Komunitas: Hasil Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Indonesia 2026 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Tanaman Dan Hewani Indonesia

Pengabdian masyarakat merupakan salah satu bentuk implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang bertujuan memberikan kontribusi nyata kepada masyarakat, khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan. Penelitian ini membahas program UKPI Pengajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh UKPI UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya sebagai bentuk pengabdian masyarakat berbasis pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan, dampak, dan luaran dari program UKPI Pengajaran terhadap mahasiswa maupun siswa yang terlibat dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program UKPI Pengajaran memberikan dampak positif terhadap siswa dalam meningkatkan motivasi, semangat belajar, kedisiplinan, serta keaktifan selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Selain itu, program ini juga memberikan pengalaman dan wawasan kepada mahasiswa dalam bidang komunikasi, pengajaran, kepemimpinan, kerja sama tim, dan kepedulian sosial terhadap masyarakat sekitar. Kehadiran siswa dalam kegiatan pengajaran mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih interaktif, kreatif, dan menyenangkan bagi siswa. Program UKPI Pengajaran merupakan bentuk implementasi pengabdian masyarakat yang tidak hanya membantu proses pendidikan di sekolah, tetapi juga mengembangkan kemampuan intelektual, sosial, dan karakter siswa maupun siswa secara berkelanjutan sehingga memberikan manfaat positif bagi dunia pendidikan dan masyarakat lingkungan.

Work discipline is a crucial element in improving employee performance, particularly in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector such as automotive workshops, which often face managerial and structural challenges. This study aims to explore the understanding, implementation, and influence of work discipline on employee performance at Gandi Jaya Motor Workshop, Jombang, within a local context characterized by religious values and informal work culture. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, and were analyzed thematically. The findings reveal that work discipline is perceived as a form of personal responsibility driven by leadership example and religious values, rather than by formal systems alone. External factors such as limited infrastructure and the absence of a structured HR evaluation system also affect performance effectiveness. These findings expand the scope of Work Discipline and Employee Performance theories by incorporating social and cultural dimensions as determinants of work behavior. The study concludes by emphasizing the need for a humanistic approach to HR management in MSMEs and recommends further exploration with broader participant coverage and more diverse methodological approaches.

This research is grounded in the significant role of the madrasah principal in shaping students’ discipline and religious character as part of the goals of Islamic education. MTsN 4 Karawang was selected as the research site because it has various routine programs focused on habituation and character development. However, the implementation of these programs is not free from challenges. Therefore, a deeper study is needed to understand the leadership strategies applied by the principal in managing student discipline and religious activities at the school. The purpose of this study is to describe the leadership strategies used by the madrasah principal to improve student discipline, explain the principal’s role in developing students’ religious character, and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing these strategies. This study uses a qualitative method with data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The main informant of the research is the school principal. The collected data were reduced, presented in narrative form, and analyzed to identify patterns and meanings from the field findings. The results show that the principal applies transformational and participatory leadership through role modeling, religious habituation, and the involvement of teachers and students in monitoring discipline. The main supporting factors come from teacher collaboration, the student council (OSIS), and effective communication with parents

This study aims to analyze the management of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning as an effort to improve students’ discipline in performing congregational prayers at SDN 188 Simangambat. Learning management in PAI includes planning, implementation, and evaluation strategies carried out by teachers to instill religious values and develop students’ awareness of the importance of praying together. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to describe the role of PAI learning management in shaping students’ prayer discipline. The results indicate that effective PAI learning management can encourage students to perform congregational prayers regularly through teacher guidance, habituation programs, and a supportive school environment. Teachers play an important role as educators and role models in building students’ responsibility and obedience in carrying out religious activities. The implementation of structured learning activities, monitoring, and evaluation contributes to improving students’ discipline and spiritual character. Therefore, proper management of PAI learning is an important factor in developing students’ religious habits and strengthening Islamic character education in elementary schools.

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of time management-based group guidance services in reducing time-disciplined behavior among vocational high school students. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving several students with a history of tardiness and undisciplined time management at school. Data were collected through participant observation, structured in-depth interviews, and documentation of time planning and daily activity diaries during the group guidance sessions. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions using thematic analysis techniques. The results indicate that time management-based group guidance positively impacts students' awareness of the importance of time discipline, changes in habitual patterns, and improves their ability to plan and organize daily activities. Students reported that time management techniques, the use of daily schedules, and weekly reflections helped them reduce tardiness and procrastination. Some students also experienced increased regularity in completing schoolwork and active participation in extracurricular activities. The conclusions of this study indicate that time management-based group guidance is an effective service in the vocational high school context for reducing time-disciplined behavior if it is delivered systematically, sustainably, and takes into account student characteristics. The practical implication for guidance and counseling services is the need to develop a time management group guidance module based on the local context of schools and students.

Kemampuan baca tulis Al-Qur’an (BTQ) merupakan kompetensi dasar dalam pendidikan Islam yang perlu dikembangkan secara sistematis sejak usia dini. Namun, dalam praktik pembelajaran di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ), masih ditemukan permasalahan berupa rendahnya kemampuan membaca, menulis huruf hijaiyah, serta ketidakseimbangan antara aspek tajwid, makhraj, dan kefasihan bacaan santri. Kondisi ini menunjukkan perlunya inovasi metode pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan terstruktur. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan BTQ santri melalui pendampingan berbasis integrasi metode imla’ dan talaqqi di TPQ Nurul Huda Sentani Jayapura. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain library research yang didukung oleh data lapangan kegiatan pengabdian. Proses pelaksanaan dilakukan secara partisipatif dan aplikatif melalui tahapan pembelajaran membaca (talaqqi), menulis (imla’), serta penguatan melalui muroja’ah terjadwal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan santri pada berbagai aspek. Pada aspek kelancaran membaca dan hafalan, lima santri memperoleh nilai 5, empat santri nilai 4, dan enam santri nilai 3. Pada aspek tajwid, empat santri mencapai nilai 5, enam santri nilai 4, dan lima santri nilai 3. Sementara itu, pada aspek kefasihan bacaan, sembilan santri mencapai nilai 5. Secara umum, penerapan metode imla’ dan talaqqi memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan membaca, menulis huruf hijaiyah, serta ketepatan makhraj dan tajwid santri. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi metode imla’ dan talaqqi efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan BTQ santri, serta berdampak positif terhadap motivasi, kedisiplinan, dan keterlibatan aktif dalam pembelajaran. Model ini dapat menjadi alternatif strategi pembelajaran BTQ di TPQ, khususnya di wilayah dengan keterbatasan sumber belajar.

This study aims to determine the leadership strategies of school principals in improving the performance and discipline of teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Salafiyah Syafiiyah Hadirul Ulum Tasikrejo Pemalang, Central Java, as well as to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors when these leadership strategies are implemented. This study uses field research with a descriptive approach. The data collected was verbal data or words rather than numbers. The location of this research was at MI Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Hadirul Ulum Tasikrejo, Pemalang Regency. The informants in this study were the principal and classroom teachers. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study found by the researcher regarding the principal's strategy in improving teacher performance and discipline at MI Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Hadirul Ulum Tasikrejo, Pemalang Regency, are as follows: (a) conducting supervision (b) setting an example (c) motivating teaching staff (d) providing adequate facilities and infrastructure (e) providing opportunities to attend training or education (f) conducting evaluations. Meanwhile, the supporting and inhibiting factors are divided into several parts. First, there are two supporting factors, namely (a) a sense of togetherness and kinship within the school environment, and (b) the principal's commitment to improving school quality. Meanwhile, there are two inhibiting factors, namely (a) the suboptimal time management of teachers and (b) the work environment. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the principal's leadership strategy plays a very important role in improving the performance and discipline of teachers at MI Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Hadirul Ulum Tasikrejo, Pemalang Regency. The implementation of appropriate strategies, supported by a sense of togetherness and the principal's commitment, can have a positive impact on teacher professionalism. However, there are still several inhibiting factors that need attention so that the implementation of leadership strategies can run more optimally.

Penyuluhan hukum ini bertujuan membangun kesadaran hukum melalui penguatan “konstitusi batin”, yaitu kesadaran nilai moral, etika, dan tanggung jawab dalam diri individu sebagai dasar berperilaku dalam kehidupan pribadi dan sosial. Bagi anak-anak dan remaja di panti sosial, kesadaran hukum tidak cukup hanya melalui pemahaman aturan, tetapi perlu ditumbuhkan melalui pembentukan karakter, kedisiplinan, serta penghargaan terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila dan norma kehidupan bersama. Melalui pendekatan edukatif dan dialogis, kegiatan penyuluhan hukum oleh Fakultas Hukum UNTAG Semarang di Panti Sosial Pelayanan Anak Tawangmangu Karanganyar ini diharapkan mampu menanamkan pemahaman bahwa hukum hadir untuk melindungi, membimbing, dan menciptakan ketertiban serta keadilan. Dengan terbentuknya konstitusi batin yang kuat, anak-anak diharapkan tumbuh menjadi pribadi berintegritas, sadar hukum, dan bertanggung jawab dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa, dan bernegara.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kedisiplinan dan kompetensi  baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kualitas pelayanan pada pegawai Dukcapil Kabupaten Pekalongan. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja di Dukcapil Kabupaten Pekalongan dengan jumlah 67 orang pegawai, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh, jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 67 responden. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dapat memediasi pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan kualitas pelayanan dapat memediasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This study aims to determine the relationship between family social support and the discipline of 4-5-year-old children at Pembina State Kindergarten. The study used a quantitative method with a descriptive correlational approach. A sample of 14 parents was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were obtained through a five-level Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using the Pearson Product-Moment correlation test. The results showed that children's discipline was in the very high category at 93.5%, while family social support was also in the very high category at 94.9%. However, the correlation test showed an r value of –0.14, indicating a very weak and insignificant relationship between family social support and children's discipline. This finding indicates that, despite high family support, other factors such as role models and school habits likely have a greater influence on the development of children's discipline. This study emphasizes the importance of collaboration between families and educational institutions in supporting the development of discipline in early childhood.

Inovasi Pendidikan dan Anak Usia Dini 2026 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Pendidikan Indonesia

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic behavior modification strategies through reward implementation on improving children's discipline in early spiritual activities at TK Unggulan An-Nur Surabaya. A quantitative approach was used with the Equivalent Time Sample Design involving 13 children aged 5–6 years. Observations were conducted over three weeks using indicators such as punctuality, attentiveness in prayer sessions, neat sitting, and memorization of short surahs and prayers. The results showed an increase in discipline scores during the first and second weeks when rewards were given, but a decline in the third week when rewards were withheld. These findings indicate that Islamic behavior modification strategies through rewards significantly improve young children’s discipline. Additionally, the effectiveness of the strategy depends on each child’s characteristics and the consistency of reward implementation. The findings support Skinner's reinforcement theory, asserting that positive behavior can be cultivated through proper reinforcement, particularly within the context of Islamic early childhood education.

This community service was carried out at SMAS PGRI 1 Mojokerto City with the main goal of improving student discipline through the application of Japanese-style discipline culture. This activity is designed in a structured manner to have a real and sustainable impact on student behavior and the integrity of educational institutions. The method used is a participatory and applicative approach, so that students not only passively receive information, but also actively engage in the process of learning, reflection, and discipline practice. This approach emphasizes the direct involvement of students in activities that foster awareness, responsibility, and positive habits that support the creation of a conducive learning environment. The results of the implementation of activities are divided into three main categories. First, the short-term results seen immediately after the activity are increased students' motivation and understanding of the importance of discipline. Second, the medium-term results that appear within 1-3 months are in the form of real behavioral changes, such as punctuality, neatness, and compliance with school rules. Third, long-term results that contribute to strengthening the integrity of the institution as a school with a high discipline image. Thus, this community service is expected to be able to become a model for implementing a discipline culture that is effective, sustainable, and relevant to the needs of education in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-discipline and burnout (Thīna-Middha) on active participation in religious activities among Buddhist adolescents aged 15–18 in Central Java. The approach used is quantitative with a survey method, and the sampling technique is cluster sampling. The instrument used is a semantic differential scale questionnaire to measure self-discipline, burnout, and active participation. Data analysis is performed using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of each variable on active participation. The results show that self-discipline has a positive and significant effect on active participation in Buddhist religious activities, while burnout has a negative and significant effect. These two variables contribute 41.1% to active participation in religious activities. These findings highlight the importance of self-discipline as a factor that drives active participation, as well as the negative impact of burnout on adolescents' involvement in religious activities. The implications of this study can be used as a basis for designing more effective and targeted programs for Buddhist adolescents, considering the factors of self-discipline and efforts to mitigate burnout. These programs need to be tailored to the spiritual and psychological needs of adolescents to enhance their active participation in religious activities.

Discipline is a fundamental characteristic that supports student learning success. However, at the UPT SMPN 2 Galesong Selatan, high rates of lateness and irregular student behavior are still found, so an in-depth study of the school's role in fostering such discipline is needed. This study aims to understand school dynamics, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, and formulate effective strategies for improving disciplined behavior. Using qualitative methods and an interpretive phenomenological approach, data were obtained through interviews, 14 days of observation, and documentation review. Then, they were analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model. The research findings indicate that coordination between the principal, vice principal for student affairs, guidance counselor, and student council president has a significant contribution to fostering student discipline. The micro-skills-based counseling program and the “Discipline Challenge” activity initiated by the student council have proven effective in increasing student compliance. The main obstacles that still arise include low parental involvement and increased teacher fatigue during the final lesson period. Based on these results, the study concluded that the implementation of teacher rotation on duty, the use of digital behavioral contracts, and strengthening the role of the Student Council (OSIS) are relevant and sustainable strategies in efforts to improve student discipline.

This study aims to determine the relationship between parenting styles and children's discipline in playgroups at the Anisa Early Childhood Education Center (KB PAUD). The research background is based on the important role of parents in shaping children's discipline from an early age. This study used a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The study population was all 40 parents and children in playgroups at the Anisa Early Childhood Education Center (KB PAUD). Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale, then analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results showed that parenting styles were classified as high, with the majority of parents implementing a democratic parenting style characterized by open communication and consistent discipline. Children's discipline levels were also classified as high. The correlation test obtained an r value of 0.724 with a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a positive and significant relationship between parenting styles and children's discipline. Therefore, the better the parenting styles implemented by parents, the higher the children's discipline levels.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and work discipline on the effectiveness of human resources (HR) in employees of the Communication and Information Service (Diskominfo) of Ciamis Regency. The effectiveness of human resources is crucial for the success of government agencies in public services and information technology management, where the optimal performance of employees is influenced by stress management and discipline levels. This study adopted a quantitative-descriptive method by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents who were selected through random sampling techniques. The data testing included validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression analysis tests to test the relationship of independent variables (work stress $X_1$ and work discipline $X_2$) to bound variables (HR effectiveness $Y$). The results of the analysis show that work stress and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the effectiveness of human resources. Partially, work stress has a negative influence, indicating that increased work stress tends to reduce the effectiveness of human resources. On the contrary, work discipline has been shown to have a positive effect, showing that the higher the employee's discipline, the more their work effectiveness will increase. Therefore, the conclusion emphasizes that increasing the effectiveness of human resources requires the implementation of effective work stress management and the establishment of a consistent work discipline culture. This effort is important to create a conducive work environment, increase productivity, and strengthen the performance of the state civil apparatus in supporting an electronic-based government system and digital public services.

This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of the online attendance application (Sisensi) on employee productivity through employee discipline in the production division of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Mayang, Jambi City. The method used is quantitative analysis with a population of employees and a sample of 94 respondents. Data were collected using a Likert scale–based questionnaire, and the analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the aid of SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the study show that: (1) the online attendance application has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, (2) the online attendance application has a positive and significant effect on employee discipline, (3) employee discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, and (4) employee discipline is able to mediate the effect of the online attendance application on employee productivity. The recommendations derived from this study are as follows: For the employee productivity variable, it is suggested that the company provide relevant and continuous training, establish clear and easily understood Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and conduct regular mentoring and evaluations to increase the amount of work that employees can complete. For the online attendance application variable, the company is advised to enhance the practicality and ease of use of the application, enabling employees to better understand and utilize the system. For the employee discipline variable, the company should conduct regular socialization sessions regarding the proper use of facilities and resources according to established standards to prevent damage, excessive use, and misuse.

This research aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of Organizational Culture (X_1), Discipline (X_2), Leadership (X_3), and Workload (X_4) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. PELINDO III (Persero) Tanjung Emas Branch Semarang. Utilizing a quantitative associative approach, data were collected from 50 employee respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The analysis confirmed that X_1, X_2, and X_3 positively and significantly influence Employee Performance, while Workload (X_4) significantly influences performance negatively (\beta = -0.091). Organizational Culture (X_1) was identified as the most influential factor (\beta = 0.461), followed by Leadership (X_3, \beta = 0.313) and Discipline (X_2, \beta = 0.149). The results highlight the critical need for a strong organizational culture and effective leadership in overcoming the inevitable challenges posed by workload pressure in the demanding port environment. The model demonstrated a strong fit, explaining approximately 68.5\% of the variation in Employee Performance. Managerial implications suggest prioritizing culture reinforcement and leadership development to mitigate the negative impact of high operational workload.

Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi pendidikan karakter oleh Penyuluh dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kepercayaan Terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan Budi Pekerti di SMP Negeri 2 Sumowono. Fokus penelitian meliputi strategi pengajaran, metode penyampaian nilai karakter, tantangan, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Metode kualitatif digunakan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil menunjukkan pendidikan karakter diterapkan melalui lima elemen utama yaitu Sejarah, Keagungan Tuhan, Budi Pekerti, Martabat Spiritual, Larangan dan Kewajiban dengan metode interaktif seperti diskusi kelompok, ceramah inspiratif, dan praktik langsung (role-play) untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter dan keteladanan Penyuluh. Faktor pendukung berupa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, keterlibatan orang tua, dan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif, sedangkan penghambat meliputi keterbatasan sarana, waktu, dan pengaruh negatif pergaulan. Dampak positif terlihat pada peningkatan kejujuran, kedisiplinan, kesantunan, dan toleransi siswa. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan karakter berhasil membentuk peserta didik penghayat kepercayaan berakhlak mulia, namun perlu upaya berkelanjutan untuk mengatasi hambatan dan memperkuat kolaborasi sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat.

This study aims to improve student discipline through the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile in first-grade students at SDI Betun Kota. The research background is based on the importance of discipline as the foundation for positive student behavior, which involves consciously, orderly, and responsible adherence to school rules and regulations. Disciplined students have a good understanding of appropriate behavior and are able to implement regular study habits. This study is a classroom action research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, with planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages in each cycle. The research subjects were 20 first-grade students, while the object of the study was improving student discipline. The research instruments included observation guidelines, documentation studies, and interview guidelines.The results showed that the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile significantly improved student discipline. In the first cycle, the average student discipline score reached 73.91, with a minimum discipline percentage of 84.56%, of which 55% had achieved the discipline indicator. In cycle II, the average score increased to 84.46, with a minimum discipline percentage of 94.54%. Ninety-five percent of students demonstrated excellent discipline, while 5% were in the good category. Thus, the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile has proven effective in improving the discipline of first-grade students at SDI Betun Kota.
