control a condition. From making pineapple tepache will produce different tastes, colors, textures and aromas. The less sugar concentration, the more sour it tastes and vice versa. the more sugar concentration, the sweeter it tastes. This is because there is a percentage of lactic acid which will lower the low pH value at the sugar concentration in it.
