This study focuses on analyzing the impact of Islamic financial literacy on the interest in investing in the Shariamarket. Islamic financial literacy involves a deep understanding of financial principles that comply with Islamic law, including zakat, riba, and the principle of justice in financial transactions. The growing awareness of halal and Sharia-compliant investments suggests that Islamic financial literacy can be a decisive factor in investment decisions. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents, comprising prospective investors and active investors in the Sharia capital market. The results of the study indicate that higher levels of Islamic financial literacy positively correlate with greater interest in investing in Sharia capital market instruments such as sukuk and Sharia mutual funds. These findings highlight the need for more intensive Islamic financial education programs to improve public literacy and support the development of the Sharia capital market in Indonesia. Supporting policies and innovations in Sharia investment products are also identified as crucial factors in encouraging investment interest. Thus, this study concludes that enhancing Islamic financial literacy can play a significant role in advancing the Sharia capital market and supporting a more inclusive Islamic economy. This research demonstrates that Islamic financial literacy significantly influences investment interest in the Sharia capital market. Investors with a solid understanding of Islamic financial principles such as riba (usury), zakat (almsgiving), and profit-sharing are more likely to opt for Sharia-compliant investment products like sukuk (Islamic bonds) and Sharia mutual funds. The study underscores the importance of comprehensive financial education programs and the availability of accessible information to enhance Islamic financial literacy among the public. These efforts are expected to increase participation in the Sharia capital market and support more inclusive and sustainable economic growth in Indonesia.

Waqf is one of the instruments of Islamic philanthropy that plays a strategic role in building sustainable welfare for the people. Although the term waqf is not explicitly mentioned in the Qur'an, its basic values are scattered throughout various verses that talk about infaq, almsgiving, distribution of wealth, and social justice. This article aims to analyse Qur'anic verses that have a substantial connection with the concept of waqf through a thematic (maudhu'i) interpretation approach, as well as to examine its relevance to efforts to improve the welfare of the ummah in a contemporary context. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive literature review method, drawing on the Qur'an, classical and contemporary interpretations, and scientific literature related to waqf and Islamic economics. The results of the study show that the principle of waqf in the Qur'an emphasises the sustainability of benefits, the trustworthiness of asset management, and an orientation towards social justice, all of which are relevant to the development of productive waqf as a solution for the welfare of the modern community.

A foundation is a non-profit organization operating in the fields of religion and education, with its primary funding coming from public donations in the form of alms and charity. Although it is not intended to generate profit, a foundation must still address financial aspects and prepare financial reports in accordance with applicable standards to ensure accountability to the public. Good financial management involves budgeting, cash flow management, expense oversight, transparent financial reporting, and financial report analysis. The main issue faced by Yayasan Cipta Solo Berbagi is ineffective financial management, with financial reports being simple ledgers and not compliant with ISAK 35 standards. The Pustapako community service team collaborated with Yayasan Cipta Solo Berbagi to address this issue through a series of activities, including focus group discussions (FGDs), training, and the implementation of a web-based accounting information system. The results indicate that by applying appropriate accounting standards and using a suitable accounting information system, the foundation can produce more transparent, accurate, and comprehensible financial reports. The foundation's management now has improved capabilities in financial management, enhancing donor and public trust. Unemployment is a significant economic problem that can affect society's well-being. In an Islamic economic perspective, unemployment is viewed through the lens of social justice, equitable distribution of wealth, and other sharia principles. The causes of unemployment in an Islamic economy include unfair distribution of wealth, lack of relevant education and skills, injustice in the conventional interest-based financial system, and economic and political instability. To overcome unemployment, Islamic economics offers solutions through the effective implementation of zakat, alms and waqf, the use of profit-sharing-based financial instruments such as mudharabah and musyarakah, as well as investment in education and skills training. The government also plays an important role in creating an environment that supports job creation through fair and stable policies. Encouraging entrepreneurship through training and access to capital is also an effective strategy in reducing unemployment. This holistic approach not only aims to reduce unemployment levels, but also to create a more just and prosperous society in accordance with Islamic economic principles.

This article discusses the tradition of sea alms in Cilacap Regency and how this tradition is acculturated with Islamic teachings. Sedekah laut is a traditional ceremony performed by coastal communities as a form of gratitude for sustenance from the sea. This tradition originally contained elements that were considered deviant from Islamic teachings, such as offerings to the sea spirit Kanjeng Ratu Kidul. However, through acculturation, these elements have been adapted to Islamic values, so that they now involve prayers and alms to Allah SWT. The sea alms tradition also plays a role in strengthening the spirit of mutual cooperation and awareness of cultural preservation among coastal communities. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study to examine the relationship between customary law and Islamic law in this tradition. The results show that customary law and Islamic law can interact harmoniously without dominating each other, each having a role in preserving local traditions that enrich Indonesia's cultural heritage.

This study focused on assessing the conformity of sharia to kafalah contracts in Hasanah Card products. The main findings show that the implementation of kafalah contracts on Hasanah Cards still does not fully meet the required Sharia criteria. The majority of scholars are of the view that the agreement related to ujrah for kafalah services falls into the category of riba qardh, so it is forbidden. Therefore, it is important to keep the kafalah in its purity context as a form of aid and almsgiving without any element of imbalance or compensation that is not under the principles of Shariah. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of Islamic financial products that are more in line with Islamic teachings. By highlighting shortcomings in the implementation of the kafalah contract in the Hasanah Card product, it is hoped that it will encourage better improvement and innovation efforts to ensure Sharia compliance in Islamic finance practices. In addition, this research is also expected to increase public awareness of the importance of applying sharia principles in every aspect of finance, to create a more transparent, fair, and under Islamic values.

Meanwhile, the proceeds from our Joint Business will be distributed in full to the Foundation's operational costs. The percentage of the Foundation's financial reports shows a decrease in income from 2022 to 2023 of 49%.
