The prospects of Islamic banking in Indonesia, when viewed from the real sector, are quite positive. Because, the operationalization of Islamic education does not matter! interest, and the income comes from the retum for the harvest! for projects financed or margin financing the sale and purchase of goods. In this way, it can be ascertained, that theoretically Islamic banking is very interested in encouraging the progress of the nile sector. The most important thing for Islamic banking is that no matter how advanced and developed it is, it will never leave the real sector, because it is from this sector that banking activities emerge. Unlike the conventional banking system, the monetary sector has grown far away from the real sector of Inl. This is because, with interest, money has shifted from just a medium of exchange to a commodity.

Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) are profitable businesses that are owned by people or corporate entities that operate to satisfy personal needs and ensure their existence. Calculating and analyzing manufacturing expenses in order to establish the selling price of fried chicken goods is the goal of this study. The full cost method is used to achieve this. Using a quantitative approach, this research investigates the elements that influence selling prices. This research uses direct observation of objects and interviews with owners to obtain precise data. According to our observations and interviews with Mr. Stefanus (36), owner of the Ayam Gebuk Sambalado MSME, the business still uses conventional methods to calculate the manufacturing cost. This research uses the full costing method to make information on the cost of production more accurate. This is predicated on a comparison of the whole costing technique and the business method for determine cost of items created, which demonstrates that the final cost of goods manufactured differs significantly. This happens because business owners don't know how to calculate the correct cost of production, so they don't include costs correctly in the price calculation.

This study employs Judith Butler’s theory of gender performativity to analyze Megan Trainor’s song "Dear Future Husband," exploring the negotiation of femininity and masculinity within contemporary pop culture. Utilizing a qualitative content analysis method, the research examines lyrical content, musical elements, and visual representations associated with the song to uncover underlying gender norms and performances. The results reveal that "Dear Future Husband" both reinforces and subverts traditional gender roles; while it portrays conventional expectations of femininity and masculinity, it simultaneously introduces nuanced demands for mutual respect and partnership. The discussion highlights the complexity of gender performances in mainstream media, suggesting that Trainor’s work reflects a transitional phase in societal understandings of gender dynamics. By applying Butler’s framework, the study illustrates how pop songs can serve as sites for both perpetuating and challenging normative gender constructs, offering insights into the evolving landscape of gender identity and expression.

Sustainable Food Yard (P2L) is one of the priority programs in maintaining community food security. However, in the implementation of the program there are still problems, including the late delivery of assistance which has an impact on the delay in the implementation of activities so that the P2L program does not run in accordance with the technical instructions that have been issued each year, and assistance that is less than optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the program to increase diversification and community food security through sustainable food yard activities (P2L) in farm women's groups in South Tangerang City. The method in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection techniques used three ways, observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Then the collected data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results showed that the achievement of the program has not yet shown the expected effectiveness due to the delay in disbursement of funds which has an impact on the delay in the implementation of activities and has not yet achieved the program objectives in fulfilling food and nutrition sources, especially for stunting so that it has not been able to contribute to helping Posyandu in providing animal protein in the stunting locus determined by the Mayor of South Tangerang. The integration indicator is not yet fully effective because there are still farm women groups that have not received intensive assistance from the program assistants. In addition, the implementation of P2L procedures applied in South Tangerang City has not been maximized because the concept of seedling houses is not suitable for the hot conditions in South Tangerang City. The adaptation indicator has not run optimally because the use of facilities and infrastructure for P2L activities is still limited to conventional agricultural tools.
