This research examines politeness in language based on the ten maxims according to (Leech, 2014) in a collection of Indonesian language debate videos on the X OTKP 2 YouTube channel. There are several reasons why researchers conducted this research, namely that no previous researcher had chosen the title of the article and the data source. In this article has not been studied by previous researchers. The aim of this research is to determine the principles of linguistic politeness which consist of ten maxims, including the maxim of generosity, maxim of tact, approbation, modesty, obligation of S to O, obligation of O to S, agreement, opinion retincence, sympathy, and feeling reticence. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method and a pragmatic theoretical approach. The data used in this research is a collection of a number of Indonesian language debate videos. The data source comes from the X OTKP 2 YouTube channel. This research produce 177 data, 119 (67%) of obedience maxim and 58 (33%) of violations maxim. The maxim of obedience consist of Tact maxim, Approbation, Modesty, Obligation of S to O, Agreement, and Opinion Reticence. While in the violatin, there are maxim of generosity, Tact, Approbation, Modesty, Obligation of O to S, Opinion Reticence, Sympathy, and Feeling of Reticence. With this research, it is expected to provide an understanding of language politeness.

This research employs a qualitative method to analyze and evaluate the business network of Jeep Aquascape & Aquarium stores, with a specific focus on marketing and promotional strategies. The primary objective is to identify aspects of the business network where Jeep Aquarium can redevelop its marketing and promotion strategies to address revenue instability, despite the store generally experiencing profitability. The qualitative approach involves in-depth interviews with various stakeholders, including store owners, employees, and customers. Data analysis aims to uncover patterns of revenue instability, assess the success and shortcomings of current marketing strategies, and identify internal and external factors influencing revenue fluctuations. Findings reveal that, while the store generally sees profits, attention is required to address revenue instability. Strategic recommendations from qualitative analysis include the development of more proactive promotional strategies, notably leveraging social media to reach a broader target audience. A profound understanding of business resources contributing to revenue fluctuations is also disclosed, providing additional insights for sustainable improvements. Therefore, more proactive promotions, particularly through social media, are identified as a key element to enhance visibility and customer appeal, ultimately contributing to achieving better revenue stability.

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and performance evaluation on employees at PT. Shopee Indonesia with a qualitative approach. The research method uses analysis of documents, articles, websites and journals related to leadership policies and employee performance evaluation. Leadership style, especially transformational, has a significant positive influence on employee motivation and performance at PT. Shopee Indonesia. Performance evaluation has also been shown to play a role in shaping employee perceptions of recognition for their contributions. This provides insight for company management in optimizing leadership practices and performance evaluation systems to improve work quality and employee productivity.

The independent variable in this research is the variable that is manipulated and predicted to have an influence on the dependent variable. This is known by the tolerance value and Variance Inflantion Factor (VIF) value which are used to determine positive and negative values between independent variables. There is no or no multicollinearity found in the regression model. It is found that there is no multicollinearity in the Regression Model. This shows that there is a linear relationship and influences the dependent variable. Test the Coefficient of Determination (R2) to determine the contribution of variabilitate and independent variables.

In today's modern era, a person has many activities that must be carried out. With the existing conditions, consumers will automatically look for something that can support their daily lives more effectively and efficiently, which if we compare it with the present, one of these things will lead to instant foods. One food that is very popular and trusted among the wider community is instant noodle food products. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, price, promotion on purchasing decisions for Indomie brand instant noodles among consumers in Solo. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires online using Google Form with a total of 56 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26 software tools. The results obtained in this research show that product quality has no significant influence on purchasing decisions, price has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, and promotions have an influence on purchasing decisions.

In industrial relations, there will definitely be conflicts between companies and workers related to differences in ideas which result in industrial relations problems or known as industrial relations disputes. Based on this, if an industrial relations dispute occurs and the company or workers do not find a good decision then this dispute will be handed over to the labor union to be resolved so as to obtain a mutually beneficial solution between the two disputing parties. This research aims to find out how labor unions can be a solution to resolving industrial relations disputes that occur between companies and workers. In order to gain accurate information and avoid changing any data, this research adopts a descriptive analytic method, gathering data from journals and publications published by competent and qualified authors. The topic taken to conduct this research is the concept of resolving employment contract disputes through labor unions. The results of this research are the concept used by trade unions, namely through deliberation to reach consensus in a friendly and open manner so that disputes can be resolved peacefully and ensure that no party is harmed.

Good Corporate Governance is the most well-known principle in the world for maintaining the integrity of world organizations. Almost all international locations in all countries adhere to the foundation of building responsibility and openness. Unfortunately, in its application, GCG does not explain the values ​​of stakeholders. The study aims to reconstruct GCG (OECD version) and look for a more appropriate Sharia Concept. Of course, this will provide a solution to the problem itself. After analyzing the values ​​and character of SET, we built a modern GCG positioned on Islamic concepts. These concepts are; One; deeper sympathy from stakeholders, second; principles regarding stakeholder rights: third, equality in stakeholder behavior, fourth, the principle of openness, finally, regarding corporate accountability.Weak GCG practices in Indonesia are caused by the low level of protection for investors, law enforcement, transparency and ineffective public company audit committees. This condition strongly encourages the need for effective and efficient global corporate governance. Islamic Corporate Governance The Islamic perspective lies in the Islamic Company Theory which has greater concern for wider stakeholders which include God, humans and nature. The difference in goals between conventional Corporate Governance and Sharia GCG which tends to adhere to Sharia Enterprise Theory (SET). SET equates material and spiritual values. This shows that Sharia GCG does not only achieve material benefits, but also spiritual values. SET also equates egoistic values ​​with altruistic values, which in Islamic law are realized in the form of worship.

Character education needs to use Pancasila as the philosophical or ideological basis for its implementation. Education policy analysis in improving quality culture through a process of predetermined stages to formulate problems that nanitnya bring up alternative policies as problem solving and improve the quality of education. The purpose of this study was to analyse the application of educational policy analysis in improving quality culture at SD - IT Tafizil Qur'an Yayasan Islamic Center North Sumatra (YIC-SU). This research method uses qualitative research using primary and secondary data collection techniques. Data sources include interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that SD - IT Tafizil Qur'an (YIC-SU) in conducting educational policy analysis to improve quality culture by conducting several stages, namely 1). Problem formulation, 2). Policy agenda and formulation of policy alternatives, 3). Policy determination. The results obtained by SD - IT Tafizil Qur'an (YIC-SU) can build a good and sustainable quality culture so that it continues to be a school that is in great demand.

Gamification system-based learning is a learning method that uses game elements and game thinking in a non-game environment to improve student behavior and engagement in the learning process. The concept of gamification in learning minimizes lectures by teachers about the material, and emphasizes interactivity and student involvement in learning. This research uses the literature review method to comprehensively analyze articles published from 2020 to 2023, of course with several specifications determined and 4 articles selected. The results of this research state that the gamification method is very effective and appropriate for increasing student learning motivation, because in implementing gamification students are required to be active during the learning process and also present interactive material.

Administrative process optimization is a systematic effort to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality in the execution of administrative tasks within the company, while facilities management and demand for goods and logistics focus on improving operational efficiency and effectiveness, which will apply the WBS method to decompose complex tasks into more manageable components. This analysis is expected to increase visibility, engagement, and understanding of each stage in the administrative, facilities management, and logistics management processes, enabling more targeted and impactful change implementation. Overall, this research is geared towards achieving improved performance and efficiency at PT XYZ through the application of WBS methodology in the context of the company's administration and logistics.

This research was carried out with the aim of analyzing the queuing conditions that occurred during the material A testing process at the XYZ Laboratory through simulation using Arena software. After carrying out a simulation with the Arena software, it was discovered that there were no queues for the material A testing queue activity at the XYZ Laboratory. From the results of the simulation data processing for material A testing queues in the XYZ laboratory, there are no queues and service times are optimal, so there is no need for corrective solutions. Based on the results of verification and validation, H0 is accepted because the value 0 is in the range μ1 – μ2 so it can be said to be valid. This states that the total time in the real situation (real system) is not significantly different from the output results in the Arena simulation that has been created.    

PT X is a company engaged in producing ships. In this research, all variables were found to be valid, so the next step that must be taken is to carry out reliability calculations because the variables in the questionnaire are valid. From the results of reliability calculations, the Cronbach's Alpha value > significance level value is 0.770 > 0.6, so the instrument is said to be reliable. From the research obtained with IBM SPSS software, it is useful for carrying out validity and reliability tests in analyzing the level of subcontractor satisfaction with facilities and services in the Procurement Services Division of PT X's Supply Chain clearly and optimally.

In This Research, An Analysis Of The Application Of Supply Chain Management (SCM) Will Be Carried Out In The Wadung Asri Market Drainage Channel Normalization Project. This Research Aims To Find Out Whether Contractors Have Implemented The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Concept In Their Material Procurement Process. The Research Results Show That In The Project Material Procurement Process, The Contractor Has Not Implemented The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Concept Significantly. PT LBP is a manufacturing company that provides products and services, especially specialists in the field of industrial tanks. The products made are dominated by products that function to support production processes in industry, for example Storage Tanks, Pressure Tanks, Silos, Heat Exchangers, and so on. In carrying out its work, PT LBP has a warehouse as a place to store goods, which is an area that functions to store goods or components and makes a very important contribution to the speed of a project. Currently, PT LBP still uses conventional methods in its goods storage system. There is still haphazard storage, there are no procedures for grouping types of goods, such as grouping types of high frequency goods and the like. Items included in the high frequency category are 4 inch grinding stones, 4 inch cutting stones, P80 plasma nozzles, welding wire and welding filler. This causes an irregular buildup of goods or components and even blocks the process of entering and exiting the road. Therefore, the 5S method is very suitable if applied to PT LBP, the 5S method will improve the system for structuring, sorting, cleaning and storing goods with the aim of reducing searching time for inventory in the warehouse storage area. The results of the design carried out were rearranging the placement of goods, cleaning goods, and implementing procedures in accordance with the 5S concept.

This research applies Marketing Funnel and SWOT Analysis to the Graha Office marketing strategy at PT ABC. Funnel stages involve Awereness, Consideration, Purchase, Retention, and Advocacy. The analysis data, including query popularity, market stage, clicks, impressions, and product CTR, are taken from Microsoft Excel. The focus of the research was the internal and external factors affecting the marketing of Graha Office. SWOT analysis identified Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Results show the effectiveness of the Marketing Funnel strategy with full expectations. Achieving customer expectations involves process, product, location, employee attitude, friendliness, convenience, and product arrangement. The SWOT analysis highlights internal components, including management and product strategy, that influence marketing success. The findings form the basis for developing Graha Office's marketing strategy, strengthening its position in the competitive market. The implications of this study serve as a guide in strategic decision-making to deal with market dynamics.

This research aimed to explore information related to the misuse of computer technology for criminal activities in the novel Simvlacrm by Cassandra & Noorca Marendra Massardi. With the goal of preventing similar cybercriminal actions in real life, this research employed a descriptive method, involving activities such as reading, analyzing, and writing key points from the literary work. The primary findings encompass the misuse of computer technology as a tool for cybercrime, particularly in the forms of hoaxes and wiretapping. It is anticipated that this research will contribute to a deeper understanding of the potential risks of computer technology to cybersecurity

XYZ is one of the largest manufacturers of bus houses in Indonesia as a safe and reliable means of transportation with almost 50 years of experience. In carrying out the production process, employees are required to always be optimal in completing their work, but on the other hand, employees have limited workloads. The aim of this research is to determine the workload conditions received by Salvagnini CNC Laser machine operators, as well as to provide suggestions for improvements to the preparation department (Salvagnini). In order to find out the workload conditions for operators from this department, workload calculations are carried out using the FTE (Full Time Equivalent) method which is obtained from observing job descriptions, units of output or types of activities produced by operators (units/activities), vol-umes containing the number of production results. , as well as the duration of work carried out by the operator. The operator's workload conditions on the first and third days were FTE values of 0.671 and 0.949 (underload) because the FTE value was <0.99, while on the second day the workload condition was 1.033 (fit) because the FTE value was between 1-1.28.
