Kajian Administrasi Publik dan ilmu Komunikasi 2024 Asosiasi Peneliti Dan Pengajar Ilmu Sosial Indonesia

This study examines the impact of government policies on social trauma healing and post-conflict social integration in Ambon, focusing on interfaith community relations and policies implemented following the Malino II Agreement. The objective of this research is to explore the effectiveness of reconciliation policies in reducing sectarian tensions and supporting the recovery of social trauma. The study employs a descriptive-analytical qualitative approach, utilizing a literature review of relevant sources, including books and articles on related policies. The findings indicate that reconciliation policies involving interfaith dialogue and engagement with local leaders have been effective in mitigating sectarian tensions and fostering social trauma recovery. However, while these policies have shown short-term effectiveness, challenges persist in ensuring their sustainability and implementation, particularly regarding social inclusivity. Additionally, the role of local religious leaders and religious institutions is crucial in creating spaces for dialogue and strengthening social cohesion, while religious education and local cultural practices also contribute to social integration. This study suggests that community-based approaches and inclusive policies that engage various societal elements are essential for achieving sustainable social peace.

In implementing the enforcement of criminal acts by children who are in conflict with the law, Children's Criminal Justice System Act regulates that children should be kept as far as possible from the judicial process and punishment for deprivation of liberty. Therefore, there are many choices of forms of punishment in the SPPA Law, one of which is conditional punishment. This research aims to see whether conditional sentences for children in conflict with the law have been provided optimally. This research is normative research in which the data is processed using qualitative descriptive methods to answer the existing problem formulation. The results of this research found that the judge had not maximized the application of Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the juvenile criminal justice system in decision number 84/pid.sus-anak/2020/pn plg. In decision number 84/pid.sus-anak/2020/pn plg, the judge did not impose a conditional sentence even though conditional punishment is one of the main crimes in the SPPA Law and the defendant meets the requirements to receive it.

Interfaith marriage is a complex issue with far-reaching legal, religious and social implications. This research analyzes the role of Islamic law in addressing interfaith marriage, focusing on the dynamics between harmonization and conflict. Through a literature review and survey, this research identifies the factors that influence the acceptance or rejection of interfaith marriage from an Islamic perspective. According to the questionnaire survey results, the majority of respondents rejected interfaith marriage absolutely, reflecting the strong traditional views in the Muslim community. However, there are also groups that allow these marriages under certain conditions, such as one of the couple converting. This shows the plurality of views in Islamic society regarding the issue of interfaith marriage. This shows the dynamics between religious norms and complex social realities in the context of interfaith marriage globally. Although Islamic law generally prohibits interfaith marriage, social practice shows that there are variations in its application.

Ethnic and cultural diversity in modern society has become increasingly complex due to the influences of globalization, urbanization, and migration, resulting in multicultural communities. This diversity, while offering opportunities for mutual understanding, often gives rise to tensions, prejudices, and even conflicts between groups, especially when cultural identities are contested. In such circumstances, religion plays a significant role as a social pillar that can embrace differences. However, if applied exclusively, religion also has the potential to become a source of conflict. Therefore, inclusive theology, which prioritizes acceptance of differences without compromising religious teachings, becomes a relevant solution to bridge these tensions. Inclusive theology not only encourages intercultural dialogue but also promotes peace and solidarity by emphasizing love, tolerance, and respect for the dignity of every individual. In the context of the church, inclusive theology serves as an agent of peace actively addressing issues of ethnic discrimination and cultural injustice. This study aims to explore the application of inclusive theology in responding to ethnic and cultural conflicts in multicultural societies, using a qualitative approach and Ricoeur's hermeneutic analysis. It is expected that this research will contribute to fostering harmony and reconciliation amidst existing diversity.

The church tradition in Germany not only includes liturgical and theological aspects, but also serves as an important foundation for the cultural and moral identity of German society. The differences of views and clashes between church denominations and political forces have opened up space for a deeper understanding of the meaning of tolerance, reconciliation, and fidelity to the values of faith. On the other hand, the renewal of the German church reflects an effort to remain relevant in the face of the challenges of the times, such as secularism, religious pluralism, and moral crises, including through theological and liturgical reforms. In writing this journal, I as the writer want to describe and present topics regarding issues that are often hot and often become conflicts in our country, the Republic of Indonesia, regarding the border area at the tip of the northern region of Indonesia or what is widely known to the general public is called "Indonesia's outermost islands" or what many of us know as Natuna Island, which is directly adjacent to neighboring countries and directly borders the South China Sea, this is also what often triggers conflicts over state regulations over maritime territories. As an example, we most often know about the number of fishermen from neighboring countries such as Vietnam, the Philippines and Myanmar who smuggle into the seas of the Republic of Indonesia illegally and without official permission and then take the wealth and marine products that Indonesia itself owns. This also causes things such as smuggling of goods and prohibited items to pass through urgent areas such as Natuna Island. The purpose of writing this journal is to describe the steps and efforts taken by the Indonesian state to defend and protect its territorial sovereignty and rights as they should. Based on several articles and news circulating in the Indonesian mass media regarding conflicts and problems that often occur and the most hot news is regarding Indonesia's sea which is considered strategic and has several times wanted to be claimed by neighboring countries.

The emergence of the resistance movement, of course, because there are factors that influence it. The birth of DI/TII in Aceh was caused by the central government's policy to merge Aceh province into North Sumatra province on August 8, 1950. This paper will explain the application of emergency military law. Specifically during the conflict that occurred in the Aceh region which led to the formation of the Free Aceh Movement from 1976 to 2005. By using normative legal research methods. The trigger for the proclamation of Aceh's independence was the exploitation of Aceh's natural resources during the Soeharto era, where petroleum and natural gas were managed by Exxon Mobil Oil Indonesia which caused regional sentiment, that all Aceh's wealth was sent to Jakarta, even Hasan Tiro once said Aceh should have the advantage of its natural resources like Brunei Darussalam. The Presidential Decree (Keppres) to launch a massive military operation in Aceh had been drafted long before, after cabinet meetings held at the Palace, as well as through the deliberations of the people's representatives in Senayan, Jakarta in early 2003. The aim was to crush the Free Aceh Movement (GAM). The Helsinki MOU is one of the negotiations carried out between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Free Aceh Movement held in Helsinki, Finland, August 15, 2005 creating a new system and method of relations between the central government and the Aceh government, which is fully supported by the international community.

This research is aimed at examining how to protect the rights of indigenous peoples from several practices through a review of legislation. Regulations on customary law communities have long been regulated in Indonesian law, including the constitution. However, overlapping regulations due to conflicts of interest between the government and investors hinder the protection of their rights. Governments are often involved in land and natural resource grabbing, known as land grabbing and green grabbing. This practice triggers complex conflicts that are detrimental and ignore the rights of indigenous peoples. The conflict is rooted in the government's negligence in drafting harmonized rules that should really protect customary law communities.

This study aims to analyze the role of interpersonal communication in conflict resolution between employees in corporate organizations. The results of the study indicate that conflict is often caused by unclear instructions, misunderstandings in conveying messages, and emotional factors such as frustration and personal tension. However, effective interpersonal communication, such as active listening, expressing feelings without blaming, and an open attitude, have been shown to help resolve conflicts constructively. In addition, organizational culture plays an important role in influencing conflict resolution styles. In organizations with an open and collaborative communication culture, approaches such as negotiation and compromise are more often applied, resulting in mutually beneficial solutions. In contrast, more hierarchical organizations tend to avoid conflict or use coercion, which often results in dissatisfaction. This study emphasizes the importance of developing interpersonal communication skills and an organizational culture that supports openness to create a harmonious and productive work environment.
