This study aims to evaluate the performance of digital information systems, including websites and mobile applications, used by national expedition companies in Indonesia, using standardized technical indicators from Google Web.dev. This research employs a descriptive and evaluative approach with purposive sampling. The research objects comprise five major national expedition companies: JNE, J&T Express, SiCepat, Pos Indonesia, and Lion Parcel. The evaluation is conducted using four main indicators: Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The results indicate that, in general, the digital information systems of national expedition companies function adequately; however, there are notable performance variations among companies, particularly in terms of loading speed and mobile performance. Pos Indonesia demonstrates the most balanced overall performance, while several other companies require further optimization, especially in performance efficiency and SEO. This study contributes to the literature by providing an objective technical evaluation of expedition information systems and offering practical recommendations to improve digital service quality, enabling faster, more secure, and more responsive logistics services in a highly competitive industry.

The 2023 forest fire on Mount Arjuno burned more than 3,315 hectares of land, threatening biodiversity and damaging the balance of the local ecosystem, including the loss of large trees and a decline in soil quality. In response to these conditions, the 80 Gunung Arjuno 3339 Mdpl Expedition was initiated as a form of community service aimed at restoring the ecosystem through tree planting along the Sumber Brantas–Cangar hiking trail. This activity involved collaboration between the Forestry Service, the Naval Academy, the Indonesian National Armed Forces, the community, students, and volunteers. The implementation method included preliminary studies, procurement of local tree seedlings such as mountain pine and eucalyptus, structured planting along the hiking trail from post 2 to post 3, and post-planting monitoring by Tahura Raden Suryo. A total of ±300 participants planted around 600 trees in this expedition. In addition to planting, participants also carried out mountain clean-up activities. The results of the activities show that tree planting can reduce the risk of erosion and improve soil structure after fires, as well as encourage community involvement in sustainable environmental conservation. This activity proves the importance of cross-sector synergy for effective and sustainable environmental restoration.

This study investigates the influence of service quality and product quality on marketing performance, with market penetration and product innovation serving as intervening variables in expedition companies. Guided by the Service-Dominant Logic (SDL) framework, the research underscores the role of value co-creation between companies and customers in driving competitive advantage. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from employees involved in operational and marketing functions and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings indicate that service quality and product quality do not significantly affect market penetration. Conversely, market penetration positively influences product innovation, which in turn strongly enhances marketing performance. However, when not managed effectively, market penetration can negatively impact marketing performance. These results highlight the need for companies to adopt integrated and innovative strategies that align with customer value creation to achieve sustainable improvements in marketing performance within the expedition industry.

An associative quantitative research methodology was employed, utilizing data gathered via questionnaires distributed to 94 respondents who are users of Reny Swalayan-ku Surabaya. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through the SmartPLS software. The findings of the research suggest that Service Quality, Discounts, and the Interactivity of Social Media Marketing have a significant and positive impact on Online Trust. Additionally, Online Trust was determined to exert a positive and significant effect on Shoppers’loyalty. Moreover, both Discount and Social Media Marketing Interactivity directly and positively influence Shoppers’loyalty. In contrast, Service Quality does not demonstrate a significant direct impact on Shoppers’loyalty, indicating that its function may primarily serve as a foundation for establishing trust, which subsequently affects loyalty. These results highlight the critical role of fostering consumer trust through high-quality service, appealing discount promotions, and engaging social media interactions to enhance Shoppers’loyalty within the realm of retail e-commerce.

Letter management is one of the important aspects in supporting the efficiency of academic administration in schools. This study aims to explore and understand how letter management at SMA Al-Hidayah Medan can be optimized to improve the efficiency of academic administration. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through direct observation and interviews with parties involved in the correspondence administration process. The research findings show that SMA Al-Hidayah Medan implements a combined letter management system, namely combining manual and digital management. Incoming and outgoing letters are recorded manually in the agenda book and expedition book, and archived digitally in the school computer system. However, the system used is still limited and has not been fully integrated. The obstacles found include limited human resources who have not fully mastered administration and information technology, weak document supervision, and archiving of physical letters that have not been systematically arranged. In addition, digital archiving which is still conventional without automatic categorization makes the archive search process less efficient. As an optimization effort, the school has implemented a semi-digital system, provided training for administrative staff, compiled letter classification codes, compiled SOPs for letter management, and utilized cloud storage and digitization of old archives. These steps demonstrate institutional awareness to build a more efficient and modern administration system. In conclusion, effective letter management plays a very important role in supporting academic administration, but requires continuous coaching, better digital integration, and strong managerial commitment.

This research includes quantitative descriptive research. The research population was employees of PT Morich Indo Fashion 2, totaling 2,000 people. The sample calculation uses the Issac and Michael formula with a sample size of 95 respondents. The sample was selected or purposive random sampling, namely employees of PT Morich Indo Fashion 2 Karangjati who used Shopee. The measurement technique uses a 5-level Likert scale. For promotion, it uses a scale of very good, good, quite good, not good and very not good. Meanwhile, consumer satisfaction uses a scale of very satisfied, satisfied, quite satisfied, dissatisfied and very dissatisfied. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data is presented in the form of a frequency distribution table and analyzed using cross tabulation. Based on the results of research on respondents (employees) of PT Morich Indo Fashion, Shopee promotions were very good and consumers were satisfied, namely 4 people (4%). Language is one way to keep relationships in harmony. People use language to communicate, convey messages verbally and directly, and express feelings. Advertisements result from a combination of communication arts with aesthetics, are persuasive, and are aimed at some parts of society. This article analyzes the meaning of verbal and visual signs on the J&T Express Advertisement. It aims to identify the verbal and visual signs and explain the meaning of the verbal and visual signs in Expedition advertisements. This analysis used J&T Express advertisement as a primary data and documentation method to collect data. This article used a qualitative method, and the data was analyzed descriptively. The results show that five data points were discussed. The verbal and visual signs analyzed used semantic theory by de Saussure to find the signifier and signified; all data have the signifier and signified. This article used Barthes' theory to analyze the meaning and find the denotative and connotative meanings. In general, verbal signs have both denotative and connotative meanings. The two verbal signs discovered in the data, all the verbal signs have denotative and connotative meaning. Two visual signs in the advertisements also convey their meanings to enhance the delivery of the value of the products.
